Tracy has such a range of food to pick from that it can be overwhelming, but only because it's all so good. She is willing to help make any vision of what you want at your wedding come to life. She even can provide charger plates, fabric napkins, glassware, silverware, and table clothes in her packages. A few days before the party the equipment people arrived to set up the tents and tables and chairs. The people were great and did a wonderful job. On the day of the party Tracy's staff arrived right on time and they went to work making everything beautiful, organized and finished before the guests arrived. During the event the staff was very attentive to the guests and to my husband and I, even offering to make us a plate so that we could continue to visit with the guests. We did several passed apps during a cocktail hour, a stationed BBQ dinner and different flavored dessert bars for about 160 people in Asheville, NC - It was all AMAZING! I honestly couldn't choose my favorite item, they were all THAT good. We also rented dishes, silverware, glasses, chargers and napkins from her and they were all beautiful and set up so well! Tracy was very communicative, helpful and so accommodating with a few last minute changes we made. On top of all this, Tracy and her team were some of the nicest women we have ever worked with. Each one of them were SO friendly, personable and accommodating and they worked so hard to make everything perfect - and it was! They were all so professional, efficient and had smiles on their faces the entire time. We had some issues with our planner dropping the ball on some things & some unforeseen medical emergencies took place during our wedding, which would make things tough on any vendor. However, Tracy and her team picked up the slack (even when they didn't have to) and made sure that we were taken care of the ENTIRE time. She helped sneak apps to us while we were taking photos and made sure we had plates made for us for dinner. Seriously, I could go on and on... Do not hesitate to book her - They truly are incredible and were such a joy to work with, loved them so much!!

absolutely blow away by how amazing the food was!!! Not having tasted the food prior to our wedding, we were a touch nervous. But the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. We did the chicken and bbq sliders plate with potato salad and green bean casserole, and did the baked ziti for the vegetarian guests. Our guests were overwhelmingly southern, and the overall consensus was that this was the best green bean casserole any of us had ever had. All of the other food was also so good. We ate the leftovers for the next two days and did not get tired of it. You can't go wrong with Tracy's Catering!! :) :)

Due to Covid, we had to reschedule our original date and we were able to work together to find a date that would work for us all. Tracy was a professional with the reschedule and was helpful trying to work with us so that we could all work together. The food was amazing! I had a charcuterie board for our cocktail hour and it was absolutely lovely. My guests raved about it. Dinner was an Italian pasta buffet and I had so many compliments about it. The sauces and rolls were a huge hit. I had several guests with severe food allergies and Tracy took it seriously and her staff ensured everyone's safety. This was a huge concern for me. From the very beginning, Tracy was prompt to reply to emails or calls and often checked in to run ideas by me that she thought I would like. I can't say enough nice things. She sent two wonderful ladies, Laura and Lana who worked their tails off. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we extremely friendly. mazing. I was a little worried that the food would get cold because the temperatures had dropped ( outdoor wedding) and the pictures had ran over 30 min, causing the dinner to be late . The food was very hot as if it has just been prepared. All the quest raved about the food.
