u stay here on your wedding night, make sure you check in before the reception. We arrived at the hotel, exhausted after a full day of festivities, only for the receptionist to be MIA for 20 minutes. Other than that we were super happy with it!

my room was supposed to be $150- I was told that the people at the front desk were new and it was a "mistake". Day of the wedding, multiple people could not check into there rooms till about 6PM and were told that they were not ready yet, all while receiving extremely poor service from the front desk. People were given wrong keys to rooms (that had people in them) the AC went out in multiple rooms, and a few of our guests car's were broken into at night (windows smashed). Two weeks after my wedding, my MIL received a $5000 charge on her credit card, and they explained this was a mistake and they "accidentally" charged all events for that week on her card. This place needs some serious improvement with customer service as well as the hotel in general.

lways remember even though it was about 15% the original size. Even when we arrived an hour late for the reception, because of pictures, Sarah and staff had everything in place like we were right on time. I can't thank the Cheshire crew enough. Everyone had a blast, and the space is wonderful. Thank you again for all that you did and will recommend the Cheshire anytime somebody asks us for a recommendation!

arah was extremely communicative and supportive (while also ensuring safety) the whole way. The reception was modified but essentially felt exactly how we planned. We also ended up having our rehearsal dinner at their space - which was a last minute request that they happily took on! The food was phenomenal and the staff were so friendly. Sarah and her staff made the night feel absolutely perfect. Highly recommend Sarah and The Cheshire.

ssociation, Hanna for the Inn and Sarah for the ceremony/reception were a pleasure to work with, both in the initial coordination and the execution. Each provided helpful hints and guidance throughout. The staff at the Inn (a true gem) were always helpful, caring and considerate. Sarah and the staff working the reception were unbelievable in the manner they converted the ceremony setup into a first class reception venue. The service they provided during the reception/meal was exceptional. The wedding and reception was a huge success; everyone enjoying it. We received quite a few wonderful comments from our guests and they are due, in large part, to the Cheshire and its stellar support staff. I would recommend the Cheshire without question.

edding venue. The person who answered the phone seemed baffled I would ask for such a thing and transferred me to a manager who seemed equally unprepared and/or unwilling to take my call. But they did allow me to schedule a two o'clock appointment to tour the event space. When my fiancee and I arrived, there was no one to greet us and the signage about the front desk was confusing. When we found the front desk, there was no record of the appointment I had made and the manager I had spoken with could not be contacted by any of the employees, despite numerous attempts. We were told to wait and "someone would be with us soon." We waited for half an hour with my fiancee leaning on a cane the entire time due to a recent back injury. Though we saw many staff members pass us, not one of them offered to help my fiancee with her obvious discomfort. Only the receptionist at the front desk was helpful, as she tried multiple times to contact the manager I had scheduled an appointment with who clearly had forgotten or did not care to communicate this appointment with any of her staff. Another manager passed us, but rather than show us the event space himself, he attempted to contact the missing manager, but only after obtaining Starbucks. He also neglected to offer any assistance to my fiancee. After 40 minutes we finally left without being shown the space that we had scheduled a week prior to see. Aside from the receptionist, none of the staff was helpful or attentive to our needs. I can only assume from these other glowing reviews that this was an off day for the Cheshire but that is no excuse. No one should be made to wait 40 minutes for a prior appointment while in pain. Needless to say, I cannot recommend them and will not be using their services at this or any other time.

The space is lovely and really doesn't need any decoration, and the whole planning process was very simple because of how organized and accommodating Sarah and Ryan were. We highly recommend working with them for a wedding reception!

, all inclusive style wedding. I only had to answer a few questions the last month before our wedding and voile! it was perfect. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors. She answered questions in a timely manner and was a "yes" woman for everything I wanted to make sure was at our wedding. Simply a wonderful day made easy and carefree. My husband and I got to enjoy so much more of the day because we knew the Cheshire had it covered :)

The space was beautiful and the staff was helpful, friendly and quick. When we accidentally left some valuable items there, Sarah was quick to call me and they kept everything safe. The hotel itself is gorgeous and unique. Very British! I would recommend this venue to everyone!

Everyone was thrilled with the event, the beauty of the space and the service of the bartender, Terrie, and the rest of the waitstaff working the Atkins-Snarzyk wedding! he hotel for our wedding and couldn't have been happier. Mary Beth who is the event coordinator is so lovely and easy to work with I can't say enough nice things about her. She listened to everything I wanted, had great follow up and quick responses and was there the day of to check in and make sure things went smoothly! I also loved Brian who is the events Captain and the man who literally pulls it all together for you. I went through my vision with him and he pulled it off flawlessly and totally exceeded all of my expectations. The entire night just flowed smoothly with no issues and everything was just stunning and perfect. All of our guests stayed here as well and LOVED the cute themed rooms! We stayed in the James Bond suite and were surprised with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries at the end of the night from the hotel which was a very nice gesture. I wanted a venue that really would provide most everything I needed as I was planning my wedding from LA and I didn't want the stress or worry of juggling too many vendors and you can get that in The Cheshire. The only extra's I brought in were a cake, photographer, flowers and a DJ. I should also add that not only is the venue fantastic but the food here is top notch! All of our guests complimented us on how great everything tasted! If you want a venue that is unique, gorgeous, with top notch staff I highly recommend you check out The Cheshire!
