Working with Megan Cantz from Champagne Magnolias was an absolute pleasure! I cannot recommend her enough! For our 250+ Indian wedding, we only needed day-of-planner/ wedding day management services, but even from our first meeting, we knew we had made the right choice. From vendor coordination to organization and ensuring that all our concerns were addressed, everything went absolutely perfectly.
When wedding day came, I can honestly say I had no concerns because I knew Megan had everything handled. Our main events of the day included Baraat, Hindu Ceremony, Lunch/Break, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. We have been to many Indian events before and usually the timeline is always off, but our entire day remained on track from start to end. She has such a calm and easygoing vibe that even through all the hustle and bustle of the day I was able to feel at ease and have fun too! Also, if you are considering using Renault as your venue, I would say Megan is a must! She already has a great rapport with Renault’s staff. It made the experience so smooth and seamless. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her!

Hiring Krista & her team was easily the best decision we made through the wedding planning process! Krista was with us for our recent wedding on 3/15/25 as our day of coordinator. From the moment we hired Krista, I knew we were in amazing hands. She is always one step ahead of you in the wedding planning thought process and BEYOND organized. I will say it on this review, but I had also said it probably one hundred times on our wedding day, "I don't know how people have a wedding without a Krista!!!" Everything ran absolutely seamless and we did not have a worry in the world because Krista and her team made sure everything and everyone was taken care of. From having a stain on my dress, to perfecting my florals, always making sure my lip gloss was fresh... Krista & Champagne Magnolias did it all. Best money you will spend in the grand scheme of wedding planning will be hiring the Champagne Magnolias Events team!!! Could not recommend more!!!

Hello, Type-A Bride here who had the whole wedding planned... I'm here to tell you that yes, you still need Krista and team!
2 years engaged and planning a wedding, we really had 'everything figured out' as far as booking our wedding and hiring vendors goes. I started to panic thinking about the timelines and logistics of things, and I just did not want that responsibility for our wedding day. So, if you're reading this and this feels familiar, just do yourself a favor and hire the Champagne Magnolias Team. You want to ENJOY your wedding day, after making so many decisions and choices, you need someone to tell you what to do and when so that you can relax and enjoy your day... so you can enjoy every. single. second. This is exactly where Krista and team came in. Leading to the wedding they took the reins on connecting with all of our vendors and handling all communication, making timelines and really making the logistics as effortless as possible. The wedding morning was calm, and it felt amazing to be able to look at Krista and know she would queue me when needed, and handle what needed to be handled, behind the scenes. It's beautiful to see someone at work who's passionate about what they do, and Krista is passionate about her work and her couples, and she will do everything that needs to be done to make your day as effortless as possible. Krista, you are the most important and valued vendor we hired because without you I don't know that we would have enjoyed our day as much as we did... and we truthfully loved our wedding day and enjoyed every single second. If there was one person who was the MVP of our wedding it would be Krista! We hired her for wedding day management, however she starts 90 days before the wedding date and that was a god send. She is thorough, organized, and personable. She had such a calming presence that even in the midst of the most stressful days leading up to our wedding she calmed us down and reassured us she had it under control. At our rehearsal and wedding day she was everywhere and everything was seamless. Krista created an hour by hour schedule for us and our bridal party to ensure everyone was on track leading up to the ceremony. Apart from coordinating with vendors she put up all of our decor and even moved it to their secondary locations. She was such a joy, everyone loved her, and we couldn’t be more thankful!

I am an incredibly Type A person and loved every minute of planning my wedding (ok, most minutes). But since I love having my control over the details, I knew that I needed the right person to be another “me” to make sure my day was as smooth as possible. I was recommended to check out Krista by other Hamilton Manor brides. We are always told that our venue doesn’t necessarily need an outside coordinator but the ease I felt with having her there was worth it. Immediately after our first conversation, I knew she was the right fit and booked. I loved that she knew my vendors so well so she understood how they would operate. She and the team had me feeling so relaxed and kept things so smooth, I had several hours during the day to just relax and soak everything in. She is incredibly organized, professional, and not afraid to frolic in the leaves to get the best photos for us.

