We diligently plan all of your event details from the beginning to the end. With Christine & Co. on the job, you can feel confident knowing that we will have every small detail thought through and executed. We are there in any capacity that you need, whether that’s day-of wedding coordination, 6 months out wedding planning, or a full year of planning services.
If you need more than twelve months we are happy to help! Coordination for the day of the event may be planned one to three months in advance. For more extensive packages, six months or more may be used to coordinate the ideal wedding day. A selection of add-on services is also available, including invitation services, favor assembly, website design, rehearsal dinner coordination, next day brunch coordination, and more. Christine and her team are pleased to chat with any interested couples and encourage that they reach out with any inquiries they may have.

There's no other way to say it, Christine was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding process! We had 18 months to plan our wedding, so feeling confident we could do a lot of it ourselves, opted for the "Weekend Of' package. To say Christine was on top of things is an understatement. From running an efficient rehearsal on Friday to bringing the girls breakfast first thing Saturday morning & steaming our dresses, she made our wedding weekend stress-free! She was a calming presence and genuinely thrilled to be a part of our wedding. Christine will be my #1 recommendation anytime I hear a newly engaged couple starting their planning process!!

I love Christine & Co.!! I hired them about a month and a half before my wedding to help coordinate some last minute things and the wedding day. It was the best money we spent throughout the entire process!! I can’t say enough great things about Christine and Justine! They were amazing!! I planned the entire wedding with the help of my mom, but I am so glad we hired Christine & Co towards the end. They were able to take control of the wedding day, so my mom and I didn’t have to. It was a huge relief to know that things were being taken care of by Justine!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had Christine as my wedding planner! She and her truly are truly unmatched. From the very first meeting, her kindness and genuine passion for her work shone through. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is perfect. Our was at a private residence and it was a large wedding that required a lot of moving pieces and out sourcing several vendors; so it required a lot of work and Christine made the entire process feel a lot simpler. Every time we spoke or had check in meetings, I always felt at ease moving through the process. Which I think is such important quality and invaluable during the wedding process.

She honestly went above and beyond the call of duty, and honestly I felt so calm that things would be perfect because she was there. I know a lot of people say that things may go wrong on the big day and you have to just go with the flow. I look back on my day and can not think of one single thing that went wrong. Christine was the biggest blessing during the wedding planning process. Obviously as a first time bride I had no clue what the heck I was doing and she just swooped in with all the answers, recommendations, and communication with all our vendor. The amount of headaches this woman saved me is unreal. I am not a planner or a very logistical person so having her on our team was seriously the biggest stress reliever. I felt so organized and confident after every meeting with had with her.
I know some people might be hesitant about a coordinator in general but if you have the ability, I 100000% recommend it. She created the perfect timeline, touched base with and coordinated all of our vendors, and honestly just created the most magical day for all of us.
Loved! This! Team! Christine started us off a month in advance getting a schedule set and taking over vendor comms. What a treat! Christine was fun to talk with and is incredibly knowledgable in her craft. She was quick to respond and had a stellar system to stay organized. The day of we had Justine and Maggie to take care of us and hot dang did they crush it! Justine got us setup and organized for a smooth day. Maggie hustled to gather our items at the end of the night and got it all stashed in our car. I am SO thankful for these 3. I considered not having any professional coordinator but WOW did they come in clutch throughout the whole day. Thank you ladies so so much.
Christine and her assistant Justine were absolutely incredible to work with. Christine is personable, professional, and just downright amazing! We hired them for Day of Coordination and thanks to their help, everything went smoothly. The prep calls before the wedding and taking over the vendor communication was a burden off my shoulder.

