The service was absolutely amazing! My consultant was extremely sweet and was there to look after what I wanted! I am beyond excited to wear my dress and super pleased with this shop!

Jennah did an AMAZING job helping us fund my dream dress! Her sweet personality and calming voice was exactly what I needed during this big decision making process! Whenever she was there to assist me, the rest of the staff was super sweet and did a great job! To add to the great service, their dresses are beautiful! I went to 8 bridal shops around Atlanta before coming here (if I’m being honest I thought they would have more prom then bridal so I wasn’t expecting to find anything) but when I left the store late that night, I had already found 10 dresses I loved at this location ALONE! To add to it, their prices are 100X better then any other bridal salon in Atlanta! In addition to my wedding dress we also rented our suits from here. Due to COVID we had an issue with our previous suit company so we had to do a quick switch over to charme and they we quick to help in every way possible! Overall, they do amazing work here so you will not disappointed!

Although Charme Bridal and Prom was not on my initial list of places to look for my dress, I am so glad I purchased my dress from them! Started by looking at lots of Atlanta Boutiques and Specialty stores, however none offered the high quality at the price point Charme did! Purchased my dress as part of a trunk show and received a small discount (every penny counts when you're planning a wedding on a budget!). Wonderful, in house seamstress! Made buying and picking up my dress incredibly easy! Would recommend!

After going to 4 bridal stores and trying on nearly 40 dresses, I didn't think I would ever find the one. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by my consultant Michelle and helped immediately. She was very accomadating because more of my family came than I had previously expected (4 versus 1 like I had told them). I had tried on a dress at a different shop that I fell in love with but wasn't ready to say yes to yet. I showed her a picture of it and she immediately knew what it was and told me they had it. Sure enough, she comes back with the dress in her hand. She pulled a couple of dresses just based on what I had already picked out for myself and everything was beautiful. When I tried on the dress again that I had previously tried on, I knew it was the one. Michelle brought me out to the big mirror, put a veil on me, and everyone was in tears. However, she never once rushed me to make a decision and wanted to be 1000% sure I knew it was the one. I could not be happier with my decision and I will definitely be recommending Charme Bridal and Michelle to everyone I know. Thank you.

Charme Bridal went above and beyond to ensure that there was a sample of the gown I wanted in their store for my appointment. They were able to get a sample from the designers loaner program for a small fee that went towards the purchase of my dress. This particular designer is only available at 2 locations in Georgia. Charme completely met my expectations and made sure I had an enjoyable experience. My consultant was Vicki and she was WONDERFUL! I ended up purchasing my gown, belt, and veil and I could not be more satisfied with my appointment at Charme! They really made the process seamless and totally worth the LONG drive to get there!

So far, they are very nice and respectful. They don't push and they listen to what you want. I swear that they can read minds!

Charme was the first bridal shop I went to because of the reviews I'd read here. I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged. I had to find someone and ask them for help (I'd made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and my appointment was the first of the day). The attendant didn't ask what types of dresses I was interested in - she just told me to go pick dresses I wanted to try. They were not consultants by any means and did not help me in anyway. Needless to say, I left there empty handed, extremely upset, and my enthusiasm for finding the perfect dress was gone.

Such a great place! I can not recommend it enough. They were so patient with me and let me take my time and were so sweet and gracious. I am a very indecivise bride and they let me try on the same two dresses over and over while I made my decision and didn’t get annoyed or flustered. Amy in particular was amazing and made the whole process so fun and enjoyable.

Amy and the rest of the Charme staff were absolutely wonderful! They were so welcoming, helped me narrow down my choices, and were very supportive. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we loved working with them!

I FINALLY found my wedding dress at Charme after a long day of shopping. I was getting so discouraged and almost didn't go to Charme since it was my last appointment of the day. My consultant was really helpful and let me pick out lots of dresses. They had a trunk show of Maggie Sottero dresses, so I got a really good deal on my dress as well. They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses with great designers, and a large clearance section as well. I absolutely loved it, but the only negative thing I would mention is that it is definitely not the small, elegant boutique feel. After I ordered my dress, they were very timely in letting me know when my dress came in and helping to make sure I got everything I needed. They also helped one of my bridesmaids find her perfect dress that fit my color scheme.

