Working with Susan was amazing. To start, we ran into a stressful situation where our original venue backed out. Susan found our dream venue and it couldn't have been more perfect. She has so much knowledge and connections because her years of experience in the industry. Susan is great with communication and very on top of it. The food was amazing and the tastings are icing on the cake! Highly recommend!

We're from Florida but don't live there anymore. I was nervous about planning an entire wedding from another state, but Catering by Robert made it a breeze. Susan was communicative, informative and wise during the entire 10-month process prior to our wedding. She made great recommendations and was always looking for a way to make things easier for us! When they say they are full service, they are not kidding--they thought of everything under the sun. On our wedding day, we were blown away with the kindness and professionalism of the entire catering staff. And people are still telling us how the food was the best food they'd had at a wedding in a long time--which is a huge compliment, considering we had several guests who work in restaurants and hospitality!

Catering By Robert handled our wedding, and while people raved about the food, I’d really like to call attention to the staff. They were beyond wonderful and friendly! And it wasn’t just Susan and Maryn, but every server, bartender, and staff member. We got compliments not just on the food, but their personalities as well. Beyond that, they provide so many different services in one easy, convenient package. We also planned this wedding almost 100% remotely from another state. Being able to work with them from so far away was a lifesaver!

From the start Catering by Robert has been the best. They truly made my wedding day spectacular. They have several tastings that you can attend which helps you figure out what you want for your wedding. They are truly a on stop shop from food, decorations to the day of coordinating. Susan is such a phenomenal women and she staff is fantastic. They deserve a 10/10 you will not be disappointed with the service you will get from Susan and he staff. Where to begin?  Catering by Robert/Event Concepts was, simply put, AMAZING!  That is the best way to describe our experience.  From price, to food, to how my daughter's wedding day went, Catering by Robert was just amazing.  Specifically, Susan Stalnaker (owner) coordinated everything and all went without a hitch.  Everyone loved the food and the staff was fantastic!  Susan's vast experience proved to be priceless during the entire process - from the first day we met with her to the day of the wedding - she made herself available to us.  We will definitely be using them again for our next event!!!! TEN STARS OUT OF TEN!!!!!

It was a pleasure to work with Susan. It is evident that she and the Catering By Robert staff are very experienced. Several of the wedding guests raved that the food was delicious, and that there was a nice variety.

I cannot speak highly enough of Catering by Robert! We retained them last April for my daughter’s wedding this past January. Susan made everything go as smoothly as possible from day one. We have a lot (A LOT!) of complicated allergies in my family . So first we had a private sample tasting for which Susan took into account all of our dietary constraints. Then we attended regular events hosted to sample more of their food (the servers let us know what had gluten and other ingredients of concern) – it is like going to a reception with out the loud music! Even sampling signature drinks! To me this is going above and beyond anything I ever heard of. My daughter had very specific centerpiece ideas and wanted to do most of them herself but we were able to coordinate to use Robert’s supplies in some cases to save us money and effort. At the end of the evening the catering staff packed up all of the various pieces and sorted out which were my daughter’s and which were theirs. I am not at all comfortable hosting events (That is an understatement. I find it terrifying.) and as the day approached it was a relief to know that Susan was keeping track of all the vendors involved, the deliveries day-of etc. A Day-Of Coordinator can easily run $1500 just for that service and she tosses it in. Susan came over to Pinellas twice in advance, once to meet with the woman who runs the hall and to see the hall. Then the day before she happened to be able to bring us the tablecloths so we could set the tables up in advance. This is not always a practical thing to do and took so much pressure off that she happened to be able to do it. Susan has a calm demeanor and seems to take everything in stride and her presence and demeanor helped me to keep calm as we hosted the biggest event we have ever hosted. While the advance and Day-Of Coordination is nice, the primary reason to pick the caterer would be for the tasty food and Catering by Robert absolutely delivered on this. I am *thrilled* to have so much leftover mojo chicken in my freezer right now ( a lot of last minute cancels from covid/flu) and I would really, REALLY love to get that signature smokey cheddar dip recipe as we have been enjoying it since the wedding and I am pretty sad it is gone. The staff all did a super job and Maryn, our Coordinator, was very good at communicating and coordinating with me. By the time we started the reception I could just relax and know all was in good hands and I was able to enjoy the evening and even the wrap up at the end was so easy working with this excellent and professional team. Thank you to Susan and all who helped make my daughter’s wedding reception such a wonderful event.

