Working with this company was a nightmare. The best choice we made was to cancel before the wedding. The costumer service was appalling. They wouldn't respond to emails, would go an entire week before returning a phone call, and when speaking with either of the two about an issue both would just shift the blame on the other. As a bride I was disgusted by they way they chose to run their business, very unprofessional! Not to mention they admittedly gave us a flawed product, then refused to refund ANY portion of our deposit. We did not expect to get the full deposit back but they did NOT earn the half payment we put down. When we told them we would no longer staying with them, they didn't ever care. Made me feel like the whole thing was a scam. If you want to enjoy your wedding DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We only used them for our video and don't feel it was worth paying $4,200. The extended video was lacking quality, there was no sound on a lot of it, and the overall communication was underwhelming throughout the process of receiving the video. I would look elsewhere to find a higher end video company for a better cost that goes above and beyond for their client.

My husband and I worked with Champagne Studios for the photography for our wedding last month and we are so pleased with the results. When we were looking for a photographer, we were very impressed by how many options Champagne Studios offers as far as pricing and payment options, photographer skill-levels, and printing packages options go. We ended up working with Vanessa Berghuis for the wedding day and we absolutely love the moments that she captured on camera. The staff members at Champagne Studios are absolute professionals and wonderful artists! We had our wedding photos within a month of the big day and they are just beautiful; thank you Champagne Studios!

We chose this photographer because we really liked the style of photos. I personally am not a fan of the super posed photos, with everyone jumping in the air or making faces. Riitta's photos seemed more romantic and stylish. I got a great vibe from Riitta right away - she is great to talk to on the phone and a good communicator. She also had photographed our venue before, which made us feel good. The day of the wedding, she came to the hotel suite where we were getting ready and took photos of the girls. We also did first look photos and all of our portraits before the wedding. It was great to get that all out of the way before the ceremony and then really enjoy cocktail hour. Riitta seemed to know what she was doing and did a good job wrangling everyone. My main complaint would be that it seemed like a lot of photos were missing or not taken. When we received our photos, I was disappointed that there were only one or two photos of our first dance, one of me dancing with my dad, and not very good photos of the bouquet toss. There were also barely any photos of our guests, and the ones that were taken were pretty unprofessional looking - like something I would take on an iPhone. I was also disappointed with the pictures of walking down the aisle and the ceremony - to be fair, it may have been due to the set up of the ceremony and not being able to get a good shot. Not sure. My suggestion if you go with this photographer would be to be very explicit with what photos you want taken - and don't tell her day-of what those photos are. She did not take any of the photos I requested the day of the wedding. I guess I assumed we would get shots of all the important moments and some good shots of the guests without having to explicitly request them, but I guess not. Overall, the photos we got looked very pretty, I just wish there were more good photos of key moments and more photos of our guests. I would still definitely recommend this photographer, I just wish I had given more direction on what photos we wanted.

My experience with Champagne Studios, and Riitta in particular, has been terrible, frustrating and disappointing I was so excited to have Riitta photograph our wedding; I went above our budget because of how much I liked her photographs. After a great engagement session with Riitta, I was sure we'd have wonderful wedding photography. On January 22nd, 2014, I received an email from her that she was double booked for our wedding and a "good friend's destination wedding." She had already purchased travel accommodations that would occur during our wedding. Apparently, my deposit and contract meant nothing to her as she decided to do her friend's wedding instead. She got a different photographer to cover our wedding and stated the contract allowed for that. Let me address multiple points: -Her email was so flippant SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! You NEVER deliver bad news over email! and she came across like I should be totally fine because she found someone else to cover for her -this situation is NOT covered in the contract. Her contract covers illness, injury, family emergency and unforeseeable conflict. This was an AVOIDABLE scheduling error; had she looked at her calendar this would've been avoided. -I don't like the photographer she got to cover; she told me that going with him is the "simplest solution" but its my wedding and I don't want the simplest. -She originally stated that she was going to keep 50% of the deposit if we left; she then changed it to keep $400 for an "a la carte engagement session" even though it's price in the contract is only $200. This is outrageous given that its her fault we're leaving the contract. I am beyond upset over these events

We booked Champagne Studios for both photography and videography for our wedding day. Craig and Vanessa were extremely helpful and took charge to make sure that we had everything we wanted. I cannot wait to see the final product soon! I definitely recommend them!

