The private bridal suite is a must and elevates your experience. The suite itself was beautifully decorated. If it wasn’t for Tanesha’s ability to see my vision and truly understand what I wanted I do not believe I would have found my dress that day. 

Meagan and Angelina were so helpful and kind! They both created an atmosphere that was fun and comfortable for me and my guests. They listened to my preferences, budget, and helped me find the dress I said yes to! 

I loved my experience at Charlottes Bridal! The staff were very welcoming and helpful with finding my perfect dress!!! 

Charlotte’s Bridal was the third place I went for dress shopping - hands down the BEST experience I had!! The dresses were beautiful and reasonably priced, the atmosphere was incredible, and Meagan was an absolute gem. She made me feel so comfortable, beautiful, and was overall just an absolute joy to be around. She listened to my thoughts and opinions, and took those into account when finding dresses for me to try on. She helped me find the most beautiful dress that I’m so excited to wear for my big day! I could not imagine a better experience than what my girls and I were provided - thank you Meagan and Charlotte’s bridal for a day I will always remember!

I said YES to the dress here! The experience was wonderful! Angelina was fantastic to work with and I could tell she really had my back and wanted my dress to be everything I wanted and more. The care and attention to detail are top notch. A great selection of dresses, a beautiful, private try on room, and the store is so sleek and modern. They even let you pop confetti when you find the one! 

I said yes to the dress at Charlottes! They made it so easy for me to find the perfect dress! I would recommend anyone looking for dresses to check out Charlottes!

Charlotte’s Bridal in La Crosse was AMAZING!! They have 300+ beautiful dresses so you’re bound to find your style!!! They are so responsive and I even got to send in inspo dresses so they knew exactly what to pull once I got there! All the ladies were so helpful and they seriously made my experience one of a kind!! I had such a great experience at Charlotte's, and found the perfect dress! I was a little nervous going into my appointment, but Mel made me feel very comfortable, and was amazing to work with!

Charlottes was the best bridal shop I visited in the Madison area! I the vibe of the store is clean, modern, and light! We had a huge private room that I could try on dresses with family and friends. My stylist listened to what my preferences were and delivered! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely check this place out! 

I was nervous and hesitant for my first bridal dress shopping experience. Tanesha at Charlotte's Bridal made me feel comfortable and right at home. She listened to my likes and dislikes and pulled as many dresses as I wanted. I went in wanting a certain dress and left with the complete opposite! I love my dress and I loved the experience I had at Charlotte's Bridal. I 100% recommend this store!!

I went in with a small budget and a lot of nerves. Charlotte's totally met me where I was at emotionally and with my finances. I tried on dresses within my budget and they never pushed me to try on dresses that were too expensive for me. I worked with Meagan and she was WONDERFUL! I was feeling disappointed with myself and that I wasn't reacting "correctly" to trying on dresses. But she made sure I felt comfortable and stopped second guessing myself. Walked into Charlotte’s Bridal today, no appointment at all, and had the most special, surprise experience! We thought we would be lucky to get to look at dresses without an appointment, let alone try them on… we were happily welcomed into the store and invited to try on gowns!  The shop is BEAUTIFUL, there is an excellent and GORGEOUS selection of gowns, and the staff is SO SWEET!  Ayanna, along with Lindsey shadowing as a new employee, were the sweetest to work with and made me feel comfortable and beautiful! She did an amazing job picking out dresses and made sure my opinion, as the bride, came first. I am SO happy and lucky to be a Charlotte Bride! 

I truly can not say enough good things about Charlotte's. My experience will be something I remember forever all because of the amazing staff! My stylist was so great to work with. I sent her inspiration pictures before my appointment and I ended up trying multiple dresses on that day but the first one I tried on was the one I said yes to. She nailed it right on the head! Highly recommend Charlotte's, they truly make you feel important and beautiful!

I booked the premiere experience for my bridal fitting for my larger group in the Madison location. It was so comfortable and so fun. Ayanna was so receptive of my wants my needs and my facial expressions. At the end of the day I could happily say yes to my dress!

I went to start look and the staff help me so much with what I wanted by asking the hard questions about what I did love about the dress very professional and help me so much and I did get a dress here they have all the lighting on site so you can see the difference in the dress.

