My husband and I are so happy we chose Beth and the CE team to help us with our wedding. Our day would not have been complete without Beth and Laddie. Throughout the whole process of planning Beth was there to answer any questions we had. The wedding timeline she put together was so efficient and helpful. We truly felt relaxed the week of our wedding and that is because we trusted that Beth had everything planned out perfectly. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect and that is because of Beth and Laddie. Everything ran smoothly, we were actually running ahead of schedule the whole day. As mother of the bride, Beth gave me the opportunity to completely enjoy the weekend with my daughter, wedding party, friends and family. Every detail and "soft handling" of the wedding party was handled by Beth and her team. She is essential to a seamless and memorable wedding. I hired Beth for "month of coordination" . We met quarterly during the planning phase then had 2 site visits. The month before the wedding, we exchanged texts, calls, and emails daily. The rehearsal, wedding day, ceremony, reception and farewell brunch was PERFECT ! Beth is organized, kind, poised, smart and has excellent ideas. I highly recommend her. Many guests asked me for her contact. My daughter and groom said she was a perfect fit for their historic and magical day.

Wow, where do I even begin?! Thank you SO much to Beth and her AMAZING team for making our wedding day the best day we could have ever imagined and so much more!! Being a bit of a control freak, I knew I needed someone I could trust to put all of the details together and make our vision come to life (when I couldn't be the one running around on my wedding day). Beth and her team did just that. She kept me on top of things leading up to our big day and then took charge when that day finally arrived. She pays attention to the details and is more organized than anyone I know! She truly cares about her couples and wants them to have the wedding that they dream of. Her demeanor is calm yet caring, which I really needed. I recommend her to any couple, you can't go wrong!

Absolutely the best decision I made was to have a wedding planner. I travel for work every week and could NOT have done it without Beth and Chappelow events. I had Beth take over all of the vendor communications a few months out and she put together the entire day of timeline, coordinating all of the activities of the day with both the bridal party and the vendor set up. She took soooo much off of my shoulders and I didn't have to worry about a thing that entire day. Beth simply went over and beyond my expectations. There's nothing Beth and her team can't do. Looking back on the actual wedding day, I literally showed up and everything was perfect. They anticipated my every need before I even knew I might need it. Prior to the wedding day, Beth had suggestions for anything I had questions about. They thought of questions (to ask us) that we hadn't even thought about, and obviously were decisions that needed to be made. Beth's attention to detail is immaculate, and she surpassed any and all expectations I had. I think that I'm a very organized and "together" person, who can handle anything that is thrown at me...and there is no question in my mind that I needed Beth, I wanted Beth's help, and she was absolutely essential to the entire planning process. You may think you don't need help, but you do. They made EVERYTHING SO EASY.

My lifesaver! I worked with Chappelow Events for over a year leading up to my wedding, and I don't know what I would've done without Beth. My now-husband and I have crazy work hours and travel frequently, and Beth was so patient and flexible during the entire process. She consistently met with me over the weekend or outside of normal work hours to accommodate my schedule, which was so appreciated. She helped me put all my disjointed ideas into a cohesive vision for my wedding day and everything turned out SO beautiful because of her. I cannot imagine having done our wedding without CE. We were a little hesitant at first if we really needed a full-on wedding planner, but decided to do it because we both have busy schedules. I could not have gotten through the wedding without Beth! She really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our wedding to the fullest. Beth and Chappelow Events did a spectacular job!! From the décor, vendors, schedules, budget, transportation, and the list goes on and on, just a fantastic job. Beth was very conscious of our budget and tried to keep us inside of that budget we set in our very first meeting. The entire process was made very easy because of what Chappelow Events did for us. What can I say?! Beth and her crew were amazing!!!!! Jeff and I both have demanding jobs and my parents are older and were not able to help with much planning so Beth was a life-saver! Beth was amazing from the very beginning and it was obvious she would do a fabulous job! She is so well organized, listened to what we wanted, implemented our ideas for design so much better than we ever could and everything turned out perfectly! I could not have asked for anything more! About a month before our wedding, my dad developed severe back pain and was having a lot of difficulty walking. The day of our wedding, Beth was there every time he turned around and needed something. She knew how important it was to me that my parents were taken care of and could really enjoy our wedding. I'm not sure how she did it all but I know she had some great members of her team helping the day of as well. It was so nice to not have to worry about decorating the day of or breaking down after the wedding or asking our family and friends to help us. It was all taken care of for us. And the advice she gave us throughout the planning process was extremely helpful. The vendors with whom she put us in contact and were able to book for our wedding were perfect matches for us. Looking back, I don't see how we could have had such a fabulous event without her. We received so many compliments about how beautiful everything was and how much fun everyone had! Beth is an amazing wedding planner, who we would hire again in a heartbeat. She was able to take my scattered ideas and guide us to making them into a cohesive, unique, beautiful wedding - on which we are still receiving compliments from guests. She was able to help me define my taste in decor and aesthetics, answer my zillions of questions and provide opinions when asked about which minor details would be best, while also giving us the room to make our own decisions, rather than pushing us toward the most expensive options. Beth was absolutely wonderful! When my mom and I started looking for a wedding planner, we met with a few that actually made us very nervous about planning a wedding and made us feel like we were going to have to work to make the planners life and her role in our wedding planning easier and less stressful instead of the other way around. But the moment we met Beth, we knew she was completely different. She had actually read the questionnaire I filled out and brought it to our meeting to direct the conversation. In those first few minutes of that meeting we knew Beth would make sure the planning was free of stress and an enjoyable process for all of us. My mom and I lived about 2-3 hours out from Kansas City and Beth worked to make sure we could have meetings with vendors on the weekend, because the week just wasn't possible for us. She truly worked so hard to make sure my vision for my wedding came through and on the day of, if anything crazy happened I still have never heard about it. She truly cares about her brides and works extremely hard to make everything perfect for them. I, my husband, my family members, and our wedding party would all highly recommend Beth!

