Celebrations on the River

We got married in early September at River Court within Celebrations and we could not be happier with our decision. We looked at quite a few different venues and Celebrations was the clear choice. They made the process seamless by providing a coordinator to help walk us through all the different phases of wedding planning. The venue itself is beautiful, inside and outside. We received so many compliments from our guests! It was a perfect day.

Overall, Celebrations did a very good job with communication to us regarding wedding planning and day of event coordinating. It is a beautiful venue, and renting decorations from them was extremely helpful, especially because we were out of town and it would have been difficult to bring all of the decorations to La Crosse. The day of, was really great, and a lot of fun. Unfourcently after the wedding was over, they did end up charging us for damage that we know we did not do, but because there are no cameras/no way to prove, we do have to pay. As the bride, I am not very happy because I know how the placed looked before I left. Now when I look back on what was supposed to be the best day of my life, I picture the fact that I got blamed for something that I did not do. Which is extremely heartbreaking. We do understand that someone needs to take the blame, but it really sucks that it has to be the bride and the groom. They were a good venue, but the entire damage thing felt like a scam to us. This is just a reminder to all brides out there, to be mindful of the wedding venue that you are looking at, it is easy to take advantage of brides because all they want is the perfect day. Read all of the reviews not just the good ones, regardless of the amount that there is, and do what is best for you. Oh yeah, and take pictures at the end of the night, so you can prove that you didn't break anything.

We got married at Celebrations at the end of July. They were nothing but amazing! From the planning process and keeping us on track to the day of coordinating, they have it all figured out. I (bride) did not ever feel stressed and felt like I should have been doing things but didn’t need to because Celebrations had it all under control. Not having to worry about set up or tear down was one of the biggest selling points…not to mention it is BEAUTIFUL. Thank you so much to the staff at Celebrations and a special shout out to Kayla our amazing coordinator! She stayed cool, calm, and collected the day of, and checked with us multiple times to make sure the day was going just as we wanted. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you for giving us the day we always dreamed of!

We had a great experience working with Kayla at Celebrations. The food was great, the decor was everything we had hoped for, and we were checked on multiple times throughout the evening to see if we needed anything. We have received nothing but rave reviews from our 250 guests as well. In their words, “this wedding will be a tough one for anyone to top!” Thank you for your help, quick responses, friendly staff, and overall great experience!

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful in the Center Court room. The decor rentals are amazing! I highly recommend using their decor pieces wherever possible because it makes the day significantly less stressful without needing to set up everything yourself. The bar is beautiful and the bartenders were so helpful! We ended up with a rainy day, and the staff very quickly and efficiently adjusted the indoor space. The only thing I would have liked more is a little more communication and reminders from our coordinator throughout. Overall, we had a great day and we would recommend!

We had an incredible experience here! We booked very late (~4 months before our wedding) and they helped us handle all the details despite the short timeline. By the time the date rolled around, I felt so taken care of that I didn't have to think about a thing on my wedding day. Definitely recommend utilizing their decorations because they are very beautiful and it makes the whole process that much smoother and stress free!

We had such a wonderful wedding here in the River Park room! Celebrations made it so easy for us to plan a wedding here, especially with the packages. The venue itself is stunning, and we only have good things to say!

We had a nice wedding at Celebrations. The space is gorgeous! They handle all the set up and tear down, and help you through planning it all out, which makes things easier. Unfortunately, they ask you to decide on packages very early, before your guest list is completely set, which could impact your decision.

Beautiful venue - loved that it’s all inclusive with venue, food, drinks, and decor! Great communication with multiple planning sessions with the venue and a wonderful food and decor planning night. Make sure to give realistic guest numbers at the beginning of planning to get a better picture of what costs will look like. Overall, happy with our experience!

Nothing but great things to say about our experience with Celebrations on the River. We initially booked with them due to their upfront pricing displayed directly on their website, no need to “inquire for pricing.” The staff was excellent, and our coordinator was particularly wonderful. Not only did she promptly respond to numerous questions via email throughout the entire process, but on the day of the wedding she would pop in from time to time to see if we needed anything. Our guests raved about the food and never had to wait long at the bar for a drink. It was such a stress reliever to not have to coordinate any food or beverage service as they take care of everything in house. We were told numerous times throughout the evening how stunning the indoor and outdoor spaces were, it was definitely a bonus to have access to both. Start to finish, it was an amazing experience, we cannot recommend this venue enough!

Celebrations on the River, River Park Venue was perfect for our small wedding. Kayla did an excellent job coordinating everything to make our day perfect. Love the fact that all decorations, bride and grooms dressing rooms with drinks and snacks, appetizers, dinner, dessert - all is included. Bartender was great! Adam worked with us to make our special day happen on a very short notice. We utilized some of the vendors on their preferred vendor list and everything worked out perfect. All food was excellent. We would highly recommend talking with Adam to set up your perfect wedding day.

