Had a great time trying on and selecting my dress at Che Bella! The owner is fantastic, as well as her staff. They are so kind, helpful, and provide wonderful insight. I can't wait to wear my dress!

I went to a couple different stores around the Twin Cities area before I came to Che Bella. While I had had positive experiences before, it did feel like everyone was trying to rush me into a decision. However, Che Bella was so wonderful and made me feel like a priority. I was the only one in the store at the time and felt like a princess. They had a selection of dresses I could not find at other stores, and it seemed like they really valued my input and vision. So happy to be a Che Bella Bride and could not recommend them more!

The dresses here are absolutely gorgeous and of such high quality. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home, but they also gave me the space I needed to think things over without feeling rushed or pressured. They knew exactly when to offer advice and when to step back, which made the whole process really enjoyable and stress-free.

Che Bella was very welcoming and considerate of my wants while also pulling a few options outside of my desires to try on as well! I felt very comfortable and excited about all the dresses, and said yes to the dress to my third try on! They also had accessories that helped me feel great in my choice, and I purchased a veil with the dress that made me feel beautiful! Would definitely suggest to anyone looking!

After 3 other appointments prior, they were willing to meet me where my emotions were and just listen. My friends shopped around and the stylist snuck some dresses into the fitting room herself. I had a dream dress in mind, but was unable to find it to try on anywhere in Minnesota. Che Bella requested the dress from the designer so I could try it on—and it was my dress! I had an amazing experience at Che Bella with Jennifer. I was having trouble deciding on a dress and wanted to stop in to try this dress on for the second time. Jennifer took us in with no appointment and made me feel so comfortable and not at all pressured. This environment ultimately led me to deciding on this dress that very day. It was the absolute perfect dress and I felt like it was made for me! I received endless compliments on it throughout the wedding day. Additionally, they have very reasonably priced dresses and I appreciated that we were able to stay within my budget. Highly recommend Che Bella to any bride!

I did really enjoy my appointment here. It’s a smaller shop and not as many options, but it had some good ones. Things seemed decently price. The staff was extremely friendly as well and overall I had a good time. Although I did not buy a dress from here, one of the dresses was in my top 3. My only thing is they didn’t have many plus size options. I’m a bridal 14 or 16 and they were squeezing me in. They could order in my size, but didn’t have any in stop for me to try. Definitely would recommend this place if you are early in your dress journey.

Che Bella has a great selection of dresses and all of the staff are so sweet and helpful! The shop itself is so cute and has a great ambience. I worked mostly with Christina and she was so attentive and pulled beautiful dresses that fit exactly what I was looking for. We were also able to look and pull dresses to try, which I really liked, but I ultimately went with the Pronovias Epico that she pulled. She gave great suggestions for accessories and showed how off the shoulder sleeves could be added, which I ended up doing. Her measurements were spot on and all I needed for alterations was a bustle and the added sleeves. I ended up going back to get my veil and had the same great experience as when I was looking at dresses. I can't recommend Che Bella enough!

I was referred to Che Bella by a friend of mine, and I’m so glad I chose to go there! They were an absolute joy to work with. They accompanied me and my three guests very well during my appointment. We appreciated the more intimate, not so busy, atmosphere that made the experience so much more enjoyable. The consultant listened to my feedback of what I was envisioning for my dress, and pulled accordingly! I loved my experience working with Che Bella, and would recommend them to anyone!

The thing that sold me on my dress and Che Bella was that Jennifer assured me we could "customize" a dress to exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the process was very disappointing and I would not recommend customizing a dress with them. The dress took 10 months to make (Jennifer originally stated it would be 4 months) and during that time, I was not able to get any updates from Jennifer - repeated phone calls and messages were never returned or passed off to sales associates without knowledge of the situation. When my dress did finally arrive, it was pretty, but it was not what I envisioned, which was so, so disappointing. Especially since by the time it arrived I didn't have time to find another dress. On top of that, because the dress wasn't what I expected, alterations ended up being 3x what Che Bella suggested they might be, even using one of their preferred alterations people. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you're going to try to customize your dress.

I had the best experience picking out my wedding dress at Che Bella! I was lucky enough to work with the owner, Jennifer, who was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable as I tried on almost every dress in the store and came back for several follow up appointments when I couldn't make up my mind. I shopped at a few other main stores in the Twin Cities, but was so impressed with the wide variety of styles that Che Bella has, and being allowed to try on so many of them with restriction really helped me find the right dress. Jennifer's attentive service and incredible knowledge of the industry made my wedding dress shopping experience so fun and peaceful.

My first time trying on dresses was at Che Bella's sample sale. I knew going into it that since it was a sample sale that I wouldn't have the typical dress shopping experience. All the dress consultants were so incredibly helpful and worked so fast to get girls in and out of their dresses without making me feel rushed in anyway. I almost didn't try on the dress that I ended up purchasing but one of the consultants gave me a gentle nudge to try it on and I'm so glad that she did! I had a wonderful experience and I am so happy with my dress!

