Do NOT overlook this venue. They handle everything for you. My wedding planner was Laura and she was amazing I give her 100 stars. My guest give Hector our bartender the same they said he was amazing! Alvin the DJ was great with announcments and pumping up the crowd. The dance floor was not empty for one moment! The serving crew was great Lilliana made sure my husband and I's plates were full, drinks kept coming. We were so well taken care of and they kept checking in making sure we were happy and not in need of anything. I had zero stress and would do it all over again.
I booked Chandelier banquet hall for my wedding on October 5,2022 (Wednesday). Overall, Chandelier has a very organized staff with great communication. I do recommend to ensure you read your contact you are signing for. Maritza created the contract for our event, she put a 1 hour limit for our buffet when our event was set to be 5 hours long. I assumed that the servers would leave after serving the hour and the food would stay there but I was wrong. Worried making sure everyone would eat, I called the day before my wedding to ensure if the food was going to stay after the hour; they stated it was a last minute request that it depended what the vendor wanted; and maybe no possibility to change it. They also charge you for any usage of their items the day of the event, my Photo Booth vendor asked me if they had an extra table they would be able to use for the props, and when requested the venue had a charge of an additional $50. Also requested if I can use their slide show screen, they stated it will be an additional $150 since there is a “specific person” that has to come
to program it. Every additional attendee during dinner hours per person cost $50(even if the ones that entered leave early) if anyone comes after dinner it costs $15. They also do NOT work with your schedule when you have to meet with the coordinator for the event, food tasting, table set up, and DJ. If you miss the food tasting date or reschedule last minute there is a $50 fee you have to pay to reschedule. They sent me a text message to let us know the only dates they have available for our selections. My husband and I were able to adjust our schedule for all 3 meetings except the DJ unfortunately. After texting them that we both weren’t available on the dates provided the response received by them was that unfortunately there wasn’t accommodations for the scheduling& even coming in person wouldn’t change their response. We were missing 5 songs in an excel sheet they sent us to fill out for our DJ meeting but since we didn’t turn it in on time we got a text from Marina rudely telling us that she is going to cancel our meeting with the DJ if we don’t send her the 5 songs by the next day.
Ultimately what made my wedding day amazing was Alvin our DJ, he was one of the best hype mans you can ever ask for. One main request we asked of him was to ensure the music NEVER stops, and he absolutely completed our requests ensuring our music was playing the entire time. Lety my coordinador also did a great job in ensuring we were running on schedule, and everything went smooth throughout the event. The food was good, guests loved it. Just READ YOUR CONTRACT and ask questions early.
This venue is the prime example of "Never judge a book by its cover." The venue has a beautiful chandelier when you walk in and all around the venue itself. This venue included everything from the food to the centerpieces and the cake as well as the photographer/videographer and 3 hrs of open bar. Maritza helped us in touring the venue and was super nice and explained everything in detail including going over all the fine print. She was very fast in answering my text messages! As for our coordinator, Miriam, she was a rockstar! She helped us and guided as to how the wedding should go as smooth as possible. The day of the wedding, We had been looking around making sure everyone was doing well and calmed down as soon as we saw her talking to the guests, making sure they were taken care of. She also did a great job in making sure we were okay anytime she saw us looking around. As for the food, it was the best food I have ever had and all the guests said the same. They also gave us our own personal server Hector, which took really great care of us. The price also included 2 signature drinks where we can personalize the name of the drinks. They also provided a beautiful bridal suite, they had a room for kids which included a TV and also had a grooms room. They provided us with a key to a personal brides restroom. All I can say is we got so much more than we expected. Everything was perfect.
A really lovely venue. The decor was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful and there was a great atmosphere on the day! My friend and her groom had a fantastic day and so did all the guests.
I went to a friend's wedding there and everything was very professional.
Good food, good music, ambiance, even the decor was on point.
Would really like to go to another event there soon
100% recommend; I'd heard some great things about the place, but it was way better than I expected. The staff was honestly amazing and helped with everything, and everyone loved the ceremony, you can't go wrong with Chandelier.
I fell in love with the place as soon as I saw it, the place was lovely and the vendors were super accommodating and professional, the wedding (my sisters') was fantastic and she loved it, Ill definitely celebrate my birthday here!
It was a dream come true! The staff was incredibly helpful throughout everything and the ceremony was everything I ever wanted, the food was delicious and the music kept everyone dancing, I didn't want it to end!
Everyone was very professional and stuck to the schedule, it was honestly incredible, thank you Chandelier!
