Chateau Crystale

I found this location during their invite for an open house. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED! This place is highly overrated! Lissette the coordinator is ALWAYS late for appointments, that's big for me because I live 45 mins away. One hour wedding rehearsals only on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. That's something to consider if you have a wedding party with out of town participants. And they will not break or bend to accommodate. They don't provide basic linen colors like grey and royal blue!!! Now the wedding...there was a party in the next room so loud that my guest could barely hear our ceremony. And last, the food was very good until....one of my guest brought a ROACH to me that was found in her bread!!! As a result my ceremony and reception was a big waste of time and money that I could never get back. The staff never apologized or tried to accommodate even though I sat in their office during my wedding in my dress crying from the embarrassment. I was told that mistakes happen and the blame was placed on Cisco, the company who makes the bread. When I tried explaining that the bread was sliced open and baked at THEIR facility I was told I would have to speak with a manager. It is one month later and still no word from the manager.

My husband and I were wed at this beautiful venue in early November. The staff is more than helpful and the food is delicious. The venue, after its recent renovation, had a very elegant and romantic ambiance. The chandeliers are to die for, and paired with up-lighting, give off a very rich color scheme. If you are looking for a stress and worry free venue, this is your place!!!

The place was amazing, the food was amazing,the service was amazing. My only complaint was that there was a mariach band playing in the bigger room and it was so loud at times we struggled to hear our officiant.I don't understand why they would allow that type of band to play when they hosting two events!!! That was very disappointing.

I was so pleased with this venue. They worked with us every step of the way. They used what we brought in a way that was better than i could have imagined. The wait staff was so on top of things and made sure all of our guest were happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I picked this venue because it was beautiful, spacious, and in my price range. But those that manage this place are frustrating to work with. Communication is not a strong suit for this venue, so I was scared they would get everything wrong the day of. But when the time came everything was perfect! Great service, beautiful set up, and I was treated like a princess. Overall I would recommend this place, but make sure to keep emails and paperwork on everything so you have proof of what you agreed upon.

The location was great. The venue was nice, the floor captain and servers were perfect. However, the decorations were terrible! We had to get decorations from an outside vendor which made the price of the venue less appealing. They did not show us the decorations until we had already signed a contract so it was too late to change.

Everything was beautiful. Excellent service.

I used this venue for my reception, it's main ballroom is big and grand seating btw 200-500 people. It has beautiful chandlers & a big dance floor which worked out perfectly for my wedding guests. We did a buffet dinner, everyone loved the food & we recieved many compliments on it. We also added up lights that helped complete our atmoshpere. Lizette helped us coordinate everything and she was very helpful.

I enjoy the staff at Chateau Crystale were very charming and attentive.They catered to the everyone and especially to myself and Husband, I would recommened this vendor to anyone that doesn't have money to burn. The food was great and the all inclusive price was the best in town and the staff works with you all the until your special day. I would recommend to ask for Lizzette she was awesome!!!

i recently got married on Oct. 1, 2011 and i had a 350 guest event. Let me start off by saying that getting the paper work, and planning was all great. Lizette, which was the one who helped me out was great and real nice. The day of the wedding went some what well. First, the coordinator and the DJ had no idea what was going on. One wanted to start the toast, while the other wanted to start the first dance and so on. it took them forever to figure everthing out. Well, after the party was over i started to hear and noticed many things that i didnt catch the day of. 1) the vases i asked to borrow were filthy, they looked like they were used from a previous party and werent cleaned out.They had beads on the base that i had not asked for,which were blue and clear beads. (not even the color of my theme) The arrangement werent filled with water so all of my flowers were dying by the time the party started. 2) my aunt who was there to prepare some of the decor noticed a couple of the workers steal some of the liquor wich was provided by the groom. 3) at the time of the party many guest had some issues with the waitstaff. many did not bring food for the guest and said they were out. i ordered 300 regular plates and 50 kids plates. my mother in law had to walk to the kitchen and see for herself. she noticed many plates still stored in the back. until she said something they started bringing in more. also, many guest saw guys who worked at the valet parking outside with hidden plates for themselves. 4) when the party was ALMOST over, an hour till, the waitstaff started taking down all the vases and decorations while the party was still going. 5)the following day of the party my in laws went to pick a couple of coolers with beer and other alcoholic beverages they had left. turns out they had a cooler stashed in the back for them to keep. At the end of it this was a horrible experience with Chateau Crystale i really was expecting more from them.

We chose Chateau Crystale as our wedding venue for both ceremony and reception on 09/17/11 - Remington Room. Pros: The food was great, the decor was as we requested, we love the chandeliers and the way our ceremony chimney was set up, they were very prompt to us bride/groom meals/drinks/needs, they followed timeline almost to the minute, there was sufficient wait staff, A/C was perfect (I believe at 70 degrees) and always responded promptly to my questions in person, email or phone. They helped set up the alcohol we provided and assisted with the breakdown very quickly. Cons: Not as organized as we wanted when we needed meals to be served to late-arriving guests, were promised for 3 weeks straight that their remodeling of stage would be done before 09/17 but it wasn't and a white carpet was laid out instead of the wooden floor as promised. Consistency and honesty from the beginning would have been appreciated.

Great venue for brides who are on a tight budget but still want all the bells and whistels. The venue is very nice. The staff are very professional. Their base price includes just about everything..mine included my cake and champaign toast.

We had a large wedding reception at Chateau Crystale. The inside is wonderful and its a great value for your money. They were flexable with the options that we were allowed. We had wonderful reviews about the food and we were able to bring in our own alcohol, which saved us a ton of money! All and all I highly reccommend working with them!

Great place!

From planning the wedding to the actual event, Chateau Crystale exceeded all our expectations. The food was excellent, the service top notch and the venue looked amazing. The cost was very reasonable for everything they provided. I would definitely recommend this place to others. My husband and I even have a family member having their wedding reception here next year as well. Only good things to say about this place.

the place was beautiful and the food was great. the organization was not together and that made the flow of dinner horrible. we even labeled the alcohol for the toast and they gave everyone non-alcoholic which was oly for the non-alcoholics. you really need someone to supervise the reception to keep everyone in order.