Cateringbyrobert was amazing with helping us with all the big and little details of a wedding. Susan was so patient and helpful with helping us plan for our wedding while living all the way in Alaska. I would recommend cateringbyrobert as they made our special day come to life. They are experts for sure 😊

Susan and her team were an absolute DREAM!! She was sooo communicative and helpful throughout the entire process! The group tasting events throughout our planning were fantastic- it really gave us a feel for their menu options (which are almost limitless) and how the staff functions at an event. It was so easy to customize everything and truly make our day exactly what we wanted. We had some last minute tweaks due to the groom’s mother being ill and they handled everything like complete professionals. The day of our wedding was perfect. Everything was taken care of without me having to lift a finger. Everything from the setup, the bar, the AMAZING food, AND the decor were perfection! Guests are still raving about the amazing food and how friendly all of the staff were. I would 10000% book Susan again and would recommend them to anybody! Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough!

Susan was absolutely amazing! With my family being in Texas and having the overwhelming feeling of disparity for help, Susan and her team stepped in and made my wedding planning so simple and inclusive. Susan helped us design our wedding, set up a menu, figure out decorations, and coordinate everything. The group tasting gave us an opportunity to try so many of the dishes and come up with the perfect menu for our wedding. The one on one meetings with Susan made all the little details come together beautifully. The fact that we started out just looking for a caterer and we were able to find someone to not only do that, but supply the table placements/china, linens, and coordinate the whole day made the experience simple and unforgettable. Our coordinator, Maryn, was a dream! She was on top of things the whole day and we were able to simply relax and enjoy our day. The food is still being talked about I think that was one of the biggest compliments we got throughout the night. Catering by Robert will be who I recommend for every event when asked. Susan and her team were amazing… people don’t often comment on the food but our guests did.. we served Prime Rib and the pieces were soooo large and the sides were a perfect match….the decorations that Susan used for the center pieces were beyond beautiful… thank you for making this such a beautiful day for our daughter…

Susan and the rest of the team at Catering by Robert are fantastic! Susan was with us every step of the way in the designing of the reception, and provided great input and recommendations. Everything turned out beautiful, and the food was delicious! We did a served buffet with the chicken marsala, Parma Rosa pasta, honey baked ham....and the star of the show, a giant dish of paella! At the end of the night, they packed up all our decorations and leftover food and put them in a spot close to the venue entrance, so all we had to do was put it in the car. Thank you all so much, everything was perfect!

This combo-team of caterer/event planner/rentals supplier absolutely NAILED what I asked for! And then some!!! I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say... and I can be a bit of a harsh critic. Susan quickly replied to (and resolved) any and all communication from me, and from anyone else on my behalf. She asked excellent questions so she could be sure to give me exactly what I wanted; and her questions clearly demonstrated her many years of experience and expertise. She gave advice and offered solutions to problems that I didn't even know I had. She made sure that I was on top of things that needed to be done within a certain timeframe. On the day of my wedding, I sincerely felt like a queen. No exaggeration. She assigned a particular young woman to be my "assistant" for literally any and everything I could ask for, and then she also offered me things I didn't even know I wanted; all done within moments. (I REALLY wish I could remember her name to give her proper credit for truly making me feel like royalty!) The food was just incredible! I STILL have guests begging me for recipes from our wedding! The calypso meatballs - NOT TO BE MISSED! And the home-made vodka sauce... just mouth-watering!! EVERYTHING tasted WONDERFUL! And I am EXTREMELY picky... The fact that I was able to get my tables, chairs, plates, etc. and A TON of decor from them just made everything that much easier when it came to coordinating the whole event, especially on the big day. I KNOW for sure that I had to be a complete pain to work with; I was totally clueless every step of the way, I procrastinated everything because I'm also an indecisive control-freak... The list goes on and on... I can't imagine having my wedding done by anyone else! Every time I thought that Susan and her team were perfect, she'd go and do something else to surpass my hopes and expectations again! Every single person on her team that I encountered seemed so genuine and warm and happy to be helping our event run smoothly. They all felt like extended family! I'm so grateful that I was able to have this company for my wedding, thank you all soooo much!!! Words aren't enough! <3