Krista saved us from so much stress leading up to our wedding and throughout the entire day. She is an absolute baller angel -- she kept us on time, kept track of everything for me, she reapplied my lipstick, got me into & bustled my dress, made sure we ate and had alcohol and everything in between. Krista and her team were AMAZING to work with. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. In the months leading up to the wedding, Krista and her team helped keep us on track with the timeline and communicating with our vendors. Krista and her whole team truly work wedding day magic!! Krista herself is so on top of things, and makes it a point to know how you want every little detail to go and then executes it perfectly. She took care of everything on our wedding day and I had the most stress-free experience. It was the most amazing feeling to be able to leave everything in the hands of Krista and her team and just purely enjoy my wedding day, and that’s why hiring a planner (particularly Champagne Magnolias) is so worth it!! I was on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator and did a lot of research into different companies and packages. Before having my wedding, I didn't really understand what a day-of coordinator actually *did.*
Hiring Krista & Champagne Magnolias was truly one of the BEST decisions I made for our wedding!!!! From the minute we had our kickoff call, I told her that I felt so much better and calmer about the process. As the day grew closer, it felt so reassuring to know that Krista had our backs and was reaching out on our behalf to confirm final details with our other vendors.
Krista's services truly shined on our wedding day. She brought a fun yet calming spirit to our wedding party and was an absolute HYPE WOMAN!! There are so many tiny details that I never considered when planning the wedding (Who will set up the table numbers? How will my dress be transported from the hotel to the venue? Who will tell my bridal party when it is time for them to walk down the aisle?) and I simply could not have managed all this without Krista.

I cannot say enough positive things about the entire Champagne Magnolia’s team . From the moment we hired Krista as our “day of coordinator”,she was attentive, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. What we were truly drawn to was that her DOC started 3 months out! The team handled every detail with grace and professionalism, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. They were there to put out any fire!
Krista was a calming presence right when I needed her most, three months out before the big day, to navigate those stressful wrenches that get thrown. Krista, Megan & Kimber were heaven sent on the day of the wedding, they took care of everything so that we could focus on enjoying the day. As a “type A” bride they were there to remind me to shut off my brain & enjoy the day! Krista was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and her expertise and experience were invaluable.

THE BEST WEDDING PLANNING COMPANY!
My husband and I had the honor to have Krista and her team help us plan our wedding. From the moment we met Krista her bubbly personality made me feel valued, welcomed, and like a friend. Our monthly/weekly planning calls were something I looked forward to as she was so organized, professional, and took all the wedding stress away! 3 weeks before the wedding I was in a serious car accident and didn’t even know if we would be getting married. Krista came through for us like no other during this truly challenging time. She made sure that all of the wedding prep was taken care of so I could focus on my recovery & getting down the aisle! She not only was amazing during the planning/prep but during the wedding day she literally managed every situation beautifully, made us feel so supported, and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. We used Champagne Magnolias for our wedding this past June. We were not going to use a wedding planner but were so thankful we did. Krista and her team were incredible. She is so experienced and thinks of every single detail, and makes sure it is all going smoothly every step of the way. Her extensive check lists and regular scheduled check in calls were always fun and made the process so enjoyable. On the day of she was incredible in ensuring every vendor was doing exactly as they were supposed to and kept the day/night running smoothly without any issues. Krista and her team were absolutely pivotal in the success of our wedding day. The smartest pre-planning decision we made was hiring Champagne Magnolia. I would do it a million times again - HIGHLY recommend. KRISTA/CHAMPAGNE MAGNOLIAS IS NECESSARY!!! So many people told me I did not need a day of coordinator but hiring Krista was one of my best decisions during the wedding planning process. Despite being a little Type A, I definitely needed some help and guidance staying on track leading up to our wedding. Our planning meetings started 90 days out and without them, I definitely would have been scrambling the week before to make sure I had everything we needed/wanted. She made me think of certain things that I would not have without our meetings.
Krista also helped coordinate all of our vendors arrival times, contracts, etc. We had a bunch of décor items coming from different vendors and Krista was able to help us keep track of all of them. I didn't even know when the items arrived because Krista handled it all and made sure all arrived safely. She also made sure the two of us had the best day possible. Between making sure we ate, helping me repair my dress 87 times, removing a couple stains...I can't thank her enough.
Krista most importantly BROUGHT THE HYPE! My girls and I had so much fun with her getting ready. She was extremely professional and made sure all was going smoothly of course, but having such a positive and fun person to hang out with was an added bonus.
If you're debating hiring someone for wedding day management you can't go wrong with Krista and her team. I was genuinely sad when she left because she really helped make our day perfect and fun. THANK YOU KRISTA!!!!

