Chef Greg Montana, without doubt, was the highlight of our beautiful wedding at Copper Rose Ranch. In the last year, my now husband and I have been to over 9 weddings and the food that he prepared for us was by far the best. I’m literally still getting messages from our guests talking about the food. We had began the night with shortrib and grits, truffle risotto and shrimp, and elk bites on top of shiitake potato cakes with horseradish crema. For dinner we had filet mignon with a bourbon peppercorn sauce, house smoked salmon with a lemon caper burre blanc, veggies and potatoes and a gorgeous fresh salad with the best cornbread croutons I’ve ever had in my life. For dessert, his key lime pie was spectacular!
Don’t look any further — chef Greg and his amazing staff are what you want for your wedding!!!

Chef Greg began his classic French training under the tutelage of executive Chef Douglas McNeill at the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. He then moved to New York City working at Lespinasse at the St.Regis Hotel. One of only six four-star restaurants in New York City. Finishing off his New York experience, he then worked for world famous Chef Rocco DiSpirito at Union Pacific.
For 18 years Greg Boynton was the chef/owner of Haute Touch Catering, a boutique catering company in Colorado's front range, where he developed not only repeat clients but also made life-long friends.