This was the best decision I made for my wedding. Not only was Catering by Robert’s food absolutely amazing but wedding planning came including. The planner, Susan was fantastic. She made everything perfect and listened to my vision. She made everything exactly how I wanted it, came up with great solutions when problems came, answered all my calls and had the best ideas. The staff she had for my wedding was incredible as well. It started storming during my wedding and they way they were able to flip things and come up with solutions was amazing. They walked around in the pouring rain and were able to bring my wedding back to life. And again, the food was WOWWWW good. I couldn’t have been happier with all of it. It was truly an amazing day.

Catering by Robert catered the welcome dinner the night before my wedding and was absolutely amazing to work with. Susan was so helpful throughout the planning process and her team helped us keep everything on track throughout the night. Susan and her team not only provided great food but also helped with event setup and decor. So happy we chose Catering by Robert for our welcome dinner!

This catering company was fantastic! The food was incredible! This company offers a day of coordinator, linens, and centerpieces included in their dinner prices. We went with a buffet style dinner, which was fast and efficient. We also used their bar service in which we provide the alcohol and they provide the mixers and bar tenders. The drinks were made really well and not too strong! We were able to have several meetings with Susan, who is so sweet and truly knows what she is doing. The staff was great and they also set up all the decorations we brought, as well as cleaned up. They even packed up all of the leftover food we had and sent it home with us. Overall, a great company with great prices that include so much, making it a stress free process!

If I could give them more than five stars I would! Susan and her team made our day so special. It was a pleasure working with them and I really appreciated how she was so responsive through the entire planning process. Highly recommend!!! Thank you again!

I was the planner for a friend's wedding and I can honestly say that the catering was the easiest thing to handle by far thanks to Catering by Robert. Susan made sure to have regular, open communication and even met with me on site well in advance of wedding to ensure that everything would be laid out as planned. The food was delicious and plentiful and came at a great price point. Also, she and her staff did an absolutely phenomenal job during the event and were extremely professional and kind. Susan and her crew at Catering by Robert were an incredible team to work with for our wedding! We live in East Orlando, but got married in Lake Wales and thankfully it was within their range. We came across CbR and it was such a gem. Reasonable prices. Delicious food. Beautiful table set ups. I cannot recommend Susan and the whole Catering by Robert team enough! I started working with Susan in 2018 when I got engaged and she was wonderful from the start, especially through the challenges of being a Covid couple (original date 6/6/2020). She checked in regularly and helped to make sure I had every but if support and advice I needed including other vendor recommendations (all of which were fabulous!) She and her team made our entire wedding day run so smoothly! We ran out of a specific liquor during our reception and rather than just say that we were out of that spirit, someone from her team went to pick up more so that our guests could enjoy the drinks they wanted. On top of all of the fantastic service and team members the food was to die for! All of our guests commented on how good the food was and there was plenty for everyone to try some of everything. Overall, Susan and her team made my and my husbands wedding day the best day ever and if you are looking for the most well rounded catering and design team, look no further than Catering by Robert!!

Susan and her team were exceptional! Communication was excellent and my questions were addressed immediately. They were very organized and professional. They are a one-stop-shop that literally helps with everything from catering, rehearsal, day of coordinating, clean-up. Catering by Robert is absolutely superb!!! Our daughters wedding reception was a huge success because of Susan and her team!!! We presented Susan with specific food challenges and she knocked it out of the park with Vegan and Gluten Free delicious dishes!! Some of our guests did not even realize some of the food was vegan (plant based proteins) and said how delicious it was. Susan’s team was impeccable. They were so kind and professional. Kept the food hot and I noticed when they served your food it was artfully placed on the plate…not just slopped on. I highly recommend Catering By Robert!!!