Celebrations on the River was our wedding venue. We give it our highest recommendation. We were able to work with their wedding planner to coordinate decorations, a wedding service, a catered meal, and reception. It was wonderful not to have to worry about anything but enjoying our day with friends and family. Their bridal room for ceremony preparation was exquisite. We received many compliments from our guests. I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Celebrations is a wonderful venue to have your wedding. Kayla, our wedding planner was absolutely phenomenal. She was very prompt in her responses and we knew we were always in good hands with her. Another detail about Celebrations we thoroughly enjoyed was their decor. We loved their options and loved the fact that they set up and took down everything for us. We chose to have a winter wedding with beautiful Christmas trees, rustic decor, pine needles/cranberry centerpieces, all provided by Celebrations. It was everything we wanted and more. Celebrations on the River was an outstanding venue. We had some communication issues after booking and leading up to our first planning meeting with them. But after we were assigned Kayla we had no issues. Kayla was excellent throughout the process with answering our questions and requests with honesty. Celebrations was very accommodating throughout the process as well. We gambled with an outdoor ceremony in the middle of November but the Wisconsin weather held off. The entire day of, Kayla and the celebrations team were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Kayla kept us on track with the timeline throughout the day and evening. She even threw in some jokes along the way. Brandon and the other bartender were absolutely phenomenal. I heard great things from our guests about them. They kept the beer stocked all night long and poured some great drinks. I highly recommend Celebrations on the River to anyone looking for a venue. They have all sorts of different packages with different perks in each. Being in school and planning a wedding is extremely stressful but with the packages they offer, the planning process was streamlined and made super easy. We can thank the celebrations team enough for the most perfect day!

Celebrations on the River was the absolute best venue to have our wedding in. We had looked at several others before checking here and I wish we could’ve skipped to them. They offer packages which were quite ideal because you’ll end up spending that amount anyway and it created options right away to help us choose. They had already put in so much legwork for us. The packages include an array of things but my favorite was the decor. We didn’t have to buy decor and then spend time trying to sell it after, so we essentially weren’t out any money. Sometimes the options in decor were limited but they do a lot to try and help make it work. They also do all of the setup and take down. To top it off, you get a wedding planner. I have a very stressful job and the last thing I wanted to do was be stressed about our wedding. Allie was INCREDIBLE and so easy to work with. She was professional and personable. Allie helped us navigate decisions and the day so swiftly. If you’re looking to have family actually enjoy their time together rather than worrying about set up and take down, this is the place to get married. We felt like we got to be so present in the day and we actually remember the day itself. So many people say it goes by fast and to try and soak it all in. With Celebrations on the River and Allie, we truly got to soak it all in.

We got married in Center Court at Celebrations on the River at the end of October! Our experience was great! Kayla, our coordinator was STELLAR! The food was great, communication was great! Decor was exactly how I imagined it! It was extremely nice to have everything set up and torn down without having to lift a finger. Kayla was also super accommodating to whatever came up in my husband and I's schedule. The reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was due to the bar service... The indoor bar was EXTREMELY SLOW. We had roughly 330 people at our wedding, and the average wait time for a guest to get a drink was 15-30 minutes... They ran out of Coors Light bottles, and Busch Light bottles. We even warned Kayla prior to the wedding that there would need to be good bar service for our friends and family, especially Coors & Busch, I mean we are in Wisconsin for goodness sake. There were only two bartenders for the huge bar, and they were extremely rude and unapologetic, especially the male bartender. In my opinion, if you are going to wait over 15 minutes for a drink that's overpriced, the bartenders should at least make the experience better, or smooth it over. Following our wedding, the bar is the only thing our guests complained to us about.. Honestly rate the bar 1 out of 5 stars, and that's being kind... Super unfortunate experience considering everything else throughout the wedding planning and experience at Celebrations was good.

We got married on October 29th in the Courtyard. Everything was perfect. The lit pathway was beautiful for pictures, the bridal suite was elegant, and our planner Kayla had everything covered! No matter how busy things got she always had time to check in and answer our questions. Everything ran smoothly and it was the Dark fairytale wedding of our dreams. We could not have asked for a better day. The venue is gorgeous and we felt like royalty. Thank you!!!