We first found Christine & Co. by touring a venue. Michaela was amazing, & we knew we wanted to hire her no matter where we got married. Unfortunately she was booked on our wedding day, but Robin was assigned to us and she was absolutely fantastic! Robin was so sweet but also firm with vendors and kept them all in line and on schedule. She decorated our venue flawlessly. She always knew what I was thinking & made sure my husband & I were taken care of. She even got my step daughter & me Starbucks on the wedding day! She was perfection, and we appreciated everything she did for our big day! We couldn’t have imagined a better event! Much love from Haley & Joe

Christine and her team were amazing! We chose to do the three month package to help with the last few details and creating the timeline, and it was a great decision. Christine was always on top of things and it was so nice to have someone reach out to all of our vendors to coordinate times. She was as always sure to communicate with me in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Christine was the best decision we could have made. She was not only a professional, she became a friend. She was able to talk me through all our decisions, push back on vendors when we needed someone to stand up for us, she even bustled my dress and took to veil out of my hair. She took command of our bridal party to get them all on the same page at the rehearsal. She designed my tables and made them look AMAZING. My husband and I tell each other all the time, how grateful we are for Christine. Any couple would be SO LUCKY to have her on their big day and I can't recommend her enough. We love you, Christine!!!

Christine is very professional and knows exactly what is needed to make a wedding day run smoothly! From our initial meeting, I liked that she was efficient and on top of every detail from decor to processional order. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in her business.
We were somewhat disappointed with our day of coordinator and assistant. I thought that our rehearsal would be ran mostly by the day of coordinator, since it is included in the cost of services. However, it seemed like the day of coordinator took a step back and most of the responsibility fell onto my officiant, which was stressful. I just wish she was a little more interactive with us. I later found out that our day of coordinator (not including name out of respect) told one of my bridesmaids that she was "hungover".
We also didn't have any forks set out to use when we did the cake cutting, so we had to use our fingers. Not a big deal, but we paid a lot of money to make sure those things were taken care of.
Lastly, my mom asked the day of coordinator assistant if she and the rest of the family was supposed to help clear tables of decor and the assistant responded "Yes". I was upset because we paid to have this service completely done by day of coordination so that my family and friends could enjoy every last minute of the wedding. Things ended up messily thrown into boxes (some of my florals were smashed under heavier objects) and it took me hours to sort through everything.
I'd recommend Christine's company, but just be sure that expectations are clear between all parties involved.

