Chicago Cloud 9 Limousine

We used Cloud 9 for my wedding and they did a great job! We used the party bus for transporting our wedding party as well as a shuttle for guests to and from the venue. Max was awesome with re-arranging our schedule and helping map out the day. The first shuttle ran perfectly with no issues with the driver, route, or times. The evening shuttle arrived on time to the venue but unfortunately did not get used. Our venue had two areas on the property for events and the shuttle sat at the other site for the entirety of our rental time. None of my guests complained as they called Ubers to take them back to the hotel after waiting too long. It wasn't until the wedding was completely over and I was standing outside waiting for the shuttle with 30 guests that I was informed the shuttle never arrived. I immediately called the driver and he said he had been at the venue the whole time but apparently at the wrong site. At the time, I was annoyed but looking back, it was such a minor inconvenience of the day. The shuttle took us and the remaining guests back to the hotel and we partied our butts off on the drive home so I can't be mad. Overall, it was worth it!

Cloud 9 was the perfect transportation with the trolleys. We loved how easy it was to book transportation from the hotel to the venue and then back again at the end of the night! Our guests loved not having to drive from the hotel to the venue and the trolleys were so pretty for pictures and extra fun! Our first look pictures outside the trolley are amazing and Cloud 9 is so professional throughout the process of booking. The drivers are amazing and wonderful.

We recently used Cloud 9 for our wedding transportation, and we couldn't be more delighted with their service! Max provided timely responses and was super organized with the logistics and communication leading up to our event. We compared quotes from several companies, and found their prices to be the best (except for M&M Limousine which had mixed/bad reviews). On wedding day, our trolley driver arrived ahead of schedule, which immediately put us at ease. All three of the vehicles we rented (one white trolley and two party buses) were clean and well-maintained, adding an extra touch of elegance and fun to our wedding. Our drivers were professional and courteous. In the morning, our driver was very patient with us when our photos with the trolley got a bit behind schedule. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water and champagne! We highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone looking for a reliable and luxurious transportation provider!!

Cloud9 Transportation was easy to work with and offered reasonable pricing for a party bus. They are flexible and clearly communication with us throughout the booking and day of services.- The bus arrived early and clean. Our driver was friendly.

I recently used Cloud9 Limo for my wedding on June 14, 2024. They were so helpful with any questions and making sure they had all the details correct. On our wedding day, we had a blast with dancing and celebrating! Thank you!

Do not hire this company! Absolutely rude drivers and management. We hired Cloud 9 to drive our wedding party around for pictures, to the venue, and then to come back in the evening and shuttle people back to the hotel. First, they refused to accept my Apple credit card because it doesn't have numbers on it (for security). The only way they would accept payment the day of was with a photograph of your ID and credit card, or cash. Really? You can't process a credit card without me giving a sketchy driver a photo of my ID and credit card? We came up with another credit card after having our wedding rudely interrupted by the driver and thought it was fine. Fast forward to the evening of the wedding. Cloud9 proceeded to call our wedding planner incessantly saying we hadn't paid them. At the end of the night, when the trolley was meant to shuttle our guests back to the hotel, we were told that we hadn't paid and they were leaving without us. On top of that they got the timing of the shuttle service wrong and tried to rush us out of the venue early. Not something you want to have to deal with on your wedding day! We finally got to the driver and showed him the charge on our credit card... they had been paid all along and made a giant fiasco out of nothing because they were greedy and impatient. Please, anyone planning a wedding, do not give a penny to these people--there are many better options out there run by much better people!

Synopsis: Our terse morning driver was bleeding from the head & yelled at members or our wedding party regarding payment. Our evening driver threatened to leave our remaining guests, wedding party, bride & groom because he did not read the schedule provided by our wedding planner & AGAIN thought he had not been paid when he had. I am giving 1 star for the clean & pretty trolley, but the humans involved made for an honestly terrible overall experience. I would NEVER recommend Cloud9 for an important event. Our major issue with Cloud9 was attempting to pay them, despite a contract & down payment from us. They make prepaying quite inconvenient, so we figured with everything else going on, no big deal we will hand them a card on the day. We tried to do this, however, they had no way to accept payment, were not able to process the apple card & therefore wanted to take pictures of our credit card & IDs (uncomfortable). They then demanded a different card, which we provided. However since we had now provided my Father in Laws card & the ID was my husbands, they had a melt down about this as well instead of calming solving it. They angrily called our wedding planner incessantly. Yelled at members of our wedding party, including the groom, during photos. After this was “resolved” & paid (keeping in mind that they are walking away with digital images of our IDs & credit cards..) this information was not communicated with our evening driver, who was AGAIN demanding payment from my Father in Law in front of a trolley full of guests. The driver even THREATENED TO LEAVE our remaining guests, wedding party, bride & groom because he thought he had not been paid when he had & he ALSO had our scheduled times wrong. My Father in Law had to pull up his account statement & show it to the driver in order for him to take us home AT THE CONTRACTED & PAID FOR TIME. Our venue closed at 12, we scheduled our additional two hour time (for MORE MONEY, a part of our signed contract from months before the wedding) from 10:15-12:15. The driver insisted that we should have been back at the hotel by 12 & again threatened to leave. All of this, coupled with an unfriendly, bleeding morning driver leads me to this review. The trolley itself was beautiful, it is a shame that it was absolutely ruined by our experience with Cloud9 employees. Do NOT entrust them with any important events.

