Catering by Vest

Chef Thomas is amazing at his craft. Everything tasted great. On the business side there were more than a few hiccups though. There was an assistant brought in the day before my wedding who caused a great deal of discord. I don't think she realized what her role was as a caterer because she kept telling my coordinator what to do. Not to mention while she had her hands in all other things concerning my wedding, she was not prepared to service my guest when it was time. Then broke down the kitchen prior to the time discussed (this was a buffet style wedding) Thank god for the DJ standing his ground when he was told to cut the music prior to his appointed time. The caterers assistant was a Major problem! The list could go on but I won't. If they get their staffing in order they would surely get all five stars.
