My fiancee and I contacted the team this winter-meeting via Zoom in regards to our July 1st tented wedding at a private residence in Unionville, PA.
We live in Manhattan, both work long hours and were feeling overwhelmed with accomplishing tasks and organizing communication between tent, linens, caterers, drink cart, onsite bathrooms, DJ, string quartet…not to mention hotel, bus shuttle transport, private van transport, hair, makeup and rehearsal dinner venue etc etc…
We met in person at our wedding location and they really helped us bring our vision to reality. Leading up to the big day these two kept us on track and moving forward. They were wonderfully professional in helping wrangle the wedding party if needed and calming my nerves with their kind and gentle presence. Multiple family members and those in bridal party remarked on how fantastic these two are and pointed out the many little extras they did to bring the day together. Cannot recommend Catalina Weddings and Events enough!
