We loved the food from Catering by Dale -- there's no question they prepare some of the most delicious dishes. Our event planner, Cher, was superb the day of our wedding. The one draw-back was in the organization and communication leading up to our wedding. Pricing was not clear and it took a while to get our questions answered. Don't be afraid to ask questions - they're happy to help when something doesn't look right on your estimates.

Cher was our wedding planner and event hostess. She had everything running smoothly, every detail perfect. Everyone felt relaxed and could enjoy the day. The staff was professional and friendly, The food was phenomenal. Every tenderloin steak, and there were many, came out perfectly medium rare. The chicken with cognac sauce was also superb. We are so happy with this service and highly recommend them.

We recently worked with Catering by Dale for our June 3 wedding. We had an incredible experience with them - working both with Dale developing the menu and Mary, the event coordinator. We were in communication with them throughout the year in the planning process, and both were respectful and prompt. The food was delicious & reflected our vision exactly. Mary did an amazing job making the day feel like a breeze - our wedding was all that we dreamt of and that day there was not an ounce of stress or uncertainty about what might happen, she took care of it all!

My husband Luc and I got married one year ago on August 1, 2015. Dale and her team provided absolutely amazing support and service for our wedding! Everyone raved (and still does!) about our food, saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. It was a true pleasure working with Dale, Mary Norton and the team. My daughter had a destination autumn wedding in Vt. Dale was great to work with. Most of our correspondences were through email and she was very prompt answering any questions/concerns we had. The food was amazing! Many compliments from our guests. The staff was professional and efficient during the reception. Can't say enough about Wendy, the wedding co-ordinator , she was most helpful, kind and sweet! A great experience working with CBD - making the day that much more special!

I used Catering by Dale for my June 9 wedding in Shelburne Vermont. The food was excellent and she was very creative and flexible. She worked with American Flatbread (we wanted to incorporate the pizza oven) and she baked Cookie Love cookies for us (we provided the dough). Her event coordinator, Cher, was excellent as well. You don't have to worry about anything with her in charge! And, the chef Garrett was fun and obviously was behind the great food. I'd highly recommend hiring them!

Dale did a fantastic job at my wedding. I gave Dale a clear budget and she found ways to serve the food that I wanted within that budget. The food was beautifully presented and was delicious. One thing that really stood out for me was the helpfullness of Dale's staff. They were incredible. Dale's staff includes a wedding coordinator-type person (in this case, Mary) who jelped me stick to my schedule and made sure she was thinking of all of the little details. She helped make the day a perfect one and I am so grateful for that!

Dale was recommended to us by site managers at several sites we considered, not only as a popular caterer for weddings, but as a caterer that the site managers call when they host parties in their personal lives. Dale is very creative--we gave her an idea of what we like to eat, and she put together a delicious menu for us in minutes. I called her in a panic after having sub-par food at another local wedding, and she promptly organized a tasting and meeting with her head chef, Garret, who showed us around the very clean kitchen and talked about his locally-sourced produce while we sampled his delicious creations. Cher, Dale's Event Coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure all of the decor was set up exactly how I wanted it. One or two problems arose, and Cher handled them so well, I think the end result was better than my original plans. Dale & company were a delight to work with. I will absolutely call her again for any future catering needs!
