Pam was absolutely essential in the planning and execution of our wedding! The day was absolutely seamless, Pam coordinated everything down to the minute, which meant I just got to enjoy my wedding and I didn’t have to worry about a single detail! Two weeks before the wedding Pam set up meetings with all the vendors to go over the timeline so that everyone was on the same page and knew where to be and at what time. On wedding day she handled all of the set-up and break down at the venue, including the candy bar! It was such a relief to have someone who knew the answers to every question we had, and she guided us through a very stressful time with ease! She stuck with us through the nitty gritty issues that popped up, even helping us navigate some family dynamics that were not in her job description to handle. Pam was amazing, and we can’t recommend her enough!
I never looked at the cost of Pam's services as an expense. It was always an investment. The truth is when there is an expense; you are always looking for the lowest cost, best deal, etc. Conversely, you are looking for the largest return with an investment, which is precisely what Pam provided us. Pam has a gift, and those who experience her become richer because of it.
As a gay couple, we needed a planning partner not blinded by traditions and stereotypes. And we found comfort, joy, passion, friendship, and inclusiveness with Pam. Pam is not only an amazingly talented professional, but she's also such an extraordinary person. Pam was patient and flexible (even when I had her all over the rocky mountains scouting for venues [because we live in San Diego] when I ultimately threw a last-minute curveball and decided to do it in Denver, lol.) She made the whole process of planning my wedding fun and stress-free.
Pam and her team literally made our dreams come true. I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen from start to finish. Everything was exceptional, from every vendor she recommended to every tiny detail of the design, and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Our wedding day was by far the most special day of our lives. Not to mention gaining a friend through it all to make it even more special!
Lastly, on the morning of my wedding, Pam texted me a song called "Perfect Day" and said, "This is my theme song for you today!" Once again, Pam was right; It was indeed a perfect day. I've never been married before, but I feel like it must be a sign when every day after your wedding, all you want to do is relive it over and over again.

Pam was incredible. She really works with you month by month so you know what all needs to be done or on your radar for your bid day. She made our day go so smoothly and perfectly I would hire her over and over again for every event that I have in the future!
Due to COVID, and a variety of other factors, my husband (then fiancé) and I had quite a few wrenches thrown into our wedding plans. About two months out, we were looking for a new wedding planner to focus on the day-of and received a recommendation to talk to Pam. I am extremely grateful for that recommendation! Pam listened to our wishes, needs, and requirements; even with the many requirements and rules in place, made sure we had the best day ever. She was kind, friend and put our needs first, yet firm with vendors to ensure we received great service. I told her what I had already planned along with our vision, and she took it and truly executed. For anyone even considering getting a wedding planner, whether it be a full planner or day-of, I highly recommend Pam and Celebrations Event Planning!
My daughter and her fiance had to cancel their 150 person wedding due to covid 19, and they decided to have a 40 person wedding at their home. Since it was small, we weren't sure we needed a wedding planner, but we about a month prior to the date, decided to hire Pam for the Essentials package. We would have been lost without her! There is so much involved in a backyard wedding, and without a professional, we (the bride , groom and her parents) would have been even more overwhelmed. Pam reviewed all the vendors and details before the wedding. She and her partner were there for the full day of the wedding, and were busy every minute, allowing all of us to enjoy ourselves. Everything went smoothly and was a huge success. Finally, she was awesome at helping to work out the differences between me ( the mother of the bridge) and the bride, so everyone was happy.
I highly recommend Pam.
Do yourself a favor and choose Pam and Celebrations Event Planning for a stress-free wedding or event planning process! I truly cannot recommend Pam and Celebrations Event Planning enough! Pam was always quickly responsive with great ideas and great connections. She is hugely organized and an absolute joy to work with. I always dreaded wedding planning, and Pam made it stress-free and actually something I enjoyed! We unfortunately were unable to have the wedding due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but Pam was right there and willing to work with us through it so that we were happy. I would recommend Pam to everyone I know planning a wedding! Her down-to-earth and can-do attitude is wonderful to work with and made the whole process better than I could have imagined.
Pam Donaldson helped make our wedding day one in which we will never forget! From our initial meeting, to all the correspondence, reminders, meetings, preparation and execution throughout the entire wedding event, "A+" doesn't say enough about the services Pam provided.