Christine was amazing! We used her for the month of our wedding and she did a fabulous job! She was incredibly organized, created a day of timeline, came to the rehearsal and worked with the ceremony coordinator, made sure the timeline was followed through the wedding day, helped vendors get where they needed to go and stay on schedule, etc. I can’t say enough great things! THE BEST! Highly recommend!
Christine and her team were invaluable on our big day!!! We chose a 6 month out coordination package and received monthly to-do lists. I would inform Christine on the progress I had made or extra acquired details, to date, before each new list. I was using her lists alongside The Knot app recommendations and my venue's questionnaires/recommendations. This really helped because Christine's lists would ask for things with different (earlier) deadlines than we otherwise would have planned, and she had good reason in doing so! Each time I would update her on my progress, she was filing away all of the info to make our final details meetings a breeze. She had happened to work with a lot of our vendors before at prior weddings, so that made the month/2-week out communications super seamless. She was communicating with each of our vendors, taking all of their individual timelines/ details and making one large timeline packet for everyone to follow. We had NO idea how much coordination (on timeline alone!! not even details or decor) went into a wedding before doing this, so we were blown away by how seamlessly she handled this. We had two people from her team present throughout the day. Robin started in the morning as lead coordinator and even steamed everyone's dresses. I have never been apart of a wedding where there was help with steaming! That was such a nice touch. Everyone from her team was super kind, cheerful and supportive on our big day. We could notttt have pulled off our wedding without her team and are so thankful to have worked with them :)
Christine was the absolute best! Her experience and professionalism shined through for us! She kept us on schedule and guided us with a perfect timeline.I had a laundry list of things I asked her to do and she didn’t even blink an eye and got them done. If you want to truly enjoy your child’s wedding and not worry about one thing except taking in the day and enjoying it to the fullest, you have to use her and her team!! I would recommend her 100%!!
Christine is the best day-of coordinator I could have ever asked for. I generally have a hard time trusting other people to handle projects that I started, but I wasn’t worried at all after talking to Christine for the first 2 minutes. She knew exactly what questions to ask, and she always kept us on track. We started working together 3 months before the wedding, and she helped coordinate the timelines and details among all of the different vendors. She was friendly and firm, and I LOVED that. She made sure everything that we wanted happened, and she was clearly able to handle any problems that came up because I didn’t hear about any on the day of! We had one last-minute issue 2 days before the wedding, and she was able to alleviate my stress and handle the details such that it ended up not being a big deal at all! Christine was so detail-oriented, and everything went exactly as I hoped. It truly was the perfect day, and I couldn’t have done it without her. After the wedding, my bridal party friends were saying she was so great that they wished they could fly her out to do their own weddings!
Madison was assisting with our wedding as well, and she was so nice! She was super helpful, and was so kind and helped way more with clean-up than I had originally anticipated. She was around in case anything was needed later in the night, and she made sure everything got set up and taken down perfectly! I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful team on my big day!
We booked Christine for a full planning package a year and a half out. We are very busy professionals who simply do not have time to plan an event this size. Issues with Christine began immediately, with a pattern of rescheduling meetings and not being responsive to emails. After being rescheduled multiple times, I had to sternly word an email warning to her that we were being forced to repeatedly move our work commitments only to have her cancel without notice. Further, her monthly emails consisted of nothing more than lists directly from The Knot or other general internet sources on “Things to Do”. When we realized we had been lied to about her competence and ability, we were very upset. We proceeded to plan our entire wedding ourselves, which was a monumental task since it involved two states and two dates. Our intention was to have her plan the Indy side so we could focus on the East Coast event; we ended up planning everything. We flew out to Indy multiple times, meeting with vendors on our own. Right before the wedding, we advised her we were flying out and she informed us she was unavailable and out of the country. Can you imagine? The wedding planner taking a vacation out of the country during the height of wedding season with many details left to plan. We disregarded her and proceeded to arrange our event with all the vendors. Christine came back around the week we were scheduled to arrive and asked for an update. We had no time to bring our wedding planner up to speed on the event she was paid to plan. The amount of stress that her lack of involvement was immense. I thought he she would be embarrassed to ask for full payment after doing so little. Christine was not ashamed and took our money. If you book this wedding planner, this is what awaits you. Use a planner who actually plans.
Christine and her team were the absolute best! I felt so at ease on the day of knowing that she would take care of absolutely everything. I heard so many stories leading up to the day about big things going wrong on friends wedding day and if anything did go wrong on our day- I did not hear about it! Christine and her team took care of absolutely everything and made planning fun- not stressful! Such a perfect day and the best day of our lives. So thankful for her!
