These folks are superstars. Kesha served as our coordinator and was an absolute professional. She supported us from when we first booked with them about 9 months before our wedding and kicked us into high gear about 2 months out. She perfectly managed vendors, particularly our venue and some issues that cropped up therein. And she was a calming and reassuring force throughout our day!
Stacy, our florist, helped us idealize our vision for the big day, and was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. Her execution was lovely, particularly the floral arch we has as a ceremony and sweetheart table backdrop.
Chantilly's rental inventory was also a godsend, so that we could have those finer pieces like a card box and cake-cutting knife, without worrying too much about the tiny details.
We loved our experience with Chantilly and would absolutely recommend them for our friends' weddings and other big celebrations.

This was probably the best decision I made about my entire wedding, Chantilly designs and events wedding coordination package was such a lifesaver . I was especially pleased to work with Kyla. She was amazing and I highly recommend her. She was able to wrangle and coordinate all of our vendors as well as the groomsmen flawlessly, leading to a very stress free day. She is magical when it comes to arbor construction and decorating with garlands and fabric, and absolutely flawless in her, set up and decorating style. I absolutely love the way that she set up everything for our event. Both the groom, and I were exceptionally pleased to have her working with us on our wedding day, as it would not have been as memorable or gone as smoothly without her and her team.

The Chantilly team, (Jamie, Stacy, and the whole team) are a dream to work with. They have so much experience working weddings and provide very calm, knowledgeable support as you plan your event. They truly go above and beyond!
We were so happy with how Jamie managed our day of experience, she really knew our venue inside and out! We always got very fast replies from the team when we emailed with questions or the many changes we made to our florals and wedding plan. We loved that they had a ton of decor we could rent from them that they handled on the day of. It saved us a ton of money and elevated our reception.
Stacy did our florals and greenery for our ceremony and reception and we were completely blown away. Our floral sprays on our chuppah were absolutely beautiful and I loved my bouquet! I walked into our reception tent while they were putting up all the greenery and I gasped it was so beautiful. Stacy did exactly what I imagined (and more!) and really brought our vision to life.
We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed working with Jamie, Stacy, and the whole team. We highly recommend them for planning, coordinating, and florals!

We are forever grateful for Chantilly helping us bring our vision to life! Stacy was incredibly helpful in helping us shape the floral design for our wedding. When we weren’t sure on specific flowers to use or how best to decorate the venue, Stacy was there to save the day. From the lead-up to the day-of delivery, Mrs. Kesha SHINES in this type of environment. While there were some blunders (what wedding doesn’t have some crazy stories?!!), all was handled & maintained exquisitely. Each of the wedding party’s families had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and each of the Bridal party members couldn’t stop praising her jovial spirit!! She’s an amazing addition to any wedding party & its implementations that are necessary to keep things smooth & steady, all day & all night!!! Stacy did an absolutely incredible job with the flowers for the wedding day, as well - she was so easy to work with, even with all the back and forth requests! The whole day turned out GORGEOUS, we cannot thank Kesha & Stacy enough!!!

Words cannot express how much we loved our wedding flowers. Stacy was amazing from start to finish when planning out our florals with us. She was very easy to communicate with and made our vision come to life in an even better way than I expected. She created beautiful arrangements that worked within our budget and were stunning. I almost went the fake flower route but now that I’ve seen our pictures I am so happy Stacy’s flowers were in the forefront of many of our pictures. Book Stacy for your wedding, you will not regret it! She is worth the investment!!

Stacy and Kesha were absolutely PHENOMENAL on our wedding day. They were on top of everything from the very beginning and made our special day stress free! We were forecasted rain pretty much the entire day, but Stacy and Kesha knew how badly we wanted to ceremony outside and they made it happen! They were watching the weather closely and we were able to sneak it out at the perfect time. Luckily for us, it completely stopped raining at that point for the rest of the night! We also had an issue where we ran out of some alcohol. When I went to Stacy to let her know, she didn't even let me finish my sentence before saying "Kesha is already on her way back with the alcohol". Absolutely awesome! I should also add that they did our florals and they were absolutely beautiful (and at an amazing cost). Could not recommend their team more! You know they are busy and doing a fantastic job... I was told they have over 100 weddings this year. Keep up the amazing job Chantilly! All of us brides are so lucky to have you on our vendor team!

