Tracy and her team were on top of it! From the beginning to end, Tracy was reachable and easy to communicate with. In addition to being easy to work with, the food was absolutely delicious (the guests especially loved the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin and the bbq meatballs). Her bartending staff was professional and fun! If I had to do it all over, I’d chose Tracy and her team again and again!

Tracy was so great to work with. She knows her team well. The shrimp and grits and stuffed mushrooms were my favorite. She and her team did a plated meal for about 120 guests and everything ran smoothly.

She was very flexible and was able to work with us to meet all of our catering needs and dreams. Not to mention her food was fantastic! Originally our coordinator was very concerned about doing a plated meal instead of a buffet. A plated meal was important to us and Tracy definitely exceeded our expectation. Tracy’s website caught our attention when seeking out a caterer for our event. Easy to navigate and featuring many meal options we reached out to Tracy for more information . Tracy was very informative explaining appetizers, meal options and helping us choose what would work best for our event - right down to the linens, decor and dinnerware available. She offered a couples tasting event which featured several delicious entrees and appetizers to sample- making it hard to choose favorites. Tracy was an absolute dream to work with! Our wedding was over a month ago and people are still raving about how great our appetizers and dinner were! Tracy and her staff did a great job at our wedding. They showed up on time, set up everything without a problem, worked with our coordinator well, and the food was great! Communication with Tracy is very easy. She is good at responding to questions and providing information. She was even flexible enough to do a to-go tasting for us. Tracy has such a range of food to pick from that it can be overwhelming, but only because it's all so good. She is willing to help make any vision of what you want at your wedding come to life. She even can provide charger plates, fabric napkins, glassware, silverware, and table clothes in her packages. We were incredibly impressed with Tracy’s catering service for our wedding last weekend. Her communication was always prompt, professional and personable. She went above and beyond with her services. We appreciated all her recommendations, especially the cupcakes! The salmon was very juicy, not dry at all, and the chicken was very tasty as well. All the seasonings were top notch. The potatoes were probably my favorite, but I loved all the food Tracy and her team prepared. The cupcakes were delicious, definitely a hit with the crowd. The portions were very generous. We had plenty of leftovers, which was much appreciated. If you are looking for a catering team, look no further, Catering by Tracy is it. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you very much Tracy & team!

Tracy and her team catered our July 2022 wedding at Sky Retreat in Purlear, NC. From beginning to end, working with Tracy was a pleasure. She is incredibly organized and professional. She did a great job of accommodating for our vegan guests and guests with nut allergies. The food was delicious. We appreciated that Tracy served as our one-stop-shop for our wedding dinner- dinnerware, bartending, serving, linens, and food. We highly recommend Tracy and her team for wedding catering!

We hired Catering by Tracy for our 50th wedding anniversary party. We had ordered some of her dinners during Covid when no one was going out to dinner. The food was wonderful! We found her on Facebook. Tracy was very patient with my MANY questions. She made a lot of great suggestions. A few days before the party the equipment people arrived to set up the tents and tables and chairs. The people were great and did a wonderful job. On the day of the party Tracy's staff arrived right on time and they went to work making everything beautiful, organized and finished before the guests arrived. During the event the staff was very attentive to the guests and to my husband and I, even offering to make us a plate so that we could continue to visit with the guests. After the party I received comments from almost everyone that attended the party, that it was a wonderful evening and that the food was GREAT!!! I would highly recommend Catering By Tracy!! It took us a while but we found the perfect caterer for our wedding! Catering by Tracy did a fabulous job! Tracy was easy to work with and was always prompt communicating. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. They even grilled our steak, chicken and meats on-site! I spotted Tracy dancing around as she was cleaning. I absolutely cannot recommend Tracy and her team enough - they were absolutely INCREDIBLE! The food was SO delicious. We received so many compliments from our friends and family about how much they loved it & how impressed they were with not only the quality of the food, but the temperature and presentation of it all. We did several passed apps during a cocktail hour, a stationed BBQ dinner and different flavored dessert bars for about 160 people in Asheville, NC - It was all AMAZING! I honestly couldn't choose my favorite item, they were all THAT good. We also rented dishes, silverware, glasses, chargers and napkins from her and they were all beautiful and set up so well! Tracy was very communicative, helpful and so accommodating with a few last minute changes we made. On top of all this, Tracy and her team were some of the nicest women we have ever worked with. Each one of them were SO friendly, personable and accommodating and they worked so hard to make everything perfect - and it was! They were all so professional, efficient and had smiles on their faces the entire time. We had some issues with our planner dropping the ball on some things & some unforeseen medical emergencies took place during our wedding, which would make things tough on any vendor. However, Tracy and her team picked up the slack (even when they didn't have to) and made sure that we were taken care of the ENTIRE time. She helped sneak apps to us while we were taking photos and made sure we had plates made for us for dinner. Seriously, I could go on and on... Do not hesitate to book her - They truly are incredible and were such a joy to work with, loved them so much!!