No matter what, there will always be stresses associated with an event like a wedding. There is no way around this fact. However, there are ways to help alleviate the burden. This is where Pam came in. Pam displayed outstanding organizational skills, persistence, motivation, and enthusiasm which all helped in getting our wedding down to what my wife and I imagined it to be. Our day was a dream come true!
When we sit down to look back at our photographs we have no doubts the day turned out to be exactly what we wanted, and we have Pam to thank. Stress-free, organized, and idyllic to walk down the Isle. Thank you Pam Donaldson for everything.
I can’t say good enough things about Pam. Her communication leading up to our big day was flawless. Everything on the actual day was handled completely by her and her assistant. We never felt rushed instead we were able to relax and really enjoy the day because these wonderful ladies took care of all the behind the scene action. Pam is someone you’d want to hang out with in person too! Our guests commented on how great she and her assistant were. If you are planning a wedding look not further then Pam! Her expertise was truly amazing.
Pam was absolutely phenomenal to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process! We explored options of other planners and decided on Pam as her packages include EVERYTHING wrap than the a la carte charges coming as we continued planning. We began working with Pam 15 months out from our event she helped us with every step of the process; from selecting a venue to finding a band to exploring various decor options, finding a caterer, literally all aspects of our day. Pam's responsiveness, professionalism and network were all incredible. I always knew I would hear back from her within a day and if not she had communicated when she would be out of pocket. Additionally, she has a sizable network of vendors all around Colorado which she helped to tap into for various parts of our wedding. She was willing to work to explore the pricing of options to see if it would fit within our budget rather than telling me it would not fit our budget. Pam even took the time the weekend before to come over to my home to review our decor, details and timelime to ensure everything was thoroughly communicated. She put her heart into our wedding day and it showed in every aspect of our day. She also had a second planner and additional hand to help with our setup which was very detailed and intricate. Absolutely amazing experience! I'd hire Pam for any event I am hosting in the future in a heartbeat!
Pam Donaldson was a pleasure to work with. Her recommendations as to vendors was superb. All vendors, from the caterer to the bar service to the florist and photographer, were friendly, flexible, and responsive. Pam herself was ALWAYS courteous and professional. She had many creative ideas that made my daughter’s wedding fun and enjoyable-from a shuttle service for our guests to a food truck on the mountains after a hike. Pam always returned our phone calls promptly even toward the last few days when things were a bit hectic. There was nothing that raddled her and she handled everything with ease and poise. She was present at all phases of the preparations from the food tasting to the rehearsal dinner to the wedding itself where she was most elegant in her black pant suit and converse. Many guests commented on her efficiency, readiness to help, and her open friendliness. What I mostly appreciated about Pam was her promptness, her organization, her professionalism at all times. I wholeheartedly recommend Pam Donaldson for any event. Her graciousness and hands-on involvement will make any event memorable.
WOW! Where do we begin? The Most Amazing Day EVER! After 29 years of partnership, Bill and I are now one week after our wedding held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 @ 3:30PM at Willow Ridge Manor, in Morrison, Colorado. Such a beautiful space. We are still doing our best to come down from the biggest and best high we have ever experienced. Bill and I cannot express in words just how GRATEFUL we are to Pam Donaldson and all the others,(my "Dream Team"), who helped us have the most Spectacular, Awesome and Beautiful Wedding Day. Because of you, Saturday, June 02, 2018 turned out to be SO MUCH MORE than we ever dreamed or imagined it could be for the two of us. We want to let you all know that we continue to hear from Family, Friends, and Neighbors this was the most organized and beautiful wedding they had ever attended. The experience was absolutely amazing and everything was over the top beautiful. I have tears just writing this, thinking about all of it.
Our planning process was approximately 1 year. I could have NEVER got through it without Pam being there for me every time I called and needed her to answer a "quick" question, direct me on what needed to happen next, get me through the closing of our Chapel so we had to move the ceremony, and simply reassure me every now and then that everything was on track and was going to work out when I was "having a moment". Her monthly check-ins were critical to helping me stay on-top of everything every step of the way.
We could go on and on, but in the end, we truly just want ALL OF YOU to know we recognize none of this would have been possible without each of you, and everything each of you did to help us have the most amazing day ever. It will never be forgotten! Simply amazing! Thank You!

