the rooms to a couple of out of town guests. We chose the taco bar option with an open bar to give our guests options and they really enjoyed it. I saw many people drinking coffee and lattes! Music was easy, we shared a spotify playlist that they hooked in to their existing sound setup and a PA was provided for the outdoor ceremony on the stage. The restaurant and outdoor greenery was so beautiful on its own that we opted not to do any extra decorations and our photos turned out wonderful. The staff was amazing and the chef fixed bride & groom plates for us for dinner which was so thoughtful. Mary's communication was totally on point, when I was looking at venues I didn't want to have to make a bunch of phone calls to plan the wedding. We were able to handle it all through email and everything was perfect on the wedding day. Cenote will always have a special place our heart.

extremely well priced for East Austin but we had plenty of room to accommodate our guests comfortably. We were expecting cold weather that night so Mary made sure to have the heaters set up and ready to go. Highly recommend Cenote if you are looking for a venue space that is true to East Austin!

e area in their main space to mingle and still had plenty of space for indoor and outdoor seating for 50-60 guests. We worked directly with the owners to create a custom menu that had everything from modern Tex-mex inspired entrees to a ceviche raw bar. The costs were extremely reasonable compared to our day of catering and we also worked out a great deal on beer and wine so our guest could party down with out breaking the bank. Owners were super helpful, staff was super respectful, food was great... perfect location for a authentic Austin gathering.

. The patio is beautifully landscaped and lit up at night, with tons of seating. There's also quite a bit of seating inside. We opted for some light appetizers and a taco bar. I was so happy with the food, Cenote always nails it. We chose a couple of beers to serve and had a wine tasting a few weeks beforehand to select our wines. We also made a playlist and hooked that up to play. Our party was with little obligation, as we had previously gotten married at the courthouse. Cenote was a great space to celebrate and let our guests mingle and spread out and get to know each other, or catch up if they already knew one another. I would definitely recommend Cenote as a venue and I'm sure this won't be the last time we rent it out.
