Chef Greg began his classic French training under the tutelage of executive Chef Douglas McNeill at the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. He then moved to New York City working at Lespinasse at the St.Regis Hotel. One of only six four-star restaurants in New York City. Finishing off his New York experience, he then worked for world famous Chef Rocco DiSpirito at Union Pacific.
For 18 years Greg Boynton was the chef/owner of Haute Touch Catering, a boutique catering company in Colorado's front range, where he developed not only repeat clients but also made life-long friends.

The creativity and quality of the food is always top notch - my first memory of Greg is from a neighbor's party - when I was served the passed hors d'ouvre, the risotto topped with shrimp on a Japanese spoon. The whole meal was just as creative and delicious. I knew right then that this was something unusual and remarkable and that I had to find out who the caterer was. Greg is very responsive and attentive and tailors his approach to each unique situation. He handles all the rental details and checks in frequently over the course of planning to make sure we are all on the same page. He is able to adapt gracefully and adeptly to changing conditions and also goes out of his way to accomodate any dietary restrictions. He has the best sense of humor, he keeps things fun, and he and his staff are always literally a joy to work with. As I said, Five Stars is just not enough.

ttention to accommodate dietary restrictions so every guest could enjoy their meal worry-free. He was also exceptionally mindful of our budget-- we never once felt pressured into add-ons or upgrades.
The food itself was unmatched. Every dish was unique, beautifully executed, and delicious. His entire staff was kind, professional, and genuinely excited to share their creations with our guests. When a rain delay forced us to push dinner back, Greg and his team adapted seamlessly and without hesitation.
Months after our wedding, people still tell us how unforgettable the food was. There’s nothing quite like great food to bring everyone together, and Chef Greg made that happen.

He helped us execute the small plates reception of our dreams and even helped with rentals for cutlery, serve wear, etc. Our guests still talk about Chef Greg’s food from our wedding and wish he was closer to hire him themselves. that he prepared for us was by far the best. I’m literally still getting messages from our guests talking about the food. We had began the night with shortrib and grits, truffle risotto and shrimp, and elk bites on top of shiitake potato cakes with horseradish crema. For dinner we had filet mignon with a bourbon peppercorn sauce, house smoked salmon with a lemon caper burre blanc, veggies and potatoes and a gorgeous fresh salad with the best cornbread croutons I’ve ever had in my life. For dessert, his key lime pie was spectacular!
