We dropped off all our decorations and supplies the week before the wedding with setup instructions and Vikkie and her team made sure everything was set up absolutely perfectly! The day of the wedding, all of our guests loved the beautiful golf course views and especially the patio during cocktail hour, and everyone loved the food as well. Vikkie was there day-of, in addition to the banquet manager Victoria who was incredible! Victoria helped us with everything we needed throughout the night and made sure everything ran smoothly. It made things easy that Chandler's included so much in their wedding package - for example they booked our cake directly through the bakery for us. They were also super helpful coordinating directly with some of our other vendors, like our florist, band and late-night snack delivery. Overall would highly recommend booking Chandler's for a wedding!

onest, helpful, and quick to respond - it was obvious that she has a lot of experience. We dropped off all of our decor the week before and Vikkie and her team set everything up!! I do suggest making a detailed list of how/where you want everything. They did a wonderful job decorating all of our tables, but my backdrop wasn't totally right (wasn't raised high enough so guests' heads were blocking our hanging sign). They are reasonably priced and include a lot at no extra cost - centerpieces, table numbers, candles, easels, cake, card box, etc. They were also very accommodating with dietary needs! One small complaint is that they use glass all night long. This inevitably led to a few glasses being dropped on the dance floor. They were quick to clean it up but we had guests cutting their feet a few times. We asked about plastic cups early on, but this wasn't an option. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be recommending Chandler's to everyone looking at venues!!

She has wonderful suggestions and she made the wedding run perfectly. She helped in so many ways! From centerpiece set-up to making sure everyone knew where to be when. She was responsive every time I had a question, very flexible with meeting times and days (I have a tricky work schedule) and overall made herself very available to help with the wedding planning process. She also made sure things ran smoothly on the day of the wedding! I had originally hired a Day-Of Coordinator from a different company but elected to discontinue working with her in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and I’m glad I did because Vikkie did everything my husband and I needed and exceeded expectations on the day of the wedding! For example, one hiccup we had the day of the wedding: we ordered the Chiavari chairs, which Chandler’s rents from an outside vendor at an additional cost to the bride and groom, if you want them. Our chairs that day were delivered pretty dirty when it came to the seat cushions. Vikkie and the Chandler’s staff did everything they could to make them more presentable, and additionally offered to compensate us for the cost of the chairs. This was just one example of how accommodating and attentive they were! Vikkie was also very communicative with our other vendors and made it so that we did not have to act as the middleman between all vendors involved! Chandler’s itself was a beautiful place to get married! The outdoor space with the gazebo was stunning and easily accommodated our 200 guests. The Augusta Ballroom was also very spacious and comfortable for a large guest count. The room itself was gorgeous! The dance floor was ample size and a good thing because guests never left the dance floor the entire night! Vikkie and the Chandler’s staff worked with my florist and made gorgeous place settings/centerpieces. On top of everything, our guests could not stop raving about the delicious food! One couple that attended our wedding actually came back to Chandler’s the following weekend to dine with them again! Thank you for making our wedding as spectacular as we could have imagined, Chandler’s!

This venue had the right amount of options for us that made decision making easy and allowed us to remember the most important part of our wedding was our marriage. The price is very reasonable and allowed us to spend more money in other areas. Yes, the carpeting is outdated, but like everyone told me, I didn't notice it once during the wedding because I was having such a great time. The staff is a little chaotic sometimes but they got everything done. We had lots of compliments on the food and how beautiful the indoor ceremony was. People also really enjoyed being able to go outside on the patio. I'm so happy we chose this venue.

asonable price. The food is also very good. That being said, I didn't understand the importance of the wedding coordinator until having the pleasure of working with Migdalia. She is very difficult to work with and quite unprofessional. If you want to work with someone who answers emails and gets you the information necessary to plan your wedding, this is not the place to go. I have lost count of how many emails I sent that were never responded to. I asked for months to get a copy of our event order and did not receive it until a month before our wedding, at which point it was a little late if changes needed to be made. I wish I could upload a photo of what our head table looked like. The tablecloth was pulled out of the bag it was in, and had large square wrinkles where it had been folded. Numerous guests mentioned the eyesore in all of my first dance and cake cutting photos, I truly don't know how anyone could have set that up thinking it was acceptable. I ordered colored napkins for the tables, and they were the wrong color on the day of the wedding. One of my guests was missing a chair and ended up sitting at a table without his wife. When I reached out to Migdalia about all of this after the wedding, again my emails were left with no response. It wasn't until I hounded her that I finally got a refund for the table clothes that I paid for. Icing on the cake, when the check came in the mail, the card was not from Migdalia but her assistant. Every venue photo was ruined with a table cloth that looked like I pulled it out of a mattress bag, and the gesture to make this right was a $25 gift card... and an apology from someone we have never worked with.

