He assured us that he hires old school drivers that are reliable and can always be counted on to show up on the day of your event. When we were ready to commit, he got some basic information, we paid our down payment and we were good to go until the date got closer. Once the date was closer, we got a call from the transportation coordinator. We discussed times and locations. He helped me come up with a timeline that would work best for us to get the guys and the girls to the church on time. Eric was our driver. He had my cell ahead of time and texted the morning of our wedding day to let us know he was on site (early). He got the guys to the church on time and was back to pick up the girls (also on time). We actually got to the church a little early so he dropped off our photographer, circled around and waited on Broad Street until it got a bit closer to "go time" so no one would see me before walking down the aisle. He was ready and waiting when we were finished family portraits and he brought us to Broad Street for the famous City Hall shot. From that point he did an excellent job transporting our guests to and from Le Meridien to the Franklin Institute for our reception. He was punctual and where he was expected to be at all times. He did a great job being patient with drunken wedding guests. lol. He let us play our music and he was flexible when needed. You do not need to have your reception at a Cescaphe venue to use their transportation services. Anyone can use them! Their reviews are much better than the other trolley companies I researched and their actual trolley was MUCH nicer than others we saw at the bridal expo! Shout out to Joe, Eric and everyone else at Cescaphe Trolley for offering clean, reliable transportation. The white trolley is perfect for a wedding day...especially if you are wearing a ginormous dress! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend using them for your wedding day transportation.

rovided them with our itinerary, they confirmed back via email, introduced us to who our driver would be for the day of and the manager gave his cell number in case of any issues (which there weren't!). We used the trolley to make 2 rounds of the bridal party to church (first the men, then the women), then for our whole bridal party to 2 locations for portraits, then to the reception and at the end of the night the driver made rounds (starting about an hour prior to event end) from our reception back to the hotel for anyone who was staying there until all guests were taken back. Our driver was prompt, extremely professional, and got us everywhere safely. I would highly recommend!

ll as meeting us the day of. Our driver was a very nice and welcoming guy. We were kept on schedule (ahead of schedule) and were able to bring a cooler and playlist onto the bus. Unfortunately, at the end of the night the trolley was rear ended, no significant damage and no guests were on the trolley at this point. We didn't think much of it but Cescaphe Trolley apologized and gave us a small refund which we weren't expecting. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for day of transportation at their wedding or other event!

If you care about music, make sure to bring some chords because that was the only thing that wasn't perfect - we couldn't get our phone connected well enough to play perfectly. He even made sure to communicate with the venue as to when we were arriving and when guests would be dropped off, which was super important during rush hour on a Friday in Philadelphia. We used the trolley to transport the wedding party to photos/venue and then used it for guest transportation from the hotel to the venue as well. Initially I was nervous about the tight time frame between all the round trip rides, but it worked out perfectly! I highly recommend using Cescaphe Trolley for your wedding transportation.

akes for a neat ride. Setting everything up with the manager Joe was very easy. Our driver Bill was excellent, he was extremely nice and professional. We used the trolley to transport the wedding party around town for photos and then to the venue. After dropping the wedding party off, the trolley shuttled our hotel guests to the venue. Leaving for the evening, Bill made an early trip for our more tired guest and then made sure to leave no one behind making multiple trips at the end of the night.

e wedding they requested an itinerary for the day in which I sent back a timeline of where/when I wanted the trolley to be. They were very accommodating and made the timeline work perfectly. Our driver was fantastic and a lot of fun. Definitely book (early) with Cescaphe Trolley!

a call from Cescaphe Trolley that we will not have a trolley for our wedding day since it is in the shop. They ordered a part, but it was not the right one. I was then told that they had reserved a limo bus, seating airport style, and that the drive that we would have received great reviews. In addition, we received half of our money back, which was very fair. I will not hold Cescaphe responsible for taking the time to call me and make me aware of the situation as well as booking a bus service for us. It did give me piece of mind, especially 2 days before the wedding. Which again, given the circumstances, I will not hold that against them. I will say I was disappointed about what we got instead. We were promised a Limo bus and an amazing driver and honestly it just wasn't what we got. It was just a white bus and our driver was hard to communicate with while on the bus, so there wasn't any music and when we asked for the air to be turned on we got heat. I am sure if it had been Cescaphe, it would have been superb service, but the other company that we were set up with via Cescaphe was not outstanding.

n and up-to-date. The driver arrived early and helped us load the trolley with all of our dresses. There was a road closure but the driver knew another way so we didn't get off schedule and be late! The driver even played a mixed CD we provided not only for the bridesmaids but for when he picked up guests to go to the ceremony. At the end of the night the driver said he was taking the last trip and that guests should hurry up and will have to stand (earlier in the day he told us we absolutely couldn't get up while the trolley was moving.) The contract said that he would continue to shuttle guests (and the bride and groom and bridal party) back to the hotel until everyone was safely back. Thankfully the bridal attendants from the venue demanded that the driver would have to make one more trip because there was not enough space and we would not stand. He did make another trip and we were all safely brought to the hotel. All in all we would recommend Cescaphe!

It was a perfect mode of transportation. The only thing I can find fault with is Joseph Erace. He is the person you have the most contact with initially. He runs the operation. Unfortunately, he is incredibly rude. He was rude to me and my mother and my planner. He made me consider cancelling my reservation and going with a different company. The only saving grace is the fact that I never have to talk to him again. If Cescaphe trolley gets rid of Joseph Erace it would get 5 stars and would be highly recommended. However, I would use Cescaphe trolley again solely based on my driver and the actual trolley. I wish I had a better overall experience.

Our bridal party had a lot of fun with our driver Bill. I would recommend them even if you are not having an event with Cescaphe Events.