I had such a wonderful time shopping at Charme Bridal. My assistant was Tori, and she was a dream to work with. I tried on a few styles and I couldn't really find anything that was unique. Tori listened to me throughout the appointment, and later, she pulled out something she thought I would like. It ended being my dress!! I'm so excited, and I'm so thankful for her willingness to step out, and also how kindly she treated me and my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

I got my bridal gown as well as 5 bridesmaids dresses here and everyone at Charme was so great! They have a wonderful selection of dresses and they were able to work with me and my bridesmaids since only one of them technically lived in town. Maggie, the seamstress, is so great!!

Charme was the first bridal shop I went to and it was an amazing experience. Vicki was great and I highly recommend you see her if you can! She was so sweet and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. I wouldn't have found my dress without her help! I went to another shop after and had a terrible experience so I knew I wanted to go back to Charme and purchase my dress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The day I bought my dress was amazing. I pulled it off the rack and knew that was it, and it was! Right color, right size. However, not great from there. It took three times of ordering my veil to get it right. Hardly any apology and I had to pay more because the salesperson wrote it down wrong. I opted to have my dress altered else where because I felt like something would go wrong. All was well in the end.

I was so incredibly disappointed in my experience here. The staff was so rude and unhelpful. Two separate employees made different comments about how they didn't like a dress I was considering and even though I told them I the exact style I wanted they kept pushing to me purchase a dress that was not at all a design I liked. The lady we worked with rolled her eyes at me multiple times and kept checking her watch which was so rude. I actually found my perfect dress here but refuse to purchase it from this location because I do not want to give my business to such a terrible store. I went on a search to find the same dress and actually found another bridal shop (Affordable Bridal) that carried the same dress for $300 less.

I loved the experience and the service here. Friendly staff. Ended up purchasing my dress from here. Loved. Only negative was that they don't allow pictures. I liked comparing the visual side by side to see myself in each dress next to each other.

I am going to start off by saying that I think this is an extraordinary business. I had nothing but stellar experiences everytime I came. I bought my wedding dress from Charme back in January. I received great service and my consultant really worked with me when finding my dress. Once I purchased my dress the level of customer service I received remained the same. I did alterations with Charme and my dress came out looking better than I could even imagine. Also, my bridesmaids, my mother and my now mother in law bought there dresses and did alterations here and they were all beyond pleased. My groomsmen also rented their tuxes here! Charme is a "one-stop-shop" for any of your wedding attire. I couldn't be more pleased to have been a Charme customer.

The shop itself is ok in a strip mall outside the perimeter, so I felt their prices wouldn't be as high as an in town store. The girl who helped me pick out my dress was cute as a button and I loved working with her. It wasn't until I went to pick up the dress after it arrived that I was disappointed. I called and made an appointment to pick up the dress after work one evening. When I was almost there I got a call from someone at the store saying they weren't sure I would be able to pick up the dress that evening or not. I said well I'm already on my way so I would like to try to get it tonight and she sounded a little perturbed but said it was fine if I came. I chalked it up to the fact that they must be busy and had overbooked. Well I arrive at the shop at my appointment time and there wasn't a soul in there except for the workers. It took me about 5 minutes to try on my dress and get it back on the hanger and leave with it so I'm not sure why they didn't want me to come that particular evening. Maybe they were trying to close up early. Anyhow, the whole situation kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, but if I could have worked with the young lady who helped me pick out the dress when I went to pick it up then it would have been a better experience. It was the older staff women who weren't as friendly.

I had such a great experience finding my wedding dress at Charme. Originally I wanted to check out a few places before making a final decision but Whitney did a fantastic job helping me pick out dresses that she thought I would like and that would look amazing on me. I can't thank her enough for helping me Say Yes to the Dress and saving so much time searching elsewhere!!! Not to mention she helped me find a dress that was $1099 but looked like it cost WAY MORE!! I felt like an absolute princess in my dress. Another plus is that since it's in Buford the sales tax is only 6% rather than the 8% you would pay at many of the popular bridal shops in Atlanta. Every bit helps!

They had a smaller selection of dresses than some bridal shops but they have a lot of extras that make it worth your time.

I shopped at many different shoppes for my bridal gown, but none were as helpful and kind as charme bridal! The sales lady even called me the day after my visit to let me know that they found the perfect dress for me- it ended up being my dream dress! She had actually listened to my requests and knew exactly what I wanted! The fitting process was also seamless! The seamstress was such a professional. I would highly recommend charme bridal to anyone!

I had never imagined what kind of dress I would wear the amazing ladies at Charme made it so much fun and easy to find my perfect dress. I was a huge help to know they really wanted to help me feel beautiful. Thank you ladies for everything!

