I purchased my wife's engagement ring, as well as both our wedding rings, from Charleston Alexander. The customer service is absolutely outstanding, as is the quality and variety for the prices. I worked with Jana Krnacova from my very first day at Charleston. Her knowledge and insight into the type of rings my wife and I wanted impressed me from the very beginning. At our first meeting, she spent over an hour introducing me to all the aspects of a diamond and how to determine what it was that I valued in an engagement ring. I provided her my budget and she actively monitored their diamond intake. Within a few weeks, she had contacted me with a ring that she thought was perfect (and well within my budget). IT WAS! I then continued to work with Jana for our wedding bands. Again, she provided outstanding service. For myself in particular, I wanted a groom's wedding band that was somewhat different from the traditional plain band. Jana found the perfect designer for me, and now every day when I look down at my left hand and see my wedding ring I smile. Charleston Alexander's prices are extremely competitive in this costly market. They offered me a 50% discount on my wife's engagement ring band since I bought the diamond from them. We also received several discounts and price matches on our wedding bands. In short, I am confident in saying I could not find a better price for the rings we purchased anywhere else! I would use them for any of my jewelry needs in the future and am always looking for excuses to go back in and visit the staff just to say hello. 5 of 5 stars!

I had a diamond that I inherited from my grandmother that I wanted to be put into a setting for my engagement ring, and Charleston Alexander did more than a perfect job! I saw a setting I fell in love with at a different jewelry store (one that refused to use my own diamond for three times the price), so I took a picture of that setting and sent it to Charleston Alexander. Jana was absolutely wonderful and kept us updated on the entire process of creating the engagement ring and wedding band. Fast forward two weeks, and I now have the exact same setting as I saw in the other more expensive store, with my inherited diamond, at a FRACTION of the cost. It was a complete custom job, designed from only a picture, and it came out flawless. I will forever recommend this store to anyone in the market looking for top-quality jewelry!

KAREN is outstanding! My now fiance went into Charleston Alexander to purchase me an engagement ring. He worked with a wonderful diamond specialist. Her name was Karen Wilson. He said that Karen was extremely helpful to him. She even asked to see my photo (a special touch) so she could ensure the ring fit my personality. She and the the manager Duane L'Esteve worked with my fiance to design my ring. Needless to say I love the ring! And since then, I have had the opportunity to visit Charleston Alexander and meet both Karen and Duane. They are extremely customer service oriented. And they have a beautiful selection of rings and any other jewelry that your heart desires. You will not be disappointed! The jewelry will entice you but the service will make you a customer for life!

I am extremely pleased with the ring that I bought from Charleston Alexander. Karen was so very patient, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. I initially thought it would be fun to customize a ring from scratch, but honestly that process took longer than I expected and the autocad graphic left me nervous about saying "yes--I want you to make that ring." So, I spoke with Karen and we revisited the styles I wanted. Our next meeting was so productive. She went through several setting options and we ended up adding some embellishments to a lovely ring from the Sylvie collection. I am so proud of how everything turned out. When I look at my fiancée's hand I am so grateful. The ring turned out even better than I could have imagined. She loved it.