Susan, the owner, and her team were amazing from day one. The food was phenomenal, the service exceptional, and Susan herself helped me so much along the way. We had a buffet style dinner with a chicken option, pasta, salad, rolls, sides and a carving station. Susan's team provides table clothes, silverware, plates, chargers, centerpieces (you buy the flowers), etc. so a large portion of the décor is handled. Fantastic caterer. On time with everything we needed for 102 outdoor wedding at our home. I could not have asked for better service. Very professional and kind. Came to our home several times prior to wedding to make sure everything was happening correctly. Highly recommend them.

We immediately started our search for another caterer, after seeing the great reviews and after the first meeting with Susan, we knew they were it! Susan was great to work with for my daughter's wedding! Even with the pandemic delaying our event, she was always so accommodating and knowledgeable. It really was helpful to have her provide the day of coordination, catering, bar service, table linens & decorations. It seemed to simplify many details for us. We were able to attend many tastings which was helpful in planning the menu. She contacted our other vendors to make sure everything was on schedule. We had so many guests compliment how beautiful everything was and the food was amazing! The staff was so attentive to all our guests, they really went out of their way to provide outstanding service! Heather went above and beyond in coordinating the ceremony location and happily helped us with some unique challenges. Susan's expertise and calm demeanor was invaluable, and we found it wise to follow her advice!

We did a lot of research before choosing a caterer. Catering by Robert was a perfect fit for us. We had a 125 person wedding and they took care of literally everything for us. I didn't have to lift a finger the day of to worry about putting tables together or where the cake would go or the leftover food. We were able to meet with them several times prior to our big day. They had monthly tastings so we could really decide on what we liked for our reception. Everyone from our wedding commented on the food all night and how good the decor was. The best part was that they cleaned up all our decor at the end of the night and even sent us home with desserts. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Truly a full service company that was so caring and put in a lot of attention to detail.

We booked Catering by Robert 11 months in advance. We we very fortunate to attend and truly enjoy several taste testings at different venues offered by Catering by Robert to help choose our wedding menu. We also met with Susan several times to review our place settings and decorations. Susan was such a great resource for ideas and for decorations. Susan always answered our questions very quickly. She was always calm and had great advice! The day of our wedding was fabulous! So happy we hired Catering by Robert to do our entire set up and take down as well as provide our bar service and all the food! Our cocktail hour was great with drinks and hand passed hors d’oeuvres. Everything was displayed beautifully and all guests enjoyed the service. When it was time for the buffet, we were so pleased with our choice of food. So much food displayed so professionally and the buffet line moved at a steady pace thanks to Susan’s planning. The hand carved ham as well the huge dish of Paella were both a big hit with guests. We had a great variety for all to choose from. The food was delicious and the evening went so smoothly. I am grateful that Susan was there through the entire process so that everything was perfect on our wedding day!

