Where do I even start writing this!?!?!? I had Stevie working with me! She made me feel so so so comfortable. She asked amazing questions and was checking in with me periodically to see how I was feeling. She felt like a friend!! Prior to the meeting they called and did a short questionnaire and asked some questions and got to know me! Stevie allowed me to come out and look to get a feel of what I like. I cannot believe how comfortable I was trying on dresses. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!

Oh gosh, where to begin! The girl that worked with us was so great! The dresses were all so beautiful and the second one I tried on was the one! Can’t wait to get it in!

My quality of service was amazing I went to the one in Eau Claire and worked with Stevie , I had a bunch of dresses picked out apon arrival based off of an amazing questionnaire. Two were in the suite making you feel like the spot light and support was completely on me. And having the excitement and support from an amazing lady I just met giving all the good tips, tricks, and honest opinions! I had such an amazing experience and said yes to my dress!

This was everything and more! I was so nervous to go wedding dress shopping because I thought I would be in a big room full of other women and the focus wouldn’t be one me but that was the opposite of what happened!!! I had my own room and on top of that before I got there they asked me for pictures of things I liked!!! Keagen (the assistant helping me) had dresses already picked out based on what I sent her, they where so amazing each one was exactly what I wanted and within six or so dresses I found the ONE! Keagen was so helped so encouraging and was really there for me! This was everything I could of asked for and more, highly recommend this bridal store and Keagen as well❤️

Katie was absolutely the best at assisting my daughter in finding her perfect dress. My daughter met Katie at a wedding she attended and Katie was the Maid of Honor. My daughter had had a bad experience in Appelton, just the day before and Katie told her she would take care of her, and she did!

Recently shopped for my dress at Charlotte's and had the most wonderful experience. Katrina was bubbly, kind, and knowledgeable. She made the experience fun and comfortable. Once I got engaged, I started perusing Charlotte's online gallery to see what kind of dresses they carried. I chose to go here specifically for one dress, and am so glad I did. Meagan was my consultant and was truly so helpful, kind and caring. She made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. She was so kind to my niece who stayed in the fitting room with me and it made for such a special experience for both her and I. She was so supportive as I selected the dress I came to Charlotte's specifically for, and has been an amazing support throughout the rest of the process. She has shared excitement with me and helped me pick a veil out to perfectly compliment the dress. I did purchase the VIB Experience and am glad that I did! It made for a great memory and fun added element. I could not recommend her more or Charlotte's, for their selection of gowns, accessories, and everything in between. If you can have Meagan as your consultant, please do. She has made this experience incredible! My only bump in the experience is when I returned to try on my dress for the first time. It was a very rushed process and while I had made an appointment, it felt like we were an inconvenience. The store was busy with a large party getting fitted for suits but it made for a disappointing experience. I know the consultant was probably busy doing other things, it just seemed very rushed and like we should not have been there. When I returned for my accessories appointment, I was back with Meagan and putting on my dress again felt so incredibly magical. She clipped it in the areas it needed to be, so I could see what it would look like once altered. I recommend booking your appointment with the consultant you had gotten your dress with, if you are able!

We had such a wonderful experience at Charlotte’s Bridal yesterday with Katie! From the moment she called me and let me come in during an already booked day until the purchase of my dream dress later in the day, she was fantastic! I was in a last minute time crunch/panic since my wedding is only three weeks away and I realized I wasn’t happy with the dress I had already purchased. She welcome my sister and mom and I with open arms, squeezed us in, let us go think, and let us come back again the same day! She made me feel comfortable, she showered me with compliments, and she was bubbly and cheerful the whole time. Thank you to Katie for an amazing day! My experience with Katie @Charlotte's Bridal was phenomenal. Not only did I say yes to the dress but the whole experience was something I only envisioned in my dreams. I came in and worked with Katie during my premier bridal experience and it was everything I could have wished for during my wedding dress shopping experience. I had sent over a couple dresses I found on TikTok before hand and Katie had them pulled and ready to go for my appointment. We started off swinging within the first couple minutes had those two beautiful dresses on, and Katie was hyping me up as much as my close friends and family I brought along. She was comforting, genuine, and enthusiastic about her job helping women find their dream dress. I found the perfect dress, and Katie really helped make the moment feel memorable. The previous experience at a different dress shop was pleasant, but Katie blew my expectations out of the water and truly topped off the bridal experience. I can’t recommend Charlottes Bridal enough, especially having the opportunity to work with Katie.