YES! I would certainly recommend Celebrations Event Planning to a friend, specifically Pam, took all (or most) of the stress out of planning my wedding and making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the big day. To this day, guests are still telling me how much fun they had at my wedding and my response is, "it was all my wedding planner." Not only is Pam the utmost professional, but she is also one of the best human beings to be around and has the best disposition when dealing with cranky family members, unruly guests, or even stressed brides (like me). I'm not from Colorado and have NO family in the state, when I met with Pam she told me to go for the full wedding planning package and she was with me every step of the way. No task was too small or too overwhelming for Pam. She would help me with finding a photographer that suited my vision or if I needed to vent about frustrating family members. Hiring Celebrations Events Denver was the best money I spent for my wedding.
Best investment. Pam and Angela were worth every cent! At first, I wasn't sure if we needed a wedding planner but I am so thankful that we did. The day went so smooth, I honestly did not feel one bit stressed throughout the entire day (not sure everyone can say that!). They were there to make sure all the vendors knew what was happening, they made sure guests knew where to go, and most importantly they made sure my husband and I had a great time. They even made sure we had a quiet moment to ourselves to rest, much appreciated! It was nice to have someone that has done weddings before to guide us along. We never had to think of the time and what we were suppose to be doing next. At one point I even dropped a glass on my foot and Pam was right there to help me get cleaned up! I could go on and on about how helpful they were. If I had to choose all over again I would do it all the same. Thank you Pam and Angela for a perfect day. :)
Pam was WONDERFUL to work with! She was ALWAYS super responsive and had a very calming effect when anything began to feel overwhelming. She is very solutions oriented and the details and everything leading up to the day of went smoothly! I looked at a few other coordinators and Pam felt the most personable and flexible regarding her services. Others felt too rigid and strict with their time and what they would be willing to do vs. not based on the package you pay for. Pam was very willing to work with the areas that we specifically needed more and less of! I would recommend Pam to anyone getting married, she went above and beyond and rolled with my changes at every step of the way!
My husband and I worked with Celebrations Denver for our housewarming party after we purchased our first home. Pam and her team were great about staying in touch after coming out to view our space and advise as to how many people we could reasonably host. She was amazing at finding ways to save money and stay in budget while providing us with beautiful décor, florals, photographer, and amazing food. Celebrations was always on time and quickly answered small questions leading up to the event and we could not have been happier with their skill at creating a special experience. Our friends told us they had a great time and stayed much longer than they planned. At least six asked us for an introduction to Pam! We had a large majority of LGBT people as guests so it was fantastic to work with an event planning organization so comfortable with and knowledgeable about the LGBT community. As hosts my husband and I loved actually getting to spend time with our guests and allowing the professionals to keep everything running smoothly. Thanks Celebrations!
I wish I could give Pam 10 stars for the awesome job she did as my daughter's day of wedding coordinator, she was awesome!!! She was so much more than just a 'day of' coordinator. Months before the wedding, Pam gathered from us as much information as possible regarding vendors, wedding party, type of wedding, etc., and from there, she was always sending reminders for deadlines of various things that needed to be completed in the planning process. All of our vendors absolutely LOVED working with Pam, and she was such a life saver on numerous occasions. I can't thank her enough for helping make my daughter's wedding so magical! Pam is a total rock star!
Pam and her staff are amazing!! They are available to answer questions, make suggestions, and give advice; they are with you every step of the way. Pam was very attentive to every need we had. Throughout the planning phases, she provided excellent recommendations for all the vendors we needed. In most cases, she was able to provide several recommendations of individuals she had personally worked with so we had trusted options to choose from. On the day of, Pam and her assistant did a great job not only making sure I didn't have to answer to vendors or coordinate guests, she also ensured that my husband and I were not in need of anything, from food, to beverages, to some basic alone time to take it all in. I could have NEVER EVER had my wedding run as perfectly as it did without the help of Miss Angela. She was the perfect planner. She made me feel comfortable and took away all of my nervousness surrounding my wedding. I could not have done it with out her help.
Angela is a superb wedding planner and coordinator. I hired her for coordinator services, but because she's amazing and goes above and beyond, she helped me with my planning as well. She was a valuable asset in my wedding arsenal for the months leading up to and the day of my wedding.
There's nothing like on your wedding day, knowing that your coordinator has everything under control. Angela is personable, quick to execute, and reliable. She takes her job very seriously.
