Champagne & Lace

was willing to help with anything. I’m not sure how our wedding would have happened without her!

was super solution-oriented when I needed her help. Day of, she divided her time with Katie another Day of Coordinator who was equally as incredible. Fully trust Jen's judgement and skillset and would recommend her to anyone!

nts for the shoots were incredible and gorgeous. Iceland isn’t known for its florals and Jennifer sourced flowers to be shipped and also utilized local flowers too in her arrangements. The coordination, design and execution of her work is unmatched and as a photographer, I was obsessed with capturing the florals! I would highly recommend her for your wedding day!

l. We really just wanted our wedding to be full of joy and laid-back, and she helped us make decisions to reflect that. We had her as our wedding coordinator and florist. OMG - the flowers. See picture below for how stunning and unique they were. I told her to “surprise me” and she absolutely crushed it. She helped avert weird situations day-of and made sure our family, bridal party, and guests knew where to be and when. Our day was able to be enjoyed without worry of what else might have been happening, and it wouldn’t have been that way without Jennifer! We got to take it all in without stressing about the little things. She is a wealth of knowledge on all things weddings, has the best connections with other vendors, and is so skilled in so many different areas!

sure we were not stressed at all on our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly helpful with talking through the timeline & discussing little details that we wouldn't have even thought of. If you are looking for a great day-of-coordinator, Jen is your gal!

e flowers and she made everything flow so perfectly!! If something went wrong- my husband and I didn’t know about it and she took care of it! Also, she is just an amazing boss lady and the BEST human!!! I have NOTHING but amazing things to say about her !!!

rce throughout the wedding planning process. She is prompt in responding to emails and texts. Our wedding day went so smooth and so much of that is due to Jen - would highly recommend her to any future bride!

aspects that her and her team helped accomplish for our special day. I sought out her company specifically for day of coordination and floral, but the whole time leading up to the wedding it would have felt as if I asked her to help with full planning. That’s how valued I felt as a client. From day one, talking with Jennifer gave me reassurance and sense a friendship as she creates a space that is personable, realistic, and as friendly as if she were just one of the gals. She doesn’t base her services off of giving you a bullet point list of the things she “will and will not” do as I noticed frequently when searching for coordination help. She was available at any time and was always unbothered by whatever crazy bride questions I brought up to her. For the big day, we were fortunate to be paired with Emma, who had such a similar presence to Jen and truly ran our day as smooth as possible. Any major or minor issue, Emma handled without our knowing. She had the best attitude all day and helped make us feel so special! We are beyond grateful for Jennifer and the Champagne and Lace team! We couldn’t imagine a better vendor to spend our special day with! Thanks a million! The Baeten’s

, helpful advice. Also, her detailed day-of timeline kept us all (including our other vendors) organized and informed. On the wedding day, Jen and Lauren were simply amazing! They helped ease any stress and details of the day and ensured we could actually savor and enjoy it. :) I absolutely recommend hiring Champagne & Lace for your day-of coordination needs.

emails, to doing a site meeting at our family home so she was across the venue before we arrived in the country. Jennifer took the pressure off us by engaging the vendors closer to the date to ensure they were across our needs. From the morning storm to the champagne in hand to calm the nerves, to finding a song for the kids to walk down to at literally the last second, to keeping the bagpipes a secret from the bride, to cutting the cake and making sure every special touch was incorporated, nothing was too much and she never ever looked stressed! Our flowers were stunning and incorporated our special touch of “gum nuts” and proteas! Everything was perfect! We highly recommend Jennifer to make your day stress free and run seamlessly!

in wedding planning, hiring Jennifer was the very best one. Extremely professional, excellent communication and so organized and just SO SO good at what she does. She brought my entire wedding vision to life and it still feels like a dream. The day turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and it was all thanks to her. She made sure everything ran perfectly from every last detail so that my husband and I could enjoy our day and didn’t have to worry about a thing. Jennifer, thank you so much for making it such a perfect day for us.

s back so fast! Her wedding day timeline was amazing, we had enough time and then some for everything! She knew my venue and venue coordinator and I trusted her opinion on what would look good and she delivered 10/10. The decor and florals turned out perfect. Katie was amazing the day of my wedding and handled everything, from making sure everything was set up, handling all the other vendors, making sure our family and wedding party was where they were supposed to be, to setting up the reception space and tearing it down. I could not recommend Jennifer and her team more!

ough!

friend recommended Champagne & Lace! My husband and I will ALWAYS point all newly engaged couples to Jennifer and her team with Champagne & Lace - there is no way our wedding would have gone as perfectly as it did without having Jennifer. From her detailed timeline she worked with us to create, to her beautiful florals and rental décor (another offering of hers that we decided to go with) - she was such an important part of our day in so many ways. One moment we just love that happened was Jennifer, knowing we had a toast coming up, realized we did not have a drink to cheers with so while we were in prayer, we opened our eyes to our favorite drinks there - ready for a cheers! Jennifer truly did not miss one thing, and as a bride, I can truly say there was not ONE time I was stressed on my wedding day. Jennifer was there to talk to my Mother who was having anxiety about her speech, comfort my husband who was stressed/anxious, make sure everyone stayed on schedule, and that everything went smoothly! I would not change a thing about our day and that is hugely in part to Champagne & Lace. From providing honest feedback during the planning process, joining us for the final venue walk through, calming my anxieties and moments of being overwhelmed, asking questions to ensure I had thought through important details (that I would have otherwise missed), to checking in leading up to our big day to make sure we were not stressing and felt ready. If you are getting married, you NEED Champagne & Lace!