Celebrations on the River is a beautiful wedding venue! We were married September 23, 2023. It was the only one we toured and we fell in love with the beauty, the closeness to the river, and the amazing staff and planning process. We originally booked the smaller serenity hall but then were informed they were upgrading the venue and adding a courtyard ceremony space attached. They kept our venue price the same and let us view it after construction. It was beautiful and convenient being right by the venue with more chairs than the original ceremony space. The planning process with celebrations makes for a lot less stress for brides. You can choose a VIP package with everything included or for a small guest count like we had- an a la cart option. We met with a coordinator to go through all the details about 5 times during the planning process and they were very responsive to emails with adjustments or questions. We got so many compliments from guests on the beautiful wedding venue and the convenience of it being all in one. Our parents also noticed how attentive our coordinator Allie was during the rehearsal and day of the wedding. A HUGE help!! Couldn’t recommend Celebrations on the River enough!!

We were married 10/21/23 at the River Park venue. The venue was stunning inside and out. Everything was extremely convenient, especially with the staff taking care of setting up all of the decorations. They have so many options to choose from! Kayla and Heather were great to work with and helped make the big day stress free.

We got married on 10/13/23. Everyone from the beginning was very informative and helpful and answered our questions immediately. Kayla was so kind and easy to work with. We did have some minor things that came up but overall our day turned out great and our friends and family all had a great time!

We just got married on 10/14/23 and everything was beyond perfect I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day! They were able to bring my entire wedding vision to life. Originally we were working with Ann but about 3 months out we found out she had left, I was a bit worried but Kayla was absolutely AMAZING. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and nothing went wrong, we got soooo many compliments on the food/dessert, the venue, the decor, the drinks and bartender. If I had to go back and redo the entire day I would choose celebrations again. I seriously cannot recommend them enough! Thanks for making our special day perfect in every way possible!

Got married at Celebrations last weekend and they blew me and my guests away!!! I was in center court and they made my fall wedding vision come to life! Both the outdoor and indoor area was a dream come true! They were amazing to work with. My wedding planner quit a few months ago and they gave me someone new, I was a bit hesitant at first, but Kayla absolutely killed it. She was SO responsive, professional, and listened to what I wanted. I can't say enough good things about her!! Celebrations provided the food, decor, desert and everything else for me, which made the planning process so much easier. They also do a ton of weddings so they know exactly what their doing! I'm still in awe of how smooth and great everything went this past weekend. Received so many compliments from my guests. If I were to go back and do it all again, there would be no doubt I would choose Celebrations. Thanks for making my day everything I envisioned and more!!

All the staff at celebrations are extremely kind and took so much stress out of the planning process. Their team sets up all table decor and also provides any other decorations you may need such as signage - all you have to do is show up! They also provide catering with so many different options to chose from, we would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the future! There are 3 “rooms” to chose from, and all are absolutely stunning. As for the details and other vendors, it is all up to you but their wedding planners are there every step of the way to answer questions if needed. Absolutely no complaints, they truly were the reason the day went exactly as we imagined

Center Court at Celebrations on the River is an absolutely stunning venue. We received countless comments on the beauty of the ceremony site and reception area. The bridal and groom suites worked out great. The bar staff was friendly and efficient during the reception. We originally had worked with Sarah up until about two months before our wedding. We had been waiting weeks on a few questions to be answered by her until we finally were told she left Celebrations. We then worked with Kayla for the remaining time and was very impressed with the timely responses and helpfulness. Overall, it was an amazing day at an amazing venue with an amazing coordinator. If we could go back in time and plan the wedding all over again, we would still choose Celebrations.

The River Park venue at Celebrations is a spacious venue on a beautiful site. It was very convenient to have our ceremony and reception in the same location and to have separate bridal and groom's suites for getting ready. The food and drinks were tasty and guests appreciated that the buffet room made mealtime simple. We had a wonderful wedding day.

We had the most perfect wedding at Celebrations on the River. We are most definitely bias, but the venue and staff made it amazing. We booked Center Court with Kayla. The venue very comfortably hosted 250 guests & Kayla was amazing to work with. Being able to rent their decorations and not having to buy our own, set them up, or tear them down was a large reason why we booked. After the wedding we are so happy we didn’t have that hassle, so worth it!

We booked the River park room for our wedding and it was amazing! Beautifully decorated and the bridal suite was such a nice place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding. Allie was our coordinator and she was awesome! Everything went so smoothly you can tell they do a lot of weddings there because everything was done so well and went so smoothly. We were looking for a place where we didn't have to do much planning and this was perfect!! HIGHLY recommend celebrations on the river!

Absolutely amazing to work with! Our coordinator was Allie and she was amazing to work with and so detail oriented, which I absolutely loved! Our wedding turned out just as I dreamed it would (with a lot less stress!). Loved the bridal suite, the decorations offered, the VIP packages and that we didn't have to set anything up ourselves. Absolutely loved our photographer as well and we found him through the VIP package at Celebrations.

When searching for a venue, I wanted to keep all my vendors local and Celebrations had the perfect package with the VIP deals! They also were extremely organized and managed the process for us which provided us very little stress when planning. Our day was so magical on the river and went so smoothly thanks to Allie and the celebrations team!

