She helped style me and gave me advice for hair accessories and veils. Chris is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and talented. This was my first wedding dress shopping experience and she made it my last one too! I am really thankful we found her shop and it was worth the drive!

had a good idea of what I would like. The second dress I tried is the one I ordered. Chris has designed most of the dresses so she does offer some customization. For example I wasn't liking the buttons all the way down the back of the dress... no problem they will just leave them off. Also she locks the door so you are the only bride there and get her full attention. I would recommend this store to any plus size bride.

ne. Spoiler Alert. They are RARE! Many shops have plus size dresses in their inventory. But not many specialize in plus size dresses like Christine's. I felt beautiful the entire time. The size and dress options prevented my from feeling "too large to be a bride". I ended up finding the most beautiful one-of-a-kind dress that I took home that day. Chris also gave me a list of people she recommended to alter her dresses. This list was very helpful when figuring out who was going to do my alterations. Thanks Chris!

mfortable, I was really nervous to try on dresses. Chris really made me feel like the most important person in the room. It was my first (and last!) shop I tried on wedding dresses at, so I didn’t really know exactly what I wanted. She did a wonderful job helping me narrow down my options without making it feel like an overwhelming process. Once I found a dress that I couldn’t stop smiling in, she brought out the veil and, that was it, I knew it was the one! Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

sses on the rack in my size? Would I have options? Would I spend 3x more for "extra fabric"? Would I even be able to find a dress in my size at all?! I was a bridesmaid a few months ago and made the 2+ hour drive to another plus size dress store in Fall River to find my bridesmaid's dress and had virtually no options in my size. The sales clerks were nice, but ultimately I had to just pick a size 2 sample dress off the rack, get my measurements taken, and hope the dress that arrived 2 months later looked good. It didn't. $200+ of alterations later, I was left with a dress that fit but was clearly not proportioned for a person my size. I made due with my bridesmaids dress, but this time around I took a chance on a new store. And I am so so SO delighted I did. It was completely night and day from my experiences at two other stores! For starters, Christine closed the whole shop for our party and gave us her full attention for almost two whole hours. Her show room was gorgeous with sturdy chairs, a large platform that I felt safe standing on and an entire wall of mirrors. Like the rustic Vermont version of Say Yes to the Dress. My party had a blast, and Christine was very helpful and attentive. Best yet, when I signed up for my fitting, Christine asked me for pictures of dresses I liked and when I arrived she had pulled dresses that resembled the ones I picked! I tried on at least 8 dresses before I made my final decision. Many of them were good and I felt like I had a lot of options. If I had changed my mind and wanted a drastically different style, I'm pretty sure she would've had me covered for that, too. At the end of the day I found a dress I loved that made me look better than I ever expected. But best of all, I didn't feel embarrassed or awkward...I just felt like a normal bride.

Each dress I tried on was beautiful and they all fit, they adjusted to my and my body and that’s what they are made for, to fit every big beautiful curvy bride. Im a sparkle girl and she did not disappoint, there was so much sparkle and different styles, anything from simple and elegant to blinged out and gorgeous. I had so much fun. Definitely the place to go!

for both me and my mom. Her dress designs are all flawlessly beautiful. She was so thoughtful and helped me feel great about myself no matter what dress I was in. Her process for eliminating gowns of all shapes, colors and fabrics kept me from feeling the least bit overwhelmed (which is what I expected!) I'm happy I said "yes" at Christine's bridal and I HIGHLY recommend it to any bride no matter their fashion taste or size.

what should have been an amazing day is unacceptable for any women. Well my cousin seeing how upset I was, called Christine's Bridal and filled them in on what happened. It wasn't even two weeks of emailing and talking with the Owner Chris, that I had my appointment. So my mom, sister- in law, cousin, friend and I headed to Heartland VT. When you walk into this place you are immediately treated like family. From the door to the dressing room, there is not one moment I felt nervous, or like I didn't belong. The owner Chris helped me with every gown, made sure all my needs were met. I have even decided to change where the men were going to get their tuxedos to Christine's Bridal. The place and Chris are without a doubt absolutely wonderful. I will be going here from now on for all my formal wear for sure!!!!

When it came down to purchasing my bridal gown Chris the owner actually let me know that they had a payment plan which I was Thrilled about because I had Discussed with her prior to making my appointment that money was tight but I had to have my dream dress. She also helped me through all the little details that get lost and forgotten when you're planning a wedding. I also really enjoyed our experience purchasing bridesmaids dresses Which we did at a separate appointment which I really liked that we did that so that the bridal appointment trying on my dress was all about me and then the next appointment with the bridesmaids was all about them I really liked the way that was set up it made me feel like a Queen And made my girls also feel super important! All of the fashion seemed really current trendy really up todate on the current styles and looks everyone really wants to have.The one-on-one interaction that you get there is so personal it means so much more than going to a franchised bridal shop and you run through there by yourself with not a clue what to do chris spends that 1 on 1 time with just you and it makes all the difference. I will definitely be recommending Christine's bridle for any bride and bridal party they really made my experience absolutely wonderful!
