Claudia and Darren with Cavo Entertainment are amazing! We were quickly wow’d during our first video call with Darren. He was very organized and put our minds to ease about the whole process. We knew right away that we wanted to book Cavo! Shortly after, they reached out to us to meet in person and again were both super organized. Claudia and Darren followed a detailed guide and even asked questions I hadn’t even thought of. It really made the whole wedding day go smoothly with everything that they did beforehand!! Could not have asked for a better wedding day DJ! Music, entertainment, dancing on clouds and sparks all went well. Great team!!

Darren and Claudia were the BEST to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone! From our initial inquiry, they were communicative, thorough, and detailed. We loved that they sent us a workbook to help guide us through everything we might need to consider - there were so many things that we hadn't even thought about! They helped us create a detailed timeline, and when our wedding day came, they executed that timeline seamlessly! They took our preferences into account, but we let them run the show and they were so fun and very professional! We also rented the selfie station from them and that was the highlight of the night for many of our guests. I loved that they were able to send themselves their pictures/videos/boomerangs right away, but my husband and I also received a link to everything from the photo booth and we spent the next morning crying and laughing over all the pictures and videos. Our guests raved about their experience from pre-ceremony through the end of the reception. We could not have had such an epic night without Cavo Entertainment. Claudia & Darren were fantastic DJs for our wedding! They were calm, organized, and experienced professionals during the planning process. They arrived early on wedding day to set up, communicated with our venue and photographer to make sure everyone knew the gameplan, and they brought great energy to our reception! Our guests had a blast and we did too!

Very inclusive for minorities (we had a queer jewish wedding)! The photo booth is also an excellent add on and well worth it!

I absolutely loved having Cavo entertainment as our DJ! They did an amazing job coordinating all our special moments to thr music we selected! The photo booth and browse were above and beyond what we thought! We loved getting our photos from the night to immediately take home! Darren and Claudia are great to work with. They are polite, professional, and maintain excellent communication from first point of contact through day off! From our first meeting, it was obvious they were meticulous about the details and provided us an awesome workbook to help us understand the structure of the day and select music that was important to us. My husband and I had a difficult time coming up with songs that everyone would enjoy but they provided ample suggestions and recommendations. Cavo also provided uplighting and a gobo display of our monogram for our wedding. They did an incredible job with both and our venue looked spectacular! There were a couple requested songs that were missed but honestly the day moved so quickly there just may not have been time, especially with the requests submitted by our guests. Darren and Claudia were fabulous to work with and we had so much fun! The conga line Darren let my uncle and bridal party start was hilarious and got nearly everyone out on the dance floor. Darren was amazing! I was the MOH and needed him to play an audio clip for me during my speech and everything went off without a hitch. Also, probably the best Playlist I've heard at a wedding. A good mix of fun but also slow dance songs. Darren was also super friendly, positive and helpful. It was great to work with him!

Booked Cavo for an intimate wedding based on the recommendation of our wedding planner. Overall the entire experience was top notch. From Darren and Claudia’s professional appearance when we first met met them at the venue we knew they brought their A game. Darren really kept the crowd engaged and had some really creative ideas that he would slip up and ask if we were ok with and it really made for an enjoyable night. We had dancers from toddlers to teenagers to seniors and everyone was up and dancing throughout the night. We really appreciated the attention to detail to keep the kiddos happy all night long. Darren and Claudia, Cavo Entertainment, absolutely made our wedding day special. Even before the actual wedding day, their responsiveness, professionalism, and service are completely unmatched! Some of my new family members on my wife's side only speak Spanish, and Claudia was able to translate announcements and other key details so everyone knew what was going on. Also, get the photo booth; it was a huge hit! The day of, the Cavo team arrived on site early, dressed to kill and ready to work. I really appreciated their flexibility as they had already finished setting up equipment in one area and were able to adjust on the fly because of weather. They are also great at coordinating with other vendors and keeping the team and timeline on track, but adaptable to adjust it on the fly as well. Their equipment is professional, the lighting was great, and Darren really does a great job reading a crowd/vibe and keeping everyone engaged and having a good time. Darren and Claudia helped make our day one to never forget and helped it run so smoothly. Claudia made the photo booth so user friendly and Darren’s announcements helped everyone know what to do and when to do it. They implemented everything talked about in our meetings down to the smallest detail, not to mention help us organize everything in a workbook which was then turned into a very detailed timeline. He also paid attention to when the crowd wasn’t feeling certain songs and adjusted as needed very quickly to keep everyone’s energy up. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Darren and Claudia were fantastic as our DJ/emcee! They helped us plan our timeline for the entire wedding day; they mailed me their workbook which provided suggestions for games and songs for any event. We were planning in a different time zone and they were very accommodating with our schedule. During the ceremony, the transitions between songs were seamless, and during the reception, they kept the mood going for whatever was needed at the time. Would highly recommend them for your wedding!

Claudia and Darren are the absolute best! They blew us away from the very first meeting we had with them. We were so impressed and felt so comfortable with them that we didn't even bother interviewing any other DJ's. They helped us create an in-depth timeline for our big day and even had a booklet for us for all the songs that we would need and all the information they would need from us to make sure the day was extra special.

Cavo Entertainment provided sound support and lighting for our live music event at Roaring River Distillery in March. The live music sounded fantastic, the musicians were happy and the lighting made the venue look spectacular. The event was packed and the crowd had a great time. Cavo Entertainment made our event a huge success!

