What an experience working with CA! Was able to make a custom engagement ring at a reasonable price. No one tried to push anything on me and took the time to explain "Diamond Shopp...

I purchased my wife's engagement ring, as well as both our wedding rings, from Charleston Alexander. The customer service is absolutely outstanding, as is the quality and variety f...
or the prices. I worked with Jana Krnacova from my very first day at Charleston. Her knowledge and insight into the type of rings my wife and I wanted impressed me from the very beginning. At our first meeting, she spent over an hour introducing me to all the aspects of a diamond and how to determine what it was that I valued in an engagement ring. I provided her my budget and she actively monitored their diamond intake. Within a few weeks, she had contacted me with a ring that she thought was perfect (and well within my budget). IT WAS! I then continued to work with Jana for our wedding bands. Again, she provided outstanding service. For myself in particular, I wanted a groom's wedding band that was somewhat different from the traditional plain band. Jana found the perfect designer for me, and now every day when I look down at my left hand and see my wedding ring I smile. Charleston Alexander's prices are extremely competitive in this costly market. They offered me a 50% discount on my wife's engagement ring band since I bought the diamond from them. We also received several discounts and price matches on our wedding bands. In short, I am confident in saying I could not find a better price for the rings we purchased anywhere else! I would use them for any of my jewelry needs in the future and am always looking for excuses to go back in and visit the staff just to say hello. 5 of 5 stars!
I had a diamond that I inherited from my grandmother that I wanted to be put into a setting for my engagement ring, and Charleston Alexander did more than a perfect job! I saw a se...
tting I fell in love with at a different jewelry store (one that refused to use my own diamond for three times the price), so I took a picture of that setting and sent it to Charleston Alexander. Jana was absolutely wonderful and kept us updated on the entire process of creating the engagement ring and wedding band. Fast forward two weeks, and I now have the exact same setting as I saw in the other more expensive store, with my inherited diamond, at a FRACTION of the cost. It was a complete custom job, designed from only a picture, and it came out flawless. I will forever recommend this store to anyone in the market looking for top-quality jewelry!
KAREN is outstanding! My now fiance went into Charleston Alexander to purchase me an engagement ring. He worked with a wonderful diamond specialist. Her name was Karen Wilson. H...
e said that Karen was extremely helpful to him. She even asked to see my photo (a special touch) so she could ensure the ring fit my personality. She and the the manager Duane L'Esteve worked with my fiance to design my ring. Needless to say I love the ring! And since then, I have had the opportunity to visit Charleston Alexander and meet both Karen and Duane. They are extremely customer service oriented. And they have a beautiful selection of rings and any other jewelry that your heart desires. You will not be disappointed! The jewelry will entice you but the service will make you a customer for life!
I am extremely pleased with the ring that I bought from Charleston Alexander. Karen was so very patient, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process.

ht it would be fun to customize a ring from scratch, but honestly that process took longer than I expected and the autocad graphic left me nervous about saying "yes--I want you to make that ring." So, I spoke with Karen and we revisited the styles I wanted. Our next meeting was so productive. She went through several setting options and we ended up adding some embellishments to a lovely ring from the Sylvie collection.
I am so proud of how everything turned out. When I look at my fiancée's hand I am so grateful. The ring turned out even better than I could have imagined. She loved it.
Kimberly is AMAZING! Her professionalism and ability to perfectly capture what we wanted/designed was beyond expectations. The rings were gorgeous and exactly what he hoped for. ...
I would recommend this company and Kimberly for all your jewelry needs!

