My experience with Champagne Limousines over the phone/e-mail was totally opposite to my experience on my wedding day. When I initially emailed them to inquire about pricing, their were short, rude, and told my mom and I separate quotes, which ...we did not appreciate whatsoever. Of course, they wouldn't honor the cheaper quote once they realized their mistake. However, on my wedding day (we rented the Rolls-Royce), the car was amazing, clean, and perfect, and the driver was SO incredibly friendly. He calmed my nerves and was extremely cooperative and willing to move the car for pictures, etc., without a second th0ught. Our driver was amazing, it was just the customer service via e-mail that was horrible (I believe his name was Bruce?).