Interestingly, there was a review about Christine submitted last month that sounds identical to our experience. All the themes are the same: Christine never follows up, sends generic emails that cut and paste “Wedding To Do Lists” from Google, and is totally unavailable. This began with our first appointment over a year ago (after we signed the contract), which she rescheduled because she wasn’t available. This pattern repeated itself for the duration of our interactions, whereby my husband and I would rearrange our work schedules to meet with her, only to have her cancel without notice the day of the appointment. After being rescheduled repeatedly for months and months, we proceeded to plan our own wedding, interviewing and booking all vendors and extras. It should be noted that we interviewed well-known high-end vendors in the area and no one, and I repeat no one, knew who Christine was when we mentioned who our planned was. This was alarming, because she seemingly has a business in a small city and no contacts. We paid for a full year of planning and coordination, and literally could never get her engaged and planned a huge event by ourselves. We would have been better off using our caterer as our planner, since her organization really saved us, stepping up to contact vendors for decor, lighting, furniture, everything. Lesson learned in that point. It got to a point where we had gotten so much done without hearing from her, only to have her send another generic wedding spam message instead of contacting us. We found it to be exhausting to even attempt to catch up our planner on our plans, as we were busy and simply did not have the time to micromanage her. Also, she assigned another planner to us for the day of, and although this was understood in her business model, we had to personally set up meetings to go over our details with this person. Had we not been so meticulous, we would have had two uninformed planners. As it was, half the cake disappeared and the day of coordinator had no helpful insight as to where it went, because she was elsewhere when the caterer was serving. We did not have time to keep track of her while we were trying to enjoy our reception. The day of coordinator was efficient in bringing us drinks and taking our gifts to our room, which could have been accomplished by my Mother-in Law. In the end, it was $3500 that would have gone a long way toward more guests or more decor. Run away from this planner and never look back. Book a professional.
My fiancee and I decided we wanted to book a wedding planner for a full year and made it very clear what our expectations were. We wanted to do the least amount of work possible. We wanted Christine and her team to handle as much as they could and just tell us what to do and we would do it. Sure, it might seem weird, but planning just stresses us out, so that's why we were paying for someone else to do it.
Anyway, the initial meeting went okay and she made it seem like she knew what she was doing, but then she just never followed up on her promises. She had some mysterious Excel sheet with a list of vendors that she said she would send me and never did. She said she was going to reach out to our wedding venue to get some specifics on things and never did. She sent all of her emails to my fiancee only despite my fiancee asking multiple times to include me (but still never sent this spreadsheet). Her monthly emails were basically just cookie cutter emails of what to complete each month, paying no mind to what we have already told her. For example, we told her we did not need to make any hotel accommodations for our small wedding with everyone coming pretty much local. Yet, her next email says to make sure we book our hotel accommodations. Also, the 2 flower vendors she recommended worked. One was not even open!
We thought maybe we were being unclear in our expectations, so my fiancee specifically asked her in an email to reach out to a food vendor and see what their catering is like and figure out the logistics, etc. Christine's response? Something along the lines of, "but I really like this other particular vendor!" And she includes a link to the vendor's website that we were asking about, which we obviously already had as it takes 2 seconds to look up.
Eventually, my fiancee just stopped responding to her emails as they literally did nothing for us. We were booking everything and doing all the work ourselves and just telling her what we've done so she can "update her Excel sheet." Finally, we decided it was just time to move on. We considered keeping her as at least she can help on the day of, but we didn't want to pay the back half of what we owed and decided it would just be better to get what money back we could.
When we politely requested to cancel and get our partial deposit back, she neglected to mention the refund at all and asked us to be more specific as to why we were canceling. At that point we were both pretty fed up and I pretty much just said that we weren't getting what we paid for and didn't see a reason to continue. Her response made it seem like she trying to blame us (though we were probably a bit touchy at this point) and said she has always been willing to do whatever we need (clearly not as she blatantly ignored a specific request to reach out to a particular vendor and let us know what they say) and we haven't been responding to her emails (already said why and also, again, she never sent any to me) and that actually the planning was just about to pick up at the 6 month mark! I mean, at this point we have already booked just about all of the vendors we need ourselves.
So anyway, my recommendation is just to not waste your money. Perhaps she's a great day of coordinator or 3 month our coordinator. But for a year out, you can just google what to do every month, not spend thousands of dollars, and achieve the same thing.
I highly recommend Christine and Co. Christine is extremely thorough with monthly timelines, reaching out to my son and daughter in law on a regular basis, and even flying down to Florida to personally speak with us and to visit our venue.
Christine easily managed all our outside vendors with her great communication skills. Everything was flawless from our first meeting to our last!
You will be very impressed with her staff as well. Talk about teamwork! They had to set up and breakdown our venue. All with a smile on their faces even in the summer months of Florida!
Christine also coordinated the wedding ceremony. We had a first time ordained minister and Everything went without smooth!