We have actually be working with Susan (one of the owner of cateringbyrobert) for almost 2 years due to several reschedulings as a result of the pandemic. We finally had our wedding this August 2021 (originally scheduled for April 2020), and we are very happy with Susan. This is not only a catering of food service, but what you sign up for when you hire cateringbyrobert is the whole wedding package. Susan tirelessly and patient worked with us throughout our preparation process in helping us pick out everything from our table runners, food, meal presentation designs to the order of our ceremony procession. It becomes instantly clear that she is very experienced in this wedding business and has an eye for detail that any bride would appreciate. Susan made sure that things were tucked and taken care of - when I didn't even know that those things existed (and would have definitely presented as problems on the day of if it weren't for Susan). Speaking of the day of, Susan and her team arrived ready to make everything perfect and just the way we had been discussing. The setup was impeccable and really complimented our venue. Her team was swift and effortless - they were able to work the entire event without being disruptive, and we could not be more grateful for this. All in all, we loved working with Susan from day 1 of hiring cateringbyrobert and are so very thankful to have had the privilege of being her customers. Catering by Robert- Review We cannot say enough positive things about Susan and her team. From our first meeting we knew that she was going to be instrumental throughout our wedding planning process. The multiple food tasting opportunities assisted us with planning the perfect wedding day menu. Susan was always available to answer any questions and provided us with wonderful guidance to ensure that our special day was the most fantastic day ever. She and her team went above and beyond to ensure that no detail was overlooked. Special shout out to “Another” Heather, our day of coordinator, and Maryn the banquet captain for making sure that we did not have to worry about anything. My guests were so impressed with the appetizers served during the social hour (and since we were taking pictures, they made sure to bring us a plate so we didn't miss out on them!) and raved about the food served for dinner. Susan and her staff were so wonderful to work with! They had multiple tastings which offered a wide variety to choose from. The food was amazing I can’t say it enough. Everybody loved the beef empanadas we had in the pasta with the scallops and shrimp in it. Everybody kept raving about the food the whole night. Susan‘s daughter and husband were our bartenders and they were so fun to work with. Their Margaritas were a HUGE hit! Everybody had a great time. Susan also does decor options which was such a lifesaver to have a two in one vendor. She was willing to work with what we had followed what I had on Pinterest and really made our day is special and as beautiful as we could’ve hoped it would be. Susan was also very patient with us as we put our wedding on hold briefly to find out if we were going to have it or not during this pandemic. Her entire staff was flexible and was constantly working with us. I can’t say enough good things about Susan and her company. Thank you again so much for a wonderful wedding!!

Susan and her team were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She was always there for me for whatever I needed and any questions I had all the way from the numerous emails/pictures I would send, to all the planning and food tastings. I love how customizable and creative we could get. The Catering was the most important thing for us at our wedding and they blew it out of the park. They did not forget any detail which was very important to me. Her team even had horderves and cocktails waiting for us after the ceremony & they also had our food plated (we had a buffet style) for us at dinner which made it incredibly easy to eat before we mingled with the guests. Hands down one of our best decisions of our wedding day! I could go on and on but truly thank you for everything!!

I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 26 years, and a lot of my guests have been as well, and believe me when I say we are tough to please. I received so many compliments on the amazing food. The paella was one of a kind- I highly recommend. As well as the impeccable food, Susan and her team did so much to make the whole wedding experience seamless. From the pre-wedding meetings, wedding rehearsal, setting up tables and decorations , ceremony, dinner, dessert and clean up - Susan and her team did an impeccable job of making sure I was at ease the whole time. Our event was so special because Catering by Robert/Event Planning did such an awesome job! Couldn’t have asked for better food or help at Shannon’s and Matt’s Wedding! From the very first meeting to cleaning up after our daughter’s wedding, everything was wonderful. The staff was also commendable, as well as all the design recommendations! Susan basically made our wedding happen out of thin air. It was actual magic. We were completely unplanned except for the venue a month before the wedding and she organized everything for two epic procrastinators. The food they made was really amazing and I recommend the giant paella pan for a crowd pleaser. She took care of decorations, including arbor and total day of management. I barely saw her once and everything happened perfectly. We used her network of vendors and she set us up with a great DJ, flowers (they got us tulips out of season), and an amazing cake. She's basically a godsend and made 1000% difference to our wedding. Use her and you'll see that weddings aren't as stressful as they are made out to be

Susan and her team were the best thing that could have happened to my husband and I when we planned our wedding; from the moment we met to the last piece of cake, she kept the show running. Susan was not just the caterer she was essentially my assistant wedding planner. She helped me put together decoration ideas, suggested places to rent items she didn't have in her storage for decor and even went above and beyond and borrowed items from friends! She also emailed a finalized list of everything we needed down to the number of liquor bottles for the reception to who was pinning up my dress after the ceremony; little things that you don't think of until it's too late! There was not one detail that went unnoticed or addressed before the big day. Her team was wonderful and very helpful throughout the entire night and did whatever they could to make our day seamless. My wedding would have seriously been a nightmare without Catering By Robert (Susan ;) She's worth every penny and I highly recommend her!!