We rented a trolley to provide transportation for our groomsmen and our hotel guests, as well as a car to take us home at the end of the night. Max was great to work with, from making the initial reservation to making multiple adjustments as our plans solidified, and our transportation was right on schedule throughout our wedding day. Cloud 9 was also the most affordable transportation vendor we considered, and we appreciate the bang we got for our buck!

Cloud 9 was incredible to work with for our wedding. Max was responsive throughout the booking process, and answered all of our questions. They were timely on the big day. The driver, Claudia, was fantastic, friendly and professional. We could not ask for anything more! We will use Cloud 9 for all of our big events!

Cloud 9 was fantastic to work with for our wedding transportation needs - we used them not only for our wedding party party bus - but also booked two 50-person buses to transport our attendees between our ceremony and reception venues. Naturally, coordinating 3 large vehicles for specific arrival/departure times in Chicago traffic made us rather nervous, but the Cloud 9 team was ON IT for the duration of our time with them - each bus arrived nice and early, stayed in great communication with our planner, and really left us with a flawless transportation experience - the quality of the buses both inside and out were wonderful, and the prices were the best in the market from our experience - we'd be thrilled to recommend them to anyone for transportation needs big and small!

Although we did not get the bus that was originally reserved, due to maintenance, they communicated with me a few days prior and provided a backup option that exceptional, if not even better! We rented one of Chicago Cloud 9 Limousine's smaller party buses for our Wedding on 12/31/23. The bus was on time and the driver was friendly and accommodating. The inside of the bus was clean and had complimentary Champaign. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend them!

Incredible customer service and great hospitality! They were very flexible to work with and we highly recommend! We used Cloud 9 for two separate occasions this year and they took great care of us for both!! The trolley was a lot of fun and perfect for our large group! Request Bobby if he’s available for the trolley! We also rented the party bus and were extremely satisfied again with the customer service and quality of the vehicles.

We just used Cloud 9 for our wedding last weekend and they were great! They were so accommodating going back and forth between our venue and hotel making sure that all our guests had transportation. Our ceremony location was a little bit of a drive from the reception, so staying on schedule with transportation was critical. We would definitely recommend!

The white trolley from Cloud 9 made our wedding day so much fun! Max was easy to communicate with and ensured timing for pickup and drop off was smooth. Our driver, Francisco, was into the spirit of the day and was accommodating with our special requests.

Cloud Nine limousine was on time for all of my events! They were very communicative and professional. However- they did get lost on the way from our hotel to our wedding ceremony. My mother-in-law had to open the partition to the driver side, and give them directions on how to get to the church. They also kept calling and texting me (the bride) on my wedding day. I think it would be helpful if during the booking process they ask for a day of contact. This was unnecessary stress for me on my wedding day. They also were asking me for a credit card on my wedding day for incidentals. They already had my credit card on file from my original booking, so I am not sure why they needed this? It was not explained very well, but one of my bridesmaids ended up giving them her credit card to put on file, so I didn't have to stress out about it.

The driver will not be briefed on anything previously discussed. For context, I prepaid in full, tip included, a month earlier after asking if I could pay that way. I received 5+ calls within the hour before my wedding ceremony asking where I was and when I could show them my ID and pay. It took 4 people to work it out so that the driver would just leave and come to the venue. EDIT: The company now says I was the sole point of contact, no, my day of coordinator was. You opted to not consult her and to badger me. Then at the end of the night, more calls and text demands for me to be on a shuttle when I'm already at my final destination. I had to spoon-feed these guys previously worked out logistics, while under large amounts of (understandable) wedding stress. This isn't 1 star because yes, the shuttle did transport my guests, and at a competitive price. But the timing and amount of 'needed' stress that just was optionally given to me instead of reading 2 emails or a contract... Inexcusable.

We booked the 22 passenger white party bus to drive us and our wedding party to various locations in Chicago and it was absolutely perfect. I spent a ton of time researching trolley/party bus/limo companies, and I can say with extreme confidence that this is the lowest cost and highest rated company in Chicago. I actually thought it was too good to be true, but they showed up on time, the bus was clean and stocked, they took us exactly where we needed to be, and there were no hidden costs anywhere. It was an effortless experience working with Cloud9. Highly recommend!!

