it very important to receive and improve upon any feedback that we receive from our couples, their families, and guests but since your review specifically contradicts all of our other couples’ feedback from previous reviews, we felt it was important to respond. Just to touch on a few of your concerns: Our seat cushions are checked prior to every event, and we hand wash them as needed. If anyone feels they’re unsatisfactory we are always happy to personally clean and/or replace them with our available backup supply. We understand your concern re: changing policies; new policies only effect new contracts signed which is why you were never charged for items/changes you mentioned. Anything listed and signed for in a contract is honored and always has been. All of our updates are communicated in our Client Lounge located on the CR Access page making this open to all of our existing brides at all times with the most up-to-date and correct information. The discetion of Display Fireworks are totally out of our control and at the discretion of the County Commissions. We do every effort to accommodate all show requests, and if Display Fireworks are not available we offer Fountain Fireworks which is what you received. As for adjustments to your overall rental order, your 60-day walkthrough with your planner should drive any changes and adjustments to this so this would not be in the scope of the Venue responsibilities. Taylor worked your entire wedding day from 8:30am until well after midnight and made several personal appearances in the suite delivering breakfast buffet, lunch delivery, and checking in numerous times all while being respectful of the privacy of the suites to you and your friends. Taylor also completed the entire set-up of outside furniture, linens, and décor to the ceremony pavilion all while adjusted for overall weather concerns as they related to outside layout needs, tending to vendor requests throughout the entire night, and ensuring overall cleanliness and upkeep of the venue grounds the entire evening (bathrooms, trash, spills, etc). She also personally oversaw the timing of the fountain fireworks in coordinating your entire exit with the photographer and your get-away vehicles. Your wedding was featured with over 18 photos/~12 slides on our Instagram stories as we wanted to highlight the beautiful day that it was. Any outstanding final payment should be paid 14 days prior to the event. Coordination with the rentals through your Planner caused a delay in that resulting in you agreeing to bring payment on rehearsal day. When that payment was not received, we had no choice but to collect on wedding day. This is never our intent and we would never purposefully create this situation. Walk-throughs are not allowed on wedding days, but tours and rehearsals for next-day weddings are. All Tours are kept out of private areas, and all rehearsals are centralized at their rehearsal location (generally the separate building at the ceremony pavilion). Just as you were honored a rehearsal, we must also honor a rehearsal for other couples per our contract terms. We respect your feedback and regret that you feel this way. We did our very best to serve you after all of our efforts of accommodations, exceptions, waiving fees, wedding day features, and extensive communication (90+ emails). We consider your day beautiful, and never understood there to be any level of concern until this review. Congrats again on becoming Mr. + Mrs.!
