Castle Ridge was recently the venue for my daughter's wedding. I highly recommend this event space. From the ceremony on the Infinity Deck, to the Rooftop for cocktail hour, to the Grand Hall for the reception, everything was absolute perfection. The staff was extremely attentive and professional. My guests noticed and commented on how great they were. Michelle is an integral staff member who really cared about getting every detail just right! The food is 5 star! Everything from the passed hors d'oeuvres, to the dinner, and the late night passed snacks, was absolutely delish! And finally, but definitely not least, is their coordinator Kelcey Cunico. She helped us through the entire process from the very first meeting to the last minute at the wedding. She truly cares about her clients and wants their event to be spectacular. Book your event at this venue and you will not be disappointed!
Castle ridge did an amazing job working with us to plan and then reschedule and plan again. Kelcey and Belle did a great job helping day of and beforehand to plan out every detail. Our day was beautiful and the food was phenomenal for our 400+ guests. The entire day went smoothly and the crowd was very easily controlled with help from staff. Cannot recommend castle ridge enough!
We had a great experience working with the vendors at Castle Ridge wedding and event center! Kelcey was great to work with and helped us every step of the way! She was very knowledgeable about the information she gave to us and was able to answer every question we had. Everyone we worked with from the bartenders, waitress and waitresses, Susie, the cooks, everyone was truly amazing and did everything they could to make our day as special and perfect as possible. I had many meetings with Kelcey and she always made sure to be available ether in person, over the phone, or video chat! It was truly a great experience and I would recommend Castle Ridge to others for weddings or any events!

Where to begin! Castle ridge was the first venue we toured and I knew I didn’t want to visit any other place, we fell in love instantly! Maggie was with us from the first day to our wedding day and she made my Pinterest wedding come to life!!!! Everything was so perfect. So many people told us we had the best wedding they’ve ever been too. The food is fantastic. The service is unbeatable. For what you get the price is very reasonable!! We also were able to book our wedding on a Saturday within 9 months which was amazing too. They were always available throughout the entire process to answer any questions. You have several meetings with them to ensure you have your dream wedding. The bridal suite is stunning. The in house stylist made our ceremony and reception areas look so beautiful, just like our inspiration pictures but better. At the wedding the staff makes sure you, your husband, and both sets of parents are well taken care of. They truly make you feel so special. I cannot say enough great things. Literally zero complaints. Our wedding was the best day of our lives!❤️
Castle Ridge is a stunning, new wedding venue & event center in Centralia, IL. Not only do they offer stunning photo backdrops through their beautiful landscape & architecture, they are pretty all inclusive. They will provide catering & bar services as required through them but you can use their wedding coordinator for planning with decor, florals, & general planning questions should you choose. Their food is absolutely delicious. Not having to worry about set up and tear down on your wedding day is a stess relief. Also, they upgraded our wedding reception to the ballroom even though I was unsure I would meet the guest minimum at the time, and they had a deal with one of the area hotels so we were given a complimentary shuttle to get out of town guests back to the hotel. If you are looking for top tier customer service on your wedding day, look no further. This is the wedding venue for you.
When we first toured Castle Ridge and met Melissa we knew that it was going to be our venue. What did I love the most? That almost every time we asked Melissa a question the answer was either "yes" or "we can make that work". No request felt too big or too small. Everything was so organized and perfect. The venue let us really be ourselves and made accommodations to make sure everything was how we wanted. We didn't like the brand of champagne? No biggie, they let us pick our favorite and that is what they served. They didn't have Jameson and that is our drink of choice, no worries, they stocked up for us. EVERY SINGLE THING WE WANTED, they blew out of the park. I love this venue and this staff and would recommend to anybody!!! I am a severely anxious person and they made sure that our wedding day was stress free for us. We will be forever grateful!!
Could not recommend Castle Ridge more!! We had our wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) at Castle Ridge this weekend. Everything was perfect. Maggie, Kelcey, and Allyssa made sure that the day flowed smoothly, we stayed on time, and were incredibly helpful in the planning process. This was a big wedding (500 people) and the staff did an amazing job from start to finish! We had so many compliments throughout the day about the amazing food and drinks, how seamless the flow of everything was, and of course how beautiful the venue was! If you are looking to host any event, big or small, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you, Castle Ridge, for making our wedding an absolute dream.