This was the perfect venue for planning a wedding from afar. The ability to rent decor which included set up and tear down made the planning process much easier. The wedding venue coordinators Kayla and Heather were super friendly to work with. We got many compliments from guests this was the most beautiful wedding they have attended!

We recently had our reception in their newest addition Courtyard. Firstly the entire venue is simply stunning which is why we chose it! The food was spectacular and the staff was amazing! Kayla was our event coordinator, and she knocked it out the park for us! She quickly responded any and all questions. We were impressed by the professionalism and the helpfulness of every staff! We highly recommend booking this venue!

Celebrations exceeded all of our expectations. Starting with the detail they put into the planning of each event. They asked detailed questions, has an easily accessible document to track each detail, while they kept the entire planning process on track. Midway through our planning time our wedding planner left the venue and our new planner picked up with no hiccups. Kayla did amazing, and her eye to detail was spectacular. Our wedding day ran incredibly smoothly. The bridal and groom suits were an absolutely perfect space to hang out and get ready, and the bridal suite made a gorgeous space for getting ready photos with the girls! Every aspect of the ceremony was planned perfectly with the Celebrations staff working seamlessly with our DJ and Oficent. We had many many compliments from our guests on the quality of our dinner and the Vanilla Latte cake is to die for! Each and every staff member was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. I would also like to point out the beauty of the grounds. Anywhere you go on-site you will get truly gorgeous photos! Absolutely would recommend Celebrations and their expert staff for your event.

We cannot say great enough things about Celebrations and all that they did for us! From the start of our wedding planning, we knew Celebrations would be the venue for us. Not only are both the indoor and outdoor spaces BEAUTIFUL, but having so many vendors in one place made the entire process so easy! Everyone was incredibly communicative and helpful, and met with us multiple times before wedding day to make sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted. We didn't have to make any additional purchases or find vendors for decor, food, drinks, or desserts-everything was provided in-house and coordinated for us. Their VIP options for photographers and DJs, as well as hair and makeup, also made setting up those vendors so easy. Everything was ready for us to just show up and get married, and the day went exactly as we had thought it would! Our wedding coordinator, Allie, is a godsend. She was able to help us with everything throughout the entire day-whether we needed to adjust the timing of events last-minute, set up bluetooth, lower the AC...you name it, she was able to do it for us on the fly. If we were to start the whole wedding process over again, we would still choose Celebrations every time. Thank you!

Celebrations on the river was such a great place to have our wedding! We actually wanted to get married there after attending a wedding there and having so much fun and seeing how gorgeous the location was! We got married and had our reception in Center Court which was absolutely breathtaking. There were so many different areas to be and hang out. The fire pit, dock, yard games, indoor or outdoor bar, dance floor. SO FUN! We got so many compliments from guests on all that there was to do! The planning process was so easy as they have everything you need in house, but they are also very accommodating if you want to bring anything of your own. Kayla, my wedding coordinator, was so attentive and on top of everything. The only downfall is that my coordinator changed just a couple weeks before my wedding and I wasn’t given a notice. That was the only “bump in the road,” if any. The event that they host for food tasting and picking out decor was so helpful! We were never stressed during the wedding planning process and have the absolute best day on the day of.

This place is amazing!! We wanted a place to do both so no ones drives here n there...I got a tour of the whole place n saw the new court yard n said yep this is ours!! Booked it and I can't say how exciting to see it.all on my wedding day!! So magical and it was truly the best day of our lifes!! Everything was perfect! Everything we wanted n got!! Thankyou guys!

Celebrations on the River was such a great venue! They made the planning process super easy! From the start, they were super open to all of our questions and answered very promptly. Booking the venue here was super easy with multiple sites to choose from! All the rooms are beautiful with beautiful outdoor spaces and perfect places for all your wedding photos. We had such an easy time planning all the day of details with the help of their wonderful wedding planners - the options we had to choose from were extensive and their planners helped to make sure we didn't miss any little detail. They have lots of decor options, food options, and even have vendor lists for you to choose from which made the process of booking outside vendors (photography, dj hair and makeup, etc) super streamline! We did not have our ceremony there, but their ceremony locations are beautiful as well! Of course, like in every wedding, some things will go wrong or not work out perfectly on that day, but the staff at Celebrations did a great job of taking care of,or at least doing what they could for any problem that came up! It really helped to make the day stress free!