I was looking for a bridal shop that would give me and my entourage not only a wonderful experience, but also a wonderful selection of size inclusive gowns! I am not a traditional bride. I wanted the chance to try on many styles to see what fits and looks best. I wanted: "Classy Smokeshow" and boy did my consultant Molly, deliver! She was fantastic! She was bride centric! She was just who I needed to make me feel like I could look like a beautiful sexy bride -- even at my age! I can't recommend them enough. I paid for the VIB Package and the guests got a small mocktail toast and a wonderful private show room. Best $50 I ever spent! :) I highly recommend Charlotte's Bridal.

I had an amazing experience with Katrina! She was very thoughtful and engaging. She listened really well and could read my vibe immediately!

The staff at Charlotte's was very helpful. I was indecisive, but they were happy to set up multiple times for me to try on dresses until I found the one. They also set up a time for me to visit my dress between the purchase and the wedding. Additionally, they directed me to a great list of people who do alterations, so I was able to find someone who I knew would do a great job!

Charlotte's was amazing! Molly pulled four dresses she thought I may like based on our conversation and she pulled THE dress. It was a wonderful experience and lovely to leave Charlotte's with my gorgeous dress in hand.

I cannot possibly say enough great things about the Charlotte's Bridal of Eau Claire team!! From my pre-appointment call to hugs goodbye, we truly had the best experience! The VIB package was absolutely worth it - starting the day with mocktails and having a big private space was great. Chelsea + Morgan were professional, kind, and patient while I took time to find the perfect dress. When I had "the" moment, the rest of the crew came in to congratulate and happy cry with us. It was truly everything I dreamed, and I'd recommend Charlotte's to anyone! THANK YOU a million times over🩷

My stylist Katie was amazing. As a new mama my body isn’t what it used to be and trying on dresses with a body you aren’t used to is a challenge. Katie completely understood what I wanted in a dress and totally crushed it making this mama feel confident and beautiful, something I haven’t felt in a long time. All the dresses I tried were so beautiful and Katie knew exactly what I wanted without me going into extreme detail. Where do I even start writing this!?!?!? I had Stevie working with me! She made me feel so so so comfortable. She asked amazing questions and was checking in with me periodically to see how I was feeling. She felt like a friend!! Prior to the meeting they called and did a short questionnaire and asked some questions and got to know me! Stevie allowed me to come out and look to get a feel of what I like. I cannot believe how comfortable I was trying on dresses. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!

Oh gosh, where to begin! The girl that worked with us was so great! The dresses were all so beautiful and the second one I tried on was the one! Can’t wait to get it in!

My quality of service was amazing I went to the one in Eau Claire and worked with Stevie , I had a bunch of dresses picked out apon arrival based off of an amazing questionnaire. Two were in the suite making you feel like the spot light and support was completely on me. And having the excitement and support from an amazing lady I just met giving all the good tips, tricks, and honest opinions! I had such an amazing experience and said yes to my dress!

This was everything and more! I was so nervous to go wedding dress shopping because I thought I would be in a big room full of other women and the focus wouldn’t be one me but that was the opposite of what happened!!! I had my own room and on top of that before I got there they asked me for pictures of things I liked!!! Keagen (the assistant helping me) had dresses already picked out based on what I sent her, they where so amazing each one was exactly what I wanted and within six or so dresses I found the ONE! Keagen was so helped so encouraging and was really there for me! This was everything I could of asked for and more, highly recommend this bridal store and Keagen as well❤️

Katie was absolutely the best at assisting my daughter in finding her perfect dress. My daughter met Katie at a wedding she attended and Katie was the Maid of Honor. My daughter had had a bad experience in Appelton, just the day before and Katie told her she would take care of her, and she did!

Charlotte’s Bridal was a DREAM!!! It was the first place I tried on dresses and the last! Katie my consultant was AMAZING! She made everything so enjoyable! You could how much she truly loved her job which made a huge impact on my visit. She took the time to understand my vision and picked out the most perfect dresses! Recently shopped for my dress at Charlotte's and had the most wonderful experience. Katrina was bubbly, kind, and knowledgeable. She made the experience fun and comfortable. Leading up to the appointment the staff ensure they knew my vision and I was welcomed that day with an array of gowns to try. The store was clean, bright, beautiful and well organized. Huge shout out to Charlotte's for making my dress finding experience perfect.

THE BEST PLACE EVER! The staff is so very helpful and sweet! They take the time to get to know you as the bride and make any appointments very easy going! I would recommend not only for the bride but for the groom and groomsmen as well!

I purchased my wedding dress in August 2022 with Meagan as my bridal consultant. I received top notch and enthusiastic customer service which made me feel so special!