them. Jen set the perfect timeline and ran through confirmations with all the other vendors. During my wedding day I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew Jen had everything under control.

ne said to get a day of coordinator. Hiring Jennifer and C&L was the best idea! Once we started talking, I learned they also handled flowers and table arrangements. Sorry to say it but I was a very hands off bride. I had some ideas and colors but really no direction and Jennifer did a wonderful job of pulling everything together! She kept everyone on task day of and the flowers and table arrangements were perfect! You will not regret hiring Champagne & Lace!

setup to tear down and everything in between we were so grateful for the extra hands day of so our family and friends could just enjoy the day!

e wedding party florals (my bouquet was gorgeous & exactly what I hoped for) to the winter greenery on the tables and place settings, our reception space was magical! We received so many compliments! It was truly evident the creativity, talent, time and care Jen & team put into our day. Thank you!!!

we were able to simply enjoy the best parts of the day with no stress, and spend time with our guests and each other. Her recommendations for photographer and videographer were spot on as well!

or. I truly did not lift a finger on my wedding day, and Jen was helpful and calming at every opportunity. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, book Champagne & Lace asap!

lorals when you over commit and think you can DIY it then book Jen right now! From the moment I booked Jen she was there for me answering emails helping me plan and supporting me through the wedding planning stress. On the day of the wedding if anything went wrong I sure don’t know about it becuase Jen kept eveything running so smoothly and made sure I had the time of my life. Jen even went above and beyond and helped use clear tables after dinner which we helped us at the end of the night so much! I know my day would not have been half as smooth if it wasn’t for Jen.

so helpful. On top of our Day-Of-Coordination, she also handled all of our floral needs for the Ceremony and Reception! For someone who knows little about flowers, I was relieved to put all the decision making in her hands and she turned my vision into a reality. Our centerpieces and bouquets turned out amazing! From ceremony rehearsals, vendor communications, floral décor and more, Champagne & Lace does it all! Overall, we had such a great experience working with Jennifer and her assistant Lindsey did a fabulous job as well. We are so thankful for their part in making our wedding day run smoothly!

selecting flowers, creating a wedding day schedule, décor options, general advice, etc. To start, I had some inspiration photos for flowers and decor, but felt a little clueless when it came to the overall look and feel I was going for. Jen was so easy to communicate with and made me feel more confident in making decisions through the planning process. Her flowers exceeded my expectations. Absolutely stunning arrangements. We received so many compliments! Lauren from the Champagne & Lace team was our on-site coordinator for the rehearsal and wedding day and did a fantastic job. I never had to worry about a thing. She knew exactly how to handle working with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding day, as well as through the wedding weekend. She was on top of leading the guests to where they needed to be, guiding the wedding party, helping keep us all on schedule for the day, setting up the room décor, and everything in between. We even had a guest experience a mishap with the zipper on her dress and Lauren jumped at the opportunity to help her by lending her the cardigan she was wearing. Above and beyond. Cannot recommend these amazing ladies enough! Money well spent.

r level I never knew existed 🤩 My friends and family still talk about my wedding day florals. They were unlike ANY I have ever seen! TRULY! I love that Jen uses local flowers in season as much as possible. It not only saved on money but is better for the environment — not to mention better quality florals ! Jen was excellent in communication, with countless emails, meeting with me in person, as well as speaking over the phone. If you’re wondering if Jen is the best, the answer is absolutely YES!!!!!! I couldn’t have imagined my wedding day without her attention to detail. She even showed up on my wedding day with the CUTEST gift that shared in our love of chai tea 🥲🥲 (she listens, and she remembers things about you! So intentional!)— this gal is so personal and truly puts you as the couple & your wedding day first. If you can’t tell by now, I Highly highly highly recommend !!!!!!! Above and beyond 10/10

on emails, that her personality was so positive and fun! When we met in person, she was so easy to talk to and made the experience feel so fun and special. Communications leading up to our wedding were phenomenal - she was always there for any questions, changes, concerns, etc. And by the time of our wedding... she took our vision and RAN with it! I am beyond impressed with her work. I never had to lift a finger, and everything turned out so perfectly. My girls LOVED the bouquets, and we received so many compliments on the arrangements from friends and family. The blooms were perfect, high quality, and exactly what I pictured for our day. We had her do our ceremony arrangements, rose petals for the aisle, centerpieces for dinner tables, centerpieces for cocktail tables, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and a few miscellaneous pieces and a hanging ladder install. All of them were SO perfect and so fun. Our wedding would not have been this beautiful without her work!! HIGHLY recommend booking her.