Photos and a video were the two most important things to us on our wedding day, because we wanted something to truly capture the day. Riita, Craig and Jaydon did an AMAZING job!! They are such nice and fun people, that it was a pleasure to have them by us on our big day. The final photos and video received sooo many compliments and even the way they were presented to my husband, parents, and I was so special! I could not of asked for a better experience and will be thankful for Champagne Studios every time I see our pictures!

They were amazing and fun to work with. I researched at least 30 other photographers. They have the highest quality overall.

Riitta with Champagne Studios provided us with amazing photos that will last a lifetime! She was a fun person to work with. Her fast paced shooting style worked well with our personalities. We love her eye for architectural detail. Her office is very convenient and in a great area to get engagement pictures or any other photo shoot. Her staff is fun and professional. Pictures come back in a reasonable time. Our friends and family love the pictures as well, and they loved the photobooth that they provided!

Unfortunately my wedding was only a month ago, so I have not seen the final product of the video, so I can't rate on that. However, Craig was very nice, professional and reliable - and I have full confidence that our video will be amazing!

Riitta did an AMAZING job with my pictures! She was great to work with and I couldn't be happier with our pictures... she really caught so many great images from our wedding!

Riitta is very talented and our preview has turned out great! We've had a few hiccups in terms of receiving our engagement photos on time but once we've received our photos we've been really happy with them!

Riitta and her assistant photographer took amazing pictures. I have been to and in many weddings and these pictures were, by far, the best! She did an incredible job with our engagement photos, as well. She made us feel so comfortable, is so creative and got the best shots, and captured all the best moments. The video that Craig made was beautiful. I cry every time I watch it! The music he chose was perfect, the moments he captured were wonderful, and I'm so unbelievably happy with everything!

Memories will fade, but pictures will last forever. Riitta did an incredible job of capturing our wedding exactly how we will want to remember it. I was seriously blown away when I saw our pictures - she has an amazing gift. We barely noticed her there, but she managed to take very personal pictures. And she won't miss a single detail. So happy she was recommended to me!

i visited a few "dull" photographers and studios before being referred to riitta by a mutual friend. they seemed impersonal and it was not at all what i pictured for for my wedding day. we knew after our first meeting that riitta was it! she is passionate, inventive, and will get to know you as a couple to ensure your pictures are everything you wanted and more. four years later i am still so happy with my album and pictures and recommend her to anyone i know looking for a wedding photographer.

Riitta is INCREDIBLE! She does an unbelievable job capturing even the most candid moments of the day. So many things that sneak by most photographers are captured in incredible detail. The pictures are vivid and tell the complete story of a very special day. Family and friends will be awestruck when they see your proofs and albums and will be left asking where they can get a hold of RK Photography too....We can't wait to use her for family photos in the future! Her packages are an unbeatable value and go from the very basic to full packages including engagements sessions, bridal sessions, full coverage of the big day and the most exquisite wedding album I've ever seen!

We used Riitta for our wedding and out photos could not have turned out any better. She captured the day absolutely perfectly and was so pleasant to work with. She was full of wondeful ideas for different phots and she was so patient through out the whole thing. If you want great pictures at a wonderful price, go with rkphotography, I promise you will be very happy you did!

We were looking for a photographer with an artsy edge, once we saw Riitta's work, we knew she was the photographer for us! She is very easy to talk to, and is great with just knowing what will look good! We love all of our engagement pictures and cannot wait for her to come with us to Punta Cana in May for our wedding!

We loved Riitta's photos from our wedding and engagement session. She does a great job setting up great shots and capturing candid photos as well. We would recommend her to anyone!
