Come wedding week, we had NOTHING to worry about -- the Chef Rey's team is professional, efficient, organized, and so much fun :) And did we mention the food? Phenomenal. Best night ever! Although it didn’t start out that way. An ice storm caused some hiccups for the venue and the caterer. The venue (Renshaw Farms) lost power and had generators to o...
vercome the power loss problem. They had heat and lights and the DJ was able to play the entire time with no problems. Chef Rey’s Catering cooks a half mile down from Renshaw Farms and thy had no power. Luckily they have gas stoves and we’re still a ken to cook everything perfectly. The food was amazing. And Rey & his staff was so friendly and helpful the whole night. I would not recommend anyone else. Chef Rey’s Catering was absolutely the best! If you’re planning a wedding, or any event, GIVE THEM A CALL! YOU WON’T REGRET IT!

y upcoming wedding as I am recently engaged. We are setting up a time to meet for a tasting and discuss my upcoming wedding. I highly recommend calling Chef Rey. He & his team are amazing
Chef Rey and his team were, hands-down, one of the best decisions we made at our wedding. My husband is a chef and REALLY cared about the quality of the food, as well as the dishes...
that were served. From the moment I spoke with Chef Rey and Vikki, they assured me that they would be able to make my husband’s vision come to life, from preparing a brand new lamb dish (we were the first couple to ever request lamb, so this was a new dish for them!) to making amazing appetizers. At the tasting, which they graciously did for us on a Sunday since we were from out of town, we knew from the very first bite that they would be our caterer. From that day forward, Chef Rey and Vikki have been an absolute delight to work with, using their experience and expertise to help us plan. Vikki captured all things logistical and was so detail-oriented, going over every part of the reception with us to ensure we had the perfect day. They even accommodated last minute details – surprising my brother and grandpa with a special milkshake, bringing out my husband’s surprise groom’s cake, and even making more cookies for our cookie table. Chef Rey is a blessing – he is both an artist with food and an incredibly kind-hearted person, which made working with him so joyous. The day of went perfectly, and the guests raved afterwards about the food and how delicious it was. We were so grateful to have Chef Rey’s Catering there because we felt like they were celebrating with us as friends, not just as our vendors. They are an excellent team, and we highly recommend their services – they are the best caterer around Pittsburgh!