I have to say I was very surprised to find my dress in a small dress shop like Charme. I was VERY pleased with the girl who helped me find my dress. She was very easy to talk to about what I liked and what I didn't, and was overall very helpful. My biggest complaint was the alterations situation. I didn't love that they only had a woman that they hire out to do alterations in the shop. I don't know if this is common or not, but it would have been nicer if they had an on-site full-time alterations person. I say this for 2 reasons. First, the alterations person was NOT there when I picked up my dress so I had to guess on which parts would be best to be altered. Second, when I got a confirmation call (the first time) that's simply all that is was: a confirmation. For second confirmation (same day, someone never wrote down that I confirmed so it was otherwise annoying that they called twice within hours to confirm) the woman told me that I would have to pay cash or check UPFRONT for alterations. Not a big deal, but I was never told until that time. It was just frustrating that I scheduled the appointment and wasn't told until they confirmed my appt. TWICE for them to tell me this. With that said, though, I was happy with my dress and all my alterations.

The staff at Charme Bridal is wonderful! I bought my wedding dress from Charme and every experience I had with them was enjoyable.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Charme. My personal bridal consultant was fantastic. There were a few communication issues with the staff where appointments were mixed up, but other than that everything was handled well.

Charme has beautiful dresses - for both the bride and bridesmaids. Jenia and her employees make you feel so special while trying on dresses and really help you find the perfect dress. I loved my dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses!

I am not sure where to start. First as mother of the bride I ordered a dress with the sample size I tried on being the same size as the dress I ordered, but it did not fit anything like the sample. It was much larger and would have required extensive alterations so I just purchased another dress at another store. The owner was unwilling to do anything to make it right and said she thought I had lost weight, which I had not. The nightmare continued with the bridesmaid dresses alterations. The bra cups were put in incorrectly and had to all be moved. The quality of the work was awful with the hems being uneven and showing through the fabric. Keep in mind that the store is not responsible for any alterations that are done because they contract out all of their work. We were refunded money for some of the alterations that we had to have redone in other states as the bridesmaides were not from this area. At this point we would have gotten the tuxes from another location but they already had our deposits that were nonrefundable. This went fairly well but a few of the pants were not the right length. I would have nothing altered at this store and even if you get a dress that is reasonably priced the alterations required wil cost as much as the dress. You almost feel like it is a set up. I feel very strongly that in the end the store should be responsible for alterations that are done by person that they recommend.

Charme is great with wedding dresses! I stumbled upon the wedding gown designer that I loved at Charme. From day one they were very helpful and provided exceptional service. Everytime I walked in I knewI would be taken care of!

Everyone was so nice and accomodating, and I LOVED my dress!!!

Charme Bridal turned to be a one stop location for all. We bought my dress, my bridesmaids dress, and the alterations there. The ladies there are very personable and the customer service was great as well. From the moment I came in, they treated me as if I was the only customer. They just recently moved into a larger location with separate spaces for prom and bridal making even more of a focus on the bridal part. I recommend this shop to anyone!

Horrible experience!! I thought I got everything I wanted in a dress, but was extremely upset with the final product. I tried on a dress and needed to order a different size. The lady took my measurements and ordered what I thought was going to fit well. When it came in it did NOT fit at all! She said it needed to be altered, but even a seamstress said the dress was too far beyond altering. Needless to say she wouldn't let me exchange it or give me my money back. The dress was going to have to be completely re-made. So, I went somewhere else. If I could give this 0 stars, I would!

Its a small store but I found my dress, shoes, veil, and comb there. The service makes up for the size of the store

They have such a HUGE selection of bridal gowns and everything else to go with them! I bought EVERYTHING here! My dress was less that $1000 and it looked to be way more than that it was breathtaking it had a ton of beadwork and a lot of detail about the dress! They also had a huge selection of shoes, that you can get died ANY color you want I also got my shoes here! The bridesmaids dress selection there is second to none! Any the price wasn't bad either less than $130 and they give you 10% off bridesmaid dresses if you bought your wedding dress there! great deal for your girls! And they also had tux rentals!!! Seriously it was a one stop shop!! They had the best tux prices in town and believe me I shopped around!! I just love their service too! They treat you like your apart of your family!! They get excited when you get excited and tear up when you do! They are great and truly made dress shopping an ease! They also have all the hair pieces and vales you could ever want to choose from! They are a 10 out of 10 in my book!!

This little boutique was excellent. They gave you a one on one consultant. Everything was very timely and the gown being pressed was part of the price. Not to mention that I got my DREAM GOWN for a very reasonable price. I was VERY pleased with my decision to purchase my dress here.