First off would just say a wedding planner is a must have and Christine was phenomenal. She helped keep us up to date with her timeline/scheduling from the very beginning. We live and got married in FLORIDA, and she absolutely crushed it. Her being in INDIANA wasn't even an issue and she was always quick to respond to emails/phone calls. She became our main point of contact with our vendors which helped take a huge load off of our shoulders!! Thank you so much again Christine, you truly helped make our special day flawless!!
Christine & Co. made our wedding vision come to LIFE. Christine is amazing at what she does and is the best coordinator for any bride or groom. She was organized, professional and encouraging. She ensured all vendors had everything in place for the whole day. Tinker House Events was also the perfect location for our Indianapolis wedding. Our guests loved the staff, vibe of the event space, and the convenience of parking and location to the downtown hotels. We highly recommend the venue and Christine & Co. for any couple. Couldn't recommend the space and staff enough.

My overall vision for our ballroom reception space was intricate and layered. As an Interior Designer, the easy part was creating the vision...the hard part was trusting someone else to execute in the way I would. Upon meeting and corresponding with Christine, I knew I could put my full trust in her to do just that. Her attention to detail is unapparelled. When I walked into the ballroom at our reception (Grand Hall at Union Station), I was brought to tears. Christine not only accomplished the goal, she far succeeded it. I whole-heartedly can say she "nailed it!"
Not only did she and her team exceed expectations for the decor and tablescapes, she made the entire weekend go off without a hitch... or if there was a "hitch", she found a solution and made it appear seamless.

Where do we begin!? When we first got engaged in 2019 and planned on having an out of town wedding, we knew we needed someone who not only knew the industry but also the area. From day one of first meeting with Christine to working through a postponement to finally having our dream day, we couldn’t imagine having anyone else help guide us through the planning process. She is very prompt with her responses to any questions we had and the monthly checklists kept us on track when we didn’t know what to do next.
When the day of our wedding came, she was there from start to finish. She checked in on us while we got ready, helped with venue setup and even steamed all bridesmaid dresses and my wedding gown - which was beyond amazing and helpful. Her assistant, Madison, that was also there the day of was a godsend. She would check in with us throughout the evening, helped me re-bustle my dress multiple times and would take care of anything for us before we even thought to ask.

Working with Christine was the best decision we could have made. The entire day was a whirlwind and Christine kept us on track and relaxed the entire time. Christine was an absolute lifesaver while planning our wedding. I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without her. We booked her for the whole year before our wedding. Christine, Robin, and Michaela were absolutely a pleasure to work with! From when we first started our wedding planning journey in January 2020, all our thoughts, questions, we saw our ideas answered and come to life! We worked primarily with Christine throughout our wedding process and she always followed up and answered our questions (no matter how many there might have been). Likewise, she gave us some great tips or ideas for our wedding. She brings a wealth of knowledge of the industry and how best to schedule your timeline so it runs smoothly.
We have both been in bridal parties and been to weddings where the couple did not opt for a wedding coordinator and were constantly stressed their day of and could not be in the moment. Robin and Michaela were nothing short of helpful! On our day of, they made sure all the vendors were coordinated and made sure our timeline ran smoothly. If there were any hiccups, we didn't notice them because they handled them so seamlessly. My mom saw a few small items were not taken care of and Robin calmly and quickly addressed them. Robin/Michaela/Christine made our wedding day extremely pain-free so we could be in the moment and enjoy time with our family and friends!
Christine was awesome to work with! She did an amazing job helping us plan our destination wedding! We told her what we were looking. Then she did the research and came back with several ideas and places to check out each time. She also handled all of the venders so we only had to work with her. Christine allowed us to not worry about the details and just in the moment for our perfect day!

Christine is a wonderful wedding coordinator! We found her to be professional, prepared, and personable. During the 3-month contract period before our wedding, she initiated communication on several occasions with checklists and reminders and whenever we had questions, she was quick to respond. She prepared and revised timelines and communicated with all vendors accordingly. She was able to proficiently adjust when circumstances caused some last minute changes. On the wedding day, she and her team had a “let me handle that” approach. Most importantly, however, her caring attitude provided peace. I was a guest of Stephanie and Kris Sorrels. As I entered into the Tinker House it was well decorated, each table setting was well labeled. The staff were very professional trying not to be in the way of all the guests so we could see the whole ceremony. From start to finish the wedding ceremony was a charming fairy tale end. The food staff were very kind and helpful too. All the children got served their food first and they brought it to the tables!! Highly recommend this wedding planner.

I was a guest at a wedding coordinated by Christine recently, and it was a Fairy Tale! Christine had everything under control 100% of the time. The decorations were gorgeous, the meal was delicious, and the vendors were all so kind (even when my kids tried the "help"). The bride and groom were both glowing with happiness the whole day.