kes we had ordered through them and did not have them on the big day. Jen hopped in immediately, contacting the Cooper Hen where I got my wedding cake from and having them deliver cupcakes and cookies. Best part about it, I had no idea this happened until the next day! She keeps everybody else on task and let’s you know where you need to be and when. On top of all this, she is the sweetest! Highly recommend her if you’re getting married, you will not be disappointed :)

eep our wedding day so organized for everyone involved. They were both so quick to respond to any questions we had and were just incredibly pleasant to work with. Heather was amazing to have on our wedding day as our coordinator. She worked so hard to make our day go without a hitch. Both Jen and Heather had a role in making sure our day was just perfect and magical. I would recommend Champagne and Lace for anyone looking for day of wedding coordination!

t to work with her and experience all the amazing ideas she had for the night and the biggest bonus was that Jen is unbelievably talented when it comes to florals. My vision for everything on my wedding day came true with the touch of her arrangements and my bouquet😍😍 You can not ask for a better person to be your go-to on one of the biggest days of your life. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Jen for your superb Job.

with, was very receptive to my ideas but also helped to guide my vision to something that would come together on the day. The end result was bouquets and table décor that were a major focal point and wowed our guests. Would absolutely recommended for quality work at fair prices.

different pieces of a wedding to help you prepare. Jennifer was fantastic and met with us beforehand to plan out a timeline of the entire day. She made sure everything was running smoothly, including video footage which was really important to us as we had slideshows for dinner and two surprise slideshows for my dad and my husband’s mom during our dances with them (photos of us with them over the years as we grew up) as well as an interview video of us that played during the ceremony. She also had Heather on her team, Heather stayed for most of our wedding day as Jennifer had to go to another wedding. Heather was absolutely phenomenal and I received so many compliments from people close to the party about how great she was. Both of these women were great to work with. I highly recommend champagne & lace for DOC.

ecor, to making sure everything stayed on schedule, to getting everything done (even the things I forgot to tell her about), to being the last one to leave the venue and pick everything up…. She literally was the one who made our day go off without a hitch. We will forever recommend Jen. VERY reasonable pricing and worth every single penny. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

r I wanted. Everyone commented on how beautiful our flowers were! She helped connect us with a great calligrapher and even was willing to help with planning the wedding if necessary.

asonable price. I highly recommend her!

he big day. From answering my frantic texts and emails to running out for supplies when my dress ripped (in a small town where the road was shut down so a detour was inevitable!!). She stepped up when the catering company was short staffed so our guests could get fed at a decent rate and she kept our timeline intact despite all effort of the wedding glitch gods! I would hire her a million times over if I could, she is smart, she is kind, she is amazing at what she does!!

mine. Our plans changed quite a few times due to the pandemic and Jen was so helpful through it all. She also did our florals for the day and we got so many compliments on how beautiful they were! You won’t regret hiring Jen. I promise your investment in her services will be your best wedding investment.

did my flowers, which were beyond beautiful! She asks for your budget upfront and does everything to make sure you stay within that budget which made everything less stressful. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

ieres would look like as we planned a formal event downtown. When our plans changed because of COVID, she was very flexible in allowing us to change the size and scope of the order to reflect our new venue and smaller group. The floral arrangements were beautiful and captured the romantic yet elegant feel that I wanted. We also hired her as a day of coordinator and she was worth her weight in gold. Whether it was setting up tables or helping with my bustle, she just took care of whatever needed doing and helped us all enjoy the day. I can't recommend her highly enough.

perfectly with our early fall outdoor wedding and were more than I could ever ask for! They were so beautiful! The setup and presentation of all the food and cake was challenging with the limited space, but Jen was able to design a sensible and effective layout that worked wonderfully!! I will be recommending Champagne & Lace to all of my friends for their special day. Without Jen, this glorious day wouldn't have been possible, she is truly an artist and master in her craft!!

2018. Jen was so communicative and responded to all my emails in a timely matter. We focused on my areas of concern (being sure the ceremony ran smoothly) and she helped answer any questions I had up until the day of the wedding and on the actual day. She spoke with all my vendors prior to the day so everyone was on the same page. As a Bride it was so refreshing to know that I didn't have to worry because I was in such good hands with Jen. HIGHLY recommend her to any future Brides!

our vision come to life!! She made sure everything ran smoothly and helped make our reception absolutely beautiful! We definitely would recommend Jen to everyone we know!!

he distance. She kept to our fairly small budget, but everyone was wowed by what she could accomplish within that budget, especially my Bouquet. I have gotten nothing but awe inspired comments on my bouquet, and it is exactly what I envisioned it would be. 100% recommend Jennifer and Champagne & Lace. If only all wedding vendors could be so amazing!

ntial problems left to chance, and working with Jennifer was a great fit. If anything went awry during our wedding day, I had absolutely no idea (and I can't overstate how grateful I am for that). It was also incredibly important to me to find someone trustworthy to execute what envisioned for the reception, and Jennifer brought everything to life perfectly. She positioned all of the photos, signage, and decoration so beautifully, and I was so thankful to not have to worry about a single detail. The whole day was a dream thanks to her, and I could focus on what was really important--marrying my husband! After such a great experience, I can't recommend Jennifer and Champagne & Lace highly enough. Thank you!!