Susan worked with me to not only supply me with amazing food, but helped as my wedding decorator and day of coordinator, and didn't miss a beat! Her prices are very affordable and she works to get you the best prices and create a wedding that is exactly as you want and unique to only you. She has years of experience and thus advice that is as helpful as having a wedding planner! Her expertise allows your wedding day to run smoothly. We did not have any hiccups in our day, Susan and her staff were amazing, super friendly and very helpful! Her prices are very affordable and she is worth every penny, and more. And the best part is, you don't have to supply decorations or hire a decorator, she has them for you already and delivers them the day-of so you don't end up with useless wedding decor afterwards! It was the best choice I made to have a caterer who was also our decorator and day of coordinator. She also supplied the bartender to serve our guests the liquor we provided at a very affordable price, even supplied mixers and champagne glasses!! Not to mention our guests were raving about the food during and even after our wedding. I couldn't have asked for anything better. You and your staff are amazing Susan, thank you all so much!

We had our beautiful wedding at Tampa Garden Club in South Tampa where Susan was with us every step of the way helping bring our vision to life. We recommend her 10/10. She provided top notch service, helped break down the menu when we were confused. Gave us indepth insider information on our venue and provided details on best ways to navigate. She kept the menu flexible for us (greatly appreciated). She provided layout help, alcohol estimates help and vendor help. She stood in as our day of coordinator and made sure everything was perfect. She gave us VALUABLE advice and is not afraid to make suggestions when needed (even with us hard headed engagies). She coordinated with our florist (who she knew) and had a table sample night where we could make adjustments as needed. She is a staple in the industry and highly respected. Everyone loved the food... we thought the prices were extremly fair. Considering the service she provides... this is a no brainer. She even showed up to our rehearsal and set us up for success. Id also like to add that I am not easy to please... she did all of this with grace. Bravo!!! Catering by Roberts make dream weddings come true in all budgets.

We can not begin to describe how amazing Susan and her team were not only on the day of our wedding but with the planning before hand. They made everything so very simple and easy the day of the wedding. Caitlin was an amazing coordinator and ensured we had everything we needed and kept us on schedule to ensure we didn't forget things. She was always checking in on my husband and I to ensure we didn't need anything. Including serving us our food because we were stuck talking with guests. The meetings- We enjoyed the food tastings we were able to attend in the short planning process for our wedding. It was a great way to try different things from their menu. The meetings we had with Susan were always productive and the last planning meeting was amazing. The day of the wedding was based on that meeting. Susan know what she is doing for sure. Setup- We literally dropped everything off in the morning and everything was done when we arrived to do first look. They even moved our ceremony chairs (rented) to our reception tables for us and moved flowers as well. They provided all of our table coverings and parts of the centerpieces and it was perfect. The Food- It was delicious and everyone was raving about the paella. Including us. It was so nice to be able to have the extra food to take home. We had a lot of family still in town and it came in handy. They cut and served our cake as well. The Bar- There was never a line and everyone was happy with the service. Very friendly and professional bartenders. Vendor coordination- Susan gave us amazing recommendations on a bakery for our cakes and videography and DJ. We could not have been happier. Everyone was were they needed to be and setup with no problem. Breakdown- They broke down all the tables and chairs and collected all of our stuff so it was very easy for my family to gather to leave. They also have worked with our venue before and knew what they needed to do to ensure we got our deposit back. I will literally hire them for any event in the future when I need catering. Not just based on food, but for the relationship we built with her and her team. We are so glad we used them for our catering. They are more than a caterer. I had no idea what I wanted nor how to plan a wedding and she helped tremendously. The value of what we paid to what was included was huge. We hired Catering by Robert for our outdoor destination wedding at The Sweet Escape. Susan made the experience wonderful; from the very first phone call to the day of our wedding. The first thing I really enjoyed was the fact that we could work together remotely. I live in Ohio and they are based in Florida. The communication via email was prompt and very detailed. I changed my idea on table design at least 10 times. I was blown away at how perfect our table setting came out without actually seeing it in person; the colors, center pieces and fun addition of candy was perfect and beautiful. The day of wedding, a rain storm came through 30 minutes before the ceremony and we lost power. I remember looking out the window and seeing all the caterers removing the table clothes/plates. Susan stayed positive and kept reiterating that the rain storm would be gone soon and everything would be fine. Low and behold it was; within 30 minutes after the rain, we had a beautiful reception set up.. Power went back on; we served dinner a little late to improvise. Thank you Susan for helping me stay calm during the storm. Additionally, the food was delicious. We got many compliments from our guests; specifically the southwest pasta was a hit!! I'd also like to mention Caitlin. She was the lead. She was attentive, professional, and informative. Always had a smile on her face. She introduced herself after our ceremony and made herself available at all times! The day was hectic, we forgot to cut our cake. Caitlin went out of her way to find us and suggested we should cut the cake. I'm so glad she did this because it was such a special moment! Thanks Caitlin! Overall, id highly recommend this business to anyone. By the end of the day, I gained so much respect for this company by how they handled all of our unexpected circumstances; rain storm and power outage..Through all the obstacles they managed to still give us our perfect wedding!

