The BVI exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment my husband and I met Madison and toured the Grand Charolais room at the BVI we knew this was where we going to get married. Madison from start to finish made the planning process as easy as could be, down to every last detail and my many emails. I cannot say enough about how she put me at such ease during the planning process that I knew our day would be nothing short of PERFECT, and it was! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and it was all because of the amazing staff at the BVI. Madison and her staff (Nicole- our day of coordinator and Gillian- our bridal attendant) ensured that no detail went unnoticed. From setting up our ceremony and reception décor exactly how I envisioned, to the amazing and food and endless care, attention, and support for us on our special day. I thank you all so much for making this day the most amazing day of our lives. Additionally, we utilized the spa services on site the day prior, stayed in the Bridal Suite for the weekend and had out rehearsal dinner in The Governor's Room of The Tavern Restaurant. The hotel, spa, restaurant and grounds are absolutely beautiful, we cannot be happier!!

Charolais Room at The Grand is a wedding venue in Bedford, NH. Located inside the Grand Boutique Hotel, this ballroom offers an intimate, well-lit space for couples to exchange their vows. The onsite team will work to give you and your entourage a relaxing, luxurious experience during your wedding weekend. From their upscale cuisine to their in-house spa services, your special day will certainly be one to remember. First established in 2016, the Charolais Room at The Grand adorns a minimalist, elegant atmosphere. Their indoor ballroom boasts natural wood details and a neutral color scheme, to easily match any soon-to-be-weds design theme. Ideal for couples that want a more intimate venue space, the Charolais Room can host up to 80 people around the dance floor. Vintage-style chandeliers hang from the ceiling, covering celebrations in a warm, welcoming glow. Its doors open to a spacious terrace, where couples can enjoy their cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the fresh air. You will be welcome to place your ceremony altar or head table in front of the grand stone fireplace for a rustic touch. Couples that prefer an outdoor ceremony will use the Grand Gardens. The emerald green lawns, white fence details, and vibrant seasonal blooms surround the space for a peaceful setting. The Gardens also feature eye-catching stone decor, with a dainty bridge and trickling waterfall, as a photo-ready backdrop. You will have an array of wedding packages to choose from, each specially curated to match your vision. The onsite catering staff customizes each couple’s menu to accommodate their favorite dishes and dietary restrictions. The hotel’s various servers and bartenders will be present on your special day, to accommodate you and your guests’ needs throughout the night.

he food was delicious and plenty of it. The staff are INCREDIBLE. Our coordinator, Olivia, is the best. She is kind, responsive, and helpful. She heard all of our asks and made them come to life. She has an amazing eye for decor and added lovely touches. She’s incredibly organized and we did not have to worry about a single thing with her as our coordinator. Gillian, our bridal attendant, was awesome. She always made sure we had everything we needed. She took care of us and we were never thirsty or hungry all night. Nicole was our day of coordinator, and met all of our needs. She was super helpful with managing in-the-moment tasks and taking care of us. It was truly the best day of our life and the venue/staff helped make the day even more special. Highly recommend this venue!

ented event coordinator, Melissa. She made sure that our vision was captured beautifully for all parts of our special day. Her input was extremely valuable and we were so grateful for her expertise and guidance in planning everything from the table linens, to which flowers would match perfectly, to the cake and even the layout of the room. The Charolais Room was the perfect size for our guest list, and the layout of the room was exactly what we had hoped for. Our guests enjoyed the fact that there were indoor and outdoor options during the cocktail hour, and throughout the night. Although we did have some rain on our wedding day, we were able to hold the ceremony indoors, with the gorgeous fireplace as our backdrop. The staff did an unbelievable job turning the room over as quickly as possible for our reception to begin! Our guests raved about the seamless transition and we couldn't have been more pleased with how smoothly everything was executed. The food was absolutely incredible. From the stationary selections, to the passed selections, to the salads and main courses, everything was timely and delicious. If you are looking for a venue with top-notch food selections, look no further. All in all, we couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you so much to everyone at the Bedford Village Inn who was a part of our special day. We appreciate it all so very much, and are looking forward to returning to The Grand this coming August for our First Anniversary dinner!
