Jen & Mia were amazing to work with for my big day! Initially I worked with Jen up until the actual wedding day in which she sent Mia, her assistant. They are both very talented and gifted in what they do. With planning the day of schedule, Jen is extremely detailed and made me think of things that I didn't even think of! If it wasn't for her and Mia, the wedding day would not have run so smoothly. They took away all the stress of a wedding day and I'm forever grateful. I 10/10 recommend Jen & Mia for any event.

Jennifer was the day of coordinator for my daughter's wedding and we were so blessed to have found her. I was the novice wedding planner and Jen was so patient with me. She kept things running calmly and smoothly on the special day. We couldn't have done it without her. She is a pro!

Wow! Where to begin, Jen was phenomenal and outstanding! She was exactly the personality I was looking for to do my day of wedding coordination. She was thoughtful, intentional, professional and got the job done. She went above and beyond and to make sure the special day ran smoothly, and she worked diligently to maintain the timeline we created together. We cannot thank her enough for making the day stress-free even when things did not go as planned, she was a rockstar and handled all issues seamless and effortlessly. We cannot express how magical our day was and Jen played a HUGE role in that. We received so many compliments about how beautiful and perfect our wedding day was, and it was all made possible due to Jen. She did so much for my groom and I, little things, thoughtful things, like grabbing us food, drinks, putting things away in our truck, and hotel room. It was a huge relief, and we are so happy with our decision to have her be a part of our special day. We'd hire Jen in a heartbeat if we got married again. My previous planner quit less than 30 days before our wedding. To say Jen with Central Texas Planner came in to save the day would be the biggest understatement! She was great and thorough and helped me get through the last minute wedding details that I had been putting off (entrance song, exc.). The day of our wedding she really handled any little hiccup or concern any of the vendors or we had. She checked on us throughout the night and even did the cake cutting after the venue had forgotten they were suppose too. By the end of the night she had already packed away all of the items we had brought to the venue so after our send off we didn’t have a worry about who had what. All of my friends and family were so impressed by how professional and down to business she was. Jen was the absolute perfect coordinator for our wedding. When weather caused last minute changes, she and Mia found solutions and made the day easier and more special than we could have ever imagined. Jen was key in making our special day extra special! From the beginning of our time working with her, she was so understanding, especially when I started getting really anxious about how to coordinate everything. We had a couple of unexpected things pop up on our wedding day, and she jumped in to help handle everything, no questions asked. Her assistant (I can't recall her name!) was also extremely helpful, setting up our guestbook photo station, checking in with me and my husband regularly and even putting my photobooth photos with friends in my purse for me. Throughout the evening, I literally had NOTHING to check in about or be concerned about. Things like bringing out the cake, cleaning out the bridal suite, and loading up everyone's cars were just done and dusted by the time we were ready to head out. Jen's services are an extremely smart investment to make sure your event goes well. I will recommend her to anyone looking for assistance planning for a wedding or other event. She's also just a kind person and I wish her all the best in her business!

My husband, as well as our family could not have pictured our day without Mia and Jen. They were amazing day of coordinators and made the day run so smoothly. We are so happy we found Jennifer, she was very detailed and wanted to make sure the day was perfect. We can't thank Mia and Jen enough.

They are The Best Investment To My Wedding Day I had the honor of hiring Central Texas Planners and having Mia as my Day of Coordinator. I worked with Jennifer on the set up. She was very patient with me when i hadn't filled the questionnaire out completely. i was so busy with little help and all the questions were a lot, but important to help them. She didn't get angry or anything even called me the week of to prepare and finalize things. Offered advice and answered my questions. Jennifer was very responsive. Now Mia was my onsite person my day of coordinator. She was nothing short of amazing the sweetest person ever that packed a huge punch in the day. She was very responsive and handled everything that came our way with tact. She assisted with my thrown together rehearsal. My photographer was going to cancel the day before and she calmed me and even tried to work on suggestions. My Husband best man failed to show she calmed me and worked around all the changes we made last minute. She took a very good photo of my husband and I on our send off with my polaroid that i just love. She even remembered everything that i forgot. She communicated well with all my vendors and took the worrying off my shoulders. She kept us on schedule and when we veered off she reassured that it was ok. She checked in with me and my helpers and helped my step dad drape my beautiful backdrop for the wedding. She went above and beyond for me as if she was family i am forever thankful to have had her and would hire them again in a heartbeat. (Not that i want to actually have a wedding again!). I wish i had pictures of her in action i def have videos. She was overwhelmingly the best investment to my wedding.

Jen was very helpful and there's no question she knows what's she doing. Hiring a day of coordinator is an absolute must and she will take care of every detail for you. She is definitely assertive on some aspects that may not have been nailed down prior to but was very flexible and understanding once things were talked through. She is a great asset to your wedding day.

Jen was a blessing to have on our wedding day. She was so helpful and truly helped me achieve my only goal of reducing my wedding day stress. She took a lot of initiative and was very assertive. I will say that while I appreciated her assertiveness, my officiant and some other wedding party members did not. I know the job she does is stressful and I’m sure it’s necessary at times to be this assertive. Thank you Jen!

Just fantastic from beginning to end. Very organized, extremely patient, kept us on time with the schedule of events and left room for flexibility. Very personable! I didn’t even realize that everything had been taken down, tables cleaned, everything folded and put in boxes and in my car before the end of the night. We had our private last dance before our exit and that’s when I noticed that she had already taken care of everything. There was very little we had to do after the wedding. I was emailed over 50 pictures and videos she had taken throughout the wedding day the very next day without me having to ask. She captured all the special moments including some of that last dance. I can’t reiterate enough how patient she was because I know we were A LOT to deal with. Highly recommend!! Would use her services a million times over. Thank you for making our day perfect! I did not stress over one thing. It could not have gone any better.

Jennifer was an absolute boss!! From the second we arrived at the venue she took care of everything, I didn’t have to lift a finger on my day. She kept us on track, she did all the decorating and it turned out better than I imagined. She’s so sweet and fun, my dad thought she was hilarious. If you need a coordinator I would recommend Jen to anyone

Jen was amazing!! I had been planning my wedding since May 2020 and we got married Oct 2021. I had the smoothest day and one of the reasons was because of Jen! She was very organized and detailed. The day of the wedding she definitely took time to take care of not only us but the rest of the bridal party and family. I HIGHLY Recommend! You will not regret!

I can't emphasize enough how amazing Jen was for our big day and coordinating for a wedding over 250 guests was no issue for her at all. She was extremely helpful throughout everything and very structured and punctual. Even my guests were complimenting how much of an awesome job she did and how everything ran so smoothly! Jennifer was AMAZING! She went above and beyond, and was highly efficient. We would not have made it through our day without her. She is highly organized, and I had full faith in her during the day. She helped set up and tear everything down quickly, and took care of everything. My day was stress free because of her!

Jennifer was top notch from beginning to end! She was quick to respond and very open to any suggestions I had. She is courteous, professional and personable. I had a very bad experience with another planner, and I was nervous hiring someone else, thank goodness I came across Jenn! She absolutely nailed the look of our ballroom, I was in awe. Jennifer was so helpful and reliable in all communications before the big day! We hired her before the pandemic hit and even after, she worked with us on how we can keep our guests safe and still have the wedding of our dreams.