Where do I start? From the day I first spoke with Susan, I knew she was the person I wanted to work with. She answered all of my questions and gave me some suggestions I hadn't even thought of. She was patient and kind and went out of her way to make sure our day went flawlessly. In the midst of planning we decided that our original venue would not work, so Susan searched high and low to find a new venue that met our expectations and visions. We are from out of state so she even visited venues and facetimed me for a walk through. We never did a food tasting, and I was nervous but our guests raved about the food. The day of our event Susan and her staff were there to ensure that everything ran smoothly. She knew my vision like no one else because we spent countless hours planning and she ensured that the entire day went off with out a hitch. YUMMY Yum Yum, Catering by Robert did an outstanding job catering our wedding not only was the food delicious, but Susan was a joy to work with. I have never been to a wedding that everyone was complimenting the food so much, the leftovers were just as delicious as the first night we ate. The planning process was a breeze , we had meetings with Susan and she was always so quick to respond to any questions, the great thing about Catering by Robert is that they have wonderful get togethers to sample food items and to go over your tablescapes. The day of was flawless and Susan’s team and coordinators made our wedding day function without a hitch. We couldn’t have picked a better team to handle our food, bar tending and day of coordination. My husband and I are blown away by how perfect Susan and her team made our wedding! Susan and her team went above and beyond any expectation I ever had for a catering team! They thought of every detail, and coordinated with everyone there to make sure my day was perfect. Susan and Catering by Robert were amazing on our wedding day! We hired Susan because of everything that is included in the price - centerpieces, linens, etc. Susan and her staff were top-notch. The venue room looked more beautiful than I ever could have hoped! The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and very detail-oriented. We also included the bar services and we could not have been happier! They were also very affordable! Susan was so quick to respond to every email and/or text. She also puts on numerous tastings for clients to attend prior to their event. Susan was amazing!

From our initial meeting with Susan, we could tell that she was easy to work with, on top of her clients' needs, and could make wedding planning simple, easy, and minimally stressful. My husband and I knew generally what we wanted for our wedding but Susan really helped us refine the general feel of our wedding. A huge advantage of working with Susan and her team is that they have been in this area doing weddings for a long time and as such have many wonderful recommendations for any sort of vendor you may need. They also take care of everything from the bar to the table and chair rentals in addition to making the food for the reception, all without making sacrifices to overall quality. Something we particularly appreciated was how responsive Susan was via email - any question or concern we had was answered within less than half a day. On the day of our wedding, we couldn't have asked for more! Everything was set-up beautifully, the staff was wonderful, and at the end of the night, all of our decor and other odds and ends were nicely packed away and set aside.
