The evening shuttle arrived on time to the venue but unfortunately did not get used. Our venue had two areas on the property for events and the shuttle sat at the other site for the entirety of our rental time. None of my guests complained as they called Ubers to take them back to the hotel after waiting too long. It wasn't until the wedding was completely over and I was standing outside waiting for the shuttle with 30 guests that I was informed the shuttle never arrived. I immediately called the driver and he said he had been at the venue the whole time but apparently at the wrong site. At the time, I was annoyed but looking back, it was such a minor inconvenience of the day. The shuttle took us and the remaining guests back to the hotel and we partied our butts off on the drive home so I can't be mad. Overall, it was worth it!

ur guests loved not having to drive from the hotel to the venue and the trolleys were so pretty for pictures and extra fun! Our first look pictures outside the trolley are amazing and Cloud 9 is so professional throughout the process of booking. The drivers are amazing and wonderful.

On wedding day, our trolley driver arrived ahead of schedule, which immediately put us at ease. All three of the vehicles we rented (one white trolley and two party buses) were clean and well-maintained, adding an extra touch of elegance and fun to our wedding. Our drivers were professional and courteous. In the morning, our driver was very patient with us when our photos with the trolley got a bit behind schedule. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water and champagne! We highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone looking for a reliable and luxurious transportation provider!!

g and shuttle people back to the hotel. First, they refused to accept my Apple credit card because it doesn't have numbers on it (for security). The only way they would accept payment the day of was with a photograph of your ID and credit card, or cash. Really? You can't process a credit card without me giving a sketchy driver a photo of my ID and credit card? We came up with another credit card after having our wedding rudely interrupted by the driver and thought it was fine. Fast forward to the evening of the wedding. Cloud9 proceeded to call our wedding planner incessantly saying we hadn't paid them. At the end of the night, when the trolley was meant to shuttle our guests back to the hotel, we were told that we hadn't paid and they were leaving without us. On top of that they got the timing of the shuttle service wrong and tried to rush us out of the venue early. Not something you want to have to deal with on your wedding day! We finally got to the driver and showed him the charge on our credit card... they had been paid all along and made a giant fiasco out of nothing because they were greedy and impatient. Please, anyone planning a wedding, do not give a penny to these people--there are many better options out there run by much better people!

I am giving 1 star for the clean & pretty trolley, but the humans involved made for an honestly terrible overall experience. I would NEVER recommend Cloud9 for an important event. Our major issue with Cloud9 was attempting to pay them, despite a contract & down payment from us. They make prepaying quite inconvenient, so we figured with everything else going on, no big deal we will hand them a card on the day. We tried to do this, however, they had no way to accept payment, were not able to process the apple card & therefore wanted to take pictures of our credit card & IDs (uncomfortable). They then demanded a different card, which we provided. However since we had now provided my Father in Laws card & the ID was my husbands, they had a melt down about this as well instead of calming solving it. They angrily called our wedding planner incessantly. Yelled at members of our wedding party, including the groom, during photos. After this was “resolved” & paid (keeping in mind that they are walking away with digital images of our IDs & credit cards..) this information was not communicated with our evening driver, who was AGAIN demanding payment from my Father in Law in front of a trolley full of guests. The driver even THREATENED TO LEAVE our remaining guests, wedding party, bride & groom because he thought he had not been paid when he had & he ALSO had our scheduled times wrong. My Father in Law had to pull up his account statement & show it to the driver in order for him to take us home AT THE CONTRACTED & PAID FOR TIME. Our venue closed at 12, we scheduled our additional two hour time (for MORE MONEY, a part of our signed contract from months before the wedding) from 10:15-12:15. The driver insisted that we should have been back at the hotel by 12 & again threatened to leave. All of this, coupled with an unfriendly, bleeding morning driver leads me to this review. The trolley itself was beautiful, it is a shame that it was absolutely ruined by our experience with Cloud9 employees. Do NOT entrust them with any important events.

Naturally, coordinating 3 large vehicles for specific arrival/departure times in Chicago traffic made us rather nervous, but the Cloud 9 team was ON IT for the duration of our time with them - each bus arrived nice and early, stayed in great communication with our planner, and really left us with a flawless transportation experience - the quality of the buses both inside and out were wonderful, and the prices were the best in the market from our experience - we'd be thrilled to recommend them to anyone for transportation needs big and small!

I think it would be helpful if during the booking process they ask for a day of contact. This was unnecessary stress for me on my wedding day. They also were asking me for a credit card on my wedding day for incidentals. They already had my credit card on file from my original booking, so I am not sure why they needed this? It was not explained very well, but one of my bridesmaids ended up giving them her credit card to put on file, so I didn't have to stress out about it.

I had to spoon-feed these guys previously worked out logistics, while under large amounts of (understandable) wedding stress. This isn't 1 star because yes, the shuttle did transport my guests, and at a competitive price. But the timing and amount of 'needed' stress that just was optionally given to me instead of reading 2 emails or a contract... Inexcusable.

I actually thought it was too good to be true, but they showed up on time, the bus was clean and stocked, they took us exactly where we needed to be, and there were no hidden costs anywhere. The day of the party, our driver Juan was on time and even helped us make adjustments to our stops because of bad traffic. We had a bunch of squealing 8th graders in back and he was patient in every way. He even pulled over to help them get the bluetooth working for their music. About and hour after we'd been dropped off, my husband realized he left his work computer bag in the front seat. I called the company, which was already closed. I got a call back in less than a minute and told the person what happened. They tracked down Juan who'd already gone home. He met my husband at 9pm to make sure he got his back for work the following morning. This company far exceeded my expectations and I will never call any other when I need a party bus. Job well done and thank you!