Claudia and Darren provided a level of service and FUN far beyond anyone else we were considering for our wedding reception. Ahead of our big day, they took the time to physically mail us an expansive guide to help us figure out our plans for the flow and music of our special day. They were absolutely lovely to work with through out the planning process and day-of the party, we had an incredible time. I, as the bride, don't think I stopped dancing for one minute. The music was amazing. And Claudia even grabbed one of our disposable cameras to make sure we had plenty of amazing pics of the dancing guests. Cavo Entertainment provided DJ services for my son's wedding two days ago. My son and new daughter-in-law chose Cavo Entertainment because they thought that they would do a good job. Well...they were right! Actually, Darren and Claudia of Cavo Entertainment were wonderful! I'm a musician and record producer, and I've been in the professional audio business for many years. As such, I'm a bit "picky" about sound. As soon as I saw the pro-level QSC loudspeakers getting unloaded, I was convinced that Cavo Entertainment was going to get the job done well. And that's an understatement. They provided separate audio systems for the ceremony and the reception, and they arrived several hours before the wedding to set up, and to make sure that everything was right with both systems. In addition, they brought great lighting and even a Photo Booth (very fun and appreciated by the wedding guests) for the reception. During the ceremony, I played guitar and sang a song. Prior to the wedding, I asked Darren if he could provide a microphone on a boom stand for my guitar as well as another microphone on a boom stand for my vocal. Not only did he do that, but at my request, he even provided a touch of reverb for my vocal. It all sounded great. With the lavalier mics that Cavo Entertainment provided, everyone clearly heard the officiant as well as the bride and groom when they gave their vows. At the reception, the sound and lights were perfect, and Darren did a great job as DJ. And he was a very entertaining emcee! At both the ceremony and the reception, the music was played exactly as the bride and groom had specified, and it all sounded great. Claudia handled the Photo Booth during the reception, and the guests had a ball, wearing different hats and disguises for the "portraits" that they all got to keep. Both Claudia and Darren obviously love what they do because they both kept a smile on their faces and remained friendly and professional throughout the setup, the wedding itself, and final teardown after the event was over, despite it being an outdoor wedding in 90 degree heat! I know that the bride and groom were delighted with Cavo Entertainment's services, and my wife and I were too. I would definitely recommend Cavo Entertainment for any wedding, private party, or corporate event.

They are absolutely amazing!! We throw our wedding together in literally three weeks and if we wouldn’t have had Cavo Entertainment it would have been a mess!! They were so patient and kind and even helped with my bustle. They tried to keep us on track and when they noticed guest were leaving they made sure we had everyone from pictures of the important things like bouquet toss and last dance. We were able to put our thoughts and ideas on paper, then Cavo Entertainment made it happen! Darren did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor throughout the evening. Claudia and Darren from Cavo Entertainment provided music, lighting, Emcee and Photo Booth services for a recent event at our venue, Waterloo Venue and Events, LLC. They arrived with more than enough time to set-up and were professional from start to finish. The Cavo Entertainment team created a spectacular atmosphere and the guests raved about the uplighting. Darren (DJ) did a great job Emceeing throughout the evening and kept the event flowing smoothly. And, of course, the music was great! Cavo Entertainment also provided photo booth services which was a huge hit at the party. The guests didn't need to share photo prints because Claudia made duplicates for everyone in the photo! In November of 2018, we hosted a wedding at a local historical site. From the beginning of the encounter with Darren and Claudia there were able to provide several full and complete wedding ideas. Without their assistance, being able to plan the wedding would have been much more difficult. During the months leading up to the event, communication was free flowing and there was never a doubt in my mind about the service being provided. Upon the wedding day, Darren and Claudia showed up and essentially kept our wedding running efficiently and on course. Not to mention, his choice of songs and ability to illuminate some of the property. I know without Darren and Claudia, our wedding, our first dance and overall experience would have not have been perfect. I can not say enough about Temporary Tempo and hope that they continue to bring the same joy as they did to us.

Darren and Claudia are wonderful to work with. Darren is extremely organized, communicates very well! Not only with you as the client but also with the venue and other vendors. Darren helped us do a timeline and it helped with keeping everything in order. The lighting transformed our venue and also helped realized the theme of our event. Darren was extremely receptive to our personal tastes in music and was happy to take song requests in the moment. My guest loved the music and had a real good time dancing. Claudia took the time to design the post card for our photo booth and the end result was perfect. I truly appreciated that Claudia positioned our guests to get the best pictures. Darren expressed from the beginning that he would make the entertainment his top priority for the evening and he definitely delivered. Events like this are very special and hiring Temporary Tempo was the best decision.

Darren and Claudia handled our DJ and Photobooth services, respectfully, on our wedding on July 21, 2018. We could not have been more impressed! After we booked our venue at Abbott Manor, they were the next vendors we booked. We were instantly impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail that we did not see from our other contacts with local DJs. After booking with them, we were given a detailed plan leading up to our big day. I especially appreciated the in-person meeting the month prior, as it alleviated a lot of questions that I thought of as it approached. Seriously Darren from Temporary Tempo is absolutely amazing! My husband and I hired him for our wedding on July 16, 2016 and never regretted it for even a second!