I had Molly as my stylist and feel so lucky to have had her. She truly made it the best experience I could’ve ever imagined. She was the ultimate hype woman and made me feel like I was shopping with a best friend. She was honest about what looked good for my body type. She really cared about getting to know me and helping me find THE dress. I can’t say enough good things about the experience with Molly and the store and will definitely be recommending it to every bride to be!

I have had the best experience at Charlotte's. I made an appointment to try and find a dress after disastrous experiences trying to order one online. Meagan J. was my stylist. This is my second wedding and I really did not know what I was looking for in a dress. Honestly I was not looking forward to everyone focussing their eyes just on me and what I looked like. I think I tried on at least 8 dresses. I liked the first few but they did not give me that "wow" feeling everyone talks about when you find the right dress. Meagan made me feel so comfortable and she listened to every detail of what I liked and did not like with each dress. The last dress was THE WOW. I would not have been able to find a dress without Meagan. She is such a positive caring detailed person. Her encouragement and energy completely transformed how I am going to feel walking down the aisle. I am confident and I feel beautiful wearing this dress. Now I cant wait for people to see me wearing it. I get teary eyed whenever I think of that day I went into Charlotte's. Thinking of how self conscious and nervous I was going in. After meeting Meagan I was completely at ease. I walked out feeling like a princess. Just because this is my second wedding and I am 55 years old does not mean I have to wear something simple that I do not like. Meagan was great at sticking to the budget I had but finding everything I wanted. I cannot say enough great things about Meagan and every experience I've had with Charlotte's.

Fantastic experience! The bridal consultant was amazing, and I found my perfect dress quickly. The experience was more than I could have imagined, and the dresses weren't ridiculously expensive. The only thing that I could see being an issue for others is the number of dresses they have in each size to try on, they could have had a bit more for selection, but I was able to find my dress so that's great!

I went to the Eau Claire location and had the absolute best experience. Right when I walked in I felt so welcomed and excited to be there. Airk was my consultant and he was fabulous. From the moment I booked my appointment, Charlotte’s made me feel like the most important bride-to-be! They did a pre-appointment phone call to get to know me and my dress style and interest. They helped walk me through the whole process and from the moment I stepped into the store, it was all about me. They were flexible with my needs and wants, really listened and pulled dresses according to what I was telling them. It only took me 5 dresses before I found my dream dress! They listened that well and stuck to the price range I told them and really paid attention to my reactions. I was able to look at the rack myself, saw a dress that caught my eye, it ended up being the dress I picked! Airk, my stylist, knew it was the one from the moment I saw it, and he was great at helping me to see that and really acknowledge what I was feeling when I was down to the last two dresses and couldn’t decide. He was extremely professional, and even got emotional with me when I said yes to the dress! I couldn’t recommend Charlotte’s more!! I wish I could keep going back for dress after dress I loved them so much. I will recommend them to all my girlfriends getting married.

I can’t say enough about Meagan at Charlotte’s. She’s truly a gem. I am an out of town bride and came to La Crosse to find a dress for our wedding there. I went to another shop first and left in tears. I had zero guidance or help and just felt like a number. The same day I met with Meagan at Charlotte’s and I not only made to feel like the most important person that day but she took all the time I needed to help me turn a dressed I liked into a custom design that I absolutely love. My fiancé also went here for the fellas and once again were given the best service by her. We get married in August, and I’ve multiple questions and each one is answered immediately and with the same great service. Meagan may have been my bridal consultant but she’s stuck with me for life lol.

