Since 2020, we've brought style, fun, and five-star rated hospitality to weddings and events with our custom-built bar trailer—featuring a polished mahogany bar and elegant, sheltered setup that serves as the show stopping centerpiece of any celebration. In addition we do events without the bar trailer using just our top professional bartenders and supplies, and offer a $250 discount off any Service Package if not using the bar trailer. Your choice! We offer packages with you purchasing your alcohol directly with our help picking it up and delivering or having it included in your overall package. Your choice! Known for our motto, “Let the Good Times Roll!”, we offer professional bar tending, Instagram-worthy décor, delicious libations, and a cozy lounge setup with the bar trailer designed to keep the party lively and memorable. Couples can choose from three customizable packages tailored to their vision, taste, and budget. We handle everything—from curated drink menus and signature cocktails to alcohol ordering and delivery of your alcohol purchased by you with no markup. Plus, any leftover alcohol is yours to keep or return for a refund. OR we have packages available with your alcohol included. Your choice! Our service packages are offered utilizing the bar trailer or having a conventional bar set up: -Two professional (and awesome!) bartenders -All glassware, ice, coolers, cocktail napkins, insurance, etc. -Signature drink and mixers included in The Step up & Pony Up pkg. -Custom Kegerator taps in the bar trailer for draft beer. -Ambient lighting, greenery, and café string lights in the bar trailer -Paneled photo wall and wicker lounge furniture with flexible layouts with the bar trailer -Alcohol calculations and coordination All service pkg. taxes and fees included With a five-star rating (check out our reviews!) and a passion for celebration, Charleston Cheers would be honored to help make your special day stylish, seamless, and truly unforgettable. The Pony Up package gave us exactly what we wanted—delicious drinks, a gorgeous mobile bar setup, and friendly, experienced bartenders who kept the energy high all night long. The setup was beautiful and really added to the vibe of our outdoor venue. Our guests are still raving about how fun and unique the bar was. The bartenders were not only fast and professional, but also super friendly and engaging with our guests. They made everyone feel welcome and kept the line moving—even during peak cocktail hour. Charleston Cheers took care of everything, from barware to coolers to cleanup, which gave us one less thing to worry about. They also worked seamlessly with our planner and other vendors, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. y regret? We didn’t make it over to the bar often enough to fully enjoy our signature cocktails—though our friends assured us they were superb! We loved being able to incorporate the “Maui Bar” and Firefly into our celebration, and appreciated their flexibility in making it happen. When we ran into a hiccup returning some unopened alcohol the next day, the owner personally met us to help—an incredibly kind gesture that meant a lot to us. We would absolutely recommend Charleston Cheers for your big day!