As the out of town mother of the bride for a recent wedding assisted by Chappelow Events, I highly recommend their services. Beth is organized, professional, and most of all, she listens to her clients and creates their individual desires. My daughter said, "It is like Beth took my ideas and made them happen". Beth is AMAZING! I can't believe I almost passed on having a wedding coordinator.....seriously....don't do it. It was so nice having Beth to help plan every little detail and to be there to coordinate all the moving parts for both the rehearsal and the wedding. I am the Event Manager at Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art and Beth was the planner for a wedding reception recently. We first met the Chappelows about 18 months before our October 2015 Wedding. We knew exactly what we wanted as we spent 3 years planning our day so we needed a very strong and competent coordinator to make sure our dream wedding came to fruition - and it did. I won't kid around; our wedding was over the top with a gazillion moving pieces, literal truckloads of decor, and a manifesto that I am sure was longer than most. I know it was a huge undertaking, but Chappelow Events pulled it off without a hitch. Everyone always says, "you know, something big will probably go wrong". But it didn't and that was due to Beth making sure of it. They spent almost 24 hours from start to finish making sure our day ran as it was supposed to, they communicated with us often as any excellent event planner should, they translated our design just as we had envisioned and I (as an event planner myself) but 100% trust in them to make everything 'happen'. They worked tirelessly, they handled all communication with our vendors, and they made sure our day was as relaxing as possible which is exactly why we hired them to be our coordinators. Without Beth and her team, our fantastic day would not have been possible. Beth worked with me to create an affordable custom package for the services I would require. My wedding at The Bauer was flawless thanks to Chappelow Events who provided initial set up, draping, and room flip within 45 minutes! Beth always made herself available to answer any questions I had throughout the process, she gave suggestions and was very professional. To have Chappelow Events take all the stress off of me and my now husband by collecting all our decor, setting up our venue, and flipping the main space from ceremony to reception was 110% worth every penny and was easily the best choice we made for our wedding. I will refer Beth and her team to every new bride and groom I encounter. The sheer madness of our wedding day that Beth saved me from is priceless; even with a small hiccup on the day of. Some of our glass cake displays broke at some point and were not usable for our dessert table. Beth brought this minor problem to me but she also has a plan!! She got in touch with the local rental shop and got us 2 new cake displays. She left the venue herself and retrieved the displays from the rental place. THAT IS DEDICATION! We are eternally grateful for Beth, her sweet parents, and her amazing team.

When I first got engaged, everyone prepared me for the stress I was about to experience...not exactly looking forward to it. Until, my mom recommended Beth to be our wedding planner. My mom worked with Chappelow Events for a work function and was extremely happy. So we hired Beth! The process from the very beginning was so easy. Beth would accommodate her schedule to ours and was very organized. Being this was my first wedding, she provided contacts for catering and flowers which turned out to be excellent! The day of the wedding was by far the least stressful day of all. Beth did EVERYTHING. She made sure guests has a great time and thought of the littlest things to make your wedding day perfect. I have had the pleasure of working off and on with Beth on several annual events for four years, but now, having personally engaged Beth and Chappelow Events to coordinate a charity function for 130 people, can say without hesitation that she is a skillful and gifted event planner and will bring an abundance of expertise and class to any event in the Kansas City area. Beth works extremely hard, is exceptionally dedicated to her clients, and is extraordinarily talented at what she does. Throughout the six month planning process for our event, Beth was always prepared, flexible, creative, and available. From the first day she stepped in as event planner/coordinator, she executed every detail precisely. She took the reins in guiding an event committee made up of people with a wide variety of backgrounds and event experience, and was able to direct and positively use the talents of every single one of them. (This is good news if you are, say, a bride trying to navigate between your mother and mother-in-law, for example.) She is also by far the most organized person I have ever met - a quality that cannot be overstated in importance for an event planner. Not only did she have a calendar of to-do's prepared during the months leading up to the event, she also had our event timed out to the minute the night of - everything from floral delivery to music to when the first passed hors d'oeuvre appeared. I cannot recommend Beth and Chappelow Events highly enough to you, the online public, and will also certainly be recommending them to anyone I know with an upcoming wedding, charity function, or any other event planning needs.

Beth was great to work with. She responded quickly to all of our questions. She took care of everything and helped keep us calm. Beth acted as a liaison for us with all of our vendors.
