I believe my first review was deleted so I'll leave another. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. I used them for my wedding in September and they were the ONLY vendor of the approx. 15 that I hired that I had problems with. I researc...hed all of my companies very thoroughly and compared prices among each. This company appeared to have good reviews, reasonable prices, and was able to provide the most stylists out of any company I spoke with. I had 10 girls getting hair and makeup services done for my wedding day with a very tight timeline, and the owner of the company told me that we would get six stylists out to the venue on our wedding day to complete the services on time. We both signed the contract stating six artists would be sent out to my venue and I went about my planning, excited to have another vendor checked off my list. Shortly before my wedding day, I got a call from Sandra stating that we would be receiving four artists on the day of my wedding. I told her that we would accept that, as the contract stated we would have six and that was how many we needed to complete all services on time. She proceeded to argue with me, stating that she does this every day and knows how many artists I need for the amount of services I was having and that she had five other weddings booked for my wedding day so they wouldn't be able to accommodate sending out six artist. By the end of the conversation, I was in tears. No bride wants to have a contract broken shortly before the big day and be told that a vendor has overbooked so the contract can't be fulfilled. It makes you feel like your wedding isn't important, and for the amount of money we were paying for all of these services, the customer service should've been incredible. I quickly called my wedding planner, who stated this was unacceptable, and then called the owner of the company. The owner, David, reassured me that six artist would in fact be sent out on my day and that this would be communicated to Sandra. On the wedding day, four artists showed up to my venue. Two of them brought assistants, but these girls did NOT do any hair and makeup services, they simply handed some artists their brushes and sat on the floor, mostly doing nothing (we have pictures). I was livid, as I knew my girls and I would not all be ready on time with only four artists. Being on time is the last thing a bride wants to have to worry about on her wedding day. We called the owner and he stated that he would refund us part of the money, but that did not compensate for the fact that we were not ready on time and had to push everything back. I did get a partial refund, but that was hardly any consolation after all the added stress this company caused me and the unfulfilled promises. Keeping promises goes FAR in the wedding business, and I feel obligated to let every bride know that you will most likely not get what you pay for if you book this company. This is a shame, because the actual hair and makeup services were pretty good, but the customer service was so horrendous and Sandra was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken with. This company needs to retrain their representatives and learn how to stick to contracts if they want to have any really future. Brides, please do yourself a favor and book hair and makeup services with someone else.