10/10. We worked with Stacy on both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day flowers, as well as tabletop candles rentals. Stacy was super communicative via email, and we were even able to add rental items a few weeks before the wedding.
Stacy’s floral design work is absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to put my bouquet down, and we got tons of compliments on the flowers. For both nights, Stacy arrived promptly at the end of the event to pack up rental items. For two people who don’t know the first thing about flowers, Stacy made the process easy and the final product was beautiful.

We used Chantilly Design & Events for our wedding and cannot say enough good things! Stacey did our florals, and Michelle was our coordinator (we did the "wedding management" package). For florals, I had a vision that I knew wasn't super common and was worried that the florist wouldn't be able to fulfill what I was asking. Michelle went above and beyond! The bouquets were perfect and the flower grid that we used at the altar was BREATHTAKING! As for coordination, Michelle was exactly what we needed. She calmed me down when I needed it throughout the day, and managed some difficult family issues as well. Because of her, the day went smoother than we ever could have dreamed. We are so so happy we chose them for our wedding!

The one thing that my husband and i agreed on from the very beginning of our wedding planning was paying for a coordinator and we are so glad we did.
At our first consultation, we met with Stacy, the owner of Chantilly Design & Events (CDE). She spent a good amount of time with us and asked us relevant questions that we had never thought of before. She explained their process and informed us of who our coordination team would be. One unique thing about CDE that we hadn’t seen with all coordinators is they offer Florals. We were sure we wanted to book with CDE but wanted to meet our day-of coordinator before signing.
At our next appointment, we met Jamie, our coordinator. She walked through our wedding day schedule with us and asked us some additional questions. Both Stacy and Jamie made sure we were comfortable with everything before we finalized booking with them.
Throughout our planning journey, the CDE team helped us through some difficult tasks. Our original DJ that we booked unfortunately double booked us and cancelled on us. After many additional conversations we could not find a DJ that we liked. Stacy provided us with a recommendation of a DJ who we instantly felt comfortable with and ended up booking with - and they also did a phenomenal job. On top of that disappointment, we were informed that our venue was unexpectedly closing and all of the upcoming weddings would be cancelled. The CDE team informed us immediately and got on the phone with us right away to discuss our options and find a new venue.
Once we found a new venue, Jamie helped us coordinate with our other vendors. At our venue walkthrough, Jamie made sure our expectations were met so there would be no surprises on the big day. We had a semi-custom altar that included florals and relocation from the ceremony space to the reception space and the team made sure it was a priority. We also had some custom games for all ages and they helped set up two spaces, one for the adults and one for the kids.
At our rehearsal, Jamie was calm and professional. She made sure she understood our wants for the precessional and worked with everyone in the bridal party to ensure we were prepared for the ceremony.
On our wedding day, Jamie was very calm and was able to keep us all on schedule. If we had the chance of running behind, she would politely walk up to us and the team (during photos, etc.) and inform us of where we were on the schedule. We are especially grateful for that because the day goes by so fast! Our family and bridal party also commented afterwards about how easy Jamie was to work with. Before the ceremony, we also met Michelle, Jamie’s assistant for the day. She was also very calm and wanted to make sure that everything was up to our standards. The whole team loves what they do.
After the wedding, all of the items went back into their original boxes that we placed them in. Jamie kept us informed about what personal items went with each member of the bridal party and made sure that everything was accounted for.
We are very grateful for the whole Chantilly team for helping us make our dream wedding a reality.

Stacy and Jamie were absolutely monumental in the success of our wedding day. I can not recommend their services enough. Our venue had not done a large outdoor wedding before, so there were a lot of potential scenarios to work out and hypothetical problems to solve. They did an incredible job of easing my worries, and honestly, if there were any hiccups or problems on my wedding day, I certainly had no clue, which I think is the most you can possibly ask of your coordinators. They helped research options for last minute confetti cannons, they set up all of the DIY décor beautifully while I was getting ready that morning and they worked seamlessly with all of our other vendors to create the perfect day. Most importantly, you can tell they really love what they do. They were upbeat, energetic and so genuinely excited for my husband and I throughout the entire process. Such a great team!
