Champagne Limousines

The vintage Rolls Royce rental was the perfect get-away car for our special day. It was so nice to have a moment alone after our ceremony in such an amazing, vintage car. A memory that we will never forget, for sure. Champagne Limousines was flexible, attentive, timely and truly did an amazing job on our wedding day. Thank you!

My experience with Champagne Limousines over the phone/e-mail was totally opposite to my experience on my wedding day. When I initially emailed them to inquire about pricing, their were short, rude, and told my mom and I separate quotes, which we did not appreciate whatsoever. Of course, they wouldn't honor the cheaper quote once they realized their mistake. However, on my wedding day (we rented the Rolls-Royce), the car was amazing, clean, and perfect, and the driver was SO incredibly friendly. He calmed my nerves and was extremely cooperative and willing to move the car for pictures, etc., without a second th0ught. Our driver was amazing, it was just the customer service via e-mail that was horrible (I believe his name was Bruce?).

We used Champagne Limousines for our transportation the day of our wedding. We had a limo to transport the bridal party to the ceremony and to the reception, then we had a getaway car to take myself and the groom home from the reception. The biggest reason I rate them as OK is because our limo driver was not very friendly or personable. He always seemed to be very flustered with us. When he first greeted me there was no smile and he showed very little emotion. It would have been nice to have a driver who was excited to do his job since this was such an exciting day for us. His attitude was also very rude to my husband. I did not like how before we headed to the reception, he asked us for directions even though he had a GPS in the limo. On the other hand, our driver for the getaway car was very different from the limo driver. He was friendly and very kind. We were running late leaving the reception, but we never felt rushed and he was never rude about us running over on our time.

The driver was friendly and professional. He drove my groom and I to the hotel after the reception. We were both tired and happy to have a moment alone together. We didn't interact with the driver much and he didn't force it which was appreciated. He took us to the hotel quickly, but the drive was very smooth which was good because I would have slid all around otherwise since I wasn't wearing a seatbelt over my dress. We were satisfied with the service.

My (now) husband and I were set on having a Rolls Royce take us from the wedding ceremony to the reception (and back to our hotel later). There are only two companies in St. Louis that have a Rolls Royce in their fleet (that we could find). We chose Champagne Limousines and we were not disappointed. The driver was very nice, and did a great job of navigating from place to place in this classic car. Everything except the brakes and tires were original parts, so it was definitely the real experience. It looked awesome in pictures too; our photographer was pretty excited about this unique look for our pictures. Would definitely recommend this vendor.

Not only was our driver extremely friendly and polite, we had a blast in the limo and would definitely recommend everyone to book with them! On top of that Bluff City Tours canceled on us 24 hours before our wedding, so this is how I got in contact with Champagne Limousines. We were so fortunate that they had a limo available and we had so much fun in the limo! A huge thank you to them and especially the driver for so short notice!

Our limousine was pretty sweet on the inside, my only complaint is I didn't care for the driver. He was supposed to follow my photographer down the street to take pictures in a hay field and he passed her up and kept driving 30 minutes out of the way until I finally realized what was really going on. It made us late for our reception and cut out a lot of time to get other pictures taken. My photographer was all bubbly and joked with him that he was supposed to follow her and passed her up, and our limo driver said "whatever" and was kind of a jerk. He acted like he didn't want to shuttle us around all day.

I chose Champagne Limos after I waited too long to book the company I wanted at first, but they ended up being perfect nonetheless. On time and profession, and our limo was exactly what they said it would be.

Showed up on time, had some champagne ready for us, they did a perfect job!!

Where to begin...the fact that our driver wouldn't let my husband pay in cash (options for payment were: credit card or cash on wedding day...no option to pay in advance) Our driver told Matt (husband) when he got out the cash, 'yeah, can you pay by credit card? Its easier for me.' And this was when Matt and the groomsmen were trying to get photos outside the church. The limo driver pulled him aside while trying to get photos done. THEN...when we asked to go to Ted Drewes, he told us he couldn't do that because he had another committment at 7pm...it was 4:45 and he wanted to take us to the reception, which didn't start until 6pm. We convinced him it was on the way, but then he wouldn't let us eat in the car to save him some time. In the end we were still at the reception by 5:50pm. AWFUL...and since the wedding, husband has called them every day to share his frustration...and they won't call him back...

I used Champagne Limosines for a limo to transport the wedding party before the wedding and for a Rolls Royce as a getaway car. Both drivers were very kind, however the limo driver was old, slow, confused and didn't know how to get anywhere. He was late picking up the groomsmen and we were overcharged for this as he told the mangament he was stuck in traffic, but our wedding was off country roads. The Rolls Driver was great however, he insisted on taking an imprint of my groom's credit card once we got to our hotel. This is not something we wanted to be doing on our weddding night! The groom and my MOB both called to complain to the mangement and were treated rudely. I would recommend not using them. Their prices were the best but the limo was old and gross and the customer service was bad.

The driver was on-time and in professional attire. He knew all of our locations and didn't get lost at all! (which everything was in Alton, IL and very close by). Only complaint was that there was no WATER in the limo, only champagne. And the driver's personality was a little lacking. But other than that very good.