fountain! They also have an outdoor area for wedding guests to relax which was perfect for our Sept. 2021 wedding! The outdoor area lights up at night, includes a gazebo, and has outdoor seating! It’s definitely a breath of fresh air compared to the other traditional banquet halls. They also provide a ton of food which is perfect if you come from an Italian family like myself! I received so many great compliments about the food, especially the sirloin of beef and the cake (which is included in your package). The entire hall is clean, they have numerous bathroom stalls for guests, and even a separate bridal room with a huge bathroom just for the bride (nice perk)! Migdalia was amazing to us and helped us throughout the entire process. We made some last minute changes and she was attentive and flexible with our needs. She works hard to ensure you and your guests have the best time ever and we definitely agree that she did just that! We highly, highly, highly recommend Chandler’s for any of your banquet event needs!

on what was supposed to be the best day of my life. I was promised many things that were not given to me, Migdalia “lost” the print-out of the table setup and had the nerve to ask every person in my bridal party if they could figure out how to set it up rather than going up to her office to re-print the email (which she printed right in front of us 2 days earlier), she tried to change up the ceremony an hour beforehand telling my mom that she didn’t think I should walk down the aisle and instead should walk around (we then had to personally move the chairs ourselves to create an aisle), we paid for the included premium liquor and the bartenders refused to give out half the liquor that was promised on the contract, they cleaned up the centerpieces and other decorations 2 hours early, they took our guests’ party favors off their tables, and so much more. I could go on forever. Very disappointed in the service we received the day of the wedding and it is really unfortunate that I have this to look back on when I think of my special day.

We wanted an elegant, classic, fancy feel for our wedding day and Chandler's Ballroom was everything we could have imagined and more. The high ceilings and exposed white brick gave it that "juj" we envisioned! All of our guests RAVED about how GOOD the food was and how great the service was, as well! From the first moment we stepped foot in Chandler's and met Migdalia we felt like we were working with family. Even though I know this woman had to be balancing a million other events on-top of rescheduling all the ones that were cancelled due to COVID, Migdalia treated us like we were the most important wedding she was planning. She was in constant communication with me throughout our planning process, laid out a very comprehensive timelines for detail meetings, food tasting, cake tasting, vendor partners they've worked with, etc. She was always easy to get a hold of, replied to emails promptly, and if she didn't have the answer to something, she went to get it and got back to us in a very timely manner. This place runs like a WELL oiled machine. Everything about their customer service is friendly, accommodating and exceeds expectations. I can't be more grateful to Migdalia and her team. They took care of everything! From tables/linens/chairs/cocktail hour/late night snack/drinks, you name it! The most impressive piece to me was when I dropped off all reception decorations to Migdalia the Wednesday before the wedding. They took care of setting everything up. At that point I felt like I could breathe and enjoy the next couple days with friends and family before the big day. Again, customer service is top notch. She made us feel so important which is exactly how every bride and groom deserves to feel as they plan their special celebration and most importantly, on their wedding day!!

ny as Chandler's) and people were dancing all night long! We had around 175 guests which fit comfortably in the Augusta Ballroom (we rented out the entire wing). The outdoor patio is really pretty, but our guests still fit comfortably inside since we had a colder fall day. We also had our ceremony at Chandler's and it looked really nice! Note, for indoor ceremonies the pre-set dinner tables are in the room (on the sides) for the ceremony since they need to flip the room quickly during cocktail hour. We did most of our planning with Gineane before she left Chandler's, but Migdalia picked it up right where we left off. Migdalia, Jose, and their team were great the day of and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed working with Chandler's!

in the planning. Unfortunately the original coordinator left (which we were sad to see her go because she was amazing) but someone else stepped in immediately and she was just as great (if not better)!! They made our day So special and run smoothly!!!!!!

hand to help us. We made multiple trips up the stairs with heavy boxes before we were able to locate a cart and elevator. Furthermore, because of the number of events that they had booked that day, there was insufficient parking for our guests. Several guests reported driving around in circles looking for parking and one ended up parking across the street and had to cross Roselle Road with her heavy package. Once our guests got into the building they had difficulty finding the room as it was listed in tiny print on a TV screen and no one from Chandlers was on hand to direct people to the appropriate event spaces, so I missed the first 20 minutes of my sister’s shower because I was in the lobby helping guests find their way around. Our food was pretty good, but it came out 25 minutes late. However, the absolute worst part about Chandlers is the way they conduct business. They lure you in with a relatively inexpensive plate cost, then they charge you an 18% “event fee”, for event setup and “administration” costs. However, none of that 18% goes to the service staff that does the actual setup, which is only made clear if you read all the fine print (I clearly should have done a better job of that). They say you don’t have to tip the wait staff because they are “well compensated”, but really, who doesn’t tip the wait staff? So in the end I ended up paying close to 35% in “fees” and tips even though no one from the event staff bothered to show up for my event. When I complained to management about paying an 18% event fee for an absent event staff in addition to my tip, they gave me a half-hearted apology and offered to refund my tip money (i.e. take away the money from the hard-working waitress). No wonder they have a “D-“ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I guess I should have done my homework before I booked, but I wanted to write this review so others don’t make the same mistake I did.