The venue was great and the food is phenomenal. The staff is very accommodating and they are a great host. Our guests loved the venue and the kids loved it too. It is nice to have the ability to go outside and escape the music or get a breath of fresh air. We did run into a few problems though. When you book a tour of the venue, you walk around with the owner and he shows you all three options and goes over pricing and what not. A big reason we booked the place is everything is in house if you want it to be and you don't need to take anything down or decorate at all of you don't want to. That being said, my wife and I recall that we were told by the owner some decorations are free and there are different tiers. When we spoke with the wedding planner that wasn't the case, all decorations cost some sort of money. Also, he told us that there was a bar on the shuttle but we were told there wasn't by the wedding planner. There were other things we were told that weren't true so it was unfortunate because part of the reason you book a place is for the things that are included or helpful. There is an 18 percent gratuity charge included for all the staff which is no problem. A problem we had is we added packages and each package had another gratuity charge added to it that didn'tadd anymore work to the staff. It felt like there were so many hidden microtransactions within everything it was frustrating. Another problem we ran into is that our wedding planner quit and we were never told that so when we had our 30 day meeting it was with someone else. Things we had paid for were lost in communication so it was a frustrating time and there was nothing we could do about it. We learned that our wedding planner quit during our wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding. Our new wedding planner was great but she also left the during the wedding night at 8pm without letting us know she was leaving. Overall the wedding venue was beautiful, the staff is friendly and everything turned out great but weddings are stressful to plan as it is, so all the poor communication as we were in our final days were frustrating and I don't like being lied to about pricing nor do I appreciate all the fees associated.

Celebrations on the River is a beautiful venue located right on the Black River on French Island outside of LaCrosse! Celebrations help make it easy to plan a wedding with the ceremony and reception all in the same place. They prove couples with a Wedding coordinator and a list and timeline of the order in which things need to be done to make their wedding go smoothly. Couples have the best of both worlds, they can hold an outdoor ceremony while having their reception inside. Celebrations offers an outdoor photo pathway right next to the venue which provides a beautiful outdoor scene for wedding photographs. In addition, thousands of wedding decorations are available for couples to choose from to make their day special. The staff at Celebrations takes care of setting up and tearing down all the tables, setting up the food and desserts, organizing the shuttle bus to and from the venue, and also providing the bride and groom with a detailed list of recommended vendors in the La Crosse area. Weddings come with stress no matter what, but Celebrations try their best to have everything in place ahead of time. On the day of our wedding, it rained an hour before our ceremony and the staff were outside immediately once it stopped raining to dry off all the ceremony chairs. We had hundreds of compliments on the decorations we borrowed from Celebrations, as well as the stunning ceilings and wood floors in the River Park venue! One star off for a few mishaps in communication when we needed to change wedding coordinators three weeks before the wedding, but other than that Celebrations was great to work with!

This was a beautiful spot right on the river. The staff was very helpful and was great to work with before the wedding and on the day of. The food was amazing and the serving staff was awesome! We had so many compliments from our guest that the venue was great and they loved it.

My husband and I got married at Celebrations two weekends ago, and it was the most stress-free planning I’d ever experienced. We had went with their Diamond package, which was the best decision ever! Every staff member is very on top of their game. Communication is wonderful and they all strive to ensure your special day is exactly what you want. The food is amazing, as well as the overall atmosphere of the venue. I would 10/10 recommend this venue to anyone that is getting married in the future!

Can't say enough great things about Celebrations! Our wedding last weekend in Center Court was an absolute dream and couldn't have asked for a better day to get married to the love of my life. The indoor/outdoor venue was amazing and gave guests tons of room to spread out and enjoy the day. Our ceremony was right behind the river with lighted trees that made for gorgeous pictures. The staff, especially Sarah and Ann were wonderful to work with!! They addressed every concern and question that you may have in a timely fashion and they are always around to keep you in the loop and offer suggestions. My husband and I had the best day and Celebrations was such a great place to start off this next chapter in our lives!

We celebrated our wedding at Celebrations this past weekend and it exceeded all of our expectations to say the least! It was the best day of our lives. All of the staff were super accommodating and did everything they could to make sure our day was as stress-free as possible. Our favorite comment we received was "Can you guys get married every weekend?" trust me, we would if we could.😂 The decor, food, venue, and staff were incredible and I defiantly recommend them for anyone that is getting married. Say no more to stressful and worry-filled weddings! Celebrations on the River makes weddings what they should be… fun, memorable, unique, and enjoyable. The venue is gorgeous and there are so many decor, food, drink, and dessert options to chose from. Ann was there from the very beginning of the planning process to being there for us on our big day. They helped make our wedding vision a reality and the best part of it was we got to take in and enjoy every aspect of it. We are so happy we had our wedding ceremony and reception at Celebrations! It was definitely a day we will cherish forever!

