Super easy to work with! Our Driver, Hanif, was a highlight of the day! He was so kind and helpful. My wedding party still talks about him!

When searching for wedding transportation, Cescaphe Trolley was by far the most organized and responsive. We used them for our Union Trust wedding for bridal party photo transportation, and as a shuttle for guests to and from the wedding. Martina was a friendly and fantastic driver. Not only does the trolley look great, but the Cescaphe Trolley team was wonderful!

Highly recommend Cescaphe trolley! Leah was so responsive throughout the planning process and everything ran so smoothly the day of our wedding. I never really thought I'd be writing a review for our transportation but Cescaphe Trolley has earned it! Don't underestimate the importance of good transportation on a day as special as this. You want your guests to be able to relax and not worry about having to drive/ park on such a crazy day! I loved this trolley, it was so beautiful, efficient, timely, and really essential (especially with a city wedding!). We would recommend this service 10 times out of 10.

We used Cescaphe Trolley for our wedding in January 2022 and are so incredibly happy we did! We booked two trolleys, one for the use of the bridal party since we had a large group and wanted to take pictures around Philly, and one to transport guests. Both drivers, Leo and Hanif, were amazing and incredibly professional, timely, and most importanty fun! The trolleys were clean and added the old hollywood vibe we wanted for transportation :) would definitely recommend!

We used Cescaphe Trolley for our wedding on February 19, 2022 and are so happy that we did! We had a large bridal party and had to travel between our reception venue and church for our ceremony, and they were very professional and on time for everything. Jim and Ted were very easy to work with. Our wedding was in NJ near Philly and they will work anywhere in the Philly area. The trolley is beautiful and we had great photos taken inside and outside of it.

Cescaphe Trolley was an excellent choice for our wedding - they are beautiful, clean, and large trolleys which give you the classic feel I was hoping for for our wedding. The driver was perfectly on time, knew the city well, and was flexible and accommodating. When my ceremony ended late and we had limited time for pictures before the reception, he was able to adjust and accommodate a new schedule without any issue. Beautiful trolley and good service, highly recommend!

Cescaphe Trolley was excellent! Our driver was Leo and we loved him - he created a wonderful experience for us, our bridal party and guests. We booked our wedding during the pandemic so I stayed on the cautious side and booked only one trolley. We ended up needing a second form of transportation and having seen other vendors’ prices I can definitely say Cescaphe Trolley is priced better than its competitors and was a better value!

We used Cescaphe Trolleys for our wedding at Tendenza. Jim was so easy to work with. He was flexible and understanding when we had to postpone our wedding last year. He was responsive to my questions and made sure our timeline for the trolleys was perfect. The trolleys transported our wedding party for pictures before the wedding. They also took guests to and from the hotel. We had Leo as one of our drivers and he was so much fun! The ride home may have been more fun than the wedding ha. Leo was our driver and we so great! He was very fun and gracious to all of our guests. He even made more trips than we originally asked for so everyone could make it on time. No one was left behind. The trolley itself was beautiful and such a cool part of the day. We received so many compliments about the driver and the transportation itself. Definitely a must if you've got a wedding block at a hotel downtown.

Cescaphe Trolley was awesome! Joe met with us at their garage in city so we could take a look at the trolleys. He showed us the different sizes they offered. They were very well taken care of! They are spacious and clean! Working with Joe was incredibly easy. He assured us that he hires old school drivers that are reliable and can always be counted on to show up on the day of your event. When we were ready to commit, he got some basic information, we paid our down payment and we were good to go until the date got closer. Once the date was closer, we got a call from the transportation coordinator. We discussed times and locations. He helped me come up with a timeline that would work best for us to get the guys and the girls to the church on time. Eric was our driver. He had my cell ahead of time and texted the morning of our wedding day to let us know he was on site (early). He got the guys to the church on time and was back to pick up the girls (also on time). We actually got to the church a little early so he dropped off our photographer, circled around and waited on Broad Street until it got a bit closer to "go time" so no one would see me before walking down the aisle. He was ready and waiting when we were finished family portraits and he brought us to Broad Street for the famous City Hall shot. From that point he did an excellent job transporting our guests to and from Le Meridien to the Franklin Institute for our reception. He was punctual and where he was expected to be at all times. He did a great job being patient with drunken wedding guests. lol. He let us play our music and he was flexible when needed. You do not need to have your reception at a Cescaphe venue to use their transportation services. Anyone can use them! Their reviews are much better than the other trolley companies I researched and their actual trolley was MUCH nicer than others we saw at the bridal expo! Shout out to Joe, Eric and everyone else at Cescaphe Trolley for offering clean, reliable transportation. The white trolley is perfect for a wedding day...especially if you are wearing a ginormous dress! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend using them for your wedding day transportation.