If I could give Tracy's Catering a million stars, I would!! I highly highly recommend Tracy and her crew. We booked Tracy and her team based solely on reading reviews, and we were absolutely blow away by how amazing the food was!!! Not having tasted the food prior to our wedding, we were a touch nervous. But the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. We did the chicken and bbq sliders plate with potato salad and green bean casserole, and did the baked ziti for the vegetarian guests. Our guests were overwhelmingly southern, and the overall consensus was that this was the best green bean casserole any of us had ever had. All of the other food was also so good. We ate the leftovers for the next two days and did not get tired of it. You can't go wrong with Tracy's Catering!! :) :)

I can't say enough great things about Tracy and her staff. She has always been responsive and very helpful with making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I am a person that knows precisely what I want and how I want it from working so long in the wedding industry, and Tracy graciously worked with me to ensure I was happy. Due to Covid, we had to reschedule our original date and we were able to work together to find a date that would work for us all. Tracy was a professional with the reschedule and was helpful trying to work with us so that we could all work together. The food was amazing! I had a charcuterie board for our cocktail hour and it was absolutely lovely. My guests raved about it. Dinner was an Italian pasta buffet and I had so many compliments about it. The sauces and rolls were a huge hit. I had several guests with severe food allergies and Tracy took it seriously and her staff ensured everyone's safety. This was a huge concern for me. From the very beginning, Tracy was prompt to reply to emails or calls and often checked in to run ideas by me that she thought I would like. I can't say enough nice things. She sent two wonderful ladies, Laura and Lana who worked their tails off. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we extremely friendly. We not only had her wonderful food at our wedding, but she also provided our glassware, silverware, linens, chargers, and plates for the reception and disposables for cocktail hour -- all while maintaining our budget! Catering by Tracy was basically our one-stop-shop for all of our wedding needs. Tracy accommodated our preferences and last minute changes and was very flexible with us throughout the whole planning process. We are grateful to Tracy and her team for their excellent service!

The food was delicious, and Tracy was able to explain everything we needed to get done to us with ease. Everything went off without a hitch at the wedding and the rehearsal dinner (we had Tracy cater both events).

Tracy and her team were amazing. Because of Covid we moved our daughters wedding from may to October. She worked with us on the change flawlessly. Lisa was our attendant. She was amazing. I was a little worried that the food would get cold because the temperatures had dropped ( outdoor wedding) and the pictures had ran over 30 min, causing the dinner to be late . The food was very hot as if it has just been prepared. All the quest raved about the food. I will be using Catering by Tracy for all my events and have recommended her to several friends and co-workers. Thank you Tracy and Lisa for making the wedding reception so amazing

Tracy and her crew were wonderful to work with! She helped us come up with a menu that was personalized to our taste and recommended several options to help us stay within our budget. She offered an extensive tasting menu to help us make our final decisions. Her food is delicious! Our wedding guests loved her buffalo chicken dip and both the red & gold sauces for her smoked chicken on our dinner buffet. She was quick to respond to our emails, was flexible making last minute changes (due to Covid) and helped make sure everything went smoothly throughout our wedding planning process. We would definitely recommend Tracy to anyone looking for great food at a reasonable price.

My experience with Tracy was awesome! I was concerned about finding a good caterer for my 15 person covid reduced size wedding but Tracy was flexible and Amazing to work with. She has a very broad menu so you can really order whatever you want, and we did! Between the buffalo dip, fillets and salmon, Mac and cheese, veggies, smashed potatoes, and rolls, her food was so delicious and everyone enjoyed it! She was great with communication and I would highly recommend her. Even when we forgot our bread and wine to have for communion at our ceremony she was able to provide for that at the last minute and get those things to us. We are happy we booked her and without hesitation you should too!

Tracy's food is so good and she can literally do anything for you. We asked for an ice cream bar and it didn't phase her at all! We were married during COVID and Tracy was flexible and willing to work with us. She and her team are awesome and will make your wedding or event wonderful! She was always available via email or phone as needed.

Tracy is amazing!!! We had 2 weeks to re-plan our wedding due to Covid-19. When we contacted Tracy, she was more than to step in and help us. We had multiple menu changes, guest counts, etc. within that short period of time and she was always open to the changes and made great suggestions. The day of the wedding, she came early to set up, her display was gorgeous. She brought her cooker on-site and prepared all the food on-site. It was phenomenal!! We had so many compliments on her interaction with the guests, the food, and the service. The next morning, she even stopped by to bring coffee and donuts for us and our overnight guests. I would recommend and definitely use her for an event we have in the future.

Tracy was the perfect choice for our daughter's wedding. She made samples for us to try so we could decide what items we would like to include for our menu. She has an enormous selection and makes excellent suggestions. She was easy to work with and followed through with everything detail that she had promised. Her prices were extremely reasonable and we will definitely use her again if the need should ever arises.
