The last time I checked the contract, that's what a shuttle company was supposed to do.... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

After dropping us off he was to drive to the hotels and shuttle people to the reception so people didn't have to have their cars. Well he didn't and I got several calls during my pictures so we sent him and he took twice as long as he was supposed to, so we ended up being late and not getting all of the shot we wanted to. Very sad. At the end of the night he was a little late (from what I was told) and I (the bride) had to take my own car back to the hotel because he told me his bus was full and that was his last trip. Kind of disappointing.

with the AC going. It was June... the limo was so warm inside. It was 1 mile between the ceremony and the park where we were having pictures done. He missed the park entrance and even after we told him, and then told him different places where he could turn around. He just kept going about 20 miles out of the way. I was beginning to think he was going to kidnap us! He never told us anything... just kept on driving. And since it was a longer ride than I anticipated with very little AC I also felt like fainting. On the way to the reception he went completely out of the way. It says he knows Waukesha... definitely not. And I think it was the owner that was our driver. Would never recommend them.