Cescaphe Trolley was a great choice for our transportation on the day of our wedding. The planning process was very simple and stress-free. The week leading up to the wedding, we provided them with our itinerary, they confirmed back via email, introduced us to who our driver would be for the day of and the manager gave his cell number in case of any issues (which there weren't!). We used the trolley to make 2 rounds of the bridal party to church (first the men, then the women), then for our whole bridal party to 2 locations for portraits, then to the reception and at the end of the night the driver made rounds (starting about an hour prior to event end) from our reception back to the hotel for anyone who was staying there until all guests were taken back. Our driver was prompt, extremely professional, and got us everywhere safely. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I used Cescaphe Trolley at our wedding and would definitely recommend. In addition to being reasonable priced they were timeline in their responses leading up as well as meeting us the day of. Our driver was a very nice and welcoming guy. We were kept on schedule (ahead of schedule) and were able to bring a cooler and playlist onto the bus. Unfortunately, at the end of the night the trolley was rear ended, no significant damage and no guests were on the trolley at this point. We didn't think much of it but Cescaphe Trolley apologized and gave us a small refund which we weren't expecting. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for day of transportation at their wedding or other event!

I am so happy we went with Cescaphe Trolley for our wedding day. First of all, the trolleys are gorgeous and make for great photos! The booking process is simple and organized. They contact you the weeks leading up to the wedding to ensure the timeline is correct and provide driver information. Finally - Steve our driver was AMAZING!! I cannot thank him enough for putting me at ease those moments before the ceremony. He kept me laughing and gave me words of wisdom before walking into the church and it was everything I needed. Not to mention how much fun we had in the trolley on the way to the reception!! Thank you Cescaphe and thank you Steve!!

Wow! All I can say is total professionalism from start to finish! Not only is the trolley completely beautiful but the customer service matches! Jim and his team were so accommodating from our very first chat. Our driver was Pat who was hilarious and prompt and made sure we were on time even when my bridal bridal was lagging about. I am so happy I booked with them I would do it over and over again! Thank you so much for making my day perfect! Also these guys treated me like a total celeb through and through. They stayed over and over they were there to take care of everything and not to bother me. We loved our trolley service with Cescaphe Trolley. The owner was very easy to work with. Bill, our driver, brought us water the day-of which was very nice in June! He was kind, drove well and got us around as needed. The trolley was also really nice. If you care about music, make sure to bring some chords because that was the only thing that wasn't perfect - we couldn't get our phone connected well enough to play perfectly. But we still heard our music! Great service, would definitely recommend!

Our driver was amazing! He was in constant contact with my husband and I throughout the day to let us know when he was in route and when he was parked for pickup. He was super kind and helpful to everyone!

I couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding day! We owe so much of that to Cescaphe for making it so easy to plan a wedding (especially being far away from Philadelphia!) Tendenza is gorgeous, modern, and a crowd pleaser! We've been getting compliments from SO many of our guests saying that it was one of the best weddings they've been to and definitely the best wedding food they've ever had!!! I would 100% recommend the Cescaphe Trolley. Communication was a breeze beforehand, our driver was easy to communicate with and was on time, and our driver was very processional and kind. We had some last minute location changes for our first look shoot, and our driver didn't even blink and was so accommodating. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Cescaphe Trolley was so great to work with! Pat was our driver and he was on time, courteous and did everything in his power to make sure that my husband and I were happy with how everything was going day of. He even made sure to communicate with the venue as to when we were arriving and when guests would be dropped off, which was super important during rush hour on a Friday in Philadelphia. We used the trolley to transport the wedding party to photos/venue and then used it for guest transportation from the hotel to the venue as well. Initially I was nervous about the tight time frame between all the round trip rides, but it worked out perfectly! I highly recommend using Cescaphe Trolley for your wedding transportation.

