We rented a tent from Chase Canopy for our wedding, and the experience was nothing short of perfect! We worked directly with Eric at their Mattapoisett showroom, and he w...
as an absolute dream to collaborate with. Every meeting with him was something to look forward to—he’s witty, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to work with.
Eric made sure we chose the perfect tent for our 220 guests, and he helped plan the layout down to the last detail, offering his expertise at every turn. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us.
The tent was set up well in advance, and the team worked seamlessly with our other vendors. When it all came together, the tent was absolutely beautiful and provided a magical setting for our celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Ben and his team at Chase make everything easy. He is so accommodating and even allowed us to add a few extra cocktail tables days before the event. We cannot recommend Chase Cano...

eam were champions for erecting the tent on the sand in the middle of a storm in order to not delay the other vendors' setup. We had a small mishap with our generator and DJ the day of but it was quickly fixed by the attendant. Would highly recommend!
Chase Canopy was absolutely wonderful to work with for my wedding! I highly recommend them for your wedding day. They were prompt and efficient, and the tent and lighting were beau...

We hired Chase for our 2020 turned 2021 wedding for our tent and rentals. The team was super responsive, fairly priced, kind, and flexible with our many changes throughout our 3 ye...
ar engagement. The set-up crew was super professional and helpful. I am so happy we went with Chase.
Working with Chase is a real pleasure. COVID forced us to replan our wedding four times and with each change in guest count or date, Eric from Chase was right there with a floor pl...
an that reflected the new situation. Despite our guest count dropping from 175 to 35, not once did Chase try to hold us to or even mention our original contract. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us in such a challenging environment turned what could have been an extremely stressful experience into a painless one.
We also really appreciated the experience and professionalism of Eric and the team at Chase. From selecting linens to picking a location for the tent, everyone at Chase did a great job of using their experience to help guide us, while also respecting our wants and tastes.
To sum it up, Chase went out of their way to make sure we had a great wedding, to the point that an employee drove 30 minutes out of their way to drop off a few power cord covers that had accidentally been left off the delivery truck. We can’t thank the team at Chase enough for all their help and highly recommend them.
Chase Rentals' staff was great to work. They handled all the details and the tent and other items I rented looked amazing.
Our tents from Chase were beautiful! We had a sailcloth and a clear top Navi. Both looked perfect for our wedding! We also added the onion lanterns, they add that perfect touch on...
the sailcloth! Leah and heather were great to work with. The delivery crew was great and arrived early! Happy we used Chase!
Chase is a wonderful vendor. They were very organized, easily reachable by phone AND email, responded quickly--always, were friendly, and went above the minimum. For example, they ...
installed our tents two days before the wedding, but returned on the day itself to make sure everything looked perfect. It was an absolute pleasure working with them! *Tip: Table and chair set-up must be requested and is an additional charge beyond the delivery fee.
We got married at the New Bedford Whaling Museum. We had to rent all flatware and chairs etc. Chase is family owned and has been in the industry for years. They are affordable a...

they offer the lowest price for chair rentals i could find in the area and were very helpful with answering questions and making changes to the contract. great company
Dealing with and organizing the rental of chairs for my beach wedding was easy with Chase Canopy. They were priced a bit less than other rental companies in the area. But I had p...
aid extra for them to set up the chairs on the beach and to break them down after the ceremony. I received a phone call 20 minutes before the ceremony was to start from the grooms parents saying the chairs hadn't arrived yet. By the time I arrived at 5:00 they were there but I was told later that my groomsmen and guests set up the chairs.
the truck to pick up the chairs arrived 30 minutes late and one of my guests stayed back to make sure the chairs were picked up. my grooms men folded up the chairs and carried them off the beach to be picked up.
After I returned from my honeymoon I called Chase Canopy and was told the owner would call me back. I never received a call back. There was never even an apology for the chairs arriving late and my guests having to set them up.
We used Chase for our tent and all the rentals, including some catering equipment for our caterer. They were great, my only complaint is that they misquoted me the first time, and ...
then ended up having to charge me a lot more. Our wedding was on an island with some ferry travel, so we were expecting everything to cost more because of the travel, but it ended up costing way more just because it was on the island, not including the travel. Everything looked great once it was set up, and all the rentals were high quality, I am just still struggling with the fact that all the stuff we rented cost as much as it did, but perhaps that's an issue with any rental company!
i got a tent last minute for my outdoor wedding. they provided a beautiful white tent. delivered it early and exactly where i asked. reasonably priced, as well.
When we arrived to Sea Crest, the tent was already set up, sturdy, and ready to go. We wanted the tent in case of bad weather, and since we had rain on and off the day-of (that’s g...
ood luck right?!), we had the entire ceremony under the tent and it looked beautiful. It also held up in the rain and wind since they set it up perfectly. If we didn’t have Chase Canopy the day of our wedding, we wouldn’t have been able to have the outdoor, oceanfront ceremony of our dreams.
We rented tables, chairs, linens, and a cook tent setup from Chase. At my first meeting, they had revamped all of their rentals and we had first pick from the new stock and showro...