Everything about Celebrations was amazing! They made planning our vow renewal effortless. They took care of everything! Celebrations is an absolutely wonderful place to have a wedding. They have and do everything you'll need for the perfect wedding day. The indoor and outdoor spaces are all beautiful. The staff are very helpful and insightful about any wedding concerns. We were able to work with Ann, and she was completely amazing. Any questions we had were answered with prompt, kind, and thoughtful responses. She was always supportive of whatever ideas we had, and always treated us with respect and care. We were able to trust her to take care of anything and not need to worry (which is what you want when you're getting married!) The day of the wedding, we were able to be stress-free knowing that she and Sarah had everything under control. The rest of the staff were all kind and cheerful as well. Overall, the venue put together one of the best nights of our lives, and we won't forget the amazing support from the Celebrations team.

We worked with Ann for all of the logistics and picking decor. She was always very responsive and answered all of our questions and was gracious with me when I kept changing my mind about food, drinks, and decor. We had a wonderful day!

We had our wedding at Celebrations this past weekend at the River Park venue. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. There are planning meetings throughout the process and Ann was AMAZING at making my vision for the day come to life. We received so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous the venue was. Throughout the night people commented on how delicious the food was, and the attentiveness of the staff. We chose one of the VIP packages and it was truly worth every penny. All the vendor options are vetted by the venue and were awesome. Many guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. If you are looking for a venue look no further! The entire Celebrations staff will make sure your wedding is picture perfect!!

Celebrations helped make our wedding day better than we could have ever dreamed of! They helped to make the planning process as easy as possible and made sure that we didn't miss out on anything. The best part was that they set up all the decorations, which made the day stress-free and enjoyable. The room was beautiful, and the food was delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests.

I LOVED everything about my wedding this weekend. Specifically about Celebrations— The planning process was incredible! They know all the right questions to ask in order to get every little detail correct for your special day! They are easy to get into contact with via phone or email. I loved that they set up the center pieces and there was minimal clean up required at the end of the night! The only room for improvement in my opinion would be going over the contract for thorough when commuting to a day with the venue. We worked through it but there were a few fees I didn’t recall or forgot about in the contract and weren’t brought up again. BUT- over all I do recommend them 100% and we honestly had the most perfect day without any hick ups.

I have a two part review for Celebrations on the River. The first being as a bride the second being as a photographer who has worked with Celebrations: 1. As a bride: I appreciated the attention to detail prior to our wedding. The walk through, the contract, asking us questions. I loved the taste testing event. It was great to taste food and see decorations we wanted. Loved being able to do payment plans And the vip package is the best way to go. They had someone available for our rehearsal too. They had multiple people on site day off as well. We had some snafus but they were pretty quick to fix. Love the photo path options too. Bridal suited are amazing. Would 100% get married again there. 2. I have photographed weddings a few times there. All the areas are beautiful and love shooting here. The staff are a well oiled machine! Overall. I highly recommend.

Celebrations on the River is a great place to go if you want most aspects of your wedding covered! We were able to do the ceremony, venue, decorations and food all through Celebrations, which was a huge help to us with our busy schedules. We had a little communication hiccup when we were scheduling about a year out, but they made absolutely sure we were taken care of as we got closer to the wedding date, and the wedding went so very smoothly! The only thing we would recommend is a little more specific communication on where we needed to go, since the ceremony area for serenity hall is on the opposite side of the property where the reception was. Thank you so much for assisting us with our perfect day!

Hands down, Celebrations on the River was the perfect choice for our wedding! From the absolutely stunning scenery around the outside altar, intimate and welcoming picture path, to the beautiful wooden beams of River Park, they made our entire day feel like a dream! Leading up to the big day, we could not have asked for better help. Ann is truly the best. Her communication is thorough and timely; she has such a great and fun personality, and she is so receptive to your thoughts and ideas, ensuring that every detail is exactly right! The staff was also very kind and honestly the best, and were so on top of everything. Our VIP Package was so worth it, as it helped us easily check off our to-do list, and even more so, introduced us to some of the best local beauty, baking, and photography services available. We truly cannot thank everyone enough for helping us celebrate and cherish such an impactful moment in our lives. The personalized card at the end made us tear up, since it really sums up how much they care about their work and folks they help!

Celebrations was amazing! If you are not a planner and want your wedding to be what you want and as stress free as possible, they are it! The rooms are stunning and they have thought of everything. They will help you with as little or as much as you want them too. I am not a planner and just wanted everything to run smoothly. We got the VIP package and it was amazing. Sarah was great at letting everyone know what to do for rehearsal and keeping me calm before the ceremony when everyone had walked down the isle already. Make sure you read the contract and follow all deadlines. They will remind you most of the time. All in all a great experience! Thanks to everyone at Celebrations who made our wedding day flawless and amazing!