If you need to get your wedding party around town, you NEED a trolley! The trolley itself is really neat, old style trolley facade and beautiful wooden bench seats on a bus frame makes for a neat ride. Setting everything up with the manager Joe was very easy. Our driver Bill was excellent, he was extremely nice and professional. We used the trolley to transport the wedding party around town for photos and then to the venue. After dropping the wedding party off, the trolley shuttled our hotel guests to the venue. Leaving for the evening, Bill made an early trip for our more tired guest and then made sure to leave no one behind making multiple trips at the end of the night.

If you have your wedding at a Cescaphe venue I would definitely suggest booking with Cescaphe Trolley. Working with Joseph through the booking process was easy. Two weeks before the wedding they requested an itinerary for the day in which I sent back a timeline of where/when I wanted the trolley to be. They were very accommodating and made the timeline work perfectly. Our driver was fantastic and a lot of fun. Definitely book (early) with Cescaphe Trolley!

Joe was very easy to work with and straightforward. There were some issues the occurred that I will not hold against Cescaphe Trolley. Two days before our wedding day, I received a call from Cescaphe Trolley that we will not have a trolley for our wedding day since it is in the shop. They ordered a part, but it was not the right one. I was then told that they had reserved a limo bus, seating airport style, and that the drive that we would have received great reviews. In addition, we received half of our money back, which was very fair. I will not hold Cescaphe responsible for taking the time to call me and make me aware of the situation as well as booking a bus service for us. It did give me piece of mind, especially 2 days before the wedding. Which again, given the circumstances, I will not hold that against them. I will say I was disappointed about what we got instead. We were promised a Limo bus and an amazing driver and honestly it just wasn't what we got. It was just a white bus and our driver was hard to communicate with while on the bus, so there wasn't any music and when we asked for the air to be turned on we got heat. I am sure if it had been Cescaphe, it would have been superb service, but the other company that we were set up with via Cescaphe was not outstanding.

I can’t say enough about Joe and his team. Eric was prompt, patient, and completely professional! The trolley was clean and drove very well. One suggestion would be maybe cushions on the seat. They’re wooden seats causing myself and the ladies to slide around a bit due to our dresses. That is MINOR in comparison to how wonderful this company is!! Thank you so much!!!

I have always dreamt of having a trolley drive me to my wedding! We used the trolley as bridal party transportation as well as guest shuttle from hotel. The trolley was very clean and up-to-date. The driver arrived early and helped us load the trolley with all of our dresses. There was a road closure but the driver knew another way so we didn't get off schedule and be late! The driver even played a mixed CD we provided not only for the bridesmaids but for when he picked up guests to go to the ceremony. At the end of the night the driver said he was taking the last trip and that guests should hurry up and will have to stand (earlier in the day he told us we absolutely couldn't get up while the trolley was moving.) The contract said that he would continue to shuttle guests (and the bride and groom and bridal party) back to the hotel until everyone was safely back. Thankfully the bridal attendants from the venue demanded that the driver would have to make one more trip because there was not enough space and we would not stand. He did make another trip and we were all safely brought to the hotel. All in all we would recommend Cescaphe!

We had so many changes all the way until the day of the wedding, and they managed all of it. The trolley was beautiful and it got our guests where we needed them to be. Joe of Cescaphe Trolley was great to work with. The negotiations were clear. He reaches out prior to the wedding to get your itinerary so they know when to arrive and all the different stops during the day. The trolley was on time, flexible, and treated our guests well. And definitely affordable compared to limo/party bus companies in the area.