Looking back this is one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. Krista was so helpful and answers emails insanely fast! She is very organized and is there whenever a question pops up.
She made the rehearsal at our church a breeze and told everyone where to go and when to be there! The day of the wedding Krista and her team were AMAZING! Krista and her team are amazing - I could not recommend them enough! We did the package for 90 days pre-wedding where Krista supported logistics, and then day of support. My biggest regret was not booking them to do it all from start to finish! Krista was professional, detailed oriented, but also has a big and fun personality that really puts you at ease during such a stressful planning process. We had some issues arise with decor arriving on time (separate vendor), and Krista and her team did everything they could to make the day of go as smooth as possible and to keep me out of the details to not worry! They truly allowed my husband and I and our families to be present in the day. Not to mention it was having our own hype team (on top of friends and families) keeping the energy high! If you're getting married, you have to work with Krista and her team!

Krista is more than a 5 star wedding planner and day of coordinator. I had quite a chaotic morning of and I felt an immense relief having Krista there. I knew I didn't have to worry about timelines, schedules or what time I had to be where because Krista had everything covered. I can't describe the relief you feel knowing that the day is covered...you can just enjoy!! Krista is there to wrangle anyone and everything. She has it covered. You can put your utmost faith in her.

Our wedding only happened because of Krista. My fiance had his heart set on a non-traditional venue (Battleship New Jersey) that unfortunately lost its event coordinator at some point in the wedding planning process and replaced that person with a man who promises the world but is the sleaziest of used car salesmen. Over and over again we were told "Jack will arrange that" "Jack will do it" "no problem" while being given no contact information, no guidance, not even additional pricing. It was a terrible experience, with the crowing moment being told 3 months before the wedding that the area for the ceremony was under construction and would not be ready before our wedding. We invited 170 and were lucky only 120 could make it, because the venue never could have sat that many people. 3 weeks before our wedding we were able to meet with "Jack" and Krista and the caterer (also great - Andreotti's) and Krista was able to find a spot on the ship where we could have the ceremony while the caterer still was able to ready the dinner. Krista designed the semi circle chairs so we could still have the view of Philadephia. Krista brought the table numbers. Krista queued the wedding party when the newly hired event coordinator for the ship who showed up half an hour before the ceremony started didn't. Krista boarded the ship to ensure the vendors knew where to go and where to set up and set up the chairs since the venue did not - Jack told us 3 days before the wedding that he'd be attending his nephew's wedding instead. Without Krista, it simply wouldn't have happened. In hindsight, I would have hired her as a full time planner instead of partial in an instant - if I could do it all over again that's what I would do. She is kind, fun, organised, professional, and gets it done. The best, bar none. Oh, and her assistant Tori was so kind and sweet and made sure I could take off my shoes and got me drinks!

Krista absolutely deserves more than 5 stars. For the past year and a half, she helped us to envision the day of our wedding from decor to setup. Even with all of the other events that she plans, she has always been responsive, getting back to us even more quickly than we would have assumed.
On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly thanks to Krista (and if it didn’t, we didn’t know). We got to have fun during the entire wedding without sweating the numerous small details. Through the entire experience, we thought of Krista as a friend and not just our wedding planner.

Krista is the absolute BEST! We hired Champagne Magnolias for day of coordination, but Krista was so helpful in the final months, weeks, and days leading up to our wedding! She helped resolve any issues, and served as the point of contact for all vendors - helping to keep our stress at bay. Krista is so easy to work with and has the most fun personality! I know I will only want to work with Krista for any future event planning needs, and would recommend her to literally anyone to ensure the most pleasant experience! You need Krista and Champagne Magnolias for your big day! If you're debating if you need a month of coordinator for your wedding, take my word for it...you do! Having Krista and CM there for me in the month leading up to my wedding and the day of was invaluable. From handling vendor communications to building my timeline to helping set up and break down decor to literally chasing off drunk hecklers during the ceremony. Champagne Magnolia and team thought of EVERYTHING! They were 5 steps ahead at all points of the day. I felt like the most relaxed bride the day of my wedding and somehow had extra time in my timeline to spend quality time with my bridal party beforehand. I can say with 1000% confidence that I wouldn't have felt so at ease without Krista and her team. They will be your biggest hype team and do everything you dreamed of...even if it's something crazy...like a shoey toast.