Cloud 9 provided excellent service on my wedding day! They were affordable with zero hassle or last minute upcharges. Scheduling was really easy and our driver showed up with plenty of time to spare in a great vehicle. We had to make multiple stops and even added an extra McDonald's run last minute, and our driver Sam was so accommodating, professional, and friendly. It was easy to tie our music to limo to have custom jams on the way to the venue and we felt like we were really riding in style. Thank you!

I give Cloud 9 Limo a 5 out of 5! From the initial inquiry to the end of the graduation party, they were amazing. I sent an inquiry and got an immediate response with extremely reasonable pricing. Mind you, I booked less than a week before I needed the party bus. The day of the party, our driver Juan was on time and even helped us make adjustments to our stops because of bad traffic. We had a bunch of squealing 8th graders in back and he was patient in every way. He even pulled over to help them get the bluetooth working for their music. About and hour after we'd been dropped off, my husband realized he left his work computer bag in the front seat. I called the company, which was already closed. I got a call back in less than a minute and told the person what happened. They tracked down Juan who'd already gone home. He met my husband at 9pm to make sure he got his back for work the following morning. This company far exceeded my expectations and I will never call any other when I need a party bus. Job well done and thank you!

We loved our wedding trolley for photos around the city on our 10/15/22 wedding day! It was the perfect arrangement for our large wedding party + photographer and video vendors. This modern, chic white trolley provided the perfect photos opportunities and the team was easy to work with. Book fast - we booked this over a year out and it was one of the only white trolleys we could find large enough to hold our crew!

We used Cloud9 for a variety of ride services for our event and they were extremely easy and professional to deal with during this process, and even came up with suggestions that made things better than we had planned. Everything was great and the party bus was great for our purpose of taking us to our photo sites! The only slight knock was the driver didn't really know the best routes so that slightly added to our travel time (and thus took away from our photo time) and the blinds were really hard to pull up (which made it weird in the middle of the day to sit in pitch black lol) but those are super minor.

We booked a Cloud9 party bus for our bridal party to go from our church to photos and then to our reception and they did a fantastic job! The bus was in great condition and was equipped with waters and a great music system for us to really kick off our celebrating. The only hiccup with Cloud9 was that we chose to pay for our driver on the day of the wedding. I didn't think it would be a hassle since my card was on file and we had the card available as we got on the bus. Our driver ran our card and told me it wasn't working, had us run another card and that one didn't work either. He proceeded to want us to try another card but that was just ridiculous cause it wasn't our cards it was his system. He ended up calling the office and they were able to charge the card we had on file but it was a big hassle and honestly quite inconvenient the day of our wedding. My husband was pretty upset with how clueless our driver seemed with the situation but all ended up working out and the transportation provided was exactly what we needed. I'd recommend trying to pay either in cash or ahead of time if you're able to just to avoid any issues on the day of your event.

Let’s talk about wedding transportation. We had a trolley cancel on us 3 weeks before our wedding, and thank goodness they did…..because then we found Cloud 9! We used Cloud 9 Limos for wedding party transportation at our 8/13/22 wedding in downtown Chicago, and they were amazing! Working with them to communicate timing and locations for stops was very straightforward, and everyone we corresponded with was very friendly. Our trolley was brand new, super clean, and absolutely adorable. Our driver was right on time, and extremely friendly and accommodating. He navigated the city streets like a champ and took tons of stop requests from our photographer. It was also very easy to take over the aux, so a member of our wedding party surprised my husband and I by playing Chapel of Love when we were last to get back on the trolley after our final stop before the Ceremony - it ended up being my favorite memory of the whole day! I’d highly recommend booking a trolley from Cloud 9 for your wedding day, it was a great decision for us!

We booked Cloud 9 for our wedding to take our party, parents and grandparents to/from our picture location. The only reason why we aren’t providing five stars is because our driver tried to drop our groomsmen at the wrong location and he took a longer route than expected to get to our picture spot. However, they were really easy to book with, the bus was spacious + clean and they allowed food and beverages on board, which was much appreciated! A solid choice if you’re in search of affordable transportation for your wedding day.

Cloud9 was great for our wedding! They were on time, had the bus set up so nicely, the driver was very sweet and they allowed us to bring drinks and food on. The only thing was the one loud speaker in the back kept cutting in and out but such a minor detail as the rest was perfect!

Extremely happy with out decision to use Cloud9. The wedding package they offer is a no brainer compared to other companies. Ruben, our driver was above and beyond in accommodating our needs, and even went out of his way to be sure our bus drivers (we used a different company) for the wedding guests were on time picking up guests. Even our photographers commented how great he was and said they'll recommend Cloud9 for future weddings.
