Chefusion was a preferred vendor at Northern Haus. From day 1 of our communication, Chef Tony was honest and made sure to reflect our wants and needs in his talents, being flexible. He made sure we were well taken care of. On wedding day, his staff did an outstanding job. Our guests could not stop raving about the cocktail hour food, dinner and delicious cupcakes. His servers were absolutely amazing!! We could not recommend him and his staff enough!

Amazing!!! Chefusion was a preferred vendor at Northern Haus in Door County. We signed on with Chefusion for my daughters wedding on July 8th. We had our tasting, and let me tell you, so impressed!!! Hard to decide what to serve our guests. There isn't a thing I can say that wasn't covered by Chefusion! The food was incredible and guests commented on how good the food tasted. The wait staff, perfection! When you notice how good servers are, they are GOOD. Bringing my daughter a plate of each appetizer during cocktail hour so she didn't miss a thing! My 2 granddaughters had salads in front of them and they weren't eating them (they are 3 and 6) and when asked, the server took them away immediately replaced with a child's meal. Never asking twice for anything. Those details are not overlooked by me. The food was beyond what you might typically get at most weddings, a twist of something different. I would definitely look into Chefusion if you are able. It is so worth checking them out. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Chef!

We worked with Chefusion for our wedding catering on Memorial Day weekend in Door County. I can’t sing their praises enough. Most people think “meh” when it comes to wedding food, but Chef Tony knocked it out of the park. The appetizers, entrees, late night food, everything was just amazing and we received rave reviews from all of our guests. We had a couple of specific requests in terms of what we wanted to serve, and Chef Tony was so accommodating every step of the way. He is also extremely sensitive to food allergies, and made all of our guests with allergies feel at ease which is not easy to come by. Pro tip: you NEED to feed your guests at a wedding, so find a good vendor! I found that in Chef Tony and the Chefusion team.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chefusion to cater for our wedding. Chef Tony made everything incredibly easy, and the service was impeccable, beginning with the initial consultation to create a personalized menu that suited us and our loved ones. We had enough vegan and vegetarian guests that it was a priority for us to make sure they had plenty to eat-- and they definitely did! Not a single person walked away with anything less than a glowing review about their dinner (and especially the butter cake!). Aside from the food, Chef Tony's servers were attentive and efficient. Throughout the evening, they were constantly checking in with us and our guests, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. I can't even pretend to have any complaints, as their service exceeded our expectations from start to finish; the quality and professionalism we experienced were well worth the investment in their services. We cannot praise Chef Tony and his team enough for their dedication, hard work, and passion for their craft. Thank you!

Chef Tony was great. He produced great meals! He thought of us on the day and ensured that we were delivered apps while taking photos. He was quick to respond when needed!

Tony was so responsive and helpful from our very first phone call, all the way through wedding night! He was so accommodating during our tasting and so respectful of our budget. He helped us understand the ins and outs of planning a wedding in Door County, and we knew he was always just a phone call away. The food at our wedding was amazing! The Chefusion staff helped our day go off without a hitch.

Everything about Chefusion was outstanding. Tony was a true professional and so easy to work with and his staff was fabulous. All our guests commented on the delicious dinners and apps. His staff was fast and made sure all the guests had exactly what they had requested. I don't think there was one problem.

Chef Tony is a great guy- he is very transparent about what he feels is the best for your budget and recommended us a few vendors. Food was amazing and staff at the reception was kind and did a great job.

We had Chefusion cater our wedding & the food was absolutely amazing. We had asked Chef Tony to come up with some special appetizers for cocktail hour to tie in my husband’s Caribbean heritage & he delivered. My only regret is not trying any of the appetizers as I was too busy trying to talk to all of our guests. The dinner was delicious – we went with a plated dinner with the chopped salad; choice of filet mignon, chicken piccata, or wild mushroom risotto; and then both the brownie & ooey-gooey-butter cake for dessert. All of our guests kept saying how great the food was & still do when we talk about our day. We even requested an extra box of the desserts to enjoy back at our hotel – would definitely recommend. Chef Tony was really great about accommodating allergies & dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan). Both Chef Tony & Kathy were great to work with – very laid back yet organized. They responded to my numerous emails & questions very promptly – making the planning process very easy even though we live out of state. We would highly recommend Chefusion to anyone looking for amazing food for their special occasion.

