In reference to your claims written above, our hall was renovated before your event to ensure the latest comforts, technology, and decor in the business. It is unreasonable to assume that a venue of our size and stature would lack water of any type. We have a total of 6 bathrooms throughout the venue for guests, 2 of which are designated exclusively for the bridal suites. In addition, to clarify the A/C units operational capacity, they are maintained on a regular schedule and serviced regularly, not to mention only a few years old. Furthermore, in any event venue business, the payment structure is unique to each event and outlined clearly in your event contract which was mutually agreed upon in order to ensure delivery of your expected services. Leading up to the evening of your event, we had support staff that kept communication even after hours as a courtesy to make your event flawless. On the evening of your event, we retained 8 waiters as well as additional support staff who remained & kept communication after hours to ensure your event was successful and up to standard. Our staff is specifically trained to go above and beyond to uphold Castle Royale standards. We do appreciate truthful, constructive and helpful feedback in order to better ourselves with each and every event, but we also request reasonable and honest communication when there are any issues.