From our first initial phone meeting, I knew Krista was someone I needed to have on my side for my wedding day. She spared no expense and missed no details when it came to making sure every aspect of my wedding day was handled. I cannot recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and hire her because even if you think you don’t need a coordinator/planner, you do. AMAZING!!! Krista and her team are the absolute best. We hired her as our day of coordinator and truly don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her. I was so relaxed the whole wedding day due to knowing Krista was taking care of everything and answering any questions I had. We were unsure if we wanted to hire a day of coordinator or if our budget allowed for one but we made the decision to do it and are so glad that we did. Our bridal party and parents still talk about how amazing Krista was and how much she did for us. Truly couldn’t recommend her enough! If you’re on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, do it and go with Champagne Magnolias!

I’ve rewritten this review several time because it’s hard to put into words how truly AMAZING Krista was! If nothing else, PLEASE book Champagne Magnolias for your wedding day!
We definitely went into planning our wedding with a lot of nerves and Krista managed to put us completely at ease. From our very first call, we knew we found our superhero. We booked Krista for day of coordinating but she gave us so much more! The attention to detail and dedication that she puts into her craft is exactly why she’s so great at what she does. Krista flawlessly executed our vision and organized all of our vendors while managing to keep everyone on schedule - she even managed to give my husband and I some extra time to breathe before our reception.
Our wedding day was an absolute dream and Krista’s coordination skills and attention to detail were the key! She was literally there every step of the day and was ten steps ahead ready to for anything…she literally remade my husband’s boutonnière when it wilted after church on the bus ride back to the venue!
There will never be enough words that we can say to thank her enough! We would definitely work with her again! If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding as if it were their own, keep you calm and even have some laughs along the way, Champagne Magnolias is definitely who you need!

Our wedding planning journey was an absolute dream, thanks to the incredible expertise and dedication of Krista and her team at Champagne Magnolias. She kept our (at times, rowdy) bridal party in line and made sure they were exactly where they needed to be, so that we didn’t have to worry. The team worked so well together and with the other vendors that we ran 45 minutes ahead of our timeline, which allowed us extra time for our first look, photos and to honestly take in every moment before our ceremony. One of the things that truly set Krista apart was her willingness to go above and beyond her role as a wedding planner. She stepped in as seamstress, photographer, videographer, etc. Any job we needed that day, she was ready for the challenge. We cannot say thank you enough. We would recommend Champagne Magnolias to any and every couple planning a wedding. Champagne Magnolias truly made ALL of our wedding day dreams come true!

If you’re thinking of hiring a coordinator. Just do it. Krista will be the glue to your wedding day!!! I don’t know if we could have done it without Krista and her team. I never wanted this over done wedding, but shhh don’t repeat this, my mom had other plans and became momzilla. After our first call, I knew Krista was down to earth like me. Each call was just like talking to a friend not to a stranger. On the day of the wedding, I knew I made the right choice. Meeting Krista and her team was just like catching up with long distance friends or family. She made sure my girls and I were taken care of, that everything was moving on time and smoothly, and advocating for me every step of the way. Thanks for dealing with my mom!!! Super apologize for that one. Krista especially came in clutch when one of our groomsmen stained his shirt and she instantly fixed it. Like without her his tux would have been ruined!!! He’s actually getting married there next year and already wants to hire her. She took my vision of all my layouts to the next level and wowed not only my guest but brought me to tears. She will forever be part of the highest day of our lives… she became a friend. I can’t recommend this girl and her fabulous team enough!!!

I knew Krista was our gal form the very first phone conversation. All aspects of my prep wedding prep to my wedding day were absolutely flawless. Took every advice and tip she gave me and it paid off (LED light wands were such a hit!) Friends, family, and coworkers asked how In the world I stayed so calm in the days leading up to my wedding and then again the day of. My answer was simply my wedding planner, duh! I recently worked with Krista from Champagne Magnolias for my May wedding and had the best experience. I chose a venue that is a bit chaotic and Krista made sure that everything ran smoothly and I was not overwhelmed by ANYTHING. She is professional, efficient and absolutely brought my vision to life. We spent a lot of time going through all the details for design, timeline etc and everything was executed perfectly. She is so fun to work with, so down to earth and really just the best. She and her team did not miss any details. I 1000000% recommend using her for any and all events. She will make you laugh and also make your life so much easier!