Charme bridal was so easy to work with and the women that worked there were the sweetest. I loved my dress and even more I loved the price. They are a smaller shop, but very intimate, which is what I loved. They were extremely prompt on getting my alterations done and I never had to re-do anything. Highly recommend going to take a look at Charme

I really enjoyed shopping and hunting for my dress at Charme. The only thing was, I wish they were bigger with two mirror podiums to get the full look of your gown. Many times I had to wait a good bit to get a chance to stand on the podium and check out my dress on me! Then I felt rushed off! I loved the staff there. I just think they need to make it bigger please.

Perfect dress and great ladies to work with

I went to Charme to find my perfect dress, after purchasing two dresses at a sample sale and being unhappy with both. Everyone at Charme was so pleasant. They worked with me to understand what I was looking for and listened to everything I said. Mary (who does alterations) is the most resonable, fantastic seamstress I have ever worked with. She is definitely a bonus to work with when you shop at Charme. I would recommend them with absolutely no reservations, they are truly a fantastic group of ladies!

I had tried on sooo many dress, and been to so many various stores. Finally, I found a dress in a magazine that I liked and turns out it was going to be in 2 different stores around Atlanta for some trunk shows! It was the perfect dress and I loved the service, they allowed me to pay half down and the rest in chunks so I had it paid off by the time it came in!!

I LOVE Charme! I had a great experience as a bridesmaid and knew I wanted to look there for my dress when it was my turn to be the bride. I love that it is a very quaint, upper-scale boutique style bridal store, yet extremely reasonable. I found a GORGEOUS dress for under $1,000 and was able to purchase all of my accessories there as well; including my veil, earrings, headband, and hot pink shoes! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and make dress shopping a personal experience. In fact, Lisa picked out my wedding dress for me (one that I never thought would work, but fell in LOVE with when I put it on). They are definitely there to accomodate you (but you need to make an appointment). They were even welcoming to my very large family and handled the dresses for my 8 bridesmaids. My only suggestion is that I would NOT use their seamstress. :( Find your own. Other than that, great store and an exceptional experience.

Charme was the perfect place to find my dress. They carried a selection of dresses that not many other places carry. I loved my dress. Jenae and Lisa were wonderful to work with. I would not recommend them for alterations. They pushed the alterations right up to the wedding date, and then they were not right. Several bridesmaids paid twice for alterations and they still were not right. Every time something had to be fixed on the alterations, it was another charge. It was not the added stress needed for an already stressful situation!

Loved Lisa! She listened to your likes and dislikes and pulls dresses you would never have thought would work, BUT they work! Great overall customer service too!

I had been wedding dress shopping all day and was struggling to find what I wanted within my price range. My sister purchased her dress there, so I was familiar with the store. Walked in without an appointment and they were able to work me in. They had a very big selection of styles and a very wide range of prices as well. I had 3 people helping me. I felt like center of attention. I found my perfect dress. What was even more perfect about it was the price $450. Since they are so very careful with their dresses and helping the bride try on dresses, I was able to purchase the dress off the rack. I had minimal alternations done. They were done with their seamstress. They steamed the dress. I also purchased my veil and tiara there as well. It was a wonderful experience. I was treated with respect and like I was the only one there. They listened to what I wanted and scouted out dresses to fit those needs, unlike some other larger stores I had been to.

I did not have an appointment when I went to this store but there was not a single customer in sight. The staff acted very stuck up and as if I was an inconvience to them. I wanted to try on a dress that was in the front window so the girl got it down and there was a spider on it. She said it would be ok and handed me the dress anyway. I found a dress there that was stunning but I did not purchase it simply because of how rude the staff was.

I searched all over Atlanta for what I wanted and the price I could afford, which is not what was on the tv show! I had less than a 1000 to spend and was very paticular about what I wanted. They had the exact dress and veil for cheaper than everywhere else. They were very friendly and quick on the ball about it. The only downside is they do take the designer labels off so you can not shop around, but I figured it out eventually and they were still the better price anyway. It is bad for a store to take the labels off...says they are hiding something. But I was extremely happy with the dress and the alterations done. The veil was to die for perfect and also cheaper here than anywhere else. The staff was mostly friendly and worked with us because my mom paid for it but was in another state. They were great overall.

The staff we very personable. The was a large selection. Everything was there so we didnt have to go to many places(i.e shoes viel jewelry tiara and we didnt use them but tuxes also).;LOVED THEM!
