Krista tracked them, knew they were lost, and worked with the vendor to have new ones delivered the morning of the wedding. All without troubling us until after the problem was resolved. For any parent stepping into the organized chaos of wedding planning, I cannot recommend Krista highly enough. She didn't just plan a wedding — she protected the joy of the entire experience. And her steady work to make the day special allowed us as parents and family members to enjoy the wedding as much as the guests.

h Krista, we did not even need to think twice about booking Champagne Magnolias. We were within 3 months and made a somewhat last minute decision to book a wedding planner, and Krista worked with us to make a plan that would work best for us. She forced us (gracefully) to work on the things were procrastinating or having decision fatigue on and we went into every vendor meeting feeling completely prepared. Our only regret was not booking Champagne Magnolias sooner to help with the vendor process!  Ally also joined us for every single vendor meeting and answered any questions no matter how big or small. If there was something I wasn't sure of, I was confident that Ally would be prepared to help or think of the little details that would have never crossed our minds. Knowing that the communication between our several vendors was being handled, was such a huge relief.  On the day of wedding, having spoken with Ally so many times it felt like just another bridesmaid/friend that was with us on the whole day. I never even had to think of the getting ready/photos/timelines/ once because Ally was there to wrangle everything and everyone. Most notable, during our wedding, Todd's feet were hurting and Ally (even though we told her NOT to) ran back to our hotel two blocks away to bring him another pair of shoes. We couldn't believe it!  When I think back on our wedding now two months later, if anything at all went wrong we had no idea because I'm confident Ally dealt with it. If you are on the fence about booking Champagne Magnolias, I can promise you ten toes down that you will not regret it.

ere watching our wedding video on our first anniversary and we couldn’t help reminiscing on her and her team’s impact.  Krista worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life, and as an out-of-state (well, more like cross-country) couple, she truly went above and beyond. Krista handled so much behind the scenes, acting as a liaison for all of our vendors and keeping everything organized, on track, and stress-free. Knowing she was overseeing every detail gave us complete peace of mind throughout the planning process. And a ton of my closest friends were raving that I was truly the calmest and most “chill” bride that they’ve ever seen!  From the start, Krista felt like someone we could fully trust. The weather was a bit questionable and Krista stayed overnight at a hotel to ensure she was present. During the reception, I had a minor injury, and thanks to Krista’s quick thinking and well-stocked first aid kit, everything was handled smoothly and discreetly without our guests ever noticing. We’ve recommended Krista and her team to so many people since, including my maid of honor, who was equally thrilled with her experience. Krista is the ultimate girls’ girl, and I can’t speak highly enough of her or her wonderful team. Just be prepared, once your wedding is over, you may find yourself genuinely missing all your text exchanges and meetings with her & her team!

Because of them, we got to fully enjoy the day without stress. Ally set up all the decor and personal details I had beautifully! My wedding was planned but Krista helped me coordinate a perfect timeline and assisted in keeping contact with vendors which helped immensely as you don’t realize just how thin you’re spread the last few months before your wedding. That day her and Francesca were there for the setup that turned out better than I could’ve imagined. There were some minor issues with wind and flowers but Krista didn’t stress me about these she just handled it and everything was perfect. They were both always checking in with me and making sure the night went exactly as envisioned from start to end. I can’t thank them enough. Don’t let yourself have any wedding day regrets by not booking them for your day!

2) wedding day management (which really starts around 3-months prior). For the design services, Krista took my vision board/loose ideas and translated into a beautiful design which was well organized and perfectly fit my vision! She then connected us with the right vendors to turn the design into reality and gave guidance to vendors on exactly what was needed, such as stationary and florist. For the day of coordination, we had Meg (lead) and Ally. Meg was absolutely fantastic and the perfect choice for our day – super organized and on top of it, but also has a very easygoing vibe which helped us stay calm. Meg and the team also did so much behind the scenes and it always felt like they were 10 steps ahead (e.g., reaching out to vendors for insurance requirements, creating timelines, following up with unresponsive vendors). There were also a few tricky/uncomfortable instances with other vendors that Meg and Krista helped us navigate (and in many cases helped us to stay out of) which we are incredibly grateful for. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Krista, Meg and the Champagne Magnolias team and can't recommend them enough!

We have been to many Indian events before and usually the timeline is always off, but our entire day remained on track from start to end. She has such a calm and easygoing vibe that even through all the hustle and bustle of the day I was able to feel at ease and have fun too! Also, if you are considering using Renault as your venue, I would say Megan is a must! She already has a great rapport with Renault’s staff. It made the experience so smooth and seamless. She had such a calming presence that even in the midst of the most stressful days leading up to our wedding she calmed us down and reassured us she had it under control. At our rehearsal and wedding day she was everywhere and everything was seamless. Krista created an hour by hour schedule for us and our bridal party to ensure everyone was on track leading up to the ceremony. Apart from coordinating with vendors she put up all of our decor and even moved it to their secondary locations. She was such a joy, everyone loved her, and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Our planning meetings started 90 days out and without them, I definitely would have been scrambling the week before to make sure I had everything we needed/wanted. She made me think of certain things that I would not have without our meetings. Krista also helped coordinate all of our vendors arrival times, contracts, etc. We had a bunch of décor items coming from different vendors and Krista was able to help us keep track of all of them. I didn't even know when the items arrived because Krista handled it all and made sure all arrived safely. She also made sure the two of us had the best day possible. Between making sure we ate, helping me repair my dress 87 times, removing a couple stains...I can't thank her enough. Krista most importantly BROUGHT THE HYPE! My girls and I had so much fun with her getting ready. She was extremely professional and made sure all was going smoothly of course, but having such a positive and fun person to hang out with was an added bonus. int in the wedding planning process and replaced that person with a man who promises the world but is the sleaziest of used car salesmen. Over and over again we were told "Jack will arrange that" "Jack will do it" "no problem" while being given no contact information, no guidance, not even additional pricing. It was a terrible experience, with the crowing moment being told 3 months before the wedding that the area for the ceremony was under construction and would not be ready before our wedding. We invited 170 and were lucky only 120 could make it, because the venue never could have sat that many people. 3 weeks before our wedding we were able to meet with "Jack" and Krista and the caterer (also great - Andreotti's) and Krista was able to find a spot on the ship where we could have the ceremony while the caterer still was able to ready the dinner. Krista designed the semi circle chairs so we could still have the view of Philadephia. Krista brought the table numbers. Krista queued the wedding party when the newly hired event coordinator for the ship who showed up half an hour before the ceremony started didn't. Krista boarded the ship to ensure the vendors knew where to go and where to set up and set up the chairs since the venue did not - Jack told us 3 days before the wedding that he'd be attending his nephew's wedding instead. Without Krista, it simply wouldn't have happened. In hindsight, I would have hired her as a full time planner instead of partial in an instant - if I could do it all over again that's what I would do. She is kind, fun, organised, professional, and gets it done. The best, bar none. Oh, and her assistant Tori was so kind and sweet and made sure I could take off my shoes and got me drinks!