Jennifer is AMAZING. I visited multiple bridal shops in one weekend and Jennifer's 25 years of experience in the bridal gown industry was clearly evident. She was extremely knowledgeable and so incredibly nice to work with. I wish I could repeat the whole process again it was so much fun. Che Bella itself is warm and inviting and I instantly felt at ease when entering the shop as opposed to other places which felt go-go-go and stressful. At other shops I felt like I just had to get into as many dresses as possible but here at Che Bella I felt welcome to take my time and enjoy the experience and understand for certain if I felt comfortable in each dress. I highly highly recommend this shop.

I found my Pronovias gown at Che Bella in January 2020, receiving it in late July 2020 (given pandemic delays and ultimately wedding postponement to 2021). When dress shopping, I went with my Mom and myself, and we had the full attention of our sales associate. She was kind and attentive to the styles I liked, did not push, and took perfect measurements (only hemming was needed). Shopping was a wonderful experience! We picked up my gown in August 2020, masks and good precautions in place, equally as exciting and supportive. I was directed to Amy Jane Studio alterations by Che Bella, a one-woman wonder! I loved this store, their selection, and my experience finding a gown. They were respectful of my budget and I'd absolutely recommend them. For reference, this was the second shop we had gone to during dressing shopping. We started at BHLDN where we established which styles didn't work for me. We had another scheduled for after, though we cancelled the third appointment after success at Che Bella. Dress shopping took us all of 2.5 hours.

I had a great experience and bought my dress at Che Bella! They were so supportive, made me feel beautiful and helped me find the perfect dress! Only thing is they measured me wayyy too big (I didn’t lose weight) and I had a very hard time altering my dress, but it all turned out!

I was SO happy with my dress and my experience at Che Bella, especially after having some frustrating visits elsewhere. My stylist, Rebecca, really took what I was saying, put it all together, and pulled together the right dress for me with small suggestions of edits that turned it into my dream dress. All within my budget, too! The space itself is lovely, bright, and I didn't want to leave! I came back to buy my veil and hairpiece - again experiencing very helpful customer service. They gave me great recommendations for undergarments and small tips to keep in mind throughout the day. I definitely recommend!

Get your wedding dress here!! The salon is beautiful and the dresses are stunning. Becca helped me pick the perfect dress and was great at giving helpful feedback and pulling dresses that I wanted to try and that were out of my original vision (in a good way)! The experience at Che Bella was such a great one.

Che Bella was the very first salon I visited when shopping for my dress and they certainly made a lasting impression. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and really took an interest and listened to my likes/ style to help me find the perfect dress. They have beautiful dresses and I couldn’t be happier with my selection. My wedding day was everything I imagined and the dress was a huge part of setting the tone/ look for the day. I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Che Bella bridal. Leah was my stylist and she was so kind and receptive to my sense of humor as we shopped. The shop has beautiful natural light to asses your potential dresses in and it is full of kind employees that give the experience more of a family and community feel. While I haven’t said yes quite yet, I’m almost certain Leah found my dress. She listened to my vision and pulled many dresses that fit the perimeters I had described, but she was bold enough to pull something a little out of the box for me and it was PERFECT. The only reason I held off on buying was because I had an appointment at A&Be’ in an hour. The experience at that shop paled in comparison to the personalized, boutiquey experience I received at Che Bella! So happy I chose to shop there! :)

I had an amazing experience shopping with Nicole at Che Bella! She's so sweet and excellent to work with. She understood my style and was happy to flex with me. She was also flexible with my options and gave me the biggest (and much needed) hug when I said YES to the dress! The owner was also able to step in and provide additional guidance in terms of pricing, accessories, and most importantly alterations. I couldn't recommend Che Bella more for any bride to be!

I went to two bridal stores in the same vicinity on the same day. The experiences at both were vastly different. One place takes into account your input and then they select a few dresses for you to try. You can’t peruse freely. The other was Che Bella. Che Bella was a lot more relaxed and my friends and I really had the opportunity to look at all the dresses, pick and choose which ones I wanted to try, and the salesperson also brought some dresses for me to try. There was no pressure to ‘Hurry up’ or be limited on how many styles I would want to try. They even let me try on some dresses more than once, and there was never any pressure. I ultimately chose a dress that the salesperson had brought for me to try. I never would have found it if it wasn’t for her! For size ordering, she absolutely knew which size to get. I had minimal alterations for my dress, and if I hadn’t listened to her, I might have been in a different situation. It did take a very long time for my dress to arrive (nearly 8 months), but they squeezed me in to pick it up and try it on because they knew I was on a tight schedule. They do not have in-house alterations, and the people they recommended to me were either not available or not very responsive. Fortunately, I found someone else and the dress really required minimal alterations except a bustle.