HIRE KRISTA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Don’t waste your time. Just call krista and her team. Im not kidding when I say this - every detail I imagined for our wedding came to life. Literally nothing went wrong and if it did - I had no idea. Hire her for planning and day of coordination, it is 1000% worth it. One of my bridesmaids ended up immediately hiring her the same day as our wedding which makes me excited because I’ll get to see her again! Our friend group said it was THE wedding of the year and it wasn’t anything crazy fancy - everything just went so smoothly and there was so much love in the day. She handles all the vendor shenanigans etc. and shes just genuinely a nice person- just do it! Shout out to tori too her assistant crushing our decor!

Krista and her team were amazing and took care of every detail. During the planning process, Krista came prepared with easy to fill out forms and she was always one step ahead of us. When we didn't know how we wanted something, she was always prepared with a variety of ideas that we could pick from or use as a jumping board. She always got back quickly and her availability to jump on zoom calls with us or our vendors really helped. She was our biggest supporter and really helped alleviate the monumental stress that comes with planning a 200 person wedding by being there for us, providing words of encouragement, and proving her expertise over and over again. On the day of, WE HAD A PERFECT DAY. If anything went wrong, we surely don't know about it because Krista or her assistants took care of anything before it got to us. They were prepared, coordinated with the venue and vendors flawlessly and exuded professionalism and more importantly FUN. Always in the periphery, if we needed them, they could be found and often anticipated our needs. We are so thankful to have hired Champagne Magnolias and recommend them enthusiastically to anyone. They are worth every penny.

We booked with a Landmark venue, and a stylist/event coordinator booked us. She assured that we would not have to hire a day of coordinator because they have similar responsibilities. However, she left and our wedding was handed to several other people. I was getting nervous and decided to look into day of coordinators. Krista said something that I'll never forget: a coordinator with the venue will always advocate for the venue, whereas a day of coordinator will always advocate for you. That, and her knowledge of weddings made me book her. Prior to the wedding itself, she was always available, answered promptly, did a tour with us of the venue, brought up questions/ideas I never thought of, and was involved in our final details meeting. On the day of the wedding, I knew I made the right choice with Krista and her team. Meeting Krista and her team was just like catching up with old friends. She made sure my girls and I were taken care of, that everything was moving on time and smoothly, and advocating for me every step of the way, just like she promised. She also took care of my fur baby, and held my dress so I didn't fall into a lake. Krista is so kind and so generous, I wish my wedding wasn't the only time I'd work with her. She truly is amazing at her job, and it's so evident she loves what she does. I would have regretted not having her as part of the wedding planning process and the day of. Krista is hands down THE ABSOLUTE BEST wedding coordinator you will ever find. Literally no-one will ever compare to her. The calmness and peace she brings in the midst of the absolute craziness that comes with planning a wedding is literally life changing. Kristas' attention to detail, coordination, organization, and communication skills are exactly what everyone needs when planning a wedding. She will come up with a solution to any and every possible issue that may arise during the wedding process. She goes above and beyond for her brides and makes you feel like you as if you are her #1 priority 100% of the time. It literally brings me to tears how much she cares for her brides and how amazing she is. I know for a fact that my wedding would have not been as amazing as it was if it wasn't for Krista. Krista and her team are simply amazing! My mom did not understand the point of a day of coordinator but the day after the wedding she said that was the best money you ever spent! She kept the whole day running smoothly, set up all the decor exactly as I wanted it, made sure I didn’t forget any of the small details, and more! My venue was a little disorganized and threw us a few curveballs at the last minute and Krista handled all of them! I honestly don’t know how you could have a wedding with out her! I can not recommend her enough!

Let me tell you how amazing Krista, Gab and Emily are - I could not have done this day without them. Krista was my voice of reason and listened to my multiple rants, texts and bride woes. She told me about my venue and helped pick a tie for my husband!

Krista and her team are EXACTLY who any couple would want by their side on their wedding day. They easily exceeded all expectations. They came prepared, understanding our vision, and acted as though we had been lifelong friends. I cannot begin to explain how having a day of coordinator alleviated so much stress.. Even my husband has said this was a MUST even though originally he felt it was unnecessary. 10/10 book Krista and her team.