lue for the beautiful Tacori ring he picked out for our engagement! When looking for wedding rings, I wanted a very simple plain band, with no diamonds or extras. We had gone to 4 other jewelers to compare selection and price. Once again, we were blown away at how nice and welcoming everyone at Charleston Alexander was, especially compared to other jewelers in the Arlington/Tysons Corner/Alexandria area. They have been great to work with and I know for the next time we need jewelry, we aren't going to look around to all the other crummy jewlers but we will go straight to them!
BEautiful selection of tacori and great service!
Amazingly helpful staff! They helped my fiance design the most beautiful engagement ring last year. They were so friendly and had such a great selection that we went back and bough...
t our wedding rings there as well. The selection online is very pricy, but they have a much wider selection of price ranges in-store and can work with you to find jewelry that fits your budget. I bought a plain palladium band and they provided free engraving services to make a beautiful floral pattern on it.
Super friendly, flexible, and talented artists.

e very caring, patient and really worked within our budget! We found the perfect size and quality diamond, for the perfect price. They absolutely have the largest selection of "quality" diamonds in the DMV. I went with a Sabet custom setting that is GORGEOUS. We are so happy with our purchase, I have been in a couple of times for free ring cleaning and I am still remembered and treated very well!
Our wedding bands were purchased from Charleston Alexander, as well as my engagement ring.
My fiance worked with Venita to select an engagement ring, who patiently sorted through ...
various rings and multiple shipments of diamonds to find the perfect engagement ring!
When I came back into the store to have the engagement ring sized, Venita warmly greeted us and already knew/remembered my name from having worked with my fiance. The engagement ring was sized free of charge, and she assisted us in selecting our wedding bands.
We were a very indecisive couple, but Venita was very patient with us and shared her extensive knowledge of diamonds and precious metals, which was very helpful because we deal with allergies to certain metals.
We got our money's worth, and the service at Charleston Alexander was exceptional. They clean your rings / jewelry each time you come in at no cost.
Thank you, Venita!
My now husband bought my engagement ring at Charleston Alexander and it is beautiful. They were helpful without being pushy and affordable.

hich ones I picked. If you haven't been in the store, there are SO many rings... And my fiance picked 4 out of the 5 rings that I liked!! He purchased the ring that I didn't pick and I'm so happy he did! I LOVE my ring! I frequent Charleston Alexander about once every 3 weeks to get my ring cleaned. They are always very nice to us and very helpful. As someone who worked in high end jewelry, I would highly recommend going to Charleston Alexander for your purchase!

er felt pressured to purchase, and always felt that they had our best interest in mind. I go there about once every 2 or 3 months for ring cleanings also, and they are always very quick and happy to help. I recommend this jeweler to anyone I know looking for any jewelry, but especially for wedding/engagement rings!! I love my rings and could not be happier!
We got our wedding rings from here, and my husband bought my engagement ring.
They were so helpful and nice. Very affordable. I love them.
Great selection.
Great service and very easy time picking out our bands.
My fiance proposed with a ring with a Tacori setting, and we knew we wanted the matching Tacori wedding band to go with it, thus we knew we wanted to find a local Tacori dealer. Ch...
arleston Alexander came up as a "platinum" dealer, and when we went there, they had a great quality selection (despite the fact we knew what we wanted) of women's rings, as well as quality men's bands.
Charleston Alexander also did the engraving on the inside of our wedding bands. I was concerned because my band was relatively thin, and they weren't sure if they would be able to engrave it, but they did a marvelous job! When the bands arrived, mine had some sort of stain on it, and they spent some time trying to get it off, but ended up having to send it back to Tacori. This process did take a while, though we got the bands less than a week prior to our ceremony, which made me VERY nervous, but they did their best to get it to us before the event.
We got our wedding bands here and also my engagement ring. They were very helpful. We had a problem with a loose diamond and they were able to fix it right away. Along with going b...
ack for cleanings we will be using them for other future purchases.
They were able to make my wedding band custom to fit perfectly with my engagement ring!! And did so with very good and friendly service.
we bought our wedding bands and my diamond earrings here. they are super nice and have great diamonds!!
My husband wanted a VERY specific ring, and Charleston Alexander was able to order it for a very good price.
And my husband got a great deal. I go back every couple of months and get it cleaned and checked and I've never had any problems!
