rdinating package, she still does so much more that only help you on the day of! She makes sure to stay in contact the entire time and sets up meetings throughout. Our big day would not have gone as smooth as it did if we didn’t hire Hannah! She kept us on track and did our complete setup and tear down! It was such a relief to have someone handle all of that on the morning of, to allow us the time to relax and enjoy ourselves! She has a fun bubbly personality that can get along with anyone while still being professional. We highly recommend using her for your event planning!!

a chance to try all of our food even while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. Hannah made sure that set up and tear down were smooth and managed all the vendors. ways calmed me down when I felt overwhelmed. On the wedding day, she and her assistant handled everything from picking up flowers to setting up and taking down the venue, which let me and my family just enjoy the day. She kept the whole event running smoothly and guided me through each part of the night with ease. On top of being amazing at her job, Hannah is bubbly, positive, and feels like an instant friend. I would recommend her a thousand times over to anyone who wants a truly stress free wedding.

st detail. As someone who loves to put little details into everything I do, Hannah made sure that they got to shine. Even when I arrived with partially finished projects and had to make last minute changes, I was not judged or rushed, but uplifted and told that everything would be ok! And it was! She helped organize friends and family that came along to set up and if something was needed or missing, the issue was resolved immediately. She even had lash glue when my lashes were trying to make a run for it after all the emotional moments had me in (happy!) tears. Because of her I was able to fully enjoy the whole year of planning, all the family and friends who drove hours and took flights to be with us & most importantly, getting married to the love of my life. She will always have a place in our hearts as the wedding fairy godmother. Out of all the investments made for our wedding, we can easily and enthusiastically say this was the best one. My husband and I will forever be grateful, and in true to ourselves fashion, will mention her every time we get a chance. ✨

The night of reception it instantly started down pouring, and Hannah instructed everyone where to go and where to set up inside. r everything happening and was a good sounding board for all my ideas and questions. Our day of timeline was tight & a little chaotic and she made sure everything was where it needed to be, even running home to make table numbers for us after our original ones couldn’t be found. It took a lot of the stress and pressure off having her there to manage all the little details, set up and take things down and I’m so glad we hired her as our month of coordinator!