Krista was the life-saver, best-friend-for-a-day, confidant, and organizer I didn't even know I needed. I was so stressed before finding Krista, but as soon as she came on board, my husband and I were instantly more calm. She also handled our signage and a ton of event design. I really feel so lucky to have had Krista at my event and I would recommend her to ANYONE. She took so much off our plate, most importantly she took all of the month-of vendor coordinating off our plate which was incredible. We just had to show up, she took care of the rest (vendor timelines, parking, instructions, handing out tips, etc...). HIRE HER!!!

Krista was a must have for us! A true life savor.
My review is way way over due! Our amazing Wedding was December 19th 2020. And without Krista I mentally would not have made it. Our Covid micro wedding was absolutely amazing and everything I dreamed of all thanks to Krista's calm demeanor, savvy ideas and incredible organization skills. As many Covid brides we had a wedding booked at a venue for 300 people and chose to reschedule to June of 2022. We decided we couldn't wait until then to get married. We planned to have our immediate family and bridal party do full wedding day. This included formal church mass and reception for a total of 50 people to be held in my parents backyard....in the winter. I immediately identified this was a big task and needed help. Especially after working as an RN in the hospital with Covid, planning and rescheduling our wedding I was OVER IT.
I interviewed 3 planners and Krista was the last one I spoke with, I chose her on the spot. She calmed my nerves and made a plan right then and there. I got excited again. She knew what I needed and tackled the job right away. Now with Covid nothing was easy of course. The restrictions changed as the winter came. We now had to cancel our 50 person wedding and scale it back to immediate family only . THANK GOD I HAD KRISTA!!! Krista didn't hesitate and cancelled and rebooked all reservations. She had to Listen to me cry, vent and sulk and never made me feel bad about it. Krista made a new plan and we started to get to work.
Now let's jump to wedding day! We had a timeline we had a plan. We were doing everything. Make up, hair ,photographer, full mass which was streamed for all 300 guest. Did all formal photos, father daughter dance, first dance. Cake cutting. EVERYTHING. I was so nervous. I called krista an hour prior to her arrival ,I needed her now. And she was there!
Hopefully I can attach photos, Krista set up the house beautifully, and the day went off with out a hiccup. (Oh actually the lights my dad installed on the ceiling caught fire while we were outside taking pictures, Krista and her assistant put out the fire and we had no idea until an hour later. ) so she's a fire fighter too!
Other than that the day was seriously a dream come true. Krista did everything for us and made our wedding day perfect. It seriously could not have been done without her.
Unfortunately I did not have krista do our wedding at the Hamilton manor this past June. Two stupid reasons- 1 we had a baby in between and by the time I tackled wedding stuff we forgot to book her on time and 2 we had our on-site "planner" (who was amazing with all the details) but was not nearly enough for what we need on wedding day.
My advice is book the planner, spend the extra money! It's a blip in what you're spending on your wedding as a whole. Krista will make sure every penny spent was worth it and more! I can't thank Krista enough for all her hard work and seriously making our wedding day, the day of our dreams.

If you think a planner isn't necessary because you're having a laid back, low maintenance elopement, THINK AGAIN! Krista and the CM team made our wedding even more relaxed than I could have ever imagined. They handled everything from researching private wooded ceremony areas to basically doing my MAKE UP on my wedding day. Krista made it the best day of my life! Krista is a bride’s dream come true. Amongst the long list of to-dos, deadlines and details, Krista provides organization, order and ease. From the first day we met, I felt like I had someone I could ask the “dumb” questions to, as she has the experience many brides don’t of seeing many different wedding plans. Krista always had options and helped me feel comfortable to be decisive and continue into the next task or focus area. I thought the lead up and planning was great with Krista, but then I experienced the rehearsal and day of. Krista had the details down and communicated in a way that made it easy for the whole wedding party, myself and my groom. We didn’t have to stress about timing because we knew where we were supposed to be and when at all times. And as things came up, Krista was always there with a solution and assistance. Krista is also really skilled in content creation, which made remembering and sharing my day very easy and stress free. I know that our day would not have been as amazing as it was without Krista. I really cannot recommend Champagne Magnolias enough!

5 stars is not enough! Krista is truly THE BEST. I hired Krista as a day-of coordinator for my wedding, but she was much much more. Starting months in advance, Krista was in frequent communication to ensure that planning was going smoothly. She was always available for questions, support, ANYTHING! In the weeks leading up to my wedding, Krista handled all communications with vendors, which was an enormous stress relief. It allowed me to truly enjoy the lead-up to my wedding and gave me peace-of-mind that it was in good hands. On wedding day, Krista was IN CHARGE, organized, helpful, supportive, and truly the most fun to be around. She was always there when I needed anything - even to fan me off and give me cold water in the heat! She managed the entire day - bridal party, family, vendors, timelines, and decorations. I would not have been able to fully enjoy my wedding day without Krista and am so so thankful for her!

