Kara helped hone our vision and guided us when decisions overwhelmed us. Her communication was impeccable, and her organizational skills made the planning process stress-free.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Leading up to the wedding, Kara was impressive. Always prompt and thorough in answering questions and managing all of the details. She kept my laid-back daughter (bride) moving forward with plans without ever causing her stress. Fast forward to the wedding weekend…My daughter got married in Greenville, SC September 28th…the day after Hurricane Helene paid a visit. When I say she rose to the occasion, that is the least of it. She got in touch with all of our vendors and was calm and patient while we made our decision of what to do. We decided to move forward with the wedding even though the tree my daughter planned to get married under had fallen and the venue itself had no power. Kara and her assistant pulled off an amazing event with candles and more candles. They used the branches from the fallen willow to make a beautiful arbor for the ceremony. She knew my daughter’s vision and she carried it off. Someone at the venue found a generator for our music. You want someone as a planner that is professional, has great style and is organized, but what you really, really want is someone that cares and cares deeply about your special day. Kara is all of that in one person. She recently moved her wedding planning business to SC from Oregon and is building up her clientele here - SHE IS AMAZING and you will be so glad she is on your wedding planning team.
My husband and I used Kara for our day-of coordinator, and we are very pleased with her work! Kara really took the time to listen to my husband and me about how we wanted our wedding to look and feel for our guests. She did a wonderful job setting up the two displays we wanted, and she kept the wedding reception flowing smoothly. Kara is also a kind-hearted person who let me vent when I most needed it! She helped me cope with the stress of wedding planning and enabled me to relax and enjoy my wedding day. I highly recommend her!

I couldn't sing the praises of Kara Sinclair enough. Her attention to detail, care, and proficiency for my now wife and me is a standard for intentionality and personability. She coordinated our vendors extremely well and meticulously and methodically positioned all the details for a smooth wedding day.
Our vision for displaying the person and work of Jesus and caring for people well during our wedding day couldn't have been made possible without Kara.

Working with Kara was wonderful! From the first phone call we had with her, we knew she was the right choice for us as a wedding coordinator. She was kind, caring, organized, and thorough, and we could just tell she knew what she was doing. We always enjoyed our meetings with Kara! She is so sweet and personable. She makes what can be a stressful time and process easier. She is truly here for you, easy to talk with, and a great communicator. She's even great about kindly following up if you're not the best about responding to emails (which I can be guilty of at times). She saw our vision and championed it! She helped my décor vision come together day of and helped my detail oriented/planner fiancé and I know everything was taken care of. One of the good reasons to hire a coordinator is because they have expertise and experience in wedding planning when you likely don't. Kara made sure details we never would have thought of came into place, and kindly offered her advise and expertise whenever we asked! Kara was so wonderful to work with, and our wedding day couldn't have been amazing without her! You won't regret choosing Kara as your wedding coordinator! We hired Kara as our Day of Coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond! Her expertise was evident throughout the process; she was quick to answer any questions and took the time to meet with us via video call on multiple occasions before the big day. Our wedding day ran seamlessly thanks to her efforts! Kara was instrumental in ensuring everything proceeded without a hitch, keeping us on schedule, making certain we had something to eat, and verifying that all the decorations were arranged according to our vision. Hiring her was a decision we couldn't be happier about! For those in search of a wedding coordinator, I strongly recommend securing Kara's services without delay. She truly is unmatched in her field!
Kara went above and beyond to make our day special. We had a few planning meetings with her and she helped materialize our crazy ideas into a bulletproof plan. Day-of she provided a steady hand that helped organize guests and vendors. The day would not have been the same without her help!
There are no words for how grateful I am to Kara for helping us plan our wedding. From the first meeting, I knew she was my person. She understood my vision and was able to guide us through the entire process. Even with my anxiety, she kept me relatively calm. On the day of the wedding, I walked into the venue and immediately started crying because of how beautiful everything was. Her work is truly top notch and her work ethic is phenomenal. So much of the success of my wedding day, I owe to Kara and I’m so incredibly proud of how our day turned out.
Hiring Kara was the best decision I made for the wedding. She was such an incredible help leading up to and the day of the wedding. She helped me brainstorm ideas when I didn't know what to do and the day of when we had an unexpected guest, she handled it like a pro. She was so amazing and I am so incredibly grateful to her.
I cannot say enough good things about Kara at Enchanted Events PDX! She was amazing to work with as a day-of coordinator for our wedding in September. From creating a wedding timeline, to running a seamless rehearsal, to managing our Spotify playlists, Kara made everything run smoothly. She not only answered questions from the wedding party but also worked directly with the venue and catering vendor to make sure everything was ready to go. Kara was amazing to work with from start to finish! She was so personable and thought of every detail. She was our day-of coordinator and she and her assistant did all of the set up and take down on our day as well, bringing all of my decor ideas to life, better than expected! She checked in with us throughout the day and made sure we stayed on schedule. I had no worries on my wedding day knowing she was taking care of everything. Our family and the bridal party all commented on what an amazing job she did as well. This day would not have been the same with out her! Thank you so much, Kara!!
Kara Sinclair was so engaging, truly took the time to know MOB, Bride and groom and assisted us in putting together a lovely day and evening. I hired Kara as a day of coordinator and received so much more.
While meeting with other vendors she suggested questions we might ask, suggested vendors when I had not chosen someone. We had 4 zoom meetings (covid times) and of course she was there to run us through the rehearsal. Kara is extremely kind yet has a firm hand when needed.
I am unsure there were things going sideways- as there always are - but I never knew until after the fact, she handled it all with grace.
Her eye for design was so appreciated by the bride and groom. The groom said to me at the end, this is exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding.
So many guests came up to me and asked who this marvel of a woman was.

Kara is the BEST! We brought her on very close to the wedding day and I am so happy that we did. She was communicative, kind and helped us solve problems on the fly! The day went so smooth having her there to check in with our vendors, help with set up and she even made sure we ate throughout the day and drank water :)

Kara was so incredible to work with! She was so organized and asked all the right questions in the lead up to our big day. We went into our wedding weekend feeling confident and fully supported. On the day itself, Kara was on top of everything. I arrived at the venue absolutely taken aback by the set-up and decor. Kara helped our event run smoothly - even when we made time changes to account for things running faster than expected. At the end of the night, Kara packed everything up for us and made clean up a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better day!
Kara made my dream day better than I ever thought it could be, she is so professional,kind, and creative! She treats you like family and she prides herself in making her brides extremely happy! Any stress or worries I had Kara handled so I could really enjoy the special moments.. I could not have done my wedding without her support, she was always available when I had questions and she came up with so many beautiful ideas that really helped me capture the dream I had in my head! My love story started in a giant stuffed animal pit at the local arcade restaurant. It's taken me around the country where I have had the pleasure of being a part of all types of events from historic theatre festivals in the hills of the Berkshires to Friday Happy Hours at a movie studio in Hillsboro and the most, beautiful weddings all in between.
Recently, my family made a huge change to leave to beauty of the Pacific Northwest and start a brand new life chapter in the Carolinas.
Now I am so excited to be writing this chapter WITH YOU!
