Champagne Pop Events is a wedding planning service based in Tallahassee, FL. Event specialist Molly Heinrichs founded the company to help transform couples’ matrimonial dreams into reality. The CPE team specializes in coordinating each and every detail so couples can relax and enjoy being engaged.
Molly is a lover of all things romantic and wedding-related. She believes couples should enjoy their wedding planning experience as much as the final event. With her attention to detail and organizational skills, Molly designs and executes stunning celebrations. She cherishes the opportunity to share in her couples’ most precious moments.
With Champagne Pop Events, soon-to-be newlyweds can avail of a complimentary consultation to discuss their ideas. Molly is delighted to customize a package based on each couple’s unique needs. She offers partial planning as well as day-of coordination for hands-on clients. With partial planning, Molly will assist couples from the early stages until the gifts are packed and ready to be taken home. Packages may also be enhanced with à la carte services including invitation addressing, design services, brunch events, and more.

From the very beginning Molly made planning stress free and knew exactly what we wanted. She pays attention to every detail and has such a fun personality, which made us feel comfortable during our time with her. Her and her assistants did such a great day coordinating our big bridal party and we couldn't have been happier with how amazing our wedding day was!!
Molly and her team deserve a rating beyond just five stars! Words cannot describe how perfect our wedding was.
Leo and I are so grateful we found Champagne Pop Events. Molly and her team were professional, dedicated, organized, and an overall great group of women to work with. Our vision was executed beyond our expectations (I cried so much at the first look of our reception). CPE ensured that we enjoyed our wedding as a newly married couple and that everything went smoothly behind the scenes. I highly suggest getting CPE as your wedding planner. Molly's guidance, advice, and recommendations were very helpful and valuable. It definitely helped calm my nerves and stress.
Just like Leo and I would choose each other over and over again, we would choose Molly and the rest of the CPE team over and over again. We love y'all and are forever grateful!!!
Molly and Kaycee were the best! Our venue encouraged us to hire a day-of coordinator and we are so glad we chose Champagne Pop Events. They met with us twice about two months before our wedding and went through every detail of our day. They made the most detailed wedding timeline and reception diagram for us. We were was so thankful to have giving us our final to-dos and helping us stay organized. The bridesmaids and groomsmen knew exactly what they were doing after our rehearsal, I was so nervous about this but Molly and Kaycee did a greta job at giving us all direction. And our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be and more. I'm so glad I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of everything. Even when we forgot our cake knife & server, they had one! They are not only super good at what they do but they were so easy to work with. I would tell anyone looking for day-of coordination to hire them for their wedding.
I cannot say enough good things about Molly and the Champagne Pops Events team!! From the start, Molly goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is perfect. She is so organized, her communication is on point, and also so fun! Our bridal party and even random guests from the wedding commented on how awesome her team was-Everyone loved them! If I had to choose our best decision we made for the wedding, it would be hiring Molly. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her. If you’re looking for the perfect planner that is budget friendly and goes above and beyond on everything, Molly is your girl!!!
Change of plans...due to COVID-19 we decided to postpone our wedding until Fall 2021. We were absolutely heartbroken but knew it was for the best. When we didn't know where to begin we decided to set up a phone call with Molly., our day-of coordinator. She immediately validated our feelings of wanting to push our date back in order to share our wedding day with all our loved ones and friends. I remember Molly saying "all we need to do is take this one step at a time together". Before we called her all I could think of was having to plan our wedding day all over again with all new vendors and breaking the bank. Molly reassured us that picking our most important vendors and asking them for their availability first, would lead us to a date that worked for all of them. I would of been completely overwhelmed without her guidance and assistance in tackling vendor emails. She had so many helpful ideas that eventually I was able to stop crying and know that we made the right decision. We've waited 6 years to marry each other - whats a few more months!
My daughter and I immediately trusted Molly's expertise and guidance during our initial consultation with her. She was always very candid and accessible during the months leading up to the wedding. When the wedding day arrived, we were thrilled with how everything came together and how wonderful it was that our family and I could enjoy the day with ease. I received an outpouring of compliments from our guests. It truly was a superb day for our family.