Every bit of my experience with Che Bella was amazing. Their consultants were so helpful and thoughtful during my shopping trip - they were running a bit behind and were sure to check in with me, give me updates, and got me in as soon as they could. I was the last fitting of the day and the consultant even suggested some additional dresses even after I found "the one," rather than pushing me out the door. They even accommodated me trying "the one" on three times during that visit. They made every moment of the experience special (and also accommodated my large entourage). Once ordered, I was a little nervous about getting my dress in on a certain timeline as I don't live in the area, so I called a few times to check on the status of my dress. Each time they were understanding of my situation - even had it noted in their system - and assured me things were moving on schedule (my dress arrived with plenty of time for pickup and alterations). I got the same wonderful treatment during my pickup appointment. They did not rush me out and let me soak up every minute of trying on my dress. Would highly recommend Che Bella for wedding dress shopping! Also, I want to make a special note that the seamstress they recommended to me (Amy Jane Studio) is a total artist and I also could not recommend her more for alterations. She knows so much about the industry and is a total joy to work with!

I absolutely loved my experience at Che Bella! From buying the dress to pick up, it was such a breeze! I really liked that they take the time to find what the bride really wants. Right as we got there, my entire entourage of family and wedding party were pulling me left and right picking dresses and I was feeling very overwhelmed. The Che Bella staff took control of the situation and really made me feel like it was my decision on what dresses I wanted to try on. I fell in love with the first dress, but I wanted to explore my options at another store, so they even made me another appointment later that day, so I could come back if I wanted to try it on again since all of my family was from out of town! I’m so happy I decided to shop at Che Bella and I can’t thank the staff enough for always being so sweet and asking about our special day!

I was really disappointed with Che Bella. All of the dresses that I tried on were ripped and the consultants kept stepping on them while I was wearing the dresses. My consultant asked me the same exact questions as the girl next to me. The 5 dressing rooms were squeezed into a hallway and separated by curtains. The most disappointing thing was how ruined all of the dresses were. There was a decent variety of gowns, but I had a hole in the back of one of my dresses and a Hayley Paige dress that I had to hold up because the strap was broken. I heard good things about Che Bella and after going there, I don’t understand why people like this bridal salon.

Jennifer was extremely helpful in helping me to find the dress of my dreams! My sisters and I started the dress hunt at Che Bella, then went to 4 other shops, before I returned to Che Bella to get the dress I first tried on. They by far had the best and most informed staff of any of the places I went. Brides of France would be a close second. I would absolutely recommend Che Bella!

Che Bella was exceptional to work with! They worked with my vision and my budget to find me the absolutely perfect gown for my wedding. I worked with Becca, one of the consultants, and she had my back from the start. I ended up coming back a few times before officially deciding on "the one" and she was patient with my every single time and NEVER pushy (like some of the other places I looked *cough Posh cough*). My dress was a little late on arriving, but we had ordered it with plenty of extra time, so it wasn't a big deal. I had ordered extra buttons to be added onto my dress that didn't actually ship with the dress. Becca made sure I was updated on the status of the buttons at all times and she worked tirelessly with Pronovias to ensure my buttons arrived in time for me to get them added to my dress. She was incredible! I highly recommend Che Bella, they had great dresses at amazing prices, but their customer services went above and beyond any other bridal shop experience I had.

My consultant was absolutely terrific! She actually ended up pulling the dress that I chose and it was stunning! It was from a trunk show so it was 15% off the original cost which was nice - my consultant even had the designer do a split size for top and bottom so it would fit better and need less alterations which was great. Can't say enough good things about her and the dress I did pick. However, there were a few communication issues that made my whole experience not the best. I was told the dress would come in appx 6-8 months after ordering in July. When February rolled around, I hadn't heard from the salon yet so I called just to check in and see if they had an estimated date of arrival. The woman on the phone (not my original consultant) said they tried to call me to tell me the dress had arrived a few weeks prior. I didn't receive a single phone call or voicemail, I even called my carrier later to see if there was a reason I didn't receive the call. I asked them why they hadn't tried to contact me again, or try email even, but she had no answer. I moved on and asked them when I could come try it on and they said I needed to pay for the rest of the dress first (50% deposit required) before scheduling the appointment. I did that and scheduled the appt and picked up the dress about a week later. I wasn't sure if I was going to wear a veil yet at that point, but they said just to give them a call when I was ready to come in and try on a veil. They didn't tell me that they would need a month to create the veil so when I scheduled the accessory appointment they were going to have to do a rush order - which I was totally fine with. They said they would get in touch with the seamstress to see if she had the availability to do it and then would call me back that day or over the weekend. Again, I didn't receive a phone call at all even letting me know that she couldn't do the veil. So I ended up picking one up at another bridal salon and was happy with that. Overall, my dress was stunning, didn't need a ton of alterations and my consultant was great at the appointments. However, the other staff that I spoke to throughout the process to pickup and schedule accessories were not the best customer service reps in my opinion. They lacked communication in multiple areas so I felt let down by that and it definitely skewed my overall experience.