Day of the wedding she went and picked up the bridal parties food and drink order as we were getting ready. Her and her team set up and took down the entire reception hall! The reception hall looked gorgeous by the way. There was a not nice review on here and I had to come on to refute the claim. Christine and her crew were nothing but spectacular that day and every day. The bride continues to rave at how good she was the entire time planning the wedding. She was good to everyone (I.e. guests, vendors, bridal party and most importantly the bride and groom). I don’t like untrue reviews saying things that didn’t happen. Christine you did a wonderful job!
Christine is definitely a professional in her field! Would definitely recommend her day of coordination services! You can tell she lives and breaths all things weddings! The first thing my mom told me after my wedding was, "When people ask me how to plan a wedding, I will tell him the one thing they cannot do without is hiring Christine and her team." And I couldn't agree more. From the very first day I met Christine, I could tell that her energy, expertise, and personality were going to be unmatched by anyone else. Christine sent me monthly emails with checklists to complete in order to keep me on task (and from also getting too ahead of myself causing unnecessary stress), she made herself available 24/7 by email, phone call, and text, and let me vent when I was feeling overwhelmed. Christine has been in the industry for over 10 years now and helped me find my other vendors who are the best of the best. My favorite thing about Christine is how she always took the time to get to know me as a person! A couple of weeks before the wedding, she took me out for a final planning meeting and had me laughing the entire time. Everything I thought I was worried about was always figured out with her help. On the wedding day itself, Christine and her team picked up Jimmy Johns for me and my girls, took our dresses to the venue and steamed them, and kept everyone on task throughout the entire day. Her assistant, Robin, was also amazing and went out and brought back Taco Bell as a late night snack for my wedding guests! It was a hit. I'm so thankful I hired Christine Kingery Events to help with my wedding day. I decided to do the 3 months out and the day of package. All I can say is WOW! Christine and her team truly wanted to make our day special and take the stress out of the day.
Her team is extremely professional and know/are prepared for wedding day craziness. All my vendors were contacted and coordinated and I never had to worry about when food was suppose to be delivered or if the florist would be there on time.

She helped me with vendors, time of wedding, questions due to Covid, anything and everything. The most helpful and very important thing she did for me was contact each and every single vendor. She made sure they all new the location and time for arrival. She made a timeline and kept us on it all day which was very important! She reminded me of things I needed to finish, things I would have forgotten! I would hire her again in a heart beat!
Christine and her team made my wedding day so stress-free, which isn't easy when planning during COVID. I only hired Christine's day-of services, but wished I would have done more! For day-of planning alone, she met with me in person several times and responded to countless phone calls and emails. She helped me reschedule EVERYTHING once I decided to postpone my May wedding to August do to COVID and was a calming force through such a hectic time. My day-of coordination was led by Robin, who was just as wonderful as Christine! I did not have a specific plan for table or general decor, just gave Robin a few boxes the day of the wedding and she made the venue look better than I could have ever imagined. I can't recommend Christine and her team enough!
Thank goodness for Christine! Without her, I don't think I could have handled rescheduling, completely replanning, and dealing with a wedding through COVID. She helped me find vendors for both my original and last-minute plans, as well as kept me calm when I thought we would have to cancel all together.

We hired Christine to help us plan our wedding from out of state about a year in advance and it was definitely one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process! I am not always the most organized so her monthly "to-do" lists were amazing and kept me on track! She was ALWAYS available for a phone call when I had a panic moment! About 2 weeks before the wedding we decided to postpone our reception and scale back our ceremony and she did not miss a beat. She started immediately communicating with vendors to find out our options and let them know the plans. She organized the rehearsal, and took care of everything day of from steaming dresses, picking up food, and keeping us on schedule. I literally did not need to think about anything other than getting ready with my girls! As if COVID cancellation/postponing wasn't enough...it rained all day for our outdoor ceremony!! But Christine was there coordinating with family and making to plans to make sure people could stay dry and have a good time. All together the day was absolutely perfect and shockingly stress free and a lot of that has to do with Christine being there making decisions and getting things done!!! I am beyond grateful for EVERYTHING you have already done for Luke and I and can't wait to see what we can pull off next year at our reception. If you are debating if you need a wedding planner...the answer is you do...and Christine is the best!