Molly is a MUST HAVE for your wedding. She helped me throughout the planning process, keeping me on task and giving me helpful suggestions. Things we would never have considered when planning to do our own open bar. I was very budget conscious but knew I didn't want to have to worry about my bridal party or mom having to run around on my wedding. And Molly was worth every penny! On my wedding day, she took care of setting up all my decorations exactly how I wanted them, made sure we stayed on schedule and even ran out to get more alcohol when we almost ran out of Jack Daniels for my dad! Molly and Amanda made absolutely sure that we did not have to think about anything except for enjoy ourselves.
Molly, our wedding coordinator, managed a large wedding of 180 guests, worked with our vendors, and ensured that my husband and I had the time of our lives all the while sticking to our timeline. All of this she did with absolute grace, poise, and ease. My husband, who is not a fan of timelines, was impressed by how patient and kind she was to him and all of our family and wedding party. Molly came in and thought of every detail needed to make our wedding run smoothly, things that we could not have imagined! We were so grateful to have the help from the planning stages of our wedding through the beautiful day itself.
Molly is simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! In fact, words cannot do justice how invaluable she. From the moment we met her, she instantly brought us out of a state of overwhelming panic and confusion. Molly had personalized checklists, made phone calls for us, and told us not to worry about countless things, as she did them for us all the way up to the wedding day. She was also constantly in touch with us to remind us of things we needed to do and always made herself available for a chat or a meeting. She saved us so much time and unnecessary stress that came with organizing our large wedding, she was actually a lifesaver. Our wedding was everything we wanted, and was practically perfect. Molly was there from the very beginning coordinating everyone and everything. Molly is an extremely genuine and caring. Her presence made every difference to me before and during the wedding. If you are looking for someone to assist with planning your special day, I honestly cannot recommend her enough.

I couldn’t have ask for a more perfect day! Molly had everything from the first meeting to the day of the wedding so perfectly organized. Unfortunately my wedding fell on when hurricane Florence decided to hit, thankfully we had wedding insurance (which I would recommend for anyone). I would have not been able to do anything without Molly, she contacted every vendor to inform them of the postponing. My husband and I still went on our honeymoon when we were originally supposed to. When we came back from our honeymoon, the new wedding date and everything else was rescheduled and organized. I didn’t have to do a thing besides say yes or no ( come on that’s every brides dream) I felt so at ease with everything, and was able to trust Molly completely. I ended up getting very lucky and getting the photographer I wanted in the first place (Skylar Wyatt photography- ps she’s AMAZING) thanks to Molly for her reaching out to her and seeing if she was available. Every bride dreams of their perfect day and I got that day ! Throughout the whole wedding process everyone kept asking my why I was so calm and honestly I had no reason to be stressed I know my wedding was in amazing hands. I look at pictures and still feel like I’m dreaming. I will forever continue using Molly for all future events & hopefully baby shower & birthday party’s. I could have not had a more PERFECT day.
Molly and her team were wonderful! They helped take care of our wedding day logistics so we didn’t have to worry, and got to enjoy the day. We were very impressed with how well Champagne Pop! navigated relationships with our vendors to help things run smoothly. We were so happy to have them manage the chaos of our big families and share in the joy of our big day!
One-of-Kind Wedding Planner who made our wedding absolutely magical! Where do I begin with how amazing Molly is! I searched high and low for a Wedding Planner and one that was budget friendly. A lot of people told me that Wedding Planners were not necessary, but I will say that I do not think our wedding day would have been as perfect and run as seamlessly as it did if it weren't for Molly and her assistant Nicole. From day one of the planning process, Molly made me feel like I didn't have to worry about a thing. From trying to plan our wedding while pregnant to having my wedding canceled 3 days beforehand because of hurricane to having to reschedule the wedding 9 months later, (with a 4 month old!) Molly was on top of every single detail and she truly helped it be as stress free as possible. On the day of the wedding, Molly took my vision and brought it to life. She created something so beautiful with all the decor I had and it truly was beautiful and flawless in every way possible. She made everyone feel at ease on a stressful day with her contagious smile and easy-going attitude. She is so genuine and every one could see how passionate she is about her job. I can not recommend Molly and Nicole enough! You truly won't be disappointed and your day will be absolutely magical with her as your Wedding Planner!