This was the first place I went when looking for a dress. My sister, aunt, and I all picked out a couple for me to try on. However, I wasn’t totally blown away by any of the selections. The girl helping me said “I think I know one you will like.” She brought this beautiful dress in that had everything I was looking for and when I put it on, I started crying with joy. That’s when I knew it was THE ONE. So not only do they have beautiful options (we chose 6 within 15 minutes), the ladies working are very present and knowledgeable about what each bride will love. When I went to pick up my dress, I fell in love with a veil that she chose as well. Definitely recommend ache Bella!!

I love the wedding dress I got, but it was definitely above what I wanted to pay. If you need to meet a specific budget, be clear that you do not want to try on dresses above that. My dress was damaged in shipping. That was not Che Bellas fault, but it was difficult dealing with it on my own.

WE LOVE BECCA! I had my first appointment yesterday and could not be happier with the service. From the moment we walked in, she was energetic and ready to help. She encouraged me to try on multiple styles and was quick to find a second option when I found a style I liked. There was no pressure to buy a dress the day of... and her advice was "if you can't stop thinking about this dress the next 48 hours, you know you found the one." Thank you, Che Bella, for an amazing experience!

This boutique is absolutely beautiful, but my experience there was underwhelming. The staff was standoffish and didn't offer any advice or helpful guidance throughout the process. Afterwards my camily said they thought the person helping us looked bored. Not the vibe you want for such a special occasion. Not as big of deal, but also some of the dresses I tried on had imperfections like broken or stretched out straps. That was little frustrating because I couldn't get the best idea of what the dress would actually look like.

Che Bella was FANTASTIC. It was the first dress shop I visited, and upon arrival I KNEW I could find something I loved. My consultant Becca was absolutely amazing. She was so in tune with my vision and helped me pick a variety of dresses that I loved. She was nothing but helpful. I felt no pressure to purchase my dress, but after sobbing my eyes out in a gorgeous dress, in their front salon, I knew I had found my dress. I ended up canceling the rest of my appointments for the day and could not be more thrilled with my pick. Thank you Che Bella for helping me SAY YES to the dress!

I was very excited that this was my first stop on my Wedding Dress hunt, but felt very underwhelmed by the lack of knowledge and customer service experience. The consultant I was working with really did not make any effort to offer options within budget and kept pushing a specific designer on me. Granted, the dress was gorgeous and looked very nice on- but I knew it wasn't the one. The best part was getting the seating in the front of the shop where the lighting was good.

Loved this boutique. Their customer service is flawless. I loved working with them. They were incredibly patient with me - I had my heart set on this one Kelly Faetenini gown that they’d just sold in a trunk show. They put me in a few other options and I just wasn’t feeling it. They contacted the seller and got the gown in the next week for me to try! I bought it that day. Then I called them pretty much every day in August to see when my gown would be coming in. They were patient with me, let me come into the shop to try it again when I was worried about if my sizing had changed. Love them.

My daughter and I visited 5 other bridal salons before finding her perfect dress at Che Bella! It is a beautiful shop with many beautiful selections. They host trunk shows where you can try dresses you wouldn't ordinarily find. Everyone at the shop took time with us and insured we were happy with the dress. Jennifer was especially helpful! Any bride should visit Che Bella before selecting a wedding dress!

I loved every bit of my experience at Che Bella. First, there is only few clients at one time in the boutique which makes you feel relaxed. There was a comfortable area for the people who were with me. I came in with the idea that an a-line dress would be the best for me. However, the lady helping me recommended that I tried a mermaid shaped gown, because in her opinion it would fit me better. I tried one and she was spot on. She listened to what I wanted and her advice was excellent. I would definitely recommend Che Bella!

I had an amazing dress experience at Che Bella back in January, but what really made them stand out was when there was a slight mix up with my veil and they went above and beyond to correct it. Outstanding customer service!

Beautiful selection of dresses available at the store. I went in with a specific dress in mind and ended up walking out with something completely different that I ended up loving even more. Ashley was the consultant that helped me out, she was open to all my ideas and pulled several dresses on her own that she thought would suit me best - one of which ended up being The One! The store is gorgeous and they communicated well with my throughout the process. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The staff was wonderful and I felt like them were as much invested in my wedding day as I was. They were very welcoming to my friends and family that came with and offered us champagne once we found the perfect dress! I would highly recommend looking for a wedding dress at Che Bella!
