I've been a customer of Chocolate Cafe for over 10 years, and with no hesitation, I emailed Lisa. To our relief and delight, they took on our request! We chose an almond cake, and it was a hit with our guests! The delivery was seamless, punctual, and the decor was exactly what we had asked for. I know we will be customers for life, and happy they made our special cake.

he perfect solution because they helped us plan a delicious and diverse selection of treats for all of our guests. We had a huge assortment of truffles, cake pops, brownies, chocolate covered strawberries, buckeyes, and more! We also had an easy time setting up cake tasting with them and we LOVED our sweetheart cake. My only disappointment is that we didn't order even MORE because we barely had any leftovers, and I was hoping to binge on these yummy wedding treats for weeks! The Chocolate Cafe did a great job helping us portion for our guest count and they did provided the displays and did all of the setup for us.
I cannot recommend the Chocolate Cafe enough. This is an easy 5-star review! :)

I think they did a good job the day of the wedding! Leading up to the wedding was a little stressful I will say. When we first met with them and did the cake tasting we loved them....
They had great customer service and were very friendly. About a month and a half before the wedding I reached out to go over the final details for the desserts and the cake. They were never super fast at responding but got back in a good time frame, however, this time was so slow. I sent about 2-3 emails and did not hear back for a week and a half. I am starting to stress that the bakery I hired is not going to have my cake done. They finally gave me a call and told me the baker who made the sample cakes we loved was no longer working with them. They were waiting to reach back out to me was they hired someone new. They wanted me to come back in for another tasting and try the flavors to see if we liked them still. We were able to come in 3 weeks for the wedding and the cakes were fine, nothing like the first round we had. We decided to stay with them since it has been hard looking for a gluten-free bakery to start with. On the day of the wedding, everything showed up and was nicely decorated. I did ask for a fall theme color (colorful fall) and most of the desserts looked like they were for spring. The macaroons and the strawberries were a big hit and everyone loved those!

payed my deposit to lock down the date they made no attempt to provide me with information for weeks/ months until I reached out first nearly begging for a crumb of information. Unfortunately I had to give up on this vendor just 30 days out from my wedding day because they did not provide me with a quote or invoice for the services after having been in contact with them for months. All other vendors I worked with were able to provide me with these things within 25-48 hours of initial contact. I don’t think they’re a bad business- just really disappointed with the experience I had and dont think they had the capacity to handle events of this kind.

least do this. We hired Chocolate Cafe for our cake, grooms cake, and dessert table. They helped us figure out sizing and numbers based on the amount of guests and were spot on. In fact, by the time my husband and I had finished our dinner, the dessert table was cleaned out! Everyone loved the mini desserts. It is an extra cost, but I highly recommend it! There was something for everyone, and people didn’t have to wait until the cake cutting for something sweet. The cake was gorgeous and exactly what we had asked for.

erry Mascarpone cake which we go and get on special occasions, so we asked the owner Lisa if it could be made into our wedding cake which of course she was so excited to help us make happen! The best part about having that cake is that we know we can always go back and have a slice whenever we want! The cake looked beautiful and tasted as good as it always does.