We cannot have wished for a better day! The staff at Celebrations is with you from the beginning, every step of the way, until the day of and even after! They made the process so smooth and as stress-free as possible, and helped make our dream into a reality! We really enjoyed have such a beautiful, large space with a outdoor area that had gorgeous lights, outdoor bar and a fire pit. It was so nice having everything all in one place and that they catered the food themselves! We received SO many compliments from everyone of how gorgeous the venue was, how amazing the staff and food/drinks were, and how easy they were to work with from our other vendors!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day and can’t thank everyone at Celebrations ENOUGH!! We highly recommend!!!

We could not have selected a better venue for our wedding. As a couple who works unpredictable hours and very indecisive, the team at Celebrations helped make sure our day was extraordinary. We selected the VIP package and could not be more happy with our decision. Celebrations took over the stress of a typical wedding for us through the VIP package. We worked with Sarah throughout the process and could not have asked for someone better. Very understanding of our wants and needs, let us change our minds up until the last couple days before the wedding, and stayed all night to make sure everything went smoothly. We've recommended Celebrations to everyone we know who has gotten engaged after us. We don't have enough good words to say about our wedding day!

Celebrations on the River was not the first venue on our list, but it definitely should have been! If you are looking for a venue that will help you bring your vision to life, then this is the right venue for you. We knew we would have a smaller wedding, but if we would have had over 150 guests, we could have chosen one of their VIP packages that include everything. Honestly, even with our smaller wedding, they made everything so stress-free for me (the bride)! I would highly recommend going to their tasting event to make sure you browse all decor options and their food options. We and our guests really enjoyed the food. Was the wedding without any small hiccup? No. Unfortunately there were some issues with our audio before the ceremony, however, they immediately fixed any issues and everything happened on time. This was the best day of my life and they did everything in their power to make sure of that.

If you are looking for a perfect wedding venue in La Crosse WI this is by far the elite choice. From the effortless planning to the actual big day I was more than satisfied. Everything was exactly how I had pictured it to be and with the help of Celebration's staff they sure met my needs and wants. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is planning a wedding but wants less of a hassle planning it.

Celebrations on the River: 9/10, the venue was beautiful and their package deal certainly made the day easier having everything included. One point off for communication day of and a few other things that didnt go as planned. We could not find anyone when we arrived and no one to answer the few questions we had when we got there, otherwise communication up until then was great. The day ended up amazing and received so many compliments on the venue, decorations, and food.

We wanted to get married at Celebrations the second we saw the venue; you won’t find one more beautiful in this area. After choosing Celebrations we learned about all the packages they offer and it helped tremendously in planning. Ann took care of everything and thought of things that would never even occur to us. We were able to email and ask questions whenever we had them. Day of, Ann and the other coordinators kept all of our stress away and made everything flow seamlessly. The compliments we got on the venue, food, decor, etc. were endless. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Our August wedding at Celebrations was amazing! We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful both the indoor and outdoor areas in the venue were. The staff did amazing work setting up our centerpieces and decorations, and were accommodating when we had to continue to clear tables to create a bigger dance floor. Ann and Hannah helped the day-of coordination run very smoothly, and the overall experience was great. Leading up to the wedding, we had a one year meeting, 90-day and 30-day meetings to make sure we had all of our details locked in, and could be confident everything was correct and great-- and if we had any questions in the meantime, Ann was responsive in addressing concerns. Big thanks to Celebrations for making our special day wonderful!

I cannot say enough about Celebrations on the River. This venue, and staff, played a major role in making my wedding day as perfect as it was. From the options they offered, to regular check-ins, to customer service; this place does it all! Ann and her team are absolutely amazing and so attentive! They truly care about each of their brides/grooms and strive to make each moment magical. Any time I had any questions or hesitations, they were there for me. They made sure that day of, I felt comfortable and relaxed knowing they had every detail covered. The venue itself is so versatile with outdoor and indoor options, waterfront views, spectacular interior design, and both bride and groom suites. They have a list of vendors to contact for DJ, Hair/Makeup, Photo & Video, etc. in case you are not from the area which was so helpful! I had so many of my guests tell me that our wedding was the best they have been to, and I owe it to the Celebration's team. If you are looking for a hassle-free and relaxed wedding planning process, use this vendor, you won't be disappointed :)

We were so happy we chose Celebrations for our wedding and reception. We were in Center Court - the wedding arch and reception area were beautiful and a lot of our guests complemented us on the venue. We worked with Ann during the planning process. She was honest and informative! Their maintenance crew was helpful and friendly the morning of the wedding which made the set up process easy. The staff worked to make sure everything was on time and the day ran smoothly. Be prepared to clean up that night if there is a wedding the next day. We were under the impression that we could pick up most of our items in the morning but could only leave a very small amount of things.

