I had three fittings and Christina got the dress to fit perfectly for me and she even made custom adjustments the made my dress that much more perfect. Everything with at Christina's was so easy, I would highly reccomend Christina's to anyone looking for the perfect dress.

ent in for a fitting and to discuss having my dress altered. My sales gal started to assist another bride and I was in my dress for a half hour. Their floor was filthy and it ruined the bottom of my dress. that was latter blamed on me, I took my dress into them after only trying it on in my home and taking numerous pictures in case something did happen to it. We ordered tuxes from them and it did not go well. I had to tell them 6 times what tuxes we were getting and they lost the paper work twice. My groom then had to call and deal with the owner from that point forward. we were lied to and the work was terrible. When my bridesmaid went to pick up the tuxes they were missing a jacket after I had called to confirm that they were ready the day before. She waited there for two hours to try to get it worked out and then went back the next morning after they called her to tell her they had it only to be given a jacket that was too small and to see if it would work. We got married out of town so she brought the jacket to try. Later that day we had family going through town and my groom called to ask if they had the correct jacket. The owner said yes and so we sent our family out of their way to get the jacket. They were told when they got there that they did not have the jacket. My dress had black along the bottom and it was gross, they blamed me and that was incredible when Chris herself helped me decide on my alterations and looked my dress over before taking it back, They lost my garnet bag and it was a mess. The bustle was incorrect and had to be fixed and the pressing job was terrible. her staff showed me a burn they got from pressing it that morning , then the owner told me that she was the only one to touch my dress. Its hard to be lied to. Ultimately they didn't destroy my day because i got married but it was really sad that was my experience with people that were trusted. I am very laid back and i really don't sweat the small stuff but i can tell you that another bride would not have been OK in my shoes. Oh also my bustle didn't even work for 3 minutes. I am so sad to write this because i would much rather put positive words out there but I want everyone that celebrates their love and spends the money to have a great experience and this is not it. There are other options in Casper and i would suggest using them or buying your own because its the same price to go purchase a suit then to have the emotional stress of this poorly run business.

he staff told me to “come in tomorrow” each time. The second time I went in they had lost my paperwork and had no recollection of me being in the store 2 days prior. I went in today as the associate the day before told me she would call on the dress I was wanting to purchase this morning to make sure it could be shipped in time for my wedding and nothing had been done. Instead I get excuses that only the manager can do that and we are trying to close (so was Laneige Bridal and Tuxedo today at 6pm but guess what they still sold me a dress and got it ordered...TODAY- I highly recommend them!) there was not a manager in site on any of the 3 days I was in. In my opinion,The employees there are not well trained for this kind of work. It is already stressful enough planning a wedding and then these employees can’t even sell you a dress!!? I will never purchase from this store nor recommend it. My business was taken elsewhere.

She special ordered a dress for a bridesmaid last minute even though the mistake was not her fault. She goes above and beyond. Every business may have a disgruntled former employee but not every business has an owner that cares this much.

ower girl). In May Christina’s called me only 3 weeks to my wedding to let me know my dress had arrived. Turns out it wasn’t what I had ordered. I was in shock! There was no way they could get the dress in the color I had ordered so my decision was to take the dress they ordered which was White and I wanted NO WHITE or to take their floor model that was a size 8 and I am a size 18 and try to make a lace up in the back at the same price. So here I am paying full price for a dress that wasn’t what I wanted or one way to small that several people had tried on. Never once did Chris say she would compensate me for my troubles. She did however offer to alter my whichever dress I chose free of charge. I agreed to go with the dress not in my color only because it was my size. I was a wreck! I cried and cried and rushed all over the state reordering shoes, tux’s, flower girl dresses and basically changing everything for my wedding. I arrived on a Thursday night back to Casper as Friday morning Chris promised to have my dress ready! Ha! I walked in the door and Chris was out sick that day. Thank God my dress was there still but had never been touched! The staff called Chris and let me talk to her and I was livid. Chris then said she was sick but would get to it tomorrow. I just took time off work, then driving 5 hours, paying for a hotel and now she wants me driving back again and taking more time off? I informed Chris of her unprofessionalism and reminded her of how to use a phone. I as well run 2 businesses and I always try to keep my customers happy. Chris didn’t even have the respect to call me that morning and let me know it wasn’t done before I drove. She knew the day before it wasn’t done and still had no respect for me or my wedding nor keeping her word. Chris’s answer to the solution was to then pay for my alteration wherever I had it done. I last minute found someone to alter my dress and the bill was $400.00 I called Chris after and let her know I would be up for my check when I was in town. She claimed she wanted the bill first and the contact info of who altered my dress. I emailed the bill and contact info, waited a couple of days and then called again because I had heard nothing. After several days of no returned phone calls and multiple messages for Chris to call me I finally was able to get in touch with her and she refused to pay for alterations. She claimed $400 was too much. Christina’s cost me over an extra $1000.00 for my wedding because of their mistake. I was NEVER compensated anything back. Chris has a great staff, as I know none of this was there faults, but it’s pretty bad when all the girls working there tell you that “This really makes us think about the kind of person we are working for, we are here to make peoples special days special, not ruin them.” Thanks Christina’s for Ruining My Special Day and Costing Me Money, Time, and Regret! Don’t Shop Christina’s! It’s A Joke!

y picks to the room we had to do that ourselves also. After finding the dress and paying for it we are leaving and a friend backs into someone's car. Not a big deal didn't even swap paint. Everyone exchanged numbers and info and we went on our way. The sales associate called the cops on us and reported that we had hit and run! After talking to police officer and him getting both sides of the story it was dropped, but for them to call the cops on us not even knowing what was going on. I wish I could or would have purchased my dress at any other store. If I could give it a -5 starts I would.

nd alterations if needed. I went to a different place at first and was treated horrible so I came here and got the best service I could ask for. They were very friendly too.

m. BRIDES...shop early so your dress has time to be made! I have seen them help people that are getting married sooner than later and with a small budget find a dress that is perfect for them!

up the vests, they didn't have them. We were told they were not available in the sizes we requested. I was not called, or notified. So, the day before the wedding, from a town 50 miles away, I had to pick out vests sight-unseen, over the phone. I was also not only charged for these, but was charged DOUBLBE what I had been quoted! I WOULD NOT USE CHRISTINAS. The worst service I have ever encountered. When I called to speak to the manager, she said none of it was her fault or the fault of any of her employees and there was nothing she would do. She offered to give me a gift card for an unspecified amount. If you choose to use this vendor...good luck

I would not recommend them because of their terrible customer service. Not a single person in there is helpful, and they act like it is such an inconvience for them to help!!!