It was sucha great experience working with chefusion. He. made everything so easy and accommodatingOur meal came out nice and hot and everything we talked about was executed. Wouldn’t change anything!

Chefusion was nothing short of amazing to work with! Chef Tony was super responsive. Working with him from 10 hours away was never easier. The day of the wedding was phenomenal. Multiple family members commented how responsive the staff was and the food was the best!! I have not one bad thing to say about them and couldn’t recommend more.

Chefusion delivers something so much more than just regular “wedding food”. Chef Tony does an incredible job creating a custom menu with whatever combination you’d like. He was an amazing person to work with because he talked us through every step and every decision we had to make. It was so nice having such a reliable and trustworthy catering option to work with. Plus, all of our guests raved about the food!

Working with Chefusion was a beautiful culinary experience. From start to finish, the food was incredibly delicious and a highlight for our guests. Chef Tony is an absolute professional and helped us create a custom menu that reflected our taste, style and budget. I loved the appetizers and was super happy with the flow and quantity of passed trays. Super yummy! The Italian buffet was beautiful and a perfect option for our guests. I am so grateful, I got to enjoy the food! The veal scallopini and chicken piccatta were amazing and our vegetarian friends went back for seconds for the pasta and veggie options. While talking to guests during dessert, they all asked about the cake and if it was available at your brick and mortar restaurant. The evening flowed so nicely, and we were so thrilled with the high quality of food and overall experience. We will definitely use Chefusion again and will be dining at the actual restaurant whenever we are in town.

Chef Tony was absolutely fantastic! He catered our wedding at The Black Sheep and everything was so perfect. We took the day off the day before the wedding to set everything up but Tony's team had everything all set up perfectly! We had many guests tell us how amazing the food was. All of the food exceeded our expectations. Tony was very professional to work with!

Chef Tony was amazing to work with and extremely accommodating the entire time we worked with him! He helped us design a menu personal to us and was very flexible with the changes due to Covid. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests complimented the food all night long and even after the wedding!

Chef Tony and Chefusion worked to cater the most amazing meal for our reception, to the point where several guests told me that this was the best meal that they had ever had at a wedding. Tony was so helpful in working to accommodate a wedding occurring during the COVID-19 pandemic and ensured that his staff would prepare and serve the food in the safest way possible. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the services and the meal. PS: Get the Butter Cake for desert, you won't regret it!

Chef Tony went above & beyond when planning our wedding catering. We were planning in the middle of Covid and Tony would call just to check in on us about the wedding in general and to give us ideas on our food. When we almost had to reschedule our wedding, Tony put our minds at ease assuring us he’d make it work with his team whatever we needed to do. He was incredibly flexible and patient with us during the entire process. We decided to do stations vs. a formal sit down meal. Tony showed us examples of what he’s done in the past but constantly reiterated that he would do anything we asked! It was truly a custom menu catered to what foods we loved best. There was plenty of food and he never let any of the stations run out of food. His staff was friendly and efficient making sure there weren’t long lines for our guests. Tony did our appetizers, dinner stations, cut our cake (even though the cake wasn’t made by Chefusion, he still made the process seamless) and we also did late night snacks. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was and how great the staff from Chefusion was. We can’t recommend Chef Tony and all of the staff from Chefusion enough. We will for sure be using Chefusion again for our next party or event!

OUTSTANDING! We knew about Tony's reputation when we searching for vendors and were impressed when we tried his food in January... but he hit it out of the park for our wedding! We had several food allergies and he was super patient as we came up with the best 2-plate options for our carnivores and herbivores that contained no nuts or dairy. He absolutely nailed it. The plating was gorgeous, the meals melted in our mouths, and people are still raving about the food several days later. 10/10

I would highly recommend Chefusion catering to anyone looking for high end service at a reasonable cost. Tony was fantastic to work with during this entire process. My husband and I live out of state and Tony was able to accommodate us for tastings and gave us advice when we weren't sure what we wanted. The food itself is gourmet level, literally. Tony worked with us so that we had different options for our guests based on preference and dietary restrictions. All of our guests raved about the food and it was truly restaurant quality, I could not tell it had been pre-prepared. The table service was impeccable and Chefusion truly made our day special.