My venue required a coordinator and I wasn't exactly thrilled about the idea, however Molly and her team exceeded my expectations! Since our very first conversation she was very responsive and kept me on track with deadlines. She also had some great ideas for decor and the overall timeline for my big day. Day of, I didn't worry about a thing and she even set up my decor beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and team to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Wedding Date 10/14/2017
When I first got engaged, I thought I would be able to do the planning all on my own. I quickly learned that I would need some help staying organized and on track. I heard about Molly from another vendor I had already booked, and luckily she was available for our Wedding in October. From the start she made sure she was available whenever I had questions; whether it be a quick text, phone call, meeting or email. She gave me a checklist to work off of, communicated with all of our vendors, organized the Wedding timeline for us, and kept us on track the entire day of the Wedding; as well as setting up all of our decor! Not only was she great at her job, she was very enjoyable to be around, and I feel like we built a friendship. I'd highly recommend Molly, Champagne Pop Events, to anyone looking for a wedding planner!
This experience made me want to get married all over again!! I realized just how much Molly and her assistants brought to the table. From the moment we stepped off the bus at the venue, Molly and her Crew were ready. They made everyone feel excited and ready for the big day. Her big smile and her “I’ve got it” attitude made the special touches on this very important day.
Seamless & Perfect Wedding for a DIY Type-A Bride! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding where Molly and her assistant Nicole were the wedding coordinators. It was one of the most seamless weddings I had ever experienced. They were so on top of things that the bride and all of us bridesmaids were able to fully enjoy the day and experience without any stress or mishaps. This was no easy task either because our girlfriend is definitely a DIY type-A bride so there were a ton of little and big details that they had to pull together. Molly was also so incredibly sweet and fun to work with, all the girls couldn't stop talking about how impressed we were with her. I highly recommend Molly and her team if you want a flawless and fun wedding!
My wife and I got married and this was my second marriage and my wife was nervous and wanted to keep it small. When we met with Molly she listened, took notes and never checked her phone for an incoming text and didn't listen to respond but listened to understand. I never write reviews or do surveys but I was so impressed with her and how she handled everything so my wife wasn't stressed, it was perfect.
When you're looking for a wedding planner you want someone who is meticulous when it comes to every detail, you want someone who can read your facial expressions and you want someone who can keep strong personalities at bay without hurting their feelings. Molly and her team did all this and more! This was a second marriage for my husband and a first marriage for me, we wanted similar things but we had family coming in from all over the place - she coordinated everything and she even helped install a carseat. Molly and her team were so incredibly professional and kind - they met whenever we wanted and always responded within the hour, she made all my dreams come true and eased any anxieties I had. She made sure there was no drama and had fun, I wish there were more than 5 stars because she was incredible and so patient and made sure everything was perfect, down to the last detail.
When I first met Molly and her staff, I was blown away. I told her my vision and she ran with it, she made all my dreams come true. Molly was not only on time, but early, met with our caterers and helped us pick the perfect cater, we have family members with severe food allergies and she stressed the importance of not having any allergens present, which was a load off of my mind. Molly had amazing recommendations - she was crucial in referring us to a florist as well as a DJ. We have a long Italian name that is commonly mispronounced but she made sure it wasn't. I didn't know this until after our wedding, but she helped the maid of honor with her speech and coached her - also one of her staff helped my dad when he lost a button, her staff didn't miss a beat and sewed the button on. Champagne Pop Events, is not only professional but also a loving family, who I cannot wait to re-hire when my sister gets married and when I do vow re-newel in five years.
Molly is one of the most organized people I've ever met, professional and courteous - her prices were more than fair and we cannot thank her enough. I wish there were more than 5 stars, she's truly phenomenal.
Molly and her staff were so professional and organized it truly made our wedding enjoyable. My wife was originally nervous because of how many details and the amount of confusion with vendors, but after we hired Molly everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend her! She is worth every penny.
This was the worst experience ever! Sorry that I don' get a redo. She missed my design meeting, had more then a month off for pregnancy, offered to bring a newborn to a meeting b/c she missed it, added a third vendor meal to my cost, in addition to the contracted two, which I guess we weren't supposed to notice paying for and was simply overwhelmed the day of the wedding. Had staff that didn't even know our name, so we were introduced as another couple and the list goes on and on. NOT flexible in schedule and offered numerous days that she wasn't avl, leaving a small window of the days that she was. Total disaster. If no starts could be given, that would be the rating. $1750 for specifically NOTHING