Charlotte’s Bridal was my third and final stop! I was feeling slightly defeated after my first two bridal appointments. I actually didn’t even have Charlotte’s in mind, however, after not having my “moment” at either of the other two shops, I called up Charlotte’s as a last ditch effort, since they were the last bridal shop close by. They were able to squeeze me in right away that day! Even though I wasn’t able to freely browse through the gowns due to COVID, I had an idea of what I was looking for and my consultant matched my expectations. My experience there topped the others by far! SO many beautiful gowns! And my consultant was amazing. She really tuned into my style and ultimately, nailed it. If you need a hype girl to really set the tone for your bridal gown shopping experience, Consultant Katie is your girl! Her enthusiasm and energy are second to none! I went here to get my wedding dress! First time here I had Katie helping me with my appointment!! It went great and I loved everything about it. I picked a dress that day but later had second thoughts. I went back to try it on... and didn’t have the best experience the second time going back (felt rushed by the other bridal stylist, she didn’t really clip my address to make it really fit and some other things), hence the four star rating but anyways, I felt really devastated about my experience and felt like I truly didn’t like my dress. The owner and Katie were really helpful and worked with me to set up another appointment to get the dress I truly felt good in! Katie did such a good job listening to my concerns and helped me truly find a dress that was for me! Soo grateful to have her help me

I scheduled a VIB appointment months in advance. It was not a good experience at all. I sent an email weeks ago letting them know and they have not bothered to respond. I felt rushed and pushed and like I was inconveniencing them. Those with me noted the same. My wedding is in April and the consultant was pushing me to hurry up and buy a dress and take the sample home with me because "i wouldn't have time to order one". It says the Bride gets a special gift but I did not receive a gift at all either and I paid 50.00 for a special experience which I did not get. I bought my dress at The Wedding Tree where I had a much better experience. My dress is ordered and will arrive the first week of December. I am very disappointed especially since I took the time to write an email and got no response at all. Not good customer service. I would not recommend based on my experience. My stylist was Molly

My experience at Charlotte's Bridal was absolutely phenomenal!! I only went to Charlotte's Bridal as it had a specific designer I wanted to try on and I am SO HAPPY I did! I worked with Meagan, she texted me before the appointment and I sent her my Pinterest board for some ideas. When I showed up to my appointment she had several dresses already pulled for me to try on and she 10000% NAILED it!! She found the right style I was going for and also picked out styles that fitted my frame beautifully. Meagan had actually pulled the dress I said YES to! I am so beyond excited and so in love with the dress I picked out at Charlotte's Bridal. I want to say thank you so much to Meagan, you were so amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed working with you. You are so talented and did an amazing job making me feel beautiful in my dress. I highly, highly recommend going to Charlotte's Bridal. They will make you feel so special!

Meagan & her girls were beyond accommodating. Trying to find the perfect wedding dress during this pandemic was challenging, but Meagan took the time to video chat for ideas & pick out dresses that fit my vision. They were able to fit me in as soon as possible to make sure I was able to pick out & purchase my dress in time. All of the ladies were friendly & helpful to my bridesmaid & I during checkout, but THANK YOU so much to Meagan for answering my questions, envisioning my dream with me, bringing in multiple accessories to help me complete my look & for having such a welcoming & uplifting personality! Thanks to them I would do it all over again!

Jessica was the gal who was helping me find my dress. She was super patient with me and the people I brought in (there was a wild 2 year old with us) to share this experience with. I never felt pressured to purchase a dress/accessories which was a relief. She reasured me I can wait until closer to my wedding to get measured and order my dress which was even a bigger relief, as my wedding isn't until next fall. Jessica has such a bubbly personality which made this whole experience memorable.

Katie did a fantastic job finding me my dream dress! I came in with specific ideas of what I wanted and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. We arrived early to our appointment and started right away. Her professionalism made the experience stress-free and her energetic personality made the process super fun!

I've had the best possible experience with everyone I have encountered at Charlotte's! It started when I found my dream dress with my consultant, Katie. When I described the dress I loved to her, she came running back with one exactly like I had described. Not only did this dress come to her mind when I told her all my favorite things in a dress, but she found a veil that went perfectly. It looked like it was made to be worn with my dress. Throughout the entire process, I felt like a princess. I have continued to have wonderful service throughout looking for bridesmaid dresses as well as menswear. Every person I have encountered have exhibited nothing but professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure everything is exactly how I envision it. I would highly recommend Charlotte's Bridal to everyone, as I do with every bride I know. I've been to bridal shops in large cities and it came no where close to the experience I had at Charlotte's. The only thing I would change about my bridal gown experience is I would've came to Charlotte's first, because it definitely would've been the only stop I made!
