Because we only had the venue for 12 hours, she took control and we were able to knock out the rehearsal first thing without any hiccups. It was so helpful to have someone tracking down vendors and making sure the finishing touches were just right. So thankful for her and her assistant for all their help. 💕

The day of our wedding she really handled any little hiccup or concern any of the vendors or we had. She checked on us throughout the night and even did the cake cutting after the venue had forgotten they were suppose too. By the end of the night she had already packed away all of the items we had brought to the venue so after our send off we didn’t have a worry about who had what. All of my friends and family were so impressed by how professional and down to business she was. d have ever imagined. I highly recommend central Texas planner for your special day! We couldn’t have been happier. She and Mia were on time and professional and helped us get everything arranged when we had to flip all our plans on their head.

ut how to coordinate everything. We had a couple of unexpected things pop up on our wedding day, and she jumped in to help handle everything, no questions asked. Her assistant (I can't recall her name!) was also extremely helpful, setting up our guestbook photo station, checking in with me and my husband regularly and even putting my photobooth photos with friends in my purse for me. Throughout the evening, I literally had NOTHING to check in about or be concerned about. Things like bringing out the cake, cleaning out the bridal suite, and loading up everyone's cars were just done and dusted by the time we were ready to head out. Jen's services are an extremely smart investment to make sure your event goes well. I will recommend her to anyone looking for assistance planning for a wedding or other event. She's also just a kind person and I wish her all the best in her business!

was very patient with me when i hadn't filled the questionnaire out completely. i was so busy with little help and all the questions were a lot, but important to help them. She didn't get angry or anything even called me the week of to prepare and finalize things. Offered advice and answered my questions. Jennifer was very responsive. Now Mia was my onsite person my day of coordinator. She was nothing short of amazing the sweetest person ever that packed a huge punch in the day. She was very responsive and handled everything that came our way with tact. She assisted with my thrown together rehearsal. My photographer was going to cancel the day before and she calmed me and even tried to work on suggestions. My Husband best man failed to show she calmed me and worked around all the changes we made last minute. She took a very good photo of my husband and I on our send off with my polaroid that i just love. She even remembered everything that i forgot. She communicated well with all my vendors and took the worrying off my shoulders. She kept us on schedule and when we veered off she reassured that it was ok. She checked in with me and my helpers and helped my step dad drape my beautiful backdrop for the wedding. She went above and beyond for me as if she was family i am forever thankful to have had her and would hire them again in a heartbeat. (Not that i want to actually have a wedding again!). I wish i had pictures of her in action i def have videos. She was overwhelmingly the best investment to my wedding.

ealize that everything had been taken down, tables cleaned, everything folded and put in boxes and in my car before the end of the night. We had our private last dance before our exit and that’s when I noticed that she had already taken care of everything. There was very little we had to do after the wedding. I was emailed over 50 pictures and videos she had taken throughout the wedding day the very next day without me having to ask. She captured all the special moments including some of that last dance. I can’t reiterate enough how patient she was because I know we were A LOT to deal with. Highly recommend!! Would use her services a million times over. Thank you for making our day perfect! I did not stress over one thing. It could not have gone any better.
