Cheesehead Limousine

We were really happy with the service we got from Cheesehead. They were really easy to work with ahead of time, did a great job the day of, and were significantly more reasonable than other companies we had looked into for the same services. The bus we rented was not quite as fancy as others we had seen, but it was nearly half the price and was still well maintained.

Worst party bus expensive I have had. The driver showed up late, made me the bachlorette cry before the party started, kicked a girl off of the bus in the middle of a rural highway and when I called to provide the company feedback they did not take the feedback in high regards. I was so excited to be using a local shuttle company rather than a large business and we were EXTREMELY disappointed in the service. The shuttle radio didn't work and the lights kept randomly flickering. The driver wasn't very pleasant and thought we shorted him on his tip. I gave the driver more than 20% in cash.. So the owner felt it necessary to charge my card for what they felt the tip should be. After calling Jesse, he told me that I should reach out to my lawyer because they can charge whatever they feel the gratuity should be and the driver did "a lot of running around." The last time I checked the contract, that's what a shuttle company was supposed to do.... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

I originally was very excited to book with them. The guy was giving me a great deal and really working with the times I needed our shuttle. When the day came , they were on time to pick us up and take us to the park for pictures, but something never got communicated to our driver. After dropping us off he was to drive to the hotels and shuttle people to the reception so people didn't have to have their cars. Well he didn't and I got several calls during my pictures so we sent him and he took twice as long as he was supposed to, so we ended up being late and not getting all of the shot we wanted to. Very sad. At the end of the night he was a little late (from what I was told) and I (the bride) had to take my own car back to the hotel because he told me his bus was full and that was his last trip. Kind of disappointing.

The air-conditioning on the bus didn't work, and it was HOT in there, we had a cooler full of beverages that no one wanted to drink because it was so hot on the bus, also, half of the speakers in the bus were blown so listening to music was not pleasant. The driver did his job, but I would not spend my money here again when I could have arranged for a stretch Hummer that would have cost a little more, but was in better condition.

Cheesehead Limo was very prompt and on time for every place that we needed to be. It was very difficult getting information from this vendor being a bride. I got very short answers from the owner or the manager. However, when my now husband contacted him, he responded immediately and detailed information as to how things worked. We were promised the newest party bus, but I think we got the oldest since the speakers were not very good and we were told that the TV could not be on since it would heat up the bus too much. The bus driver was very nice and accommodating. It was a good price for what we got although I was expecting a little more from it.

Our driver arrived early, which was great! He was so nice! We had a limo bus, and it was clean and very modern! We had requested a certain limo, but they were all booked, but they offered to upgrade us to a limo bus for no extra charge. If I ever need to use a limo service, I would definitely use them again!

Our limo was on time and drove us to the places that we wanted to go to. He was a little flexible with time, which made it nice.

The driver was ahead of schedule. He waited outside until we were ready, did not get rushed by him at all. Very kind and courteous. had a bottle of champagne already chilled for us. Booking services were the easiest thing ever.

The limo was clean and very comfy. We had a limo bus and 15 of us fit in very nicely. The driver was very nice and friendly.

Jesse, owner of Cheesehead Limo was our driver which was an extra special touch that made our event even better. He was on time, professional and even though we did all of our business online, everything was taken care of! We would use Cheesehead limo again for all of our special events!!!

Had a great time on the bus. The bus was on time.....the air conditioning and the lights the bus advertises heavily did not work!

I was happy to find Cheesehead Limo online when searching for a service. We didn't spend much time in the limo bus, but it was perfect for our needs. The price couldn't be beat. The bus was very nice inside and the driver was on time and very accommodating. No complaints!

We loved Cheesehead Limo. The driver was 20 minutes late picking us up from the church, but it was because of traffic - not his fault. The limo was roomy and new. There was also complimentary champagne.

The limo driver went through red lights, made my photographer get a ticket cuz we have cameras on the lights. He kept asking when we were going to the reception when we had another location to go to. He droped us off a half hour early when we paid for 3 hours.

We called these people a week or two befor eht ewedding, and they accepted the last minute deal. It was efficient and the driver was friendly.

We used this service as a last minute planning. We hadn't thought about getting alimo until 2 weeks before the wedding. They weere really helpful and the day of went really well!

He showed up early for the pick up- so at least he was on time. Other than that I was very disappointed with everything else. After the ceremony he didn't have the car running yet with the AC going. It was June... the limo was so warm inside. It was 1 mile between the ceremony and the park where we were having pictures done. He missed the park entrance and even after we told him, and then told him different places where he could turn around. He just kept going about 20 miles out of the way. I was beginning to think he was going to kidnap us! He never told us anything... just kept on driving. And since it was a longer ride than I anticipated with very little AC I also felt like fainting. On the way to the reception he went completely out of the way. It says he knows Waukesha... definitely not. And I think it was the owner that was our driver. Would never recommend them.

The service was great. We had a party bus that took us where we needed to go. They found everything without our assistance. But we were overcharged by $200, so the verdict is still out.

They were easy to work with. The driver was well dressed.