provided the most beautiful outdoor ceremony, where they assured us there would be flowers in May. There were beautiful flowers outside on our wedding day. The reception was everything we imagined it to be. It was big enough and had a really inviting dance floor. The layout of this venue really encouraged our guest to get up dance! The staff at Chandlers are INCREDIBLE. We couldn't have done this without all of Gineanes help and guidance. You will be working with the most caring, creative person who makes your dream come true. The service provided was outstanding. They were so incredibly accommodating and really made you feel like anything you wanted was possible. The communication was outstanding. They really make you feel at ease the day of wedding. I will honestly admit there wasn't a thing I was worried about on our wedding day because I trusted Gineane and her team at Chandlers that they will do everything to make sure this day was perfect. And they did. Her and her team make you feel like you and your fiance are the most important people. They really do a good job reminding you that your wedding day is about you and to not worry because they have everything in control. We had 200 guest at our wedding and they were complimenting Chandlers so much. Our guest still talk about how good the food was here and would say "that was the best wedding food I ever had". They compliment the timely and kind service and how organized everything was. They truly did an amazing job taking care of our guest. I highly recommend this venue.

wonderful time. We have received so many compliments about how beautiful and fun the wedding was that evening. Many guests said it was the best wedding ever. I was amazed to see so many guests dancing until the end. I never have been at a wedding where guests stayed on the dance floor the entire time. The manager that evening was wonderful. He ensured that everything ran smoothly and was always nearby to see if we needed anything. He and his staff worked quickly to pack everything up and take things to our car. The staff made it so easy for us, after a late evening. Most importantly, you did such a tremendous job at answering all of our questions so quickly and providing all of the details before the wedding began. I loved how "on task" you were with everything. You were the absolute "best." We are so grateful that you were our wedding coordinator. Thank you ever so much!

Gineane and her team decorated the room in a way that was perfect for the look my husband and I were going for (rustic elegance). One of our favorite moments was when they took us into the room immediately following the ceremony so we could see all the decorations and the overall set up before anyone else. When it came to the food, as well as the service, both were spectacular. All of our wedding guests continue to rave about it every time we see them. We had an incredible experience and highly recommend this venue to anyone in search of the perfect wedding location.

remony and their patio is beautiful and has an outdoor water fountain. Gineane was awesome and never once did I feel rushed, unsure of what I needed to do next and she was there for our rehearsal and even there the day of our wedding! The staff was also great. We had our own captain and Jose the manager personally checked on us several times. The Food was so good and just like we remembered at our tasting. We thank Chandler’s and Gineane from the bottom of our hearts for our dream wedding!

The expression on the groom and bride's face when they walked into the upstairs ballroom was exactly what I had hoped and dreamed of. Needless to say which is how I felt when I walked into the wedding ballroom amidst the aura of beauty and elegance. The food was extraordinary and the waitstaff are to be commended. I applaud Bob Whitehead for his attention to detail and his compassionate, vested interest in our events. Accolades from our guests were abundant and are ongoing. was very reliable, responsive, attentive, and experienced! We looked at a wide variety of options -- from cheap to the expensive ones. Chandler's was the most reasonably priced venue without any compromise in quality. We have communicated and connected with other venues, but we never felt the security and trust that we felt with Chandler's right from the start. Gineane was on top of everything. She knew all the details, and that made me feel so comfortable and less stressed. Every time we looked at our potential great venues, we always looked back on Chandler's, and said to each other that "maybe it'd be as good as Chandler's, but Gineane is still missing in the equation". On the week of the wedding, Gineane was very understanding and was always willing to work with me, as I had not completed and brought all of the stuff that I needed to give her on our last meeting prior to the wedding. She made everything possible in the most convenient way. She made sure to see us even minutes before the reception started, just to make sure that everything was fine, as I was going to make a slight change in the seating arrangement. She even helped me with my dress. I received a lot of compliments from families and friends that it was the best wedding they have attended. The food was great, the place was spectacular, the table arrangements and decorations were excellent. The servers were very attentive. The event manager assigned to us that night was awesome. He stayed till everyone left. He made sure that we did not forget anything important. Chandler's was the best decision I've ever made regarding the wedding, besides getting married in a church. We also used most of their recommended vendors, and they also turned out to be the best!

To quote the groom, "This chicken is the best thing I've ever eaten in my entire life." Our Event Captain was on top of everything. There were no dirty plates in site and the buffet was never empty. our set with Gineane and she was absolutely rude and condescending. Every question I asked was met with a attitude and she would reiterate how long she has been in the business, which supplied no answer to the questions at hand. A few of her comments even felt prejudicial. We tried to power through the tour and be respectful of her time (one of us had to be respectful) but it was a big waste of time. The longer the tour went on, we truly began to feel as if she intentionally treated us this way because she didn't want our business. Gineane is the SOLE reason we decided to book elsewhere. Luckily for us, her distasteful behavior led us to a find a beautiful venue with great people to work with.

e speed of service during dinner, they must have had something going on in the kitchen that night, our entree didn’t hit the tables until around 9pm. Be aware anything you bring in, they will want you to take home that night after your wedding... not generally a big deal unless you had large items like we did and no car.
