Chapel Creek Ranch is named after the white Chapel out front perfect for an indoor or outdoor ceremony. The bubbly creek runs through the property from the large upper pond and flows down to the fishing pond next to the Grooms Room.
The Venue itself will take your breathe away with is vaulted ceilings, chandeliers and black iron that gives it a rustic yet elegant vibe that is picture perfect. Upstairs is the large bridal suite with lots of seating and mirrors for the ladies to get ready. The guys have their own space to BBQ, play outdoor games and get ready as well.

h is gorgeous and offers amazing photography opportunities. BUT THATS IT. The owners made it loud and clear they only care about money. Disgraceful. They didn’t even come up to us on our wedding day to congratulate us or anything. They just hid behind the bar all night. They went back on their word countless times and even had to cancel a service offered in the contract. I genuinely mean this by saying had we known they were going to be this shady and snakelike we would have NOT chose this venue for our wedding. 0/10 incredibly glad we no longer have to deal with them any further.

ld have never selected this venue. When we booked the venue in June of 2023 for a March 2024 wedding, we were told that in Jan. 2024 their alcohol policy would change and you would have to purchase the bartender and alcohol through them. We informed them at the time, that our family and guest like higher quality wines so we knew we would be charged a premium. When the time came to select the wines, their selection were not of our liking, so we gave them a list of wines we would prefer for the wedding. They did find the wines, but sure charged quite an upcharge for the alcohol. When we discussed the price with them, their response was this is "normal" and we need to just pay the price. This is the second daughter we married in a year, and this was NOT normal from our previous experience with another venue. They also had a required tip when we made the payment of the alcohol prior to the wedding. No other venue we dealt with asked for a required tip in advance. In addition they had a tip jar out during the wedding which we felt was inappropriate.
Additionally, the owners don't work on Monday and Tuesday, so if you ever try to get ahold of them forget those days. If you send them an email it took a week for them to respond and if you wanted to have a call with them, we had to schedule it a few weeks out. The are not about making the day special for the bride and groom, they are more about making money.
When we arrived on the day of the wedding, they had an employee there to help us out. She did do whatever asked, but nothing more. Groomsmen walked into the venue and they were lost, she couldn't look up from her phone to direct them to the grooms suite. We had to pick up trash from the venue grounds as were having an outdoor wedding and there was trash in sight on the ground of the ceremony location, there were tall weeds in the outdoor ceremony location which we had to pull and stomp down so they weren't in the photos, there was bird poop on one of the bridges so they couldn't use that bridge for photos, and there was a partial tree down over a sidewalk we wanted to use for photos. The venue definitely lacked TLC and upkeep. The bridal suite door would not close all the way, so someone had to stand guard while the girls were changing.
Not once did the owners who were the bartenders, come up to the bride and groom to congratulate them or see if there was anything they could do to make their day special. ALL our other vendors went out of their way to make sure it was a special day for the bride and groom. In the end, we made sure the kids had a magical day, however, not with any help from the venue owners, which was very unlike the experience I had another venue for my other daughter.

e right as they were going through ownership change and I was very skeptical about the transition, but these guys rocked and things went very smoothly. The venue is such a stunning place with the rustic vibe that we wanted. Fell in love the second we started our tour and knew it was ours. The price was unbeatable and you get so much more than what you pay for. And we loved the fact that the groom gets just as much as the bride. They have an entire cabin for the groom and his men. kind, helpful and VERY communicative; ready to answer questions and provide pdfs/photos within minutes sometimes. The venue itself is very open on how you want to do things, which was great for us. We bought our own beer/wine and had a caterer outside of their list with no problems. The vendors on their provided VIP lists were incredible and easy to work with as well; you could tell they had worked at the venue before and knew what to do.

The bridal suite and groom’s cabin were convenient (and attractive) places for the bridal party to get ready. he ceremony, photo spots, etc. They are also extremely accommodating! The day of our wedding it was supposed to storm, so the night before we asked them to go with our indoor plans. The morning of, we checked the weather and the rain forecast was gone; I reached out to them and we were able to go back to our original outdoor plan without issue! It was absolutely perfect! A few things to know if you want to book with them: they have a preferred vendor list for security and bartending (wasn't an issue with us because their list was fantastic), you can only use natural items for flower girls, send-offs, etc (which again wasn't an issue for us), and there was a minor hiccup with them switching to a new accounting system while we were making our payments but I kept my receipts and it was resolved in no time!

Full disclosure... Our only complaint was that apparently the floor that they have in the big barn is extremely absorbent and hard to clean (which they admitted). Consequently, when one of the servers at the wedding dropped a sterno and didn't immediately clean it up it left a stain on the floor for which they deducted half of our security deposit. This was seriously our only downfall otherwise we are so happy and grateful to them for helping us have the greatest day ever!