I loved my driver Stephen! He was amazing. He was attentive to me and my bridal party. He also was so fantastic with my guests. The trolley is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. It was a perfect mode of transportation. The only thing I can find fault with is Joseph Erace. He is the person you have the most contact with initially. He runs the operation. Unfortunately, he is incredibly rude. He was rude to me and my mother and my planner. He made me consider cancelling my reservation and going with a different company. The only saving grace is the fact that I never have to talk to him again. If Cescaphe trolley gets rid of Joseph Erace it would get 5 stars and would be highly recommended. However, I would use Cescaphe trolley again solely based on my driver and the actual trolley. I wish I had a better overall experience.

Our driver Bill with Cescaphe was great! He was on time at each and every spot which helped the day run smoothly. The General Manager Joseph was also great to work with during the planning process and was very responsive. Highly recommend them!

Cescaphe Trolley was the best! Joe was able to help me coordinate all of our out-of-town guests from their hotels to the church to the reception venue and back to the hotels. This service was helpful since 90% of our guests were from out-of-town. We got 3 trolleys: one for each hotel and one for the bridal party. The drivers were very nice and professional. Our bridal party had a lot of fun with our driver Bill. I would recommend them even if you are not having an event with Cescaphe Events.

I just got married this past Saturday and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cescaphe Trolley! Joe was very responsive in my planning, he called and updated me with my driver's name and number 2 days before the wedding and confirmed my itinerary. The trolley was prompt and my driver Larry Hackett was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly kind and super helpful. The trolley was gorgeous and spacious, I highly recommend Cescaphe Trolley and I suggest you request Larry!

I used Cescaphe Trolley for my October 7, 2017 and was blown away by the value and professionalism. Their trolleys are absolutely beautiful and really beat the competition in terms of look, features (GPS, music, AC), and the friendliness of the staff. They followed our itinerary and got us where we needed to go with more than enough time to spare, even if it meant driving around in circles between the ceremony, location for pictures, and reception venue. We would highly recommend using Cescaphe!

Very easy to coordinate and work with. The trolley itself was really lovely and had plenty of room for our bridal party, coolers, snacks and wet umbrellas (we got married on a snowy December afternoon). Aside from a positive experience working with the company, we also had an incredible driver for the day. Patrick was a stellar driver, a true gentleman and an all-around outstanding individual. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He brought along extra umbrellas and walked my bridesmaids two at a time up to the church to ensure that they got there safely and without getting wet from the snow. When we wanted to take pictures outside after the ceremony, he pulled all types of driving maneuvers to ensure that we got as close as possible to the ideal spot before going out in the snow and cold. I cannot say enough great things about him!

We were the unfortunate ones who had a terrible experience. Although I booked this beautiful trolley 10 months ahead of time, I received a call 6 days before our wedding to say it had mechanical issues. Instead, they provided us with a bus (and a small refund). The bus that showed up was not pretty by any means and was actually dripping water on the inside and on our bridal party and guests. Although we still had every intention of tipping our driver (and we did), the driver actually asked my husband for his tip at the end of the night. Disappointed is an understatement. I truly expected a more professional company and would not recommend them.

We hired Cescaphe Trolley to transport the wedding party from the hotel to the church and then to Union Trust on 12/3/2016. Joe was very responsive and answered all my questions. The driver, Joe, showed up on time and was professional. He was cheerful and willing to help out as much as he could. The trolley itself was gorgeous and clean. It looks great in photographs. I cannot recommend them enough!

We used Cescaphe Trolley for our wedding, and couldn't have been happier. Our drive was familiar with the area and beyond helpful (reaching out to guests and opening doors at the church and venue). He arrived early to pick us up, and was very organized throughout the day. We are so happy that we went with this trolley service.

The trolley was on time, efficient, and very pretty - no doubt about it. Was the service with a smile? Unfortunately, no. The driver was rude to my husband when he asked to plug in his phone to play music (a feature touted on their website) and at the very end of the night at the very end of the night (about 12:30am or so) our driver insisted he was not "allowed" to pull up to the front of our hotel so we could unload all of our heavy bags, gifts, coolers, etc. Rather, he sat on a side street and told my groom to go get a luggage cart. The bellman at the hotel was very helpful, but I wasn't thrilled with having to walk around the corner in the cold, in a huge dress. Whether or not this is the directive of the hotel, the driver's demeanor was sour and surly, not how you would hope someone would treat you on your wedding day, or any day for that matter.