My husband and I got married on June 25, 2022 and had our reception in Serenity Hall at Celebrations on the River. We highly recommend Celebrations, and we had a great experience working with Adam, Sarah, and Ann! They answered all of our questions quickly, were very easy to contact, and helped us with the entire planning process making it very stress-free for us. On the day of our wedding, everything was set up perfectly to how we had discussed, and we were able to bring in and set up our own decorations. Serenity Hall is absolutely beautiful, and our guests were very impressed by it. Celebrations is also fully accessible for individuals with disabilities, which was very important to us, as one of our groomsmen used a wheelchair. He was able to use a ramp to access the head table and was able to easily access the beautiful picture paths for bridal party photos. During our reception, Sarah was easy to locate at all times and ensured everything was running smoothly and on time per the schedule we created with her. We had a minor issue with our cupcakes being set out too early by the bakery providing them, and to remedy this issue, Celebrations brought out cookies and brownies with no extra charge to ensure every guest had a dessert. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful, and we could not have chosen a better venue! We are so grateful to the staff at Celebrations for making our day so special and highly recommend this venue!

From the moment we started planning with Celebrations, specifically Ann, we knew we made the right choice when it came to our wedding venue. We went with one of their VIP packages and it was so EASY! Ann was there every step of the way to help guide us and make sure every detail of our day was planned during our planning meetings. From food, to decor, to logistics, and everything in between, our day was planned perfectly. The day of our wedding was so easy with the help of Ann and Sarah. We showed up to everything set up and ready to go so all we had to do was relax and have fun while getting ready! Following our wedding, we heard nothing but compliments from guests on how smoothly everything went, the waitstaff service, bartenders, and just the overall magical feeling of the day. The outdoor space is also amazing with the scenery, beautiful altar, fire pit, and outdoor tiki bar in the Center Court room. We would highly recommend Celebrations on the River to anyone looking for a beautiful venue in La Crosse!

We had our wedding in their newer and smallest room of the 3 they have. It was quite beautiful, we received a lot of compliments on it from guests and it seemed more personal than the other rooms where anyone can walk by in the parking lot and watch your ceremony. I didn't like that there is so much gravel for guests to walk through to get to the ceremony site, I provided heel protectors to keep anyone from getting hurt, plus the rest of it is dirt and grass that gets very soft if there has been rain. When we first signed on, they had still been working on building the spaces so we had nothing to visually see, but I had been told by the owner that the plan was to have golf carts shuttle guests back and forth from the reception room to the ceremony site and thus I included that on my invitations so guests would arrive with enough time to get transportation. At the meeting 1 month prior to the wedding I was informed the golf carts were actually only for the wedding party, hence the heel protectors idea. I was also not allowed to actually see the ceremony site until 2 weeks prior to the wedding, after asking multiple times. I had asked last fall and they did not allow me to see it, only to have a normal meeting about details. When we signed on with them, we were told that they host taste testings every few months or so and we will info in an email when it gets closer to the wedding in which to pick a date. we had asked bout a year out about picking a date and we were told again that we would get an invitation when it got closer. We were only given 2 date options for taste testing within that year time frame-one the week of Thanksgiving, and one the end of February for our June wedding. we had to work both of those weekends. They offered a private taste testing only to tell us afterward via email that their chef would be gone until end of July for the next taste testing, so we were given no opportunity to try any food at all in the 4 months between the February taste testing and our wedding. the food ended up being decent, we got a couple compliments on it, but it was very stressful paying so much for food not knowing how it would taste. I was also upset that despite the large service fee specifically for staff, our day of coordinator was forced to be the one to provide us our plated meals to the head table. it was a buffet for everyone else, and we set up all of our own decor minus water glasses and water pitchers. There was no discount provided and once again, for paying extra for plated meals, that should have gone towards a staff member providing the meals, not my own coordinator. We also ended up having to pay for our hour rehearsal that was supposed to be free just because we wanted to set up some of the decor in the room prior. When I originally spoke with the event planner, she was new and had told me I should set up the tablecloths but onky the tablecloths during the rehearsal time so that staff could put down glasses that night. Then it changed to being no problem to setting up whatever as long as it was in that hour time frame. Then it changed again to requiring us to pay if we are going to be setting anything up in the whole room, that it would only be free if we were going to set up something in part of the room like a memorial table. We ate the cost so we could make sure we had enough time to set up decor, but the change in story and inconsistency was very frustrating. I would make sure to get all communication in writing.

Celebrations is the place to have your wedding reception!! As soon as we stepped foot into the River Park room, my fiancé knew it was the venue for us! Ann and Adam have been so accommodating through the entire process and have answered all questions in a timely manner! Our guests loved the decor and the way the room was set up. In addition, we couldn't have been happier with their vendor recommendations! What a lovely night!
