ey seamlessly filled in any gaps, keeping us comfortable and confident. They even took charge by transporting flowers and cookies between venues, setting up signage, and handling much more. They addressed every problem we presented and likely resolved many others without us even knowing. Olivia and Meg are incredibly easy to work with; the answer was always “we can do that.” We highly recommend them to ensure your wedding day is perfect!

made the most beautiful centerpieces to capture the theme we were going for. They made sure everything flowed seamlessly the day of the wedding and so we didn't hear of any hick ups or troubles that happened. They were really great at making our wedding a beautiful and stress-free experience! Their rental side of the company also had the perfect additions to make our wedding perfect!!
Forever indebted to both Olivia and Meg for coordinating our wedding ❤️
The planning/services options offered are multifaceted-whether a more intimate party styling or ramping up ...
to a large black tie wedding such as ours.
My fiancee and I contacted the team this winter-meeting via Zoom in regards to our July 1st tented wedding at a private residence in Unionville, PA.
We live in Manhattan, both work long hours and were feeling overwhelmed with accomplishing tasks and organizing communication between tent, linens, caterers, drink cart, onsite bathrooms, DJ, string quartet…not to mention hotel, bus shuttle transport, private van transport, hair, makeup and rehearsal dinner venue etc etc…
We met in person at our wedding location and they really helped us bring our vision to reality. Leading up to the big day these two kept us on track and moving forward. They were wonderfully professional in helping wrangle the wedding party if needed and calming my nerves with their kind and gentle presence. Multiple family members and those in bridal party remarked on how fantastic these two are and pointed out the many little extras they did to bring the day together. Cannot recommend Catalina Weddings and Events enough!
