Caroline was very professional, easy to approach, and timely with her responses - as for the planning aspect. As for the day of the wedding, despite my own shortcomings with some of the things I DIY-ed, she handled all the questions that got thrown at her by our guests (probably mostly the aunties) and she did it with a very calm demeanor. Going back to the planning accept, as a bride, I think of the most random questions at the most randomest times. And Caroline was so awesome at responding to me the following day and it gave me a lot of relief and made me feel like I'm getting things done. I didn't have to worry about the planning aspect at all because she was there for me the entire time. There was also a time when I thought I would need to upgrade my booking to an entire wedding planning because I felt like I didn't have enough time to put into it, she reassured me that I'm doing great and that it wouldn't be the best use of my resources to pay her more when I'm doing great and almost got most of my vendors. I just really appreciated Caroline for being there. The table setting was perfect, the day was so smooth and I know that it's all thanks to her! I highly recommend her!

I found Caroline via Instagram because I was in love with the content she was posting. When we decided to have an actual wedding (technically, we were already married via covid ceremony), it was a no brainer that we hire Caroline as our partial coordinator. At the time, I had already booked my venue and a few of my vendors. However, she has great connections with a multitude of vendors and is super knowledgeable. She was very honest with me about the different vendors that she had worked with and which vendors I should consider. She also gave me options that fit my budget (even though, ultimately, I chose to go outside my budget, lol). Even with last minute additions (we decided to go with some strings for our ceremony and cocktail hour), she was able to go through her “rolodex” and find me vendors that would be great to book. She was great to bounce ideas off of as well. She is very well versed in all things wedding and made sure to connect multiple times with us to do check ins and zoom calls to create a wedding day timeline. She was very thorough to ensure we had everything that we wanted accomplished for the day of (as well as, the rehearsal). Because she is highly detail oriented, the wedding ran extremely smoothly. From the ceremony to reception to all the photos in-between, she kept us on track and even made sure everything was packed up and ready to go after the wedding. If you are thinking of getting any sort of coordinator (which I highly recommend), go with Caroline. You won’t be disappointed. We really appreciated everything that Caroline brought to our wedding. Hiring Caroline was the best decision my husband and I have ever made. At first, we didn't know if a day-of-coordinator would be needed since or wedding was on the smaller side due to COVID. Choosing Caroline as our wedding day-of-coordinator was hands down the best decision my husband and I made! Although majority of our interaction was virtual due to the pandemic, Caroline was always there for us throughout our whole wedding planning. It was as if I already knew her and she was a long-time friend of mine. My husband and I initially thought we wouldn’t need a day-of coordinator but working with Caroline was one of the best decisions we made! Caroline turned out to be an absolute lifesaver, especially since we were planning our wedding during the middle of a pandemic. I don’t know how we would have done it without her.
