When the wedding party arrived at the wedding reception before all the guests were allowed in, the venue was beautifully decorated with ornate table cloths & linens and perfectly tied bows on each chair. JUST as the Bride had envisioned. The colors matched perfectly with the wedding colors. It gave the perfect touch to a very boring room. The best part was that compared to the other vendors, they set up the tables & chairs and they came back at the perfect time to tear down and remove the chair covers. STRESS FREE. Not a single wedding guest, family member or wedding party member touched a Chair Cover Express item when they were cleaning up the venue. They were quick & professional. I would highly recommend them based on the customer service alone.

I got the chance to experience Chaircover Express for a wedding party I was in. The design was flawless and captured the epitome of what the bride and groom wanted. Everything from the materials to the setup was done with ease and speed, while still being completely presentable and poised. The thing that Chaircover Express does best is by putting the cherry on top. I've been to many weddings that are beautiful enough, but as they say, the perfection lies in the details. Chaircover Express provides that one quality that just makes the day perfect, whether you get the Chiavari chairs, or go with the covers and sashes (which the wedding I was in used both!) It's what makes a beautiful wedding into a GORGEOUS wedding! I don't have any plans in my immediate future to get married, but at least I know when the time comes, I have one detail I can scratch off my list!

We ordered my sister's linens for her rehearsal dinner and wedding. The customer service rep was helpful in assisting us choose fabric and color. They were not pushy and allowed us sufficient time to make our choices. We appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to pick them up days earlier. Originally only wanted chair covers and sash's and called back months later to get the table runners. Were able to get me everything I needed and have it done on time. They all looked great!

For our wedding reception of about 80 people the chair covers and sashes were very reasonably priced, including setup and teardown we were out the door for about $300. I did not even have to worry about anything, they came in the morning of the wedding and setup the chair covers and they were there right after the reception ended to take the covers and sashes back. I didn't have to lift a finger, very convenient. Also the office staff I worked with were very friendly and accommodating.

Chaircover Express was awesome! They answered all my questions, made adjustments to my order as needed, and let me stop in to see the color options in person. They responded quickly to emails and calls. They worked directly with the hall in Ann Arbor to determine when to arrive, which saved me the headache of coordinating that piece. The chair covers and sashes were beautiful and looked great at the reception. Highly recommended!

I'm not going to lie. When I got married I had no idea how a company like this could make my wedding look amazing.I used chair cover express in 2008 for my wedding. I loved the variety they offered and the pricing was very reasonable. It literally transformed my wedding to a room I could only dream of. I ended up booking them for my sisters upcoming shower and wedding this weekend. They made it very easy to work with them. And the website is so nice to work with. I want to say a HUGE thank you to Chaircover Express and their staff for their tireless efforts and professionalism in providing my wedding with beautiful chair covers and table linens. I rented 250 ivory polyester chair covers with tiffany blue satin sashes and tiffany blue overlays for the tables. I must say, when my groom and I walked in, we were in awed at how exquisite everything looked! The linens were perfectly pressed, cleaned, and set up. I can tell Chaircover Express staff put a lot of care into setting up the linens for me. When I met up with Sienna, the event manager at Chaircover Express, I was already impressed by her knowledge, attention to details, and professionalism. But seeing how my reception turned out, it was more than I'd ever expected! Of all the decorations at my reception, I can honestly say that the chair covers and linens stood out the most, and I've received so much compliments from my guests. I rented 200 chair covers and sashes from Chaircover Express out of A2 Michigan. Quality, service and value were all of that expected! When I went to pick up, they were right there and loaded in my car. Gave me an instruction on how to tie the sashes. I was able to return on a Sunday rather than waiting until Monday. I simply placed a call to them and received a call back on Monday from them stating all was well. A pleasure to work with Chaircover Express!

The chair covers and bows looked nice. They delivered and set them up. They came back and took them away. It was easy, and relatively inexpensive. The salesperson wasn't easy to work with, but the results were great.

