Even when we had a tricky time getting some of the floral I wanted like king protea in Mexico, she managed to find it and created the most insane bridal bouquet and floral for my beachy, boho wedding. Everyone still talks about how gorgeous my flowers were, and I've even had my brides use my bouquet as their inspiration for their own flowers. :) If you are looking for someone who will get inside your head and think of the smallest details you didn't know you wanted, the CJDE team is who you need. They over-deliver, and they made the day even better than I could have dreamed. I can't gush about them enough!!!

When COVID-19 made 2020 weddings very different than originally expected and our original venue bailed with 3 months to go, Christine and Kendall made what could have been a total meltdown into just a small bump in an already bumpy road. Her creative talent for floral and décor is amazing. The whole CDJE team has the experience and the connections needed to throw the wedding we wanted and they gave me the luxury of enjoying the day without having to worry about any details.

Wedding planning can be stressful, but Christine and her staff were unfailingly enthusiastic, efficient and reassuring from the initial planning all the way to the end of the wedding day. I fully expected the change to be very stressful, but they have made it stress-free and very relaxed. Kendall has gotten in contact with all of our vendors quickly and easy and we have been able to lock in everything again within a few days of switching our date. Bless her. I couldn't have asked for an easier process. I love them so much and will continue to use them for every little event I need from here on out. s for my wedding day. Since then, I have followed her religiously on Instagram and I have loved the details posted from each of her events. In planning my twin sister's bachelorette party, I knew exactly who to contact. Quickly after shooting her an email, Christine gave me a call to discuss my vision for the event as we also reminisced on my wedding flowers. From this conversation, I knew Christine's team was going to work their hardest to make the weekend special for my sister and her friends. Over the next few months, I worked primarily with Colleen and Christine, an amazing duo, who provided me with options and ideas for the weekend, making everything so so so very easy on my end. They contacted restaurants, photographers, and bars so that I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Ultimately, I just had to make choices with the information they provided me. In the end, we settled on holding a bach brunch at Eden in Chicago, where Christine and Colleen created floral crowns for each of the gals. They also connected me to Brittany Bekas, a local Chicago photographer, to capture the fun. We ended up staying at a local Sonder and Christine, Colleen, and Kendall (Another amazing CJDE employee) helped me to make the spot truly cozy and perfect. They decked the place out with a bohemian vibe, so many eucalyptus leaves, and the BEST floral arrangements. They also created beautiful gift baskets for each of the guests. I honestly could not be happier with how everything turned out in the end and it was such a pleasure working with the CJDE team in the months leading up to the big weekend. If you need a planner, this team is perfect. I would never hesitate to contact them in the future for events! Love each and every one of them.

We'd had a good bit of our wedding pieces in place when we met with e CJD but what I was most anxious about was logistics, timing and all the what-ifs you never plan for. Colleen was my rockstar. I was stressed and anxious and every step of the way she reassured me that they "had me!" AND THEY DID!! Our day was smooth sailing and effortless for me. If something went wrong I didn't know about it and that's exactly what I wanted. She stuck by me throughout the day as well as having an additional planner with the grooms party. I couldn't be more grateful that we decided to work with Colleen and the CJD team. It was, by far, the best money we spent on our wedding. They say you can't buy peace of mine, but you can if you hire this amazing team! THE BEST

The team put together the most beautiful centerpieces and design that made our night feel so magical. Not only did I get to work with them for floral and design, but I was lucky enough to have them as a day of planner. From timing to the larger details like making sure the trolley picked up the groomsmen, they made our day so smooth and flawless - even with an unexpected rainstorm that lasted ALL day and night. They followed through on our many questions quickly and without fail. The event itself was spectacular with a custom design/redo of our 2-floor venue (etta in Bucktown). Multiple people commented on how professional and beautiful the entire series of events were. The dozens of bouquets of flowers and extensive greenery she added all over the ceiling and outdoors was both creative and simply elegant. We had just been through a disorganized, nightmare home renovation and were comforted that her team used a great planning program (Basecamp) that kept things organized and easy to track. Again, there were no dropped balls over the six months of work, and when we had questions there were quick responses. If you need a team that will allow you to relax and truly enjoy both the planning process and the event itself, Christine and her team are simply the best.

Colleen gracefully took a lot of the details and coordination off our hands so we could focus on what we really wanted/needed to. She was also very responsive throughout the whole process which we really appreciated. The wedding went off without any big issues so we would certainly recommend Christine Janda events to others!

Colleen were there for it all, making sure everything was perfect and seamless. The entire planning process was extremely organized and stress-free. Each time I had a question about something, they were quick to respond and were flexible and understanding. They made sure every small detail was taken care of, even when we hit some bumps the night before the wedding (I almost went into Bridezilla mode, but thank goodness for CJDE!!!). One of the reasons I loved working with Christine and Colleen is because of how personable they are, while being professional at the same time. Not once did I feel like I couldn't express my concerns, because I knew they would have answers and solutions. They really meant it when they said, you can sit back & relax, and we'll do the rest, because they did just that, and more. I had a really vague vision of what I wanted for the wedding; the only thing I had my mind set on were the colors. After discussing some ideas, Christine took her creativity to a whole new level by incorporating my Chinese culture and my now-husband's Korean culture and turned it into the most beautiful backdrop and centerpieces. It was more than what I had asked for. While Christine was the person behind the scenes, Colleen was the main coordinator on the day of the wedding. There wasn't a hiccup (ie. wardrobe malfunction -- definitely not her fault though) that she couldn't take care of. Her attention to detail was astounding and we knew we could sit back and relax while she guided us through our schedule for the day. We were hoping to take some first-look photos at our hotel, not knowing they started charging a fee for that. But for whatever reason, Colleen worked her magic, and we were able to do it at no extra cost. We said it in our thank you speech the night of our wedding, but I'll say it again: Christine and Colleen, you ladies are truly the best. Thank you for making our day so so special. July 21st has become one of our favorite memories because of you.