Tony from Chefusion was everything and more ! Our original caterer went out of business 2 months before our wedding date, and Chefusion helped us right away. Tony is so kind, accommodating, and great to work with! The food was amazing and the service from all the staff was amazing as well!

Chef Tony was a blessing in disguise. The caterer we had originally planned going with went out of business days before we were going to sign a contract. My husband and I wanted plated dinners at our venue that didn't have a kitchen. No caterer was up to the challenge, and we had nearly given up. Then my mom made a call to Chefusion intending on asking for recommendations of caterers in our budget. Instead of giving recommendations, he invited us to the restaurant to discuss our budget and event. When I explained to him that our venue didn't have a kitchen he wasn't even phased. He simply said he would bring a truck with all the necessary equipment. We were immediately sold. 2 hours later, after discussing details and sampling some delicious desserts, we signed a contract with Chef Tony. He has such a passion for food, and wants your event to run perfectly. We talked through every detail when it came to planning the menu, china packages, linens, etc. One of the best parts about working with Chef Tony is he understands you have a budget. He won't push you to serve food that's out of your budget. He works with you to create a beautiful event with the budget you give him. The day before our wedding, Chef Tony and his staff arrived at the venue to steam the linens, set up the tables, etc. The day of was even better. The food was absolutely phenomenal! My guests were saying it was the best food they had. Not the best wedding food, but the best food they had. Everyone's food was warm and flavorful. And the dessert. Oh my god the dessert was AMAZING. When some of my guests found out we werent serving wedding cake they were bummed. Instead, we had Chef Tony serve a pear frangipane. After one bite, no one missed the wedding cake. The plated dessert was such a treat for everyone, and way better than any wedding cake. When we told our guests Chef Tony served a hot meal and delicious dessert all with a kitchen he had to bring with him, they were shocked! And Tony's staff was so professional. The way they dressed and the way they acted was above our expectations. They put our bartenders to shame. If we could have had Chef Tony run our bar too, we would have! Long story short, call Chef Tony and meet with him if you have an event that needs a caterer. Chef Tony made our wedding so special, and we are forever greatful that our other caterer backed out at the last minute.

Chef Tony and the Chefusion staff were delightful to work with. The food was delicious and he made everything gluten free and accommodated to a latex allergy. Chef Tony made sure everything was taken care of for the food allergies and really put me at ease. He met with us ahead of time due to trying new things gluten free for our Brunch wedding. It was all spectacular and our guests are still letting us know how good our food was.

We tried multiple places when looking for a caterer for our outdoor wedding.  When we met Chef Tony from Chefusion for our tasting his enthusiasm and skill for amazing food was evident immediately.  The food he prepared for us to try was prepared in the same manner he would for the actual event and had many options available.  This was also during the prime time rush on a Friday night at his restaurant but still took the time to sit with us and explain everything we were tasting.  After the meal he showed us pictures of many other items he had made in the past and explained them in great detail. Additionally, he answered any questions we had.  We immediately knew it was no contest and Chef Tony was the way to go. Since our wedding was being hosted at a remote location outside and in Sister Bay, it was important that Chef Tony could support our venue.  He had all the equipment to cook, house, plate the food until it was time to eat.  Our guests raved about how amazing the food was and we are still getting compliments about it today.  Chef Tony and his staff were incredible to work with and made it so easy day of. We didn't have to worry about a thing except to enjoy our wedding with our family and friends.  We highly recommend Chefusion for any type of event your looking to host. Both he and his wife are a dream team and we could not be happier with how our special wedding day turned out. We’re already counting down the day to visit his restaurant to enjoy the great food!