I could not have gotten through wedding planning and my wedding day without Krista. She was the glue through this entire process. I was feeling so overwhelmed and stressed before Krista's guidance. She came along and made all that disappear. She thinks of every detail no matter how big or small and makes herself extremely accessible throughout the entire process. We live states away from my venue in Colorado, but Krista worked her magic and still managed to get me the best vendors and made my wedding day the best day of my life. Krista was so amazing that my future sister in law booked her literally at our wedding! We hired her as the day of coordinator but she did so much more. I think the best example of how amazing Krista is is when I had the rings in a pouch in the getting ready room, next thing I know the rings are in the right place at the right time, I didn’t even have to tell Krista where they were. She knows what to do and when to do it and made suggestions along the way that I would have never thought of! Not to mention she is just a great person ❤️ I can’t say enough good things. HIRE KRISTA!

Krista is an absolutely amazing wedding coordinator! The reason we looked into a day of coordinator was because I had a lot of DIY decor, including my own florals and centerpieces. Krista has a down to earth personality and her pricing was very reasonable so it was an easy decision. She had not worked at my venue before so she asked to set up an in person meeting with my venue coordinator about two months before our wedding, which really helped us figure out all the little details. Krista checked in regularly the month before our wedding, helped me organize timelines and paperwork, and was very responsive if I had any questions.
Krista went above and beyond in multiple ways the weekend of our wedding. Even though the church and our venue was an hour away from her, she traveled to the church for our rehearsal the night before to meet with our families, our bridal party, and our deacon as well as to see how our ceremony was going to go. For the day of our wedding, anytime we needed something, she was there. She really made our day stress free because she thought of all the little last minute things so I didn't have to worry about them. She kept checking in with us in the bridal suite asking if we needed anything while working with the venue behind the scenes to set up my décor. She helped my husband and all the guys with their boutonnieres and kept everyone on track. Most importantly, she made my décor vision come to life. My cocktail hour and reception were set up just how I pictured (and I only provided very general instructions) and I literally teared up when I saw how beautiful everything came out. My favorite Krista moment was in between wedding photographs and our cocktail hour. The long train of my gorgeous dress got dirty and wet during photographs outside so Krista recommended trying to dry it so my bustle wouldn't break with the extra water weight. Krista spent at least 15-20 minutes with me using Tide-to-Go wipes on my dress stains (which worked really well by the way) while I blow dried my dress with a hair dryer in my suite. My dress still looked amazing for cocktail hour and reception plus my bustle stayed up the whole night! During the reception, she discretely stayed in communication with me with little things and worked with the venue Maitre’d to make sure the night ran smoothly. At the end of the night, Krista made sure all my décor was packed up and ready for us to pick up in the morning, which was a huge help.
Our wedding was such an amazing day and Krista was an integral part of making our wedding day a success. She was extremely organized and professional with everyone – family members, my bridal party, my vendors, etc. Krista worked seamlessly with my venue coordinator and the venue with the décor and logistics and our reception space was stunning due to her hard work. She’s very responsive, always prepared, and overall made everything less stressful for us. She’s so personable and made me feel calm the whole day. She truly felt like a friend and I knew she had our backs if there was an issue. I loved working with Krista and would highly recommend her!

I made the decision to hire Krista & Champagne Magnolias a little later into the planning process after realizing I needed help with a day-of timeline and decor setup. From our very first call, I knew I made the right choice. Krista immediately put my type A OCD bride mind at ease. She was accessible, responsive, she handled vendor communication, and followed up on the types of tiny details that kept me up at night. Her day-of timeline and decor sheet helped me stay organized. She attended my final venue walkthrough and even helped us unload our decor. On the day of my wedding, she was absolutely instrumental in bringing my vision to life by setting up all my decor, repurposing it for the reception, and keeping everyone on schedule. Besides that, she was an awesome hype woman, helped with my bustle, kept the microphone away from my brother (lol), helped us pull off a private last dance, and stayed to pack up all my decor at the end of the night. If you don’t hire Krista, you’re crazy!
