CharcuteMe is a wedding catering company based in Clear Lake, IA. We provide a luxury charcuterie experience for your entire wedding celebration, from your bridal shower all the way to your day-after gift celebration. We offer several options to incorporate charcuterie into all your celebrations. We offer grazing tables for your pre-dinner cocktail hour or as a main course. Our cocktail hour grazes include a selection of premium cured meats, cheeses, fresh and dried fruit, assorted nuts, spreads, crackers, bread, cornichon pickles, and olives. Examples of our meats and cheeses include: - Salami - Prosciutto - Aged cheddar - Havarti - Gouda - Fruited goat - Brie - Parmesan - Gruyere On your wedding day, we arrive on-site and lay the graze out on the surface of your choice. Christina has extensive experience creating beautiful artistic displays with the delicious selections provided. The grazing table is a showstopper when it comes to your wedding food wow factor! We also offer hot and cold appetizers if you want to do charcuterie and finger food as a main course for your event. These include, but are not limited to: - Caprese skewers - Teriyaki meatballs - Mini beef Wellingtons - Brie bites See our website for a full menu of appetizers. If you would prefer individual table appetizers, we also offer charcuterie table centerpieces and charcuterie boards on palm leaf trays with similar selections, or we can do cardboard numbers and letters filled with charcuterie ingredients (see pictures). We also have individual cups available. For your Bridal shower, we offer a traditional grazing table or decorative, themed boards and or cups. If you need bridal party food, we also offer brunch grazing boards for the wedding parties to make sure everyone keeps up their energy in the hustle and bustle of prepping for the big day. Finally, for your next-day gift celebration, we can offer a brunch grazing spread. Our brunch spread includes a selection of: - Bagels -Muffins - Croissants - Pastries - Cheeses - Meats - Fresh and dried fruits - Nuts - Crackers - Assorted spreads We provide many different ways to incorporate charcuterie into your wedding event. We operate CharcuteMe in a fully licensed and insured private commercial kitchen located on our property in Clear Lake, IA. Our pricing is extremely transparent—no hidden service fees or gratuities. If you choose to give a gratuity, it is greatly appreciated, but we don't arbitrarily add one. We are foodies at heart and are honored every time someone decides to include us in what is one of the most significant celebrations of their lives. We look forward to working with you!