I was very happy with the selection of chair covers, sash colors and they had the exact table runner I wanted. The quality of the chair covers, sashes and table runners were very high. They made my room complete and added an elegant touch. Without chair covers the reception room would not have looked as nice. To me it was worth spending the money and if you are having your reception at Webers in Ann Arbor you get a discount. This made my decision to pick Chair Covers Express easier!

Chair covers Express was a great company to work with!! It was easy to set up our event and everything was set up perfectly. We worked with them through our reception site who works with the company all the time. They did all the set up and clean up without any questions.

They were there on time before the wedding and were there after the wedding was over on time. They were very friendly, prompt and did a great job setting up the chair covers. I cant remember the young mans name, but he said he had been working there for over 6 years and he was such a sweetie.

We chose Chaircover Express because they had the colors that matched closest to our colors and because they were cheaper by allowing you to do the setup yourself. Finding the building was a bit of a pain, they are going through renovations so there is a huge dumpster right in front of their tiny building. There is no signs anywhere saying that the company is there, and you walk into a room that is an absolute filthy disaster. The boxes were labeled with more linens than what I requested. When I pointed this out I was told that they didn't want to remove them because they didn't want the linens to get dirty, which I completely understood given the state of the building. But they also told me not to use more than what I paid for, or I would be charged, even though this was not my mistake. The whole thing seemed a bit shady and I was worried about the quality of what I had rented, but upon opening the boxes and setting up the table cloths, chair covers, and sashes I was pleasantly surprised. The product was amazing and completely transformed the reception hall into exactly what I was looking for. Overall my experience was fantastic and I had every intention of leaving a 4 or 5 star review upon returning from our honeymoon. As you can see, I didn't leave 4 or 5 stars, I left 3. While on my honeymoon I received not 1, not 2, not even 3 requests to leave them a review. They sent me 4 emails requesting a review while on my honeymoon, bordering on harassment. Brides and grooms often go on honeymoons immediately following their weddings, it's a well known fact. One request would have sufficed, 2 I could have understood, but 4 is completely unacceptable. I would recommend them for their product, but not for the professionalism of their location or their employees.

We chose Chaircover Express because they setup and teardown at Weber's. Payment/Contract was easy, reasonable pricing, they only contacted me with a few last minute questions. They setup exactly as I requested and had zero issues, just what a bride wants on her big day, it was perfect!

The room looked gorgeous and she and her associates put everything together quickly and efficiently. She did a great job matching the colors for our wedding. We used Chair Covers Express for our wedding at Weber's Inn in Ann Arbor Michigan. They had a special rate for this location that included the set up and tear down. It was definately worth the money to have the room look more formal and it was so worry free. The covers looked awesome the night of the wedding and I could not have bene happier.

I used Chair Cover Express for my wedding in Honolulu, HI and they were absolutely wonderful. Tim was excellent and made sure to go over all details. Days before our big event, he called because he had noticed that I didn't bother to decorate my head table. I actually had thought of it but was ashamed to ask on such short notice. If Tim didn't take the time to call me, our wedding would have not looked as spectacular as it did. Diane was helpful in picking out our fabrics. We did chair covers, chair sashes, table runners, up-lighting, a monogram with our names in a heart and of course fabric on the head table and behind. I would definitely recommend this business and cannot wait until I have another event to work with them again.

The staff at Chair Cover Express provides exceptional service. The chair covers and sashes look brand new and freshly pressed for each and every chair. But most importantly they are prompt for set-up and clean-up. I highly recommend the set-up service, each bow is tied to perfection. It is not worth the savings and hassle to do it yourself on such a special day. A very reliable company that comes with my highest recommendation. You won't be dissapointed!

I used this vendor to pick up chair sashes. they were good. The location was a little hard to find but i called them and they helped me find it. I was satisfied with the service except when i was getting the sashes i didnt realize that i will have to know how to tie them and maybe i should've asked about how to tie them neatly but i forgot. I think if they know that u will be renting only the sashes and they wont be there to tie them for u (they only come to the venue if u purchase chait covers and sashes, not sashes alone). I think it would be nice of them to show the customers how to tie them even if they don't ask. Most of the time there are soo many things on a bride's mind that she cant think of everything. but overall i thought they were great!
