Claudia and Darren followed a detailed guide and even asked questions I hadn’t even thought of. It really made the whole wedding day go smoothly with everything that they did beforehand!! they sent us a workbook to help guide us through everything we might need to consider - there were so many things that we hadn't even thought about! They helped us create a detailed timeline, and when our wedding day came, they executed that timeline seamlessly! They took our preferences into account, but we let them run the show and they were so fun and very professional! We also rented the selfie station from them and that was the highlight of the night for many of our guests. I loved that they were able to send themselves their pictures/videos/boomerangs right away, but my husband and I also received a link to everything from the photo booth and we spent the next morning crying and laughing over all the pictures and videos. Our guests raved about their experience from pre-ceremony through the end of the reception. We could not have had such an epic night without Cavo Entertainment. Do not hesitate to hire them for your event, you will not regret it!

it was obvious they were meticulous about the details and provided us an awesome workbook to help us understand the structure of the day and select music that was important to us. My husband and I had a difficult time coming up with songs that everyone would enjoy but they provided ample suggestions and recommendations. Cavo also provided uplighting and a gobo display of our monogram for our wedding. They did an incredible job with both and our venue looked spectacular! There were a couple requested songs that were missed but honestly the day moved so quickly there just may not have been time, especially with the requests submitted by our guests. Darren and Claudia were fabulous to work with and we had so much fun! The conga line Darren let my uncle and bridal party start was hilarious and got nearly everyone out on the dance floor. Thank you Cavo for a fun day and helping us stay organized and on task during the chaos! 🤗🌟 Definitely recommend checking in with Cavo for your next event!

Also, get the photo booth; it was a huge hit! The day of, the Cavo team arrived on site early, dressed to kill and ready to work. I really appreciated their flexibility as they had already finished setting up equipment in one area and were able to adjust on the fly because of weather. They are also great at coordinating with other vendors and keeping the team and timeline on track, but adaptable to adjust it on the fly as well. Their equipment is professional, the lighting was great, and Darren really does a great job reading a crowd/vibe and keeping everyone engaged and having a good time. ob. Well...they were right! Actually, Darren and Claudia of Cavo Entertainment were wonderful! I'm a musician and record producer, and I've been in the professional audio business for many years. As such, I'm a bit "picky" about sound. As soon as I saw the pro-level QSC loudspeakers getting unloaded, I was convinced that Cavo Entertainment was going to get the job done well. And that's an understatement. They provided separate audio systems for the ceremony and the reception, and they arrived several hours before the wedding to set up, and to make sure that everything was right with both systems. In addition, they brought great lighting and even a Photo Booth (very fun and appreciated by the wedding guests) for the reception. During the ceremony, I played guitar and sang a song. Prior to the wedding, I asked Darren if he could provide a microphone on a boom stand for my guitar as well as another microphone on a boom stand for my vocal. Not only did he do that, but at my request, he even provided a touch of reverb for my vocal. It all sounded great. With the lavalier mics that Cavo Entertainment provided, everyone clearly heard the officiant as well as the bride and groom when they gave their vows. At the reception, the sound and lights were perfect, and Darren did a great job as DJ. And he was a very entertaining emcee! At both the ceremony and the reception, the music was played exactly as the bride and groom had specified, and it all sounded great. Claudia handled the Photo Booth during the reception, and the guests had a ball, wearing different hats and disguises for the "portraits" that they all got to keep. Both Claudia and Darren obviously love what they do because they both kept a smile on their faces and remained friendly and professional throughout the setup, the wedding itself, and final teardown after the event was over, despite it being an outdoor wedding in 90 degree heat! I know that the bride and groom were delighted with Cavo Entertainment's services, and my wife and I were too. I would definitely recommend Cavo Entertainment for any wedding, private party, or corporate event.
