For myself in particular, I wanted a groom's wedding band that was somewhat different from the traditional plain band. Jana found the perfect designer for me, and now every day when I look down at my left hand and see my wedding ring I smile. Charleston Alexander's prices are extremely competitive in this costly market. They offered me a 50% discount on my wife's engagement ring band since I bought the diamond from them. We also received several discounts and price matches on our wedding bands. In short, I am confident in saying I could not find a better price for the rings we purchased anywhere else! I would use them for any of my jewelry needs in the future and am always looking for excuses to go back in and visit the staff just to say hello. 5 of 5 stars!

Our next meeting was so productive. She went through several setting options and we ended up adding some embellishments to a lovely ring from the Sylvie collection. I am so proud of how everything turned out. When I look at my fiancée's hand I am so grateful. The ring turned out even better than I could have imagined. She loved it.

nt! When looking for wedding rings, I wanted a very simple plain band, with no diamonds or extras. We had gone to 4 other jewelers to compare selection and price. Once again, we were blown away at how nice and welcoming everyone at Charleston Alexander was, especially compared to other jewelers in the Arlington/Tysons Corner/Alexandria area. They have been great to work with and I know for the next time we need jewelry, we aren't going to look around to all the other crummy jewlers but we will go straight to them!

We are so happy with our purchase, I have been in a couple of times for free ring cleaning and I am still remembered and treated very well!

fect engagement ring! When I came back into the store to have the engagement ring sized, Venita warmly greeted us and already knew/remembered my name from having worked with my fiance. The engagement ring was sized free of charge, and she assisted us in selecting our wedding bands. We were a very indecisive couple, but Venita was very patient with us and shared her extensive knowledge of diamonds and precious metals, which was very helpful because we deal with allergies to certain metals. We got our money's worth, and the service at Charleston Alexander was exceptional. They clean your rings / jewelry each time you come in at no cost. Thank you, Venita!

SO many rings... And my fiance picked 4 out of the 5 rings that I liked!! He purchased the ring that I didn't pick and I'm so happy he did! I LOVE my ring! I frequent Charleston Alexander about once every 3 weeks to get my ring cleaned. They are always very nice to us and very helpful. As someone who worked in high end jewelry, I would highly recommend going to Charleston Alexander for your purchase!

ent there, they had a great quality selection (despite the fact we knew what we wanted) of women's rings, as well as quality men's bands. Charleston Alexander also did the engraving on the inside of our wedding bands. I was concerned because my band was relatively thin, and they weren't sure if they would be able to engrave it, but they did a marvelous job! When the bands arrived, mine had some sort of stain on it, and they spent some time trying to get it off, but ended up having to send it back to Tacori. This process did take a while, though we got the bands less than a week prior to our ceremony, which made me VERY nervous, but they did their best to get it to us before the event.
