We had Chef David's Cater for our wedding reception. Everything about booking Chef David was a delight! They were fast to respond, helpful and professional! The tasting was amazing and delicious and the food tasted exactly the same on our wedding day! Our guest could not stop talking about how delicious the food was... especially their shrimp boat appetizers 🤤 If you are looking for a cater who will make you guest mouths water... WOW!! They were absolutely amazing from the tasting all the way through the wedding. From the minute we reached out to them they were so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to an email. Our tasting went seamless and of course the food was amazing. They were open and honest regarding wanting to change our salad from Caesar to fresh garden so that it was not wilting with the Caesar dressing on it in the hot weather. They knew that I loved the macaroni and cheese bites, so they conducted an experiment to make sure they would be fresh and crispy still after the commute to our venue … and they were perfect!!! Katie, the event manager, was always in communication with us and gave us excellent recommendations for exactly how much plastic plates, paper napkins, and silverware to order for our group of guests…she was spot on we had very little leftover!! Now to the wedding … they were amazing and so very organized. The appetizers were consistently flowing out and I was told how amazing they all were (plus made sure I got a plate of the mac and cheese bites!!). They served my husband and my plates to us at the head table and then released each table at a time to make sure no one had to stand in line for a really long time. The food was delicious, warm, and portions were served just right … every one of the guests said it was wonderful. We would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We got married July 2021, and everyone RAVED about the food. It was so good, I don’t think anyone left any food on their plates. They even had a plate of passed hors d’œuvres waiting for us at the table since we didn’t eat during cocktail hour. Not only was the food amazing, but Chef David’s team was so kind and patient. They were the ones to help me make the decision to postpone our wedding due to COVID by offering real advice, not just pushing me one way or the other. I couldn’t recommend them enough and wish I could eat their pesto pasta every day of my life. Thank you, Chef David’s!

Their food is AMAZING!!! We used Chef David and team for our wedding reception on 10/10. We are continuing to get compliments on the food. Their team was quick and efficient in plating and serving both the salad and dinner course. We were also able to customize our menu to fit our needs. Would recommend!!

We are so happy we chose Chef David's. From our first initial contact with Holly & Chef David on the phone before our tasting to the day of our wedding, everything was great. Chef David took the time to speak with us about the kind of food we liked, what we wanted to serve to our guests, etc and then we were able to build our menu with his input which made our tasting such a great experience. Chef David was there the whole time during our tasting - he explained each course, how it was prepared as it was brought out and he made sure we were happy with our choices before we left. The food on our wedding day was amazing. Our guests loved the choices and we were still getting comments about how good it was well over a week after our wedding! Great experience, great service all around. Highly recommend.

We LOVED Chef Davids. From the beginning, we knew that they were going to be awesome. Our tasting experience was exceptional. I spoke with Holly on the phone before our tasting and she offered many wonderful suggestions as to what we could have our menu. The tasting was great, chef David sat with us and was very welcoming. All of our guests LOVED the food at our wedding. We are still getting compliments about how good the food was! The peruvian chicken with the lime verde sauce was everyone's favorite!

Chef David's catered my wedding and did an amazing job! They created a custom menu for me and my guests that exceeded my expectations. I still have people telling me how wonderful the food and service was at my wedding. My guests also loved the signature drinks we had during happy hour. Chef David's bartenders did a great job delivering the tricky drinks (mojio and old fashioned) to the guests.

Chef David's fell short in many ways for our July wedding. We used them for both catering and for our bar tending services. We encountered MANY issues with them and when I attempted to approach them after our event they were very inconsiderate, unprofessional and lacked integrity. They did not honor our contract and in multiple ways ripped us off. Please be aware before you put your trust in them for your events.

Chef David and his staff was excellent to work with and the food was absolutely fantastic! Received tons of compliments on the food from our guests. Chef David helped us make decisions about our menu and really guided us in the right direction. Excellent value for the quality and service. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best wedding food we have ever had, and all our guests and vendors agree!!! Chef David, Tracie, and his entire staff were such an amazing team to work with. They are very communicative, responsive, and overall wonderful people to work with. I can not say thank you enough for the best wedding food!! From the apps, to salad, and dinner we received endless compliments from all our guests. We served beef and salmon, people who don't like salmon ate it and said it was amazing! We wanted to do a family style service and Chef and his team did a fantastic job working with us so we could choose the family style dinner. Thank you so much for the delicious food and making our day unforgettable. Chef David is so sweet, and he is a phenomenal chef! We couldn't be happier with our choice!

A little more on the expensive but in this case you certainly get what you pay for: the food was AMAZING. We and our guests adored the food, couldn't have asked for better!

Oh My Yum!!!! EVERYONE that came to our wedding has been talking about how good the food was. The best part had to be that they grilled salmon onsite outside of the barn and holy cow it was good! We had carved beef, which was absolutely perfect and all of the other food items were delicious as well. The wait staff and bartenders were awesome and helped everything run perfectly smooth at our wedding!
